The leader is happy, when he sees an orderly employee at work, systematic in solving problems, listening to orders, pay attention to standards, be careful when working, respect the opinions of others, work together as a solid team, and so on. Indeed that is discipline. This research seeks to dig up information, obtain data, analyze findings, provide conclusions and suggestions. To prove this, a series of scientific methods was carried out using a quantitative approach and regression analysis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and random samples. This finding suggests, that a person is said to be disciplined if his attitude is in accordance with his behavior. His behavior is measurable proof of discipline, and has implications for organizational goals

This paper reveals about the intensity of dhikr ratib al-haddad, spiritual intelligence of santri, and the influence of the dhikr ratib al-haddad intensity to the spiritual intelligence of Pondok Pesantren santri Mathla'unnajah Ujungjaya Sumedang. The method used is survey method with quantitative approach through simple correlation and regression analysis. Data collection techniques were conducted by observation, questionnaire, and documentation. The results obtained from this study indicate that the intensity value of dhikr ratib al-haddad is 0.79 or 79% of each item statement with high categorization. While the value of spiritual intelligence of santri of 0.80 or 80% of each item statement with a very high categorization. In addition, based on the analysis of coefficient of determination can be seen that the percentage of the influence intensity of dhikr ratib al-haddad to the spiritual intelligence of santri is 0.246 or 24.60% and 0.754 or 75.40% other influenced by other variables outside the variable X.   Tulisan ini mengungkapkan tentang intensitas dzikir ratib al-haddad, kecerdasan spiritual santri, dan pengaruh intensitas dzikir ratib al-haddad terhadap kecerdasan spiritual santri Pondok Pesantren Mathla’unnajah Ujungjaya Sumedang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui analisis korelasi dan regresi sederhana. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai intensitas dizkir ratib al-haddad yaitu 0.79 atau 79% dari setiap item pernyataan dengan kategorisasi tinggi. Sedangkan nilai kecerdasan spiritual santri sebesar 0.80 atau 80% dari setiap item pernyataan dengan kategorisasi sangat tinggi. Selain itu, berdasar pada analisis koefisien determinasi dapat diketahui bahwa besarnya presentase pengaruh intensitas dzikir ratib al-haddad terhadap kecerdasan spiritual santri yaitu 0.246 atau 24.60% dan 0.754 atau 75.40% lainnya dipengaruhi variabel lain di luar variabel X.

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of leadership competencyand organization culture to customer satisfaction either directly or indirectly throughresponsive behavior employees. This research has three variables namely independentvariables (leadership competency and organizational culture), mediating variable (responsivebehavior) and dependent variable (customer satisfaction). The population in thisresearch are frontliners and customer of PT Garuda Indonesia Surabaya Branch Office.The technique of data collection is the census method. Data are gathered by questionnairesgiven to 42 frontliners and customers of PT Garuda Indonesia Surabaya BranchOffice. This research used quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis. Theresult shows that leadership competency, organizational culture and frontliner responsivebehavior have significantly influence to customer satisfaction. Responsive behavior doesnot mediate the influence of leadership competency and organizational culture to customersatisfaction.

One crucial factor in determining the successes of learning in schools is the teachers’ performances. Teacher’s performance not only determines the learning successes but also the achievements of the organizational goals. This study aims to determine the effects of the work environment, work motivation, and organizational culture on the teachers’ performance in the XYZ School. The number of subjects in this study was 82 teachers who taught at the XYZ, both the Primary and Secondary levels. A quantitative approach with the PLS-SEM method, in which the Smart PLS application was implemented to process the data, was used in this study. For the data collection, a survey technique using a questionnaire was selected as a research instrument. The results of the data analysis have shown that the work environment, work motivation, and organizational culture have positive effects on performance.

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki kontribusi atas Pendapatan Domestik Bruto (PDB) rata-rata sebesar 60% sehingga kelangsungan usahanya perlu dipertahankan dengan mengenali faktor-faktornya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh modal usaha, kualitas produk, dan jaringan wirausaha terhadap kelangsungan usaha UMKM Madu Sari Lanceng. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, dan menggunakan analisis statistik. Pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner kepada 22 pelaku UMKM Madu Sari Lanceng di Nglipar, Gunungkidul. Hasil analisis memberikan gambaran:  a) Modal Usaha dan Jaringan Wirausaha tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kelangsungan Usaha; b). Kualitas Produk berpengaruh positif terhadap kelangsungan usaha. Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a contribution to the average Gross Domestic Income (GDP) of 60% so that their business continuity needs to be maintained by recognizing the factors. This research aims to analyze the influence of business capital, product quality, and entrepreneurial networks on the business continuity of Madu Sari Lanceng MSMEs. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach, and uses statistical analysis. Data collection in the form of questionnaires to 22 MSME madu sari lanceng actors in Nglipar, Gunungkidul. The results of the analysis provide an overview: a) Business Capital and Entrepreneurial Network have no effect on Business Continuity; b). Product Quality has a positive effect on business continuity

The purpose of this research are: 1) to know job description of compensation and spirit at work of lecturer of Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2) to know the influence of communication to spirit at work of lecturer of Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta; 3) to know the effect of compensation On spirit at work of lecturer of Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 4) to know communication and compensation can predict increase of spirit at work of lecturer of Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The research model used in this research is regression analysis. This research will be conducted on 67 lecturers of Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This research uses descriptive and explanatory analysis. Data collection techniques using SPSS statistical application program version 22.0 The results in this study are: 1) compensation has a positive and significant impact on spirit at work of FE UNJ lecturers. 2) the communication has a positive and significant impact on the spirit at work of FE UNJ lecturer. 3) the result of model feasibility test shows that communication and compensation can predict spirit at work of FE UNJ lecturer.

