BPRS Al-Falah Banyuasin itself is a financial institution that has a very important role in saving funds and distributing funds, in this activity the distribution of funds can be given to the community to obtain benefits, one of which is the benefit of services. In this case, the demand for multiservice financing products is less than other financing when viewed from the object and need. This type of research is qualitative using interviews, documentation, observation, and testing the validity of the data. The results of this study are how the swot analysis of multiservice financing at PT. BPRS Al-Falah, this Multiservice Financing Product uses a SWOT analysis, namely a comprehensive assessment of (Strength) Strengths, (Weaknesses) Weaknesses, (Opportunities) Opportunities, (Threats) Threats. The contract system for multiservice product financing is where the customer comes directly to the Bank with the aim of submitting an application for multiservice financing, then the customer must fill out a financing application form that has been provided by the bank, and is accompanied by a photocopy of an ID card.

Presence is significant for every lecture, office or other organizational activities, currently recording the attendance of student lectures at Mercu Buana University by calling one student at a time to be present by the lecturer, then the lecturer giving a sign of attendance on the particular lecturer application form that has provided. The purpose of this study is to analyze and develop RFID-based mobile UMB, which has the benefit of students being able to attend their presence without having to wait for lecturers to attend the attendance process and students can find out the level of time delay so that it can become learning so as not to delay in the future. The method used in this study uses a SWOT analysis and then designed with a system using UML, the construction of this application using the Waterfall method, and testing using a BlackBox. The results of this study are the development of modules in the UMB Mobile application successfully implemented with RFID devices.

Sharia Pawnshop is a sharia non-bank financial institution that has a vision and mission as a company to solve problems without problems, to analyze Islamic service strategies using SWOT analysis to determine internal and external factors. The purpose of this study is to determine the Islamic service strategy adopted by PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Simpang Lima Syariah Pawnshop Unit in Banyuwangi Regency. In this study uses a qualitative approach and uses qualitative research case studies and uses primary and secondary data sources. Data collection methods in this study were interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique is the SWOT analysis technique. Data validity uses source triangulation. The results showed that the Islamic service strategy applied in the Islamic pawnshop there are several types of services including Islamic Shari’a services, services in the Islamic view seen from the results of the SWOT analysis consisting of IFAS matrix namely strengths and weaknesses and EFAS Matrix namely opportunities and threats so that it will show results from a SWOT.

<em>The problem faced by micro business tempe customer of micro financial institution (LKM) of Sidoarjo Regency so that can improve competitiveness of Micro Business of Tempe for business sustainability is loan interest rate and unstable of soybean price as main raw material of tempe product. The purpose of this study is to examine and determine alternative micro business tempe competitiveness strategy that has obtained financing from MFIs so as to create sustainability of business in the era of MEA competition amid widespread imports of soybeans. The method of research used mix method (mixed method) object of this research is micro entrepreneur of tempe product in village area sepande subdistrict of Sidoarjo district which is not member of cooperative and have become customer of Micro Finance Institution amount 10 person. The analysis method used in this research is SWOT Analysis, SWOT matrix then continued with QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). The result of the research shows that the right competitiveness strategy is product development strategy by developing the type and variant of tempe product, especially the change of form and packaging which is more interesting and hygienic so that it can give the added value of the product and increase the selling price, which in turn will increase the business profit and can overcome the weaknesses in the burden of interest costs on loans provided by microfinance institutions.</em>

The rapid development of sharia banking industry in Indonesia is inseparably from the population of 80 percent of Indonesian Muslim community. The development of mortgage business in Indonesia experienced a period of ups and downs. Especially for sharia-based KPR or commonly called the KPR iB is required to be able to take advantage of a vast market in Indonesia. But in line with its development, the condition also triggers high level of competition among fellow financial institution in similar field. This prompted the banking sector to continue to innovate in developing KPR iB products that are easily accepted by many parties and in accordance with the principles of sharia. Coupled with the influence of uncontrollable external factors from outside Indonesia, spurred PT Bank FRWRD Tbk to continuously evaluate strategies and breakthroughs in order to survive and continue to develop, formulate new strategy forms, in order to improve the competitiveness of companies and winning superior. This research begins by analyzing the internal and external environmental conditions of the company. In analyzing used SWOT analysis method to weight the degree of importance of each actor and factor. From the IE Matrix test, obtained competitive position PT Bank FRWRD Tbk on quadrant or cell IV IE Matrix, with growth concentration strategy through horizontal integration. By looking at the position: (1) compete; (2) strength; (3) weaknesses; (4) opportunities; and (5) threats. In this case PT Bank FRWRD Tbk should use the strategy: (1) market penetration; (2) market development; and also (3) horizontal integration strategy in addition to creating creative innovations should also be done

This research is aimed at determining strategy for developing Clove Farming in Banggai Kepulauan district. The research site is chosen purposively based on the consideration that the site has become one of the districts favored for clove farming development in Banggai Kepulauan district. The sample was taken by employing simple random sampling methode 15% from the village population.Total number of respondents was 24. The data analysis employed in this research was SWOT. Results of SWOT analysis indicated that clove farming belonged to III quadran (supporting turn around strategy) with WO strategy (weakness-opportunities). Programme or activity proposed, includes: (1) Application of business oriented management with the use of technology development, (2) Linkages with partners/cooperation with financial institution for capital assisstance, and (3) Cooperation with academics/government institution for human resource development

