Profit sharing is the distribution of business results that have been carried out by the parties who entered into the agreement, namely the customer and the sharia bank. In this case, there are two parties who enter into a business agreement, the results of the efforts carried out by both parties or one of the parties will be divided according to the portion of each party who entered into the contract agreement. The purpose of this research is to find out the application of the financing profit sharing system at PT. BPRS Al-Falah Banyuasin in 2021 and to find out what are the inhibiting factors for the implementation of the financing system at PT. BPRS Al-Falah Banyuasin. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative research. The data collection techniques used include observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the implementation of the Mudharabah financing profit sharing system carried out by PT. BPRS Al-Falah Banyuasin is using the Profit sharing method because it is in accordance with the recommendation of the MUI DSN Fatwa that the Profit Sharing method is more appropriate for Mudharabah financing. As for the obstacles in the implementation of Mudharabah financing at PT. BPRS Al-Falah Banyuasin is an obstacle when completing files or administrative requirements Constraints when the business is running.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of his research is to find out and analyze the practice of the qardh in Islamic perspective, and the impact of the practice of financing with the Qardh contract on empowerment UMKM , as well as supporting and inhibiting factors and solutions of the empoerment. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with a phenomenological approach as the main theoretical basis. Micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) in absorbing labor is large enough. But the role of MSMEs in reality is constrained by several things, including capital problems. This is where the role of Shariah Financial Institutions with principal-sharing financing is desirable. Observing such phenomena needs to be examined on several issues; first, the implementation of financing at Syari'ah Financial Institutions in Sumbawa which is considered ideal for micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM). Secondly, some of the obstacles to the implementation of financing at Syari'ah Financial Institutions in Sumbawa pertain to the principle of profit sharing, and thirdly, the solution to overcome the impediments of financing implementation at Syari'ah Financial Institutions in Sumbawa w This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques that is by combining three methods or the so-called triangulation, among others, interviews, observation and documentation. The management of memorization the Qur'an at MI Al-Barokah Purwantoro is an activity carried out by a teacher. Before carrying out learning, the teacher prepares targets or determines memorization first. Al-Qur'an memorization management at MI Al-Barokah purwantoro includes planning and implementation of learning. This research was conducted with the aim to find out the Management of Quran Recitation Learning carried out by each teacher when it will teach memorization of the Qur'an and how the inhibiting factors and supporters. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods and the data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. The results of this study can be concluded that the Management of Al-Qur'an Memorizing Learning at MI Al-Barokah Purwantoro is an activity carried out by the teacher by using targets or determining memorization of the Qur'an. The learning stage 1. Learning planning which includes: a. extracurricular program, b. rote determination. 2. Implementation of learning which includes: a. learning method, b. deposit system, c. memorization target, d. evaluation. In MI Al-Barokah Purwantoro determining the target of the hafala is one juz, namely juz 'amma, and the memorization process of the Koran by using several methods namely by writing method and also by repetition method, by reading verses then students imitating until memorizing then after memorizing then students are required to deposit the memorization.

ABSTRACT This study aimed to know the  Implementation Policy of the Family Hope Program;Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) and find out the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Hope Family Program  in Enrekang Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative research, one of the procedures that produced descriptive data in the form of words both in writing and verbally from someone and observed behavior. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews with a number of informants. The results showed that the Implementation policy of the Hope Family Program  in Enrekang District had not been fully implemented optimally in accordance with its objectives, this was seen from the indicators (1) Communication (2) Resources (3) Disposition and ( 4) Bureaucratic structure. Inhibiting and Supporting Factors, which could occur at any stage Implementation of people's understanding was still lacking, the distance of the location of the remote companion so that it was less than optimal and the existence of social jealousy in the community Keywords: Implementation, The Family Hope Program ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui Implementasi Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) dan mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Kabupaten Enrekang. Jenis penelitian yang akan digunakan didalam penelitian ini yaitu jenis penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif yakni salah satu prosedur yang akan menghasilkan data deskriptif dalam bentuk kata-kata baik secara tertulis maupun secara lisan dari seseorang serta perilaku yang diamati. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara terhadap sejumlah informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Kebijakan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Kabupaten Enrekang belum sepenuhnya terlaksana dengan optimal sesuai dengan tujuannya, hal ini dilihat dari indikator (1) Komunikasi (Communication) (2) Sumber Daya (Resources) (3) Disposisi dan (4) Struktur birokrasi. Faktor Penghambat dan Pendukung, dimana dapat terjadi disetiap tahap Implementasi pemahaman masyarakat yang masih kurang, jarak tempuh lokasi pendamping jauh sehingga kurang maksimal dan adanya kecemburuan sosial di masyarakat. Kata Kunci : Implementasi, Program Keluarga Harapan

The aim of research to determine the role of local government and the factors that influence the local government's role in the implementation of the arrangement of street vendors in the Market Minasamaupa Gowa. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research and type of research is a case study, while the data collection techniques used is observation, interview and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the arrangement of street merchants realized well enough where most merchants do not go out to sell outside the market because it has been relocated into the market. Efforts are being made to the arrangement of the place of business, guidance and supervision. The factors supporting the implementation of the arrangement of the vendors that their Gowa District Regulation No. 5 of 2009 on Management and Development Street Vendors and inhibiting factors, namely the low participation in complying with existing regulations.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui peran pemerintah daerah dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi peran pemerintah daerah dalam pelaksanaan penataan pedagang kaki lima di Pasar Minasamaupa Kabupaten Gowa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan tipe penelitian adalah studi kasus, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penataan pedangang kaki lima cukup terealisasi dengan baik dimana sebagian besar pedagang tidak lagi berjualan di luar pasar karena telah direlokasi ke dalam pasar. Upaya yang dilakukan yakni melakukan penataan tempat usaha, pembinaan dan pengawasan. Adapun faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan penataan pedagang kaki lima tersebut yaitu adanya Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Gowa Nomor 5 Tahun 2009 Tentang Penataan dan Pembinaan Pedagang Kaki Lima dan faktor penghambat yaitu rendahnya partisipasi dalam mematuhi peraturan yang ada.

