Background: An electronic medical record is a medical system that can be used to store information about the track of a patient`s health. The completeness format of Electronic Medical Record used the format of Electronic Medical Record Guidance from Health Ministry Year 2015. The safety of electronic medical records has 6 aspects as follows privacy, integrity, authenticity, availability, access, control, non-rapadiatum.Method: This research aimed to know the description of the completeness format and the safety of The Electronic Medical Record at RSIGM Sultan Agung Semarang. This research used descriptive observational using a cross-sectional method. The subject of this study was Electronic Medical Records in March 2020. The samples were selected according to the inclusion criteria obtained from RSIGM Sultan Agung SemarangResult: The result of this research was used to know the description of the completeness of Electronic Medical Record Format and the safety of Electronic Medical Record at RSIGM Sultan Agung Semarang.Conclusion: The conclusion of this research showed Electronic Medical Record had been applied at RSIGM Sultan Agung Semarang but there are still lack in the informed consent form and the informed refusal, the safety of the electronic medical record was still lack in the electronic signature format.

Background: Cancer is the second leading cause of death in the world after heart disease. One type of cancer, namely head and neck cancer, can be treated with head and neck radiotherapy. Continuous radiotherapy will cause an increase in oxidative stress and free radicals and damage to the oral mucosa, one of which is oral mucositis. Giving ozone water can help reduce the degree of oral mucositis in patients. Ozone water itself has several beneficial effects such as antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial. The purpose of this study was to determine the potential of ozone water in reducing the severity of oral mucositis in patients after head and neck radiotherapy.Method: Gargling treatment using ozone water in a ratio of 2:3 for 1 minute with 4 repetitions for 2 weeks showed a significant reduction in pain. Ozone used in gas or liquid form for more than 5 minutes has the potential to cause side effects on the duration of inflammation and for gas can cause infection in the respiratory tract.Conclusion: The conclusion of this review is that the administration of ozone water with a concentration of 2-4 ppm for approximately 5 minutes has the potential to cure oral mucositis due to head and neck radiotherapy

Background: Head and Neck Cancer (oral, nose, pharynx, and larynx area) are 890.000 new cases and 450.000 deaths in 2018. One of the treatment’s Radiotherapy affects saliva’s quality in physicochemical properties (flow rate, consistency, and acidity). Physicochemical properties are analyzed because they can influence saliva’s quality. The study is to get updated analysis about physicochemical properties’ saliva in Radiotherapy of Head and Neck Cancer Patient. Method: There are 39.972 articles, searched in Google Scholar, Academia, and Microsoft Academy database. The articles that are connected with keywords topic are 52 articles with abstract and title screening processes. The next process is selecting articles and getting 17 excluding articles and 35 including articles. The total articles are 35 articles. Therefore, they’re ready to be analyzed.Result: Major result of the analysis is radiotherapy affecting patients with Xerostomia. There’s a reducing flow rate, increasing consistency, and pH decrease in the acute phase. In the late phase, physicochemical properties’ saliva quality is decreased because of high ionizing radiation damaging DNA and membrane of the acinar cell. Primary saliva became hypertonic because protein kinase A enzyme and protein kinase C enzyme fail to do phosphorylation to build protein materials in the acinar cell. Conclusion: Radiotherapy making Xerostomia impact decreasing physicochemical properties’ quality in head and neck cancer. Education is the main thing to take Xerostomia’s complications for maintaining OHI like teeth brushing, chlorhexidine, fluoride or salivary stimulant application, and others. Analysis can be developed for the observation of consistency outcomes based on quantity.

Background : Erythema multiforme is an acute mucocutaneous inflammation which is self limiting desease. One of caused of Erythema multiforme is Herpes Simplex Virus infection diagnosed as Herpes Associated Erytema Multiforme (HAEM). The psychosomatic patients should be wary of anti-depressant therapy, because if there is an allergy, it can trigger the occurrence of erthema multiformis. In this paper, we will reported HAEM case on psychosomatic patient.Case and management : A case of 23 years old female patient with chief complaint sore and pain lips since one weeks ago. The patient has been on anti-depressant therapy for one month. Clinical examination on patient showed that there were erosive lesion covered by reddish brown crusta, sloughing on the border between lips and labial mucosa, and bloody lips. The results of laboratory tests show positive HSV. Patient was diagnosed with HAEM. Therapy given to the patient was corticosteroid topical oitment, acyclovir and oral rinse antiseptics. After two weeks the administration, condition on the patient has improved.Conclusions : HAEM cases if treated properly can recover well. Trigger factors must be controlled so that not recurrance

