The uniqueness of Jambi Batik can be seen from the type of batik patterned with Arabic calligraphy and fabric edges that adopted Chinese culture. To encourage the success of the batik business in Jambi, entrepreneurs must manage their human resources. This study aims to determine the management of human resources at CV. Kreasi Asmah Batik, located across the city of Jambi. This study uses a qualitative method with a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Threats and Opportunities). The results showed that: 1) The factors that became the strength of CV. Batik Kreasi Asmah are good quality products, good batik techniques, specialization of unique motifs that are its own uniqueness. 2) Factors that can be used as opportunities for CV. Batik Kreasi Asmah are the increasing purchasing power and interest in batik products. 3) The most threatening factor in CV. Batik Kreasi Asmah are the increasing number of similar businesses with large capital originating from outside the province of Jambi and even produced in Java and resold in Jambi. 4) CV. Batik Kreasi Asmah are in a stable position in the attractiveness of the middle market and middle class market competition.

This research aims to determine the potential of tourism based on supporting and inhibiting factors of rural tourism development in Desa Kemetul and analyzing the strategy of community-based tourism in Desa Kemetul. The research was conducted in Desa Kemetul Kecamatan Susukan Kabupaten Semarang. This study uses qualitative method which the data obtained through depth interviews with Kepala Desa Kemetul, Chairman of POKDARWIS Sekar Kanthil, Local Communities, and Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Semarang, and then the data were analyzed using SWOT analysis. The study concluded that Desa Kemetul has a lot of tourism potential to become tourist attraction. Desa Kemetul needs to consider strengthening flagship product, the strategy of sustainable development of a tourist attraction, and strategies for institutional development and human resources.

Level of banking competition is increasingly high demands on banks to focus more on the desired target market. PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Universities Branch Office Bandung (BNI PTB) is one branch in the city of Bandung which has a core business in Corporate Banking particular educational institution. To better focus on its managed, BNI PTB forming units specialized to manage the educational institutions managed. The existence of this unit is not specifically regulated as other units in BNI organization structure, because this unit is the only unit that is in BNI. Based on the above conditions, to maximize the existence of this special unit investigators interested in conducting research on this unit at BNI PTB and analyze strategic variables in the environment both external strategic environment and internal strategic environment. A number of respondents involved in this study consisted of the employees and management of branch offices and regional office management and after the selection of respondents, 20 respondents was selected to be part of the study, starting from the interviews, questionnaires phase 1 and phase 2 questionnaire. Identification results through the interview concluded several variables that affect the operation and performance of this particular unit. External variables, namely the growth of business education market in the city of Bandung, the factors of competition between banks and the development of technology to support quality of service to the Institute of Education, while internal factors consist of variables of Human Resources (HR), Information Systems Technology and Operations in the special unit itself. After analysis of the strategic variables by using a SWOT Analysis, SFAS Matrix and IE Matrix concluded that indicators of variable performance that is very supportive of this special unit and in line with the existence of this special unit in the IE matrix in cell 2 (growth strategy) with the concentration of horizontal integration through market expansion and internal development of technology in special units in order to facilitate the work. It can be concluded that the formulation of the availability of Information Technology has been defines the constraints faced by the special operations unit that could be addressed to improve the BNI Business PTB Branch Office and can also overcome the problems of existing human resources that have a positive impact on the performance of BNI Branch PTB as well as expected can accelerate and enhance the quality of better service to educational institutions. This study aims to determine the level of community participation in fire prevention and management in Tanjung Priuk Subdistrict, the City of Administration against Fire Disasters in North Jakarta,  the theory used in this research is the opinion of M. Nuh Minister of Education in the era of President Bambang Yudhoyono in Climbing the Amstein ladder to organize an ideal participation. The research method used is a qualitative method to obtain key data from interviews with legitimate sources that are directly involved in fire prevention and management and are supported by data from field observations. The data is then analyzed by the triangulation process. To find out the level of community participation. The results showed that the level of participation in fire prevention in Tanjung Priuk District had a range of information, consultations and appointments. the training program, which is carried out as an annual program, is provided for the community to provide information one way. In the management process, the community is at the second level of the seventh stage because the community is already a partner in the fire department before the fire department arrives at the fire location, the community has tried to extinguish the fire independently. To increase community participation in fire prevention and management, the Fire Department of the North Jakarta City Administration Office must optimize human resources, as well as other fire management resources, to be able to act also to provide costs for Balakar (Voluntary Fire) every month.

