This study aims to explain how the distribution of productive zakat in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra and how the effectiveness of productive zakat distribution in improving the welfare of mustahik in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive method, which is a problem that guides researchers to explore and photograph situations that will be thoroughly investigated, broadly and deeply. Data collection techniques with field research, while the tools used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study inform that in distributing productive zakat funds, Rumah Zakat is in accordance with Law No. 23 of 2011 concerning Management of Zakat. The distribution of productive zakat carried out by the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra through the Senyum Mandiri Program to mustahik in Medan Helvetia Subdistrict has been effective, because it can improve the welfare of mustahik, this is evidenced by the income of eight of thirteen mustahik people in total, five people whose income is fixed and four out of eight people whose income has increased has reached the level of muzaki.

The management of local asset is part of the regional financial management. Since the enactment of regulation of asset management area is expected to be a reference and strength of local government in managing its regional asset. To apply the system in accordance with Permendagri No.19 year 2016 supervision and coorperation required to carry out the process of recording asset at SKPD level as well as management of regional assets including BPK BMD Minahasa district. The purpose of this study is to find out how the application on the system of coaching, administration, and supervision of goods in the management of local assets in BPK BMD Minahasa whether in accordance with Permendagri No.19 year 2016. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis method. The results showed that the implementation management of local asset, especially the coaching, administration, and supervision of assets in BPK BMD Minahasa accordance with Permendagri No.19 yaers 2016. Not yet supported IT equipment that has not been compatible with that asset user and the lack of human resources becomes an obstacle asset management in BPK BMD Minahasa.Keywords: asset, coaching, administration, supervision

Technology is developing rapidly, technology products are created to provide convenience to the community, which is new media. When through the development of technology, the spread of comics is also widely spread, comics that were originally using print media are now developing using digital media. To disseminate comic content, digital comic authors now using social media to promote their comics to a large extent. So digital comic authors need a strategy to disseminate digital comic content, attract readers, and get collaborative offers to raise their name. In this research the authors used a descriptive qualitative analysis method, to find out the strategies used by Ghosty's comic authors in spreading, and raising their names. The author collected data by interviewing the author of Ghosty's Comic, and his friends at once readers to get the data needed in this research. The results of this reserach illustrate that it is important to use strategies to create interesting digital comic content so that the Ghosty's comics can get collaborations such as Tokopedia, Orang Tua Group, Line Webtoon.Teknologi berkembang dengan pesat, banyak produk teknologi diciptakan untuk memberikan kemudahan pada masyarakat, salah satunya adalah media baru. Saat melalui perkembangan teknologi medium penyebaran komik juga meluas, komik yang semula menggunakan media cetak kini berkembang menggunakan media digital. Untuk menyebarkan konten komik, pengarang komik digital kini menggunakan media sosial untuk mempromosikan komiknya ke kalangan yang luas. Maka pengarang komik digital memerlukan sebuah strategi untuk melakukan penyebaran konten komik digital, menarik pembaca, dan mendapatkan tawaran kolaborasi untuk membesarkan namanya. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif analisis,  untuk mengetahui strategi yang digunakan pengarang komik Ghosty’s dalam menyebarkan, dan membesarkan namanya. Penulis mengumpulkan data dengan melakukan wawancara dengan pengarang komik Ghosty’s, dan teman sekaligus pembacanya untuk mendapatkan data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa pentingnya menggunakan strategi untuk membuat konten komik digital yang menarik sehingga dengan besarnya nama komik Ghosty’s bisa mendapatkan kolaborasi seperti Tokopedia, Orang Tua Group, Line Webtoon.

The research is aimed to find out the speech act classification and types of request strategy from a dialogue of the characters in Tall Girl movie. The method of this study is descriptive qualitative analysis. Data is taken out of all dialogues of the characters and is observed by using theories. In this analysis, the writers found the speech Act Classification and Types of Request Strategy in the Speech Act. The speech act is classified in declaration, representatives, directives, commissives, and expressive. Directives served the dominant form among the five types of illocutionary act mostly expressed their utterance. And as request strategy is typed in mood derivable, explicit performative, hedged performative, locution derivable, want statement, suggestive formula and preparatory. Mood derivable served the dominant form among the other types to deliver their willingness.

