One of Mina Kahuripan fish cultivators in Jampang village located in Bogor Regency has innovation and achievements in managing fish and its fish feed, and is the largest fish producer in Bogor Regency. One of the innovations of fish cultivators is the use of a 4G (Four G) fish pond. Besides the fish pond innovation, there is another innovation, namely the use of the Azolla plant. This research aims to analyze the collaboration between Azolla and the 4G pond in waste management scenarios and cycle costing. This research is a qualitative research phenomenon. The data collection technique is done by using observation, interview, documentation, and experiment techniques. Respondents of this study were fish cultivators Mina Kahuripan in Jampang Bogor Village. The results showed that the cycle costing analysis between conventional and 4G fish ponds, it was seen that the production costs in conventional ponds were higher because the media used were all purchased by new categories, while the production costs for 4G fish ponds were lower even though there was a budget for Azolla plant ponds, the quality of the fish produced was guaranteed. Lower production costs are due to the fish cultivators doing waste management from the waste in making 4G fish ponds, resulting in cost efficiency. Another advantage of Waste management scenarios utilizes waste from vegetable and fruit plants that are above the 4G fish pond

The objective of the study was to compare through simulation Holstein and Jersey breed herds, considering the farm size, zootechnical and economic indexes and profitability of the activity, by using different systems of bonus payment for milk price based in percentage of fat and protein in the milk. The comparisons were made, initially, disregarding the bonus payment for milk price based on the increase in the fat and protein percentage in milk. After that, the profitability of the activity was compared considering bonus payment for milk price of the Jersey breed herd, for each unit increment in fat and protein percentage in milk above those obtained with the Holstein breed herd. Finally, the profitability of the activity was compared by using the bonus payment for milk price based on quality of that used by company A systems. When there was no bonus payment for milk price based in the percentage of fat and protein in the milk, the profit obtained with the Holstein breed was higher because of the lower production costs. In order to make the activity more profitable with the Jersey breed, a bonus payment of 5% for milk price would be needed for each percentage unit of fat above the percentage of that obtained with the Holstein breed, or a bonus payment of 10% in the milk price for each percentage unit of protein above the percentage obtained with the Holstein breed. By using the bonus payment system proposed by Gimenes and Ponchio, the annual profit with the Jersey breed was higher than the profit obtained with the Holstein breed. However, with the application of the bonus payment system used by company A, the Holstein breed became more profitable than the Jersey breed.

Community empowerment in optimizing integrated housing is aimed at making the community to be able to utilize the houses in order to improve the quality of the environment and people's lives. In addition, community empowerment must be able to run sustainably so as to provide sustainable benefits for the community. Proper yard management in this case is an integrated yard by combining various yard management technologies. In the community empowerment program, it adopts technology from an integrated farming system that are utilizing fish, plants and livestock. The series of activities in the community empowerment program for the yard utilization include providing various training in managing the yard and supporting technology. The provided training including composting from livestock manure and inorganic waste, introduction of biopore, and planning an integrated yard making. The series of activities carried out within a period of 2 months. Training is given so that the community can be independent in making integrated yards, so that this program can provide benefits on an ongoing basis. In this empowerment program, training is carried out and making sample yards using an integrated system. Integrated yard management design includes chicken coops or cattle, fish ponds, and vegetable or medicinal plants. The three components are designed to provide integrated benefits. The main design is a cattle pen placed above the fish pond, and plants placed around the pond. In general, the system is built so that manure will be disposed into the fish ponds to become feed. Aquaculture is composed of various themes of interest, particularly does eutrophization due to feeding have direct effects on fish ponds and the whole aquatic system. This study focused on the study of the water quality of an aquatic system related to Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) rearing. Sampling was done at six sites during one rearing cycle (six months), taking water from the source of water supply, the fish pond itself, the effluent of the fish pond and the mixed waters. A principal component analysis revealed that, among all the environmental variables analyzed, chlorophyll-a, total nitrogen and phosphorus and organic matter were responsible for the variations observed during the rearing cycle. Other sources of variability extrinsic to the fish pond make it evident that the assessment must take the entire aquatic system related to the rearing into consideration, minimizing negative effects.

Aquafeed accounts for at least 75–90% of aquaculture’s operating costs. Traditional aquafeed ingredients such as fishmeal, fish oil, and soybean meal are unsustainable; further, their increasing cost necessities developing alternative feed ingredients. Microalgae-based aquafeed is not only environmentally friendly, but it can also be cost-effective with proper optimization. In addition, the nutrition profile of microalgae is similar to that of many fishes. The digestibility of a feed is one of the most important factors to consider in feed formulation. A highly digestible feed can lower production costs, reduce feed waste, and reduce the risk of eutrophication. This review discusses the digestibility of various nutrients such as protein, lipid, carbohydrate, amino acids, and fatty acids (including omega-3 fatty acids), dry matter, and energy of various microalgae in fish. Other commonly used aquafeed ingredients were also compared to microalgae in terms of nutrient and energy digestibility in fish. The intrinsic characteristics of microalgae, biomass pretreatment, and feed preparation methods are all discussed as factors that contribute to the nutrient and energy digestibility of microalgae in fish. Furthermore, methods for increasing the digestibility of microalgal biomass in fish are suggested. Finally, the review concludes with the challenges and prospects of using microalgae as a fish feed in terms of digestibility.

