Pada dunia modern yang menuntut perusahaan memiliki sumber daya manusia (SDM) agar dapat di kelola dengan srategi agar tercapai secara optimal, maka penulis melakukan penelitian yang berhubungan dengan tingkat produktivitas karyawan pada sebuah perusahaan di Boyolali yang membidangi beberapa usaha di bebebrapa sektor usaha yang berbeda[1]. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan adanya pengaruh antara jam kerja, insentif, dan kompromi terhadap produktivitas karyawan Shofa Marwah Group Boyolali[2]. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan studi dokumen[3]. Dengan populasi 132 karyawan, sampel pada data ini adalah 100 responden karyawan Shofa Marwah Group Boyolali. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 22[4]. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa jam kerja, insentif dan kompromi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap produktivitas karyawan[5]. Namun hanya jam kerja yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap produktivitas karyawan. ABSTRACT In the modern world that requires companies to have human resources that can be managed properly so that company goals can be achieved optimally, the authors conducted research related to the level of employee productivity at a company in Boyolali which is in charge of several businesses in several different business sectors[1]. This study aims to determine and prove the influence of working hours, incentives, and compromise on employee productivity of Shofa Marwah Group Boyolali. This research uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques through questionnaires and document studies. With a population of 132 employees, the sample in this data is 100 respondents of employees of the Boyolali Shofa Marwah Group.The data analysist  techniques used is multiple linear regresion using SPSS 22[2]. The result of thits study can be concluded t working hours, incentives and compromise have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee productivity. However, only working hours have a positive and partially significant effect on employee productivity[3].

Human resources is one of the most important factors to achieve the goals of a company. Employee productivity is the ability of employees to complete a job effectively and efficiently. Employee productivity can be influenced by several factors, namely compensation, work discipline, and work motivation. This study was conducted to examine the significance of the effect of compensation, work discipline, and work motivation on employee productivity at Jimbaran Bay Seafood Café Kedonganan - Bali. 55 samples were used, with the saturated sample method. Data collection through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The analysis showed that compensation, work discipline, and work motivation partially had a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. Theoretically this study also provides an understanding that compensation, work discipline and work motivation can significantly increase employee productivity, by increasing compensation, work discipline and work motivation, employee productivity will increase. <p><em>The company PT.Surya agroloika Reksa is a company engaged in oil palm plantations by owning private gardens in Riau province, and has 2000 employees with their respective positions. Human resources within an organization are very important to support the progress and quality of the company in achieving its goals. The foreman position at PT Surya Agrolika Reksa has shortcomings in determining the foreman's position. So far, the selection of foremen has only been based on job rankings.Applications designed with the Groub method programming algorithm will summarize several points needed in determining the foreman's position. The application will calculate these points, so the calculation process is faster and doesn't take a long time.The data collection technique used is observation by directly observing the work process carried out to obtain a clear picture of the object under study. Interviewing is conducting a direct dialogue with the authorities in providing information on the required data and studying literature by searching for literature. supporting libraries.</em></p><p><em> </em></p>

The use of Information Technology (IT) frameworks from year to year in Indonesia has shown an increase. However, there is not much research on the use of IT frameworks. The research on IT frameworks can be used by a company to analyze trends in the use of frameworks in Indonesia. That way, it can help a company consider choosing a framework to use. The IT frameworks discussed in this study are COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 27001. Data related to research IT frameworks taken in the 2014-2018 period. Data collection through the Google Scholar web search engine using the Publish or Perish software. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive quantitative methods. The results of this study can use to determine the use of the IT framework in Indonesia. The amount of raw data obtained from the data collection process was 5,708 data with Authors, Title, Years, and Publisher variables. Research data on titles and keywords obtained in the Indonesian domain amounted to 754 and overseas amounted to 194. From the research results, it can conclude that the most widely used framework is the COBIT framework, with a percentage of 69.3% in the Indonesian and 58.7% in the foreign domain.

One of the successes of a company in achieving its vision and mission is influenced by the quality of Human Resources (HR) in the company environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the importance and formulation of human resource management strategies and job satisfaction that have an impact on employee productivity. In this study, observing the application of Human Resources at the Management of Indonesian Company, based on service targets and operations. In this study, a questionnaire was prepared for respondents to be interviewed and the results were used to analyze the achievement of the HR performance at the company, namely the probability of company productivity. Furthermore, it can be identified what strategies the company undertakes to achieve its vision and mission. In the final section, it can be concluded that the quality of human resources needs to be improved according to the company's performance targets in achieving the company's vision and mission.   Keywords: HR Management, HR Performance, Company Productivity

This study aims to examine and analyze marketing costs and changes in sales turnover have a partial or simultaneous effect on company profits at a company. This research method uses quantitative methods with data collection methods through interviews and observations by processing company data. The data used are the financial statements of a company which are taken directly from the accounting department. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously and partially marketing costs and changes in sales turnover have a significant effect on company profits by 85.6% the remaining 14.4% are not included in this study.

