The aim of this study is to present the Faculty of Law Enforcement of the National University of Public Service and the admission process awaiting the members of generation Z – and within it, those who wish to apply for officer cadet status – as well as the drop-out rates and their causes following successful admission, and also the prerequisite base competences expected within the framework of public service and in law enforcement. The young applicants admitted to the Faculty of Law Enforcement are supposed to represent a significant proportion of the future reinforcement of the professional service personnel, thus the member of generation Z not only stand at the gates of higher education but at the gates of the law enforcement labour market, too. Through our study, we would like to highlight the correlations emerging between the competence-based expectations of the law enforcement organs from the young career starters and the university admission process as well as the individual wishes of the applicants, and the level of contrast or synergy of the physical and intellectual status of the students in this matter. From this perspective, the question may arise whether it is necessary to implement any changes in the set of conditions, expectations or attitudes regarding the higher educational training or in the starting phase of the law enforcement career path.

The intake system of our public university is each university conduct individual admission test. Each university has its self-admission test system. The student has to take part in the admission test for a particular subject and individual faculty of a university. In this scenario, the student has to take part in many admission tests. It's tough, time-consuming and costly to participate in many admission tests. In this circumstance, it's very much essential to discover a different or alternative process so that we can come out from such botheration and hassles. No method has been developed yet to release from these complexities and problems. This paper presents the issues of traditional admission system and how to solve this problem. To get a highly accurate model, admission related data is collected, then data is filtered, analysis and several experiments were executed. In this paper, we proposed three models that serve as the core design for the university admission system and then it is checked by a survey form, whether the model validates the requirements or not. The integrated admission system is convenient among three models. This model can reduce the limitation of the traditional admission system and provide a quality admission process.

UniAssist project is implemented to help students who have completed their Bachelorette degree and are looking forward to study abroad to pursue their higher education such as Masters. Machine Learning would help identify appropriate Universities for such students and suggest them accordingly. UniAssist would help such individuals by recommending those Universities according to their preference of course, country and considering their grades, work experience and qualifications. There is a need for students hoping to pursue higher education outside India to get to know about proper universities. Data collected is then converted into relevant information that is currently not easily available such as courses offered by their dream universities, the avg. tuition fee and even the avg. expense of living near the chosen university on single mobile app based software platform. This is the first phase of the admission process for every student. The machine-learning algorithm used is Collaborative filtering memory-based approach using KNN calculated using cosine similarity. A mobile-based software application is implemented in order to help and guide students for their higher education.

Socialization is a process, in which a new member of society learns the norms and values of which he or she is a member. This socialization is done as a form of effort from universities to be able to provide information about the admission of new students. This aims that information about this can be conveyed properly in accordance with the Mandate of the Ministry of Education and Technology which expects that there is an increase in the Gross Participation Rate (APK) of Higher Education in Indonesia, especially in bandar Lampung City. The low Gross Participation Rate (APK) of Higher Education in Indonesia in 2018 showed a figure of 33.37%. This figure shows the lag when compared to some other communities in ASEAN. Seeing this, Lampung University as one of the universities also organizes socialization of new student admissions every year. The new student admission system is carried out through the test path determined by the Ministry of Education and Technology. In addition, Lampung University also held student admissions through the achievement path as a form of appreciation of Indonesian students who have ability both in the academic and non-academic fields. Socialization of new student admissions of Lampung University to increase the Gross Participation Rate of Universities in Bandar Lampung City is generally done through online and direct socialization on a limited basis while still complying with health protocols. This socialization activity is also continued with evaluation and monitoring so that the activities run well and the desired essence and objectives can be achieved.

The admission process in the higher education system is one of the most tedious methods for parents and their wards. The common issues faced by them include confusion in the choice of the curriculum, equal care of individuals and the opportunities before them. The development of simple, scalable, and economical methods for admission process is the first step to realize their potential applications. Rational design and scalable approaches will enable an integrated system with multiple functionalities and broader applications. This paper proposes a software architecture model with several productivity features that uses the latest technologies to reduce inconveniences faced by applicants and their parents during the admission process. The application of this alternate model, adopting artificial intelligence-based technologies and its proper implementation can also minimize workforce and accelerate the admission process

In today's education world there are many number of students who want to pursue higher education after engineering or any graduate degree course. Higher education in the sense, some people want to do M.tech through GATE or through any educational institute entrance examination and some people want to do MBA through CAT or through any respective educational institute entrance examination and some people want to do Masters in abroad universities. we are focusing on only the students who want to pursue their higher education in abroad universities. Generally Higher education in abroad universities means we have many options like canada, USA ,UK Germany, Italy, Australia etc. But we are focusing on only the students who want to do their Masters in America. Students who want to do masters in America have to write GRE (Graduate Records Examination) and TOEFL/IELTS (Test of English as a Foreign Language/International English Language Testing System). Once they have attended the exams they have to prepare their SOP(statement of purpose) and LOR(letter of reccomendation) which are one of the crucial factors they have to consider. These LOR and SOP plays a vital role if the student was looking for any scholarship. Then the students have to choose the universities they want to study or apply, we cannot apply to all the universities that will lead to lot of application fees. Here comes the problem that the student dontt know to which university he might get admission. There are some online blogs which help in these matter but they are not that much accurate and dont consider all the factors and there are some consultancy offices which will take lot of our money and time and sometimes they will give some false information.so our goal is to develop a model which will tell the students their chance of admission into a respective university. This model should consider all the crucial factors which plays a vital role in student admission process and should have high accuracy. The model name is UAP. To access this model we will develop a simple user interface.

Abstract: My paper sets to analyze the Soviet policy on access to higher education during the last four decades of existence of the USSR, with a particular focus on the Ukrainian case. It includes the analysis of discourses on planned economy and central regulations regarding access to universities, and a discussion on official and unofficial benefits (Russian original ‘blat’) during the admission process. The findings led to the conclusion that the number of students, which increased four point four times between 1950 and 1990, was less significant per 100,000 people; thus, generally speaking, access to university education continued to be rather restrictive in social terms. This was one of the main causes of the slow development of Soviet Ukraine in scientific and technological areas.