This article reveals the urgency of Regional Director of Muhammadiyah of West Java (RDMWJ) to have Islamic Rural Financing Bank (IRFB) or Sharia Rural Financing Bank (SRFB) that in Indonesia, it is mentioned by Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS). By using descriptive method, this article found that with the issuance of Muhammadiyah fatwa on April 3, 2010, which stated that conventional bank interest was ḥarām, it was considered important and urgent that Muhammadiyah in West Java must have RSFB (BPRS) as other Muhammadiyah Regional in Indonesia. The framework of thinking in this research begins with the presence of a financial institution in the midst of a lot of solid economic activity and business activities are a necessity. Moreover, today there are no life activities that cannot be separated from the role and function of financial institutions, the RSFB (BPRS) is one of them. By using the SWOT analysis, the research results obtained indicate that it is time for Regional Director of Muhammadiyah of West Java to establish a Sharia Rural Bank as one of the solutions to the synergy of several existing business and to show the alignments of the people who need financing.

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy taken by BPRS Amanah Sejahtera for becoming a leading financial institution experiencing tremendous growth in the Gresik region. The methods used in this study are interviews and observations by conducting a review directly to the object of research, namely the office of BPRS Amanah Sejahtera. The results show that BPRS Amanah Sejahtera implements such marketing strategies as segmentation, targeting, positioning, differentiation, marketing mix, selling, branding, service, and the process. The most prioritized strategy is now on the marketing mix.By using SWOT analysis, it could be formulated that BPRS Amanah Sejahtera is in a stable condition for the appropriate strategies taken by BPRS Amanah Sejahtera are by continuing to improve its products and services, expanding the market by opening new branches and improving technology.

Accumulation of human capital has always paved the way for economic development provided the accumulation and savings are organised and structured by a formal credit institution. But regions where majority of the populations reside in rural areas, with low infrastructure and literacy rate, the benefits of a formalised credit institutions have always not been tasted. Timely availability of credit and timely saving of the capital is of great necessity for the wellbeing of weak and deprived section of the population and thereby creating greater economic development. For instance the Credit-Deposit ratio of Northeast India to Rest of India is 35:73, which is a clear indicator of unutilised bank's resources in Northeast India. Financial Inclusion has been thought as an answer to bank the unbanked and bring the weaker sections of society specially the rural people under the umbrella of authorised financial services provided by regulated financial institutions. The technological revolution and the vast use of ICT in banking sector has paved a way for the financial institution and are adopting branchless banking as their strategy. Branchless banking is expected to make their efforts successful towards financial inclusion. In this paper attempt has been made to understand the concept of Branchless banking and how it can be implemented in Northeast India.

Strategies to Promote Organic Solid Fertilizer Business in Simantri 103 of Serongga Kelod, Serongga Village, Gianyar Sub-District, Gianyar Regency Integrated Farming System (Simantri) is one of the leading programs of Bali Provincial Government to improve agriculture in order to support the Bali Mandara program. The purpose of this research is to investigate the internal and external environment factors found in solid organic fertilizer business at Simantri 103 of Serongga Kelod, Serongga Village, Gianyar Subdistrict, Gianyar Regency and to analyze the strategy to revive solid organic fertilizer business at Simantri 103 Serongga Kelod, Serongga Village, Sub-District of Gianyar, Gianyar Regency. Results of internal factor analysis of Simantri 103: a) strength (availability of adequate raw material and ownership of organic fertilizer processing facility is the most influential factor) b) weakness (lack of capital and lack of land of organic fertilizer processing in Simantri still become the main factor of weakness at Simantri 103). External factors: a) opportunities (development of organic fertilizer business in Simantri is an important factor) b) threat (competition with inorganic fertilizers is a threat in the development of solid organic fertilizer business). Based on the SWOT analysis, it was found that the alternative strategy that became the priority was the strategy to revive or improve the production of solid organic fertilizer. QSPM analysis results show that the strategy that has the biggest attraction score is the product development strategy. Suggestions that can be given is to fix the biggest weaknesses such as lack of capital and to pay attention to opportunities such as the trust of the financial institution.

Cut Tobacco Business Development Strategy in the Farmers Group of TelagaSuci, Village of Yangapi Sub-District of Tembuku Regency of BangliThis study aimed to find out alternative of cut tobacco business development strategyin the Farmers Group of Telaga Suci, Village of Yangapi, to identify how thestrengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the cut tobacco businessdevelopment at the Farmers Group ofTelaga Suci, Yangapi village. It was seen fromthe internal environment to find out the strengths and weaknesses, and the externalaspects to determine the opportunities and threats.The research location was in theFarmers Group of Telaga Suci, Village of Yangapi. The key informants in thisresearch were seven people. The key informants were determined deliberatelybecause the internal environment and the external environment of the cut tobaccobusiness in the Farmers Group ofTelaga Suci, of Yangapi Village was alreadyknown. This study used three kinds of analysis: analysis of the internal environment,external environment analysis and SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses,opportunities, threats).The cut tobacco business in the Farmers Group ofTelaga Sucihas been able to utilize the strength to overcome the weaknesses and to take theopportunity to address the threat. It was obtained five alternative strategies, namely:providing guidance to the group on how to manage the business and providingassistance of production facilities, development-oriented agribusiness to attractconsumers by utilizing the financial institution to increase capital, promotion topenetrate the wider market, making the rules of the group to overcome theconversionof farmland, and to improve the quality of tobacco in order to compete with othergroups of tobacco.