Misan province has large oil reserves, spread over all departments to maintain, some producing fields and other non-productive and a third is under development, and geographical factors contribution to the development of important geo-strategic Misan Oil Fields, Where there is oil in the layers it is complex and close to the surface of the earth.  In addition to the quality of its quality and lower production costs, not to mention the geographical location as Misan oil fields not far from the ports of export  in the Arabian Gulf, As well as its proximity to the largest oil reserves and production  area in the world, giving it dimension Geopolitical, In other words, the production of  the province of Misan oil remained modest due to political factors (Iraqi - Iranian war), economic factors (the economic embargo on Iraq). But oil production is increasing after entering the Misan oil fields within the licensing rounds, Which production has tripled for the period (2011-2016), it is hoped that production exceeds one million barrel threshold in 2020 Which will reflect the benefit of Iraq in general and especially to maintain that Iraq is an international rentier.

The study of physico-chemical parameters in fish ponds in Candaba, Pampanga was conducted to determine the quality of water for fish pond from July to August, 2014. Water samples were tested in-situ using probe meter: Thermo Orion Model A920. The results showed variation in the observed parameters at the different sampling stations and two sampling dates. Temperature ranged from 29±16.74 to 35.23±1.01˚C. pH values were 8.70±5.02 to 9.57±1.11. Dissolved oxygen values were 5.20±3 to 7.57±0.77mg/l. Electrical conductivity ranged from 220±0.01 to 489±0.57µS/cm. The values for temperature and DO were higher than accepted values for fish culture while those of other parameters favored for good fish production. The observations in this study suggest that fish production in some fish ponds of Candaba, Pampanga could be practiced without adverse effects posed by the quality of water.

The article discusses the main trends in the print media market over the past 10 years. The authors deal with the most topical problems of print media related to the necessity of restructuring traditional forms of editorial work in the context of the information revolution, the search for new ways of attracting target audience, and the increasing competition between the press and new electronic media. The study shows that these challenges have required prompt transformation in the work, which a number of traditional media have failed to do. As a result, they had to either reduce the covering or stop printing the copies. This trend is typical of both foreign and Russian print media. In the process of transformation and optimization of content production costs, print media have faced a number of companion problems caused by the increasing intensification of journalist work in convergent editorial offices, competition between professional journalists and freelance employees, and getting an optimal balance between profitability of the publications and quality of the media content.

Talk about retail business can not be separated from the importance of service to consumers and good quality goods . But at the present time due to intense competition in the business world , the service and quality of goods is not enough to be able to increase revenue and attract customers loyal . This makes companies think hard to survive and stable in the business . One of them is by using a media campaign in this regard more toward print or visual media is indirectly felt the value of their effectiveness in communicating product marketing programs . PT . Times Prima Indonesia is a company engaged in the retail book with the name of the Times bookstores . Based on the analysis of the company’s problems requires additional media types supporting more varied and creatif promotion of existing ones, which will be used as a complement and a media campaign as well as to enrich the data renewal campaign design to capture the interest of consumers in which one form of the media campaign is shaped merchandise . Therefore , do Enriching ( enrich ) media campaign merchandise before it is less varied and has not formed a company image . The methodology used is the analysis, observation and design . Besides the new design has been tested with the implemented test duration for 6 months, and greatly increases the perceived contribution , this is evidenced by the chart sales increasing each month.

The focus of this research is to design geometry learning mediain junior high schools based on RME and integrated with Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) using 3D Pageflip Proffesional,and to explain quality of the learning media. In the process of design and development of this media used is the ADDIE development model which begins with the stages analysis, design, development, and  carried out an evaluation in each stages. Implementation stages will be continued in the following years research. This research resulted in a product in the form of geometry learning media in junior high schools especially eight grade according to purpose. Based on the validity test and practicality test the results obtained from the validation by material experts and media design experts were 4.09 namely 81.8% and 4.21 or 84.2%.Based on the criteria for the validity of the instrument, the criteria for "very valid" were obtained. And the practicality results, namely the results of teacher response questionnaire obtained an average of 4.26 or 85.19%, and the results of student questionnaire responses were 4.07 or 81.4%. Then based on the percentage criteria of practicality of the instrument, it is found that the criteria are very practical and the media can be implemented with minor revisions.

Hidden curriculum is an integral part of the implementation of the education system. The existence of a hidden curriculum is absolutely necessary as a means of transfering positive character values to students. This study aims to determine the shape and implementation of hidden curriculum at Ehipassiko High School as one of the schools characterized by Buddhism. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique of this study uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The result of the study show that the hidden curriculum that appears in actual curriculum practice is reflected in learning activities such as: (a) the initial, core, and final activities of learning, (b) attached to all subjects; (c) student attitudes and comliance, and (d) exemplary teacher. Hidden curriculum in the learning process has a function as a tool and methid to increase the repertoire of students knowledge as well as a melting atmosphere of learning, resenting a respected and interesting teahing educator mode, so as to arouse students interest in learning. This research is expected to be an input for Ehipassiko Hidh School n particular and Buddhist schools in general to improve the quality of good Buddhist education.
