Small Microcus Business (UMKM) is a small business activity but is able to provide a major effect for the economy in Indonesia. That is to expand employment, play a role in the process of equity and increase in community revenue, and encourage the realization of national stability. But to realize it is necessary to be able to compete globally, by utilizing technological developments at this time not to be left behind with the development of the age. Utilization of social media especially Facebook as a promotional tool to make it easy for marketing UMKM Gulo Puan in the village of Bangsal District of District Objective is one of the strategies that are currently used. With easy access, wide tissues, fast working methods and also costs that will be able to provide positive and profitable impacts for MSME. The results of this study show that the use and use of social media as a promotional tool can increase the competitiveness of UMKM-UMKM Gulo Puan in the village of Bangsal District District in January aspects of increased sales than compared to using social media. But when revisited still many non-MSMEs that have not used and utilize social media for marketing online caused by various things.

The development of technology and communication provides convenience and extends the space for the movement of society today. Professional counselors must create a creative and innovative ways, strategies or methods to support guidance and counseling services for the millennial generation. Cyber Counseling is a services form of innovation and breakthrough in the world of counseling for millennials. Some Cyber Counseling methods that have been used by counselors include: E-mail-based Cyber-counseling, Android-based Cyber-Counseling Chat, Text-Based Cyber ​​Counseling Using Riliv Android Applications, and Facebook-based Cyber ​​Counseling.

The Empowerment of Skilled-Media Village Officials in Building Public Awareness and Concern for the Environment in Cikeruh Village, Jatinangor District, Sumedang Regency The village government staff is the spearhead of the village government duty whose job is to deliver and process various information relating to government programs, both central and regional government. In this digital era, almost all information flow is carried out through social media. For this reason, a skilled and capable village government staff is needed, especially in using and utilizing social media devices. Through social media, the village government able to socialize the government's relay program and other information to residents. The village service of Cikeruh village through media social has not run optimally. Therefore, training in managing social media, especially in the socialization of environmental hygiene issues, must be held. Universitas Padjadjaran is one of the higher education institutions holding the mandate of community service through education and research activities. This community service integrated with student work college was held in Cikeruh village, Jatinangor District, Sumedang Regency. The training method was lecture and discussion methods, as well as hands-on practice. Participants gained various knowledge related to message management and the use of social media, especially Facebook and Instagram. The results of the activity were the increasing of the knowing, attitudes, and behavior of participants in using Instagram and Facebook to increase effort in improving and restructuring the environment in Cikeruh Village.

This time, in the digital era, a business cannot be separated from digital marketing, this is by the explanation of technological developments. The existence of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia is a driving factor in the creation of national economic development because it can spur economic growth. The high use of social media, especially Facebook in Indonesia, encourages business people to use social media as marketing media. This is also done by Anugerah Mina Lestari  SMEs. So that researchers feel they are researching the Effectiveness of the UKM Mina Lestari Marketing System Using Facebook Social Media. The research used the EPIC Model which involved 80 samples. The sample is part of the population of product buyers from Anugerah Mina Lestari SMEs. The effectiveness of the Anugerah Mina Lestari SME marketing system through Facebook social media that was analyzed using the EPIC Model with four variables (Empathy, Persuasion, Impact, Communication), showed an EPIC Rate of 2.943 which means that the Anugerah Mina Lestari SMEs marketing system through Facebook social media can be assessed effectively.

Social media just like the rest of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) channels aid and promote speedy and easy access to information more especially among school adolescents. Social media use among school adolescents is a double-edged sword as they use them to connect friends and find information about many things including learning. However, they also spend too much time on them which affect their mental health and may cause them depression. This research investigated on the social media use: A risk factor for depression among school adolescents’ depression in Enugu State. Descriptive survey research was adopted for the study. The population of the study was all the school adolescents in Enugu State. Stratified random sampling was used to select 800 adolescents from 4 states. In each of the four states, 200 adolescents were selected. Self-structured questionnaire and Hamilton depression scale were used to elicit information for data collection. The results were analyzed using mean scores and standard deviations. The findings revealed that many adolescents spend up to 10 hours daily on social media, they prefers chatting on social media to talking to their parents, among other behaviours. The findings also indicated that; adolescents who spend up to 10 hours daily on social media have decreased activities and feeling of incapacity, adolescents who don’t have enough sleep in the night due their use of social media experience hallucination, low mood among other findings.