<p><em>Nazhir's problem is one of the problems in waqf practice that is often encountered in the management of waqf today. These obstacles are due to the low quality of human resources, lack of understanding of Nazhir, and lack of guidance given to Nazhir. This paper will discuss about the security of waqf in the city of Semarang, selling nazhir and implementing strategies by the Indonesian Waqf Board in order to create Nazhir professionalism. The purpose of this research is to find out the problems between waqf assets, Nazhir and the Indonesian Waqf Board and to formulate what solutions can solve them. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, data observation, observation, and document review. The results showed that there were still many waqf assets found without complete administration so that representatives of BWI Central Java were focused on strategies to control existing waqf assets and the training received by Nazhirs in Semarang City was not sufficient to produce professional Nazirs. The mindset, understanding and work ethic of the Naz</em><em>h</em><em>irs are still traditional to create a productive climate of waqf which is beneficial for the economy of society.</em></p>

Micro, small and medium businesses have an important role for the economy in Indonesia. One of them is economic growth in employment and distribution of development results. On the other hand, MSMEs also face various problems, including limited working capital, low quality of human resources, and a lack of mastery in science and technology. Not only that, the lack of clarity about business prospects and planning, and how to market or promote the products being marketed. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The study population is MSMEs in the City of Baturaja. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and questionnaires while the data analysis technique uses SWOT analysis and then formulates strategies to overcome them. The purpose of the strategy for development of middle small micro businesses in the City of Baturaja is expected to increase the income so that welfare is also increasing.

This research is motivated by the process of recruitment, selection, and retention of human resources in implementing the SUSENAS program at the Central Statistics Agency of the City of Lubuklinggau. The purpose of this study was to determine the process of implementing the SUSENAS program through recruitment, selection, and retention at the Lubuklinggau Central Statistics Agency. This study uses qualitative methods, the informants in this study are BPS employees of Lubuklinggau City, field officers, and the people of Lubuklinggau City, so that the sample obtained in this study amounted to 13 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study are documentation techniques and interviews. The data analysis technique used is the SWOT analysis. The results show that development achievements are the main data source for policymakers in planning national development, one of which is through the National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) which is the main support for meeting the needs of the government in implementing national development in line with the National Medium-Term Development Plan, to planning, monitoring, and evaluating, as well as measuring the accountability of development and public welfare, namely through the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), is a Non-Departmental Government Institution in Indonesia that has duties based on Presidential Decree No. 103/2001 concerning Position, Duties, Functions, Authority, Organizational Structure, and Work Procedure of non-Departmental Government Institutions, carry out government duties in the field of statistical activities in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations. in the process of recruitment, selection, and retention on the implementation of the national socio-economic program in the Lubuklinggau municipal statistics body, the writer can conclude that the Lubuklinggau City Central Statistics Agency seeks qualified, disciplined, and responsible field officers so that the resulting data is of high quality. Constraints encountered in implementing the national socio-economic census program (SUSENAS) on recruitment, selection, and retention of human resources at the Lubuklinggau municipal statistical body are fluctuations where prospective officers who do not meet the needs of the public interest who are less interested in becoming field officers due to lack of promotion from the field of statistics. The study aims to find out how the city government implementation developent of depok in an effort to boost the public economy according to article 33 of 1945 of Islamic studies. The writer wants to know some factors that are an impediment and success in the Depok city’s efforts to boost the economy is good. The method of research is using a qualitative method, as for this research instrument is an interview, observation, documentation, a printed purpose associated with the title of the thesis that then gained a validity of the data. From the data gathered on the results of the study above. Thus the write concluded that the separate town of Depok from the town of Bogor was in the economic structure, development, transportation, education, natural resources and human resources and technology can flourish well.

This research was done in Health Office Padang City, Which purpose to discover about to performance of the Padang City Health Office and the inhibiting factors in monitoring the quality of drinking water in the Padang City. The study applies a qualitative method using purposive sampling. Prosess aggregation data colth pass through observation, interview, and study documentation, while technique for validity the data testing that using resource triangulation with data analysis such as a data collection, data reduction, data presentation along with pulling conclusions. The results of the research conducted was explain performance of the Health Office in Supervising the Quality of Drinking Water in the City of Padang is not optimal, because there are still obstacles such as: Lack of supervision and attention from the Health Office to the community regarding the quality of drinking water that is fit for consumption, there are still limited funds, materials and tools for examining water samples, Besides that, there are also limited human resources so that all work in a certain section is held by only one person. It can be concluded that the performance of the Health Office has not been maximal in monitoring the quality of drinking water in Padang City.