The success of the company is determined by the human resources so that the company needs to meet the needs of employees so employees can work productively. Employee's punctuality is the ability of employees to complete their tasks effectively and efficiently. Employee productivity can be affected by several factors including compensation, work discipline and motivation. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of compensation, work discipline and motivation to employee productivity. The research was conducted at Single Fin Restaurant & Bar Bali. The number of respondents in this study was 79 people. In the data collection is done through the spread of questionnaires using Likert scale data measurement method. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of this study showed that each variable of compensation, work discipline and motivation partially have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at Single Fin Restaurant & Bar Bali. Compensation is considered very important tool to increase employee morale in the progress of organization or bureaucracy in a company or institution. By giving any compensation, every employee will have high morale at work. So that the company can achieve the targets that have been set, even more than it should be. Likewise with this study which will look at the effect of compensation on improving employees performance the food security and animal husbandry office in North Sumatra province. Compensation functions as a form of reward received by employees in relation to rewards or for their work performance, both regularly and situational in a company. This research aims to see an effect of compensation in food security and animal husbandry North Sumatra. The process of collecting data in this study uses quantitative methods that are collected based on population and samples at research location. The researcher in this case has determined sample in data collection in accordance with specified problem. As for the population in this study, amounting to 53 people who work in the office for food security and animal husbandry. From the questionnaire given to 53 respondents, each respondent answered 10 questions that had been prepared beforehand. As for this research, it is found that the partial compensation variable has a significant effect on employees performance at Food Security and Animal Husbandry Office of North Sumatra Province. So it can be concluded that compensation is very influential in increasing morale of employee performance and it will have a good impact on activity of food security and animal husbandry in North Sumatra.

In the world of work of a company, there are many supporting aspects that support the running of a company, for example, employees. These things need to be considered so that the achievement of goals in the company can run well, by paying attention to motivation and an Islamic work environment that is expected to increase enthusiasm at work. In order to achieve these goals, employees need to be given the right motivation and Islamic work environment in order to have high performance so that they can provide maximum service to the community. This research uses quantitative methods and data collection techniques. The research is carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Bogor Pomad which will then be used as samples. The results showed that the significant value for the effect of work motivation on employee performance was 0.02 and the significant value of the Islamic work environment variable on employee performance was 0.00. This means that the X1 and X2 variables have an influence on the Y variable.  Keywords: Work motivation, Islamic work environment, employee performance

Este artigo teve por objetivo analisar os agentes facilitadores e limitadores do sucesso de uma empresa do ramo atacadista. Para isto, foi realizada uma pesquisa com abordagem qualitativa, de natureza exploratória e seguindo os procedimentos de estudo de caso, sendo objeto da análise, uma empresa instalada no município de Biguaçu, estado de Santa Catarina, com o intuito de encontrar os agentes, que de alguma forma influenciam na organização, tanto positiva como negativamente. Para isto, utilizou-se para coleta de dados a técnica de entrevista com roteiro estruturado. A técnica utilizada para análise dos dados foi a análise do discurso. Os principais resultados apontaram que a empresa em questão apresenta mais agentes facilitadores do que limitadores do sucesso, o que pode explicar seu bom desempenho e o longo período que está inserida no mercado. Destacou-se a área da gestão como aquela que apresenta mais fatores que levam a empresa ao sucesso. Com relação aos limitadores, as áreas em destaque foram as de gestão e recursos humanos, as quais trouxeram mais agentes que contribuem com o insucesso da empresa. This article aimed to analyze the agents that facilitate and limit the success of a wholesale company. For this, a research was carried out with a qualitative approach, of exploratory nature and following the procedures of case study, being object of the analysis, a company installed in the municipality of Biguaçu, state of Santa Catarina, with the intention of finding the agents, who in some way influence the organization, both positively and negatively. For this, the technique of interview with structured script was used for data collection. The technique used for data analysis was discourse analysis. The main results showed that the company in question presents more facilitators than limiters of success, which may explain its good performance and the long period that is inserted in the market. It was highlighted the area of management as one that presents the most factors that lead the company to success. With regard to limiters, the areas in focus were those of management and human resources, which brought more agents that contribute to the failure of the company.

This research aims to formulate marketing strategy to increase visitors of Gembira Loka Garden and Zoo (KRKB Gembira Loka) in Yogyakarta. This research is qualitative research and uses interview, observation, and documentation as data collection method. The data is analyzed by using SWOT analysis with internal and external variable identification. The internal variable shows that location is the main strength of Gembira Loka KRKB with 0.17 by value and 5 by rating. From external variable, the result of EFAS table shows that Gembira Loka KRKB has good enough chance while the thread has less result than the chance. Gembira Loka KRKB is in quadrant 1, which is the position in which a company is considered to be in a beneficial situation due to its chance and strength. In such case, the company can utilize the chance by maximizing the strength. The following strategy to go through in this condition is supporting aggressive planning.