Individuals use language as a means of communication everywhere and at all times. In today's world, figurative language is often encountered in everyday life, such as in song lyrics. Figurative language is a way of describing something without saying it directly. This research aims to investigate the figurative languages found in the lyrics of the song "Grenade" by analyzing their context and attempting to decipher their meaning. The data tool is song lyrics found on the internet, and the research approach is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results revealed that this album employs figurative language such as metaphor, hyperbole, and repetition. Furthermore, the most figurative words used in the lyrics is hyperbole. This research is purposed to determine the pattern of phoneme which changed in Indonesian loanwords which derived from Japanese. This research based on descriptive qualitative analysis method. The data source of this research is article from Kompas news online website which uploaded from January until October 2020. There are 67 data which classified to the pattern of phoneme that changed based on theory of vowels and consonant from Marsono and for Japanese vowels and consonant using theory from Sudjianto and Dahidi. There are 3 patterns of phoneme that changed in Indonesian loanwords which derived from Japanese found from this research: the pattern from one vowel change, the pattern from one vowel and one consonant change, and the pattern from one consonant change. The further research through big data such as corpus based research might be needed to find another variations of this pattern.

This study aimed to find out and describe the struggle of an older sister to her younger siblings. Struggle was to progress with difficulty or to make a strenuous effort. Effort and struggle were directed towards the achieving of an end which was realized as one’s ideal. Struggle meant everything that was done to achieve a goal. Effort and hard work had to be achieved as the key to success. All of that were an attempt to achieve something expected for the sake of glory and kindness. The data analysis technique used was descriptive qualitative analysis. The descriptive research attempted to describe, explain and interpret conditions of the present or descriptive research sought to provide an accurate description of observations of a phenomenon. The results of the study showed that struggle in the novel was concerned with: (1) to earn a better living, (2) to give proper education, (3) to save life.

Data India shows that  Muslim population in India, at the census 2001, was in second place after Hindus. It reached 138 million (13.4%) after Hindus which is little over 827 million (80.5%). This number implies how Islam has been well-received in India and entered into various areas of life including education. Muslim Educational System in India has developed over decades through its Islamic institution and madrasas. This study aims to see the language teaching in Darul Uloom, Deoband as it is reflected through its educational system and curriculum. This is a library based research in which extensive reviews of literature has been made in attempt to produce a descriptive qualitative analysis. This study shows that in Darul Uloom Deoband, stylized writing mastery has become the ultimate skills to acquire.here,  Language is not only merely targeted as a means of communication but also as a means to study Islamic textbooks. Moreover, it is expected that through the language mastery its students and alumni can be author of many books in Arabic and English. This research aims to analyze vocabulary in the English Materials textBook for the first grade of senior high school. This study focuses on the vocabulary presented in the English Materials Book for High School First Grade. This research was conducted to solve the  issues of the importance of vocabulary as a part of learning content and the appropriate vocabulary for learning content including a textbook based on Tomlinson’s theory.  which is also under Tomlinson's theory. The research design is descriptive qualitative analysis with the book as the main source for gathering the data. The book consists of fifteen chapters, and each chapter provides vocabulary content. The information on this exploration is the material of the English Materials textbook. The after effect of this research shows that the English Materials textbook  satisfies 15 measures or 93,7% corresponds with  the Tomlinson's theory. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memecahkan masalah pentingnya kosakata sebagai bagian dari konten pembelajaran dan kosakata yang sesuai untuk konten pembelajaran termasuk buku teks berdasarkan teori Tomlinson. yang juga di bawah teori Tomlinson. Desain penelitian adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan buku sebagai sumber utama pengumpulan data. Buku ini terdiri dari lima belas bab, dan setiap bab menyediakan konten kosakata. Informasi tentang eksplorasi ini adalah bahan dari buku teks Materi Bahasa Inggris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa buku teks Materi Bahasa Inggris memenuhi 15 ukuran atau 93,7% sesuai dengan teori Tomlinson. Dengan cara ini, buku teks materi bahasa Inggris cocok digunakan untuk siswa.

After the reformation a change has occurs, a significant one, especially in the state administration as seen in the amendment, the 1945 constitution amendment, strengthening on the legislature in order to lift the power of checks and balances among the institutions, government agencies. On the third amendments in 2001 new institution, an institution of legislation appears in the Regional Representative Board (DPD to be the regional representation and later become a second chamber (bicameral) parliament which believed has made the legislation tasks such as, budgeting, and monitoring implemented optimally. But in reality, the duties and powers of the second chamber is still very limited compared to the first chamber which is the DPR, hence the transformation effort to ius consitutendum, the desirous law, appeared in strengthening the DPD constitutionally through MPR with Pancasila as the foundation. The method used is a normative juridical, by referring to the laws and principles exist. The analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results shows that there is an inequality authorization in the, DPR and DPD, parliament. It gives a signal that the system we have adopted is a soft bicameral. By constant check and balance with Pancasila as the foundation DPD should be strengthen.