Background: Lemons consist of 5-8% citric acid, have a pH of around 2.74. Drinks that have a critical pH of 5.5 can be said to be acidic drinks. Acidic drinks have the potential to cause corrosion of teeth and dental materials, one of which is stainless steel orthodontic wire. Stainless steel orthodontic wire is easily corroded, the wire has a composition of 71% Iron (Fe), 18% Chromium (Cr), 8% Nickel (Ni), and 0.2% Carbon (C). Corrosion is caused by the presence of inorganic components that act as electrolyte media that can trigger electrochemical reactions.Method: Each sample was placed on each uninsulated petridish and labeled as a marker. This is done by inserting orthodontic wire which is immersed into the incubator for 3.5 hours at 37℃. Then the sample is taken and the separation between the sample and the solution is carried out. After that, the measurement of Iron (Fe) ions was carried out using the Atomic Absorption Spectrophotomery tool.Result: The results showed the average release of Iron (Fe) ions in the experimental group of lemon juice with a concentration of 25% was 0.067mg/L, a concentration of 50% was 0.090mg/L and a concentration of 100% was 0.135mg/L. The test results obtained using the One Way Anova test showed that there was no significant difference (p>0.05).Conclusion: There was no significant difference in the release of Iron (Fe) ions in stainless steel orthodontic wires between experimental groups, and there was no effect of soaking lemon juice (Citrus Limon (L.)) on the release of Iron (Fe) ions in stainless steel orthodontic wires.

Background : The latest development of dental material restoration is a bulk fill sculptable composite resin. This material can be applied to a 4 mm cavity at once irradiation. The success of polymerization can be affected by improper irradiation. Both the physical and mechanical properties of the material also can be decreased by improper irradiation. This study aimed to determine the effect of different light-cured unit intensities on the depth of polymerization of bulk fills sculptable composite resin restorations.Method : This research method was an experimental analytic type of post-test only control group design laboratory, consisting of 24 bulk fill sculptable composite resin with a diameter of 4mm x 6mm thickness divided into 6 groups:A1(3M ESPE-low intensity),A2(3M ESPE-high intensity),A3(3M ESPE-soft start intensity),B1(Ivoclar vivacity-low intensity),B2(Ivoclar vivadent-high intensity) and B3(Ivoclar vivadent-soft start intensity). Result : The results showed a significant effect of the low, high, and soft start intensity light-cured units in the bulk fill sculptable composite resin groups by Kruskal-Wallis test 0.00 (p <0.05).Conclusion : The best polymerization depth of bulk fill sculptable composite resin was 3M ESPE and it was affected by the high and low-intensity light-cured units

Background : Regeneration of periodontal ligament cells with tilapia scales collagen (Oreochromis niloticus) is one of the therapies that can be used in the field of periodontics. This review aims to explain the mechanism of periodontal ligament cell regeneration using tilapia scales (Oreochromis niloticus) collagen.Methods : Literature collection is done by selecting journals or articles through PubMed, NCBI, and Google Scholar based on keywords that match the author's criteria.Results : Regeneration of cells using collagen from tilapia scales can be used by using a bone graft technique because fish collagen contains calcium and phosphate that resembles human, namely hydroxyapatite (HAP). Fish scales are an alternative source of type I collagen and have the potential to be an alternative material for bone graft.Conclusions : Regeneration of periodontal ligament cells using tilapia scale collagen can be done using bone graft techniques. Fish scales have many benefits apart from having almost the same content as humans as well as materials that are still easy to obtain and a more economical price to use. The authors suggest that the researchers further conduct further research on the preparation of tilapia scales so that they can be applied in tissue engineering actions in the field of periodonsia.

Background: Gingivitis is the infection disease with tooth loss effect. Using fixed orthodontic appliance in dentistry can give gingivitis impact with its’ designed way. To determine the effectiveness of papaya leaf extraction and gengigel in gingivitis treatment with fixed orthodontic application in letrature review explanation Methods: Literature searching with Science Direct, NCBI (PubMed), and Google Scholar databases and getting 530 articles. Articles are screened to be 67 articles and selected by inclusion and exclusion criteria getting 37 articles. 37 Articles are ready to be analysed. Results:There is effectiveness of papaya leaf extract and gengigel in patients using fixed orthodontic appliances for giving anti inflammation effect, wound healing and enhance blood circulation. Conclusion: The conclusion is papaya and gengigel leaf extraction giving gingivitis healing effect in fixed orthodontic treatment