This article aims to describe: the implementation of the SQ3R model to the ability to examine the characters contained in fiction texts in grade IV students of SDN Ganung Kidul 1 Nganjuk in the 2019/2020 Academic Year. This article is an descriptive qualitative research carried out through five stages, namely: (1) data collection; (2) determination of the sample; (3) recording data; (4) reduction; and (5) drawing conclusions. Data sources in this article are journals and books relating to the learning of the SQ3R model on learning to examine the characters contained in fiction texts. These data provide an overview of the application of the SQ3R model on the ability to examine the characters contained in fictional texts. Furthermore, the object of the research is the learning model SQ3R with a subject of 22 students. The conclusion of the article shows that: this SQ3R model is very good to be applied to the basic competencies of Indonesian language class IV semester II, namely the ability to examine the characters contained in fiction texts.

This paper portrays the implementation of character education based on Javanese unggah-ungguh (etiquette) in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Karanganyar, using 24 students from 5th-grade who were mentioned as the alpha generation in 2020. Generally, this generation refers to children born after 2010 in this digital era. The unggah-ungguh is one of the Indonesian ancestral heritages that must be preserved, as though it may originate from Java, it strongly represents the culture of the country’s society. Six (6) characters of Javanese unggah-ungguh were used in this research as indicators, which are tata krama (manners), lembah manah (relent), andhap asor (humility), tepa slira (tolerance), grapyak (friendliness), and ewuh-pekewuh (reluctance). This study was descriptive qualitative research that focused on observing the realization of character education based on this culture, using observation, interview, survey, and documentation as the data collection instruments. As reviewed from the affective theory of Krathwohl Taxonomy, the education character based on Javanese unggah-ungguh has influenced three-component domains of affective attitudes, which are in the level of receiving or attending, responding, and valuing. Lastly, the result showed that implementing character education based on this culture has truly shaped a better personality for students in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Karanganyar as the alpha generation.

This research aims to figure out the types of personification used in one of the famous albums namely Michael Jackson's Thriller and Invincible. The sources of data were 19 songs taken from Thriller and Invincible albums by Michael Jackson and the lyrics of the songs. The research design used was descriptive qualitative research with documentation analysis as the technique of data collection. The result showed that there were 65 personification expressions found in the albums. Those 65 personifications were categorized into four types of personification as proposed by Dorst et al. (2011) namely: conventionalized personification (33 expressions), novel personification (20 expressions), default personification (12 expressions), and personification-with-metonymy (0 expressions). The idea of conventionalized personification presents in the lyrics is to dig out the beauty and tranquility of nature to life. It also might address giving an object or animal-human characteristics to create interesting imagery to the ELT Students. Also, these songs are assumed as one of the various English materials in language teaching in the future since it has no sarcasm and motivating contexts throughout the lyrics themselves.

ABSTRACTThe objectives of this study are (1) to describe the rules of writing format in several journals in Indonesia, namely Rhetoric, Articulation, Salingka, Litera, and Literacy Pens and (2) find manifestations of the different writing formats and shell styles in the journal. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The object of this research are several scientific journals in Indonesia, namely Rhetoric, Articulation, Salingka, Litera, and Pen Literacy. The data collection technique used in this study is referring to obtaining data by listening to the use of the writing format in the journal and the style of the environment used. The results of the analysis and discussion of the differences in writing formats and confinement styles in the Rhetoric, Articulation, Salingka, Litera, and Pen Literacy journals can be concluded that there are differences in writing formats and confinement styles in each journal that are influenced by the policies of the journal parties concerned. This article is intended as knowledge for writers, especially beginner writers in writing journal articles to find out the format desired by a journal page. This is as a condition for a journal article to be posted on the journal's page. The results of journal articles indicate that there are differences and similarities between the five journals.

   Islamic banking has a main function to distribute funds to the community in need in the form of financing. Financing is a large part of the assets of sharia banks that must be maintained in term of quality. Financing is one of the functions of sharia banks by distributing funds to the community in need (user of funds). One of the contracts used by sharia banks in distributing funds in the form of financing is mudharabah contract. The mudharabah contract is a profit-sharing agreement when the shohibul mall /rabbul mall provides capital (100 percent) to mudharib, to engage in productive activities in which the profit generated will be divided among them according to the agreement specified in the contract.This study is aimed to know and understand how the application of mudaraba contracts and banking strategies in overcoming a financing with mudaraba contracts that are problematic, and to know and understand whether the applied strategy is in accordance with the Fatwa (policies) of DSN MUI.The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method or naturalistic research because the research is done on natural condition (natural setting). This descriptive qualitative research method is used to get in-depth data, a data that contains meaning.The findings of the research done in BRI Syariah Pamekasan in facing the financing problems with the mudharabah contract, found two problems. First, the problem arising from the internal banking itself, this problem occurs when BRI Syraiah employees do not run the SOP (procedures) that has been set. Second problem is the external factor of banking. This problem occurs because mudharib/ fund manager has moral hazard. For example, by not using the funds for productive business but used for consumptive costs.Efforts done by BRI Syariah Pamekasan dealing with mudharabah financing problem is by using two approaches. First, the pre-customer approach. This approach focuses on selecting prospective customers both in terms of behavior/ character and business run. Second, the post-customer approach. This approach is carried out when the financing has been distributed to customers and experiencing non-performing financing.