This study examines the influence of leadership, competence and information technology on the accountability of village fund management in Rakit Kulim sub-district, Indragiri Hulu, Riau. Regarding the objectives of this study, three hypotheses were formulated, namely leadership, competence and information technology on the accountability of village fund management. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire, from 76 questionnaires distributed to the village government apparatus of the Rakit Kulim sub-district and all of them returned. To test the hypothesis, regression analysis was carried out using SPSS version 17.00. Before testing the hypothesis, testing the validity, reliability and classic regression assumptions is carried out. This study shows that leadership, competence and information technology have a significant effect on the accountability of village fund management.

 This study aims to develop organizational culture in Islamic microfinance institutions Baitul Maal wa at-Tamwil (BMT) Sidogiri in  Denpasar, Bali. Organizational culture is a basic assumption that grows from social construction results based on a mutual agreement to solve problems and achieve organizational goals. Therefore, the organizational culture in each company is different. This study uses a qualitative approach to data collection and analysis. Data collection uses in-depth interviews with the informant. The informants are leaders, employees, and customers of the BMT. The results of the study show the practice of religious culture. The dimensions of religious culture are amanah or trustworthy, mutual help (ta'awun), kinship and togetherness. Its value is clarified with sharia enterprise theory. This research has implications for developing the concept of organizational culture based on the peculiarities of Islamic microfinance institutions based on pesantren. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengembangkan konsep budaya organisasi di lembaga keuangan mikro syariah BMT Sidogiri Denpasar, Bali. Budaya organisasi merupakan asumsi dasar yang tumbuh dari hasil konstruksi sosial berdasarkan kesepakatan bersama untuk menyelesaikan masalah dan mencapai tujuan organisasi. Oleh karena itu, budaya organisasi dalam setiap perusahaan berbeda-beda. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dalam pengumpulan dan analisis data. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam kepada informan. Para informan adalah pimpinan, karyawan, dan nasabah BMT Sidogiri. Hasil penelitian menemukan penerapan budaya religius. Dimensi budaya religius tersebut meliputi amanah, tolong menolong (ta’awun), kekeluargaan kebersamaan. Nilai budaya religius tersebut selanjutnya diperjelas dengan teori usaha syariah. Penelitian ini memiliki implikasi pada pengembangan konsep budaya organisasi berdasarkan kekhasan lembaga keuangan mikro syariah berbasis pesantren.

Introduction. This paper investigate the research behaviour in Undergraduate Program of Library Science Faculty of Administrative Science Universitas Brawijaya.Data Collection Method. This research uses descriptive methods with quantitative approach through documentation and observation for data collection, a number of ninety-four undergraduate theses are explained in this study.Data Analysis. Data analysis used in this study is descriptive statistical analysis.Results and Discussion. This study has several result: 1) The characteristics of literature based on  form type is book which most often used with 6.074 times (66,8%), after that, literature in print is most frequently cited literature with the 8.236 times (90,6%), then literature in Indonesian probably cited with the 8.116 times (88,25%), the amount of 6.617 times (73,3%) use literature from 0 to 10 years.2) Author that probably cited was Sugiyono with 542 times (6,91%). 3) half life of literature is 10 years.Conclusions. Based of the findings, the research behaviour was defined, so the provided suggestion for collection developmet and weeding policies in the the university library, also for administrators of education in the faculty to provide more control over policies in terms of citation.

This study aims to determine the Influence of Corporate Image, Service Quality, Interest Rates and Promotions on Decisions of Taking Home Ownership Loans (KPR) at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Gresik Branch Office. The sample in this study uses accidental sampling based on chance. The size of the sample used was 100 respondents. The analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. Data collection techniques are using questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that corporate image influences credit decision making, Service Quality influences credit leverage decisions, Interest rates affect credit decision making, Promotion affects the decision to take home ownership loans (KPR) at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Gresik Branch Office.

This research was conducted to layer farmers in Sukolilo village, Wajak in Malang distric .The data collection was conducted during Desember 2017 -“ January 2018 that focus on elasticity of egg price to farmer interest of develop their farming. Research method used is a method of survey sample with determination of the sampling method purposively namely layer chicken farmers who had 300-3000 chickens. The number of the overall sample can be reserach used is egg price, number of the population, feed price, pullet price, afkhir of layer price. Data analysis conducted includes data qualitative and analysis to calculate the elasticity of egg price by used Cobb-Douglas regression analysis. Data prosesscing from the result of this research condusted using the the SPSS version 16,0. The result show that afkhir of layer price have significant to affect elastic of egg price. The research concluded that 1) afkhir of layer price is a factor have significant affect to farmer interest of develop their farming and elastic to egg price 2) number of population, feed price and pullet price are the factors that are not elastic to egg price.Keywods : elasticity of egg price, number of population, feed price, pullet price, afkhir of layer price