Abstract. Nowadays, the use of social media, one of which is the Instagram application in the Insta Story feature, has many advantages such as its wide coverage, because it uses online facilities, and its continuous connectivity. The presence of this new media makes it easier for humans to communicate daily. In the current era, companies need to utilize their resources optimally, and try to influence consumers' buying interest through the promotion of Wellborn products. Current technological developments make it easier for consumers to find information about a product on the market. The theory used in this research is the theory of Uses and Gratification. The research method used is quantitative correlational studies applying the rank Spearmen correlational formula to test whether there is the relationship between Attraction, Convert, and Transfrom, in using the insta story feature as a promotional medium, with the interest in buying Wellborn products. Sampling was carried out on 67 respondents as well as viewers. Based on the results of the study, it is showed that there was a significant relationship between the use of Insta Story features as a media promotion and the interest in buying Wellborn products; with a total coefficient value of 66,283.Keywords: buying interest, Instagram, Insta Story, PromotionAbstrak. Penggunaan media sosial saat ini mempunyai keunggulan salah satunya yaitu aplikasi instagram dalam fitur insta story yang cakupannya luas menggunakan fasilitas online dan terhubung kapanpun. Kehadiran media baru (new media) semakin memudahkan manusia dalam berkomunikasi sehari-hari.Di era sekarang perusahaan perlu memanfaatkan sumber dayanya dengan optimal, serta berusaha mempengaruhi minat beli konsumen melalui adanya promosi produk Wellborn. Perkembangan teknologi saat ini jauh lebih memudahkan para konsumen untuk mencari informasi tentang suatu produk yang ada di pasaran. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitan ini adalah teori Uses and Gratification. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif studi korelasional dan menggunakan rumus korelasional rank spearmen untuk menguji apakah ada hubungan antara Attraction, Convert, dan Transfrom penggunaan fitur insta story sebagai media promosi dengan minat beli produk Wellborn. Pengambilan sample dilakukan kepada 67 orang responden followers sekaligus viewers. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Penggunaan Fitur Insta Story sebagai Media Promosi dengan Minat Beli Produk Wellborn dengan nilai total koefisien sebesar 66,283.Kata kunci: Minat beli, Instagram, Insta Story dan Promosi

Along with the development of the era of the study of hadith today, it is increasingly interesting and has good prospects because of the special institutional development in universities, where currently the hadith science study program is separate from the interpretation study program. The realm of hadith study studies is also growing well, where in its history it has produced studies on the science of hadith and certain hadith books. At present the study of hadith science not only examines the region but it also develops into the realm of studies which contextualize and understand in a society known as living hadith. In addition, technological developments make the study of hadith easily accessible to the public, so that they can carry out the teachings brought by the Prophet Muhammad. In addition, the development of the study of hadith correlated with the media is quite popular today, where the reviewers of hadith no longer dwell on the academic dimension, but they penetrate the use of social media in disseminating the results of the hadith studies conducted.

One of the roles of community education is keeping citizens more informed on the need to conserve their environment. However, for this to be effective in the digital era, the use of modern communication tools is required to keep pace with current technological developments. One of these tools is social media, which is enormously popular and is used by both individuals and organisations for online communication. This paper analyses the role of social media in community-based organisations (CBOs) in creating environmental awareness through community education in Kenya. A non-probability sample comprising nine CBOs in Nakuru City was used to explore activities focused on environmental issues. Data were collected and analysed from a total of 98 respondents who participated in an online survey. It was concluded that the use of social media for environmental awareness in CBOs was minimal, but there is potential in its use as a social learning environment for creating environmental awareness. The study recommends capacity building and open online communication as a means of promoting the use of social media in creating environmental awareness through community education programmes. The Covid-19 pandemic that is currently spreading globally has made information and communication technology (ICT) services a basic necessity in our daily activity. With the opening of internet access in villages, it opens up opportunities to maximize ICT's role in improving rural information services. Many of the development of ICT-based services is in the form of a website or mobile application with various interfaces and interactions. This requires training and habituation in the community. This is not easy because these applications are not applications that are used daily. The high use of social media in the community can be used as a forum for providing rural information services. By using social media (chat), services can be created that have advantages over other approaches. Such as: do not require new installations, are intrusive so that information comes directly to users, and does not require much training because they use social media applications familiar to the community. On the other hand, village officials can use services for accessing information services and as a medium for disseminating information needed by the community. A training program and assistance for rural information services based on social media have been carried out in Buloila village. The implementation results show that the program is urgently needed, mainly because the village does not have a rural information service. The social media-based service system's evaluation shows that service users (community, village government, and other parties) feel that the system is feasible to use. Feeling that the system can be learned quickly, is easy to use has well-integrated features. It is just that users feel they need to familiarize themselves with using the service because of the form of interaction that users may never have faced before

In the 21st century, the sophistication of technology is increasing rapidly, without us realizing that social media is becoming our daily social needs. Social media poisons all people regardless of gender and sees age restrictions, from men and women and young children to adults. Social media is a place or place to socialize between one person and another through virtual without any time and distance restrictions. Socialization through virtual can be done in a media message, phone media, even virtual face-to-face that only requires an internet connection and tools such as gadgets, MacBooks, laptops, etc. Such sophistication has a significant influence on our lives. There are so many activities that we can do through social media, with easy access, so that anyone can use it. However, such sophistication makes parents neglect the development of their children. And reduce interaction or social activities in the community. Based on these problems, this study aims to provide information, understand further and answer questions regarding the definition of impact, the definition of social media, impact of social media throughout the 21st century, and proper use of social media. Such influences can be positive and negative influences. The method research used is descriptive qualitative with literature review analyzed from information 20 journal articles with a range of 2019-2021. The results of this study are the facts of the use and influence of social media that occur in today's life. This research has limitations, namely, only limited to the daily media use in Indonesia and the impact that arises.
