Retailing being one of the fastest growing sectors is facing tremendous competition from domestic as well as foreign players. Customer retention is an area of serious concern for online as well as offline retailers in the Indian economy, driving players in the Indian business scenario to bring radical change in their CRM practices which affects their customers perception. Retailers are highly concerned in identifying the key drivers of service execution that model customer shopping satisfaction and enhance loyalty. Customer satisfaction & loyalty is an outcome of sound customer relationship management practices. Thus, to ensure the prolong survival in the highly aggressive retail business environment customer centric approach is hour’s need. This paper critically analyses Customer’s perception towards CRM practices with reference to organized retail in India. Major parameters such as reliability, product attributes, customer service, convenience and ambience are identified to evaluate the customer perception towards CRM practices. The relevance of each parameter is analyzed with special reference to both the formats of organized retailing i.e., online & offline. For in-depth analysis of each parameter in both the formats of retail, they are further divided into sub-parameters. A survey is conducted for collecting data about customers perception towards these parameters. A statistical tool two-way ANOVA is used to analyze the variation in customer perception between online and offline retail. Based on analysis and major findings of research a conceptual model is also being proposed to get a pictorial view of how these parameters are affecting customers perception towards online & offline retail.

This study aimed to determine the effects of two teaching methods namely, flipped classroom instruction and conventional instruction in teaching the least mastered competencies in the core subjects among Grade 8 students in one of the Junior High Schools in Zamboanga City who were purposively selected. A Quasi-Experimental Research using the non-randomized pre-test - post-test control group design and qualitative approach explored the effectiveness of the two teaching methods. The findings indicated that students in flipped classroom instruction and conventional instruction obtained higher scores in the post-test than the pre-test results in the core subjects. But, flipped classroom students got slightly higher mean scores as compared to those students who have been taught in the conventional instruction. However, statistically, no significant difference was found between the two methods in learning the least mastered competencies in Science, Mathematics and English. Further, results revealed that the students who were exposed to flipped classroom instruction and the conventional instruction improved in their level of knowledge in mastering the least learned concepts in the core subjects. The problems encountered in the flipped classroom model, however, were identified based on the interview conducted. It was found out that teachers were unfamiliar with the flipped classroom model and lack of time and resources hindered them to utilize the approach in their classes. Students were also challenged particularly on the availability of resources like gadgets and internet connection that resulted to disengagement of the students to watch the flipped videos at home. This study revealed that whatever method or approach used in teaching least mastered competencies would be considered effective in achieving life-long and meaningful learning. An instructional development program was developed to capacitate and elevate the performance of teachers in the implementation of the flipped classroom instruction to improve students’ performance.

Instructors’ attitudes can help or hurt student enthusiasm, achievement, and well-being. Recent studies found that negative instructor attitudes can prejudice academic achievement and escalation students' psychological syndromes and physical indications of stress. Pakistan is in front to face pupils' dropout at a fundamental level of schooling. There are several arguments of dropout learners in the beginning stage. The core arguments of the dropout are large classes, poverty, stuffed classrooms, bodily penalty, uneducated family, deficiency of curiosity in learning as pupils, the little excellence of mentor, and harsh actions of instructor with students. The study was conducted in tehsil Vehari. The researcher was selected primary schools of tehsil Vehari. Out of 327 primary school teachers, 200 were selected using a simple random sampling technique; a five-point likert scale used in this research for data collection. The reliability of the questionnaires was measured by the Cronbach Alpha. The resultant calculated value (.899) pointed out the high reliability of the data. Data was collected with reliable and validated questionnaires and analysed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) to draw conclusions and formulate recommendations. Significant findings of the study were that the majority of the respondents agreed that students drop out due to parental carelessness. A great part of teachers accepted that poverty is the main reason forcing a drop out of school.