<p><em>The Food Industry is one of industry currently surviving and promising in Indonesia. In 2019 the food and beverage industry in Indonesia increased by 6.77%, and contributed to the national GDP of 7.35% so that this industrial sector can be relied upon. The home industry is one of the business segments that does not require large capital and can absorb a lot of labors. In the city of Bekasi, the market snack industry is one of the industries that is in great demand so that it is growing. This research was conducted in one of the home industries in Harapan Indah, Bekasi. In Harapan Indah, traditional snack industry has tight market competition. Mayona is home industry of traditional snack that has been established since 2002, currently Mayona has the goal of maximizing revenue in order to remain competitive in the current market industry. This research is using qualitative method. the respondents in this study were selected using purposive sampling. Respondent of this research are Mayona owner, Mayona employees, Mayona reseller,owner of retail traditional snack, consumer of enduser Mayona, and consumers of retail traditional snack. This study aims to 1) find out the strengths and weaknesses that Mayona currently has using SWOT analysis, 2) find out what are the external challenges and opportunities of Mayona by using SWOT analysis and Porter's Five Force analysis in the Mayona environment, 3) Propose appropriate strategies to Mayonna is differentiation by creating a competitive advantage.</em></p><p><strong>Abstrak dalam Bahasa Indonesia.</strong> Salah satu industri yang saat ini dapat bertahan dan menjanjikan adalah industri makanan. Di tahun 2019 industri makanan dan minuman di Indonesia mengalami kenaikan 6,77%, dan memberi kontribusi terhadap PDB nasional sebesar 7,35% sehingga sector industry ini dapat diandalkan. <em>Home industry </em>merupakan salah satu segmen usaha yang tidak membutuhkan modal besar dan dapat menyerap banyak tenaga kerja. Di kota Bekasi industri jajanan pasar termasuk industri yang banyak diminati sehingga mengalami pertumbuhan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada salah satu <em>home industry </em>yang ada di Perumahan Harapan Indah kota Bekasi. Di perumahan Harapan Indah industri jajanan pasar memiliki persaingan yang ketat. Mayona merupakan salah satu <em>home industry </em>jajanan pasar yang sudah berdiri sejak tahun 2002, saat ini Mayona memiliki tujuan yaitu memaksimalkan pendapatan agar dapat tetap bersaing didalam industri jajanan pasar saat ini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, responden dalam penelitian ini dipilih dengan menggunakan <em>purposive sampling</em>. Responden dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari pemilik Mayona, karyawan Mayona, <em>resellser </em>Mayona, pemilik tempat titip jual, konsumen <em>enduser </em>Mayona, dan konsumen di tempat titip jual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk <sup>1)</sup> mengetahui keunggulan dan kelemahan yang dimiliki Mayona saat ini dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT, <sup>2)</sup> mengetahui yang menjadi tantangan dan kesempatan Mayona dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT dan analisis <em>Porter’s Five Force </em>pada lingkungan eksternal Mayona, <sup>3)</sup> Usulan strategi yang tepat untuk Mayona adalah diferensiasi dengan menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif.</p>

Yogyakarta is a city and the capital of Yogyakarta Special Region in Java, Indonesia. It is renowned as a center of tourism, education and culture. Yogyakarta is one of the foremost cultural centers of Java. This region is located at the foot of the active merapi vulcano. Yogyakarta is often called the main gateway to the Central Java as where it is geographically located. It stretches from Mount Merapi to the Indian Ocean. This province is one of the most densely populated areas of Indonesia. Yogyakarta is popular tourist destination in indonesia after Bali. These have attracted large number of visitors from across Indonesia and abroad to the city. This status makes Yogyakarta is one of the most heterogeneus cities in Indonesia. In edition, Yogyakarta has attracted large number of people to reside in this city for business. One of these comers is small entrepreneurs with their market munchies enterprise (specially a traditional snack trader). This business is one of famous business in Yogyakarta, we will find rows of pavement vendors selling market munchies. The students and tourists are their main target customers. Market munchies enterprise is part of small and medium enterprises SMEs as livelihood activities. SMEs has an important role in economic growth of Indonesia. Therefore, it is very important to develop and strengthen the micro enterprise empowerment. Micro enterprise empowerment is one of strategy to reduce the poverty rate in Indonesia. Major challenger in implement this program are that micro entrepreneurs are conventional and have satisfied with their revenue. It is very important to develop a comprehensive and sustainable micro enterprise empowerment which consist of strengthen the quality of human resources, maximize the government’s roles, empower the enterprise capital and strengthen the partnership and autonomous. Micro enterprise autonomy will contribute to the economic and investment climate.
