The non-equilibrium microstructure of Fe-C-Mn-Si TRIP steel is designed bythermodynamic and kinetic calculation. The upper limit of bainitic transformation temperature iscalculated and compared to that characterized by CCT curve determination. s M temperature isdetermined based on thermodynamics of martensitic transformation and sublattice model. Thecalculation is conducted via TQ6-patch in Thermo-Calc software. Comparison between thecalculations and experiments reveals the relationship between non-equilibrium phase compositionand heat treatment parameters which can be utilized to achieve the elaborate design of alloy and heattreatment for super TRIP steel.

This article provides comprehensive analysis of interrelationship of the main actors of Malian conflict in 2012-2021, based on official statements, documents, press reports and field studies. The analysis is focused on the main groups of actors and the complex nature of relationships within the system, based on the "mutual intersection" of actors at several levels - transnational, state and local (ethnic). The authors consider a complex of political and economic reasons that affects the change in the loyalty of actors - the general level of poverty, the issue of controlling routes of smuggling and drug trafficking, the unique political agenda of different groups, close tribal, family and friendly ties between representatives of the same classes and clans representing different actors. In the paper are also analyzed the main events that make it possible to talk about the type of relations between actors. Researchers pay special attention to non-state actors - former rebels and ethnic militias, which form the systems of relations among the actors of the Malian conflict and actively use violence, the monopoly on which de jure belongs only to the state. Authors analyze the position of foreign actors (France, EU, UN) and emergence of new, non-violent methods of combating terrorism, since the anti-terrorist operations "Serval" and "Barkhan" were not successful and did not destroy the terrorist groups in the Sahara-Sahel region. All these facts signal about a further change in the relationship among the actors and, as a result, new challenges and opportunities in the settlement of the Malian conflict.

Since 2005, expenditures on research, development and technological work (R & D) have been allocated in the structure of investments in non-financial assets. The absence of methodological developments on a comprehensive analysis of indicators of environmental and economic efficiency does not allow us to clearly determine the real costs of creating a system of rational nature use and environmental protection. In order to, at least approximately estimate the necessary level of investment in the restoration of the environment, it is necessary to conduct a study of the relationship between investment and environmental activities through the interrelationship between the concepts of "investment" and "capital investments".

It is a low degree of geological studiedness in Jiwa area, the published synthesis and other reliable data is rare. By adopting similar analogy and comprehensive analysis methods, it found that the content is the highest about Au, As, Sb, Cu and W based on the relationship of the distribution of elements and time, this characteristic has reflected the evolution characteristics of carbonate in Palaeozoic in this area. The content is the highest about Pb, Zn, Ag and Cd in volcanic rock strata in Paleogene-Neogene, it reflected that the characteristic of elements associations related to intermediate-acidic volcanic activity. The content is the highest about Au, Ag and Sn in strata in Quaternary, which would forms gold deposits (spots), it reflected mainly the characteristic of elements mineral enrichment related with weathering origin in period. There are three minerals-ore combination types of wolframite-molybdenum-bismuthinite-chalcopyrite-pyrite quartz vein type, wolframite-molybdenum-bismuthinite-chalcopyrite-pyrite mica-quartz type, tungsten-molybden- limonite ores-oxidised type. Prospecting direction is Au-Pb-Zn hydrothermal filling type, the Cu deposit of sand-type and skarn-type copper polymetallic deposit. It has very important theory and real sense via scientific investigation of main geologic characteristics and metallogenic models research in Jiwa area.

A surprising feature of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic to date is the low burdens reported in sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) countries relative to other global regions. Potential explanations (e.g., warmer environments [1], younger populations [2,3,4]) have yet to be framed within a comprehensive analysis accounting for factors that may offset the effects of climate and demography. Here, we synthesize factors hypothesized to shape the pace of this pandemic and its burden as it moves across SSA, encompassing demographic, comorbidity, climatic, healthcare and intervention capacity, and human mobility dimensions of risk. We find large scale diversity in probable drivers, such that outcomes are likely to be highly variable among SSA countries. While simulation shows that extensive climatic variation among SSA population centers has little effect on early outbreak trajectories, heterogeneity in connectivity is likely to play a large role in shaping the pace of viral spread. The prolonged, asynchronous outbreaks expected in weakly connected settings may result in extended stress to health systems. In addition, the observed variability in comorbidities and access to care will likely modulate the severity of infection: We show that even small shifts in the infection fatality ratio towards younger ages, which are likely in high risk settings, can eliminate the protective effect of younger populations. We highlight countries with elevated risk of slow pace, high burden outbreaks. Empirical data on the spatial extent of outbreaks within SSA countries, their patterns in severity over age, and the relationship between epidemic pace and health system disruptions are urgently needed to guide efforts to mitigate the high burden scenarios explored here.

The purpose of the study is to conduct a cognitively-comparative analysis of the representation of the communicative-pragmatic frame intellect (Russianум, German Klugheit) objectified in proverbs of English and Russian languages, which, being a reflection of the world view of a particular ethnic group, are a conventional way of expressing stereotypes of the people. The scientific novelty of the study lies in a comprehensive analysis of stereotypical assessments of the intellectual abilities of an individual as a representative of a particular society, through the study of paremias containing the nomination of the intellect – foolishness binome in the English, German and Russian paremiological view of the world. The article bears the result of the study of 1243 proverbial units – 412 English, 433 German and 398 Russian proverbs and sayings. As a result, universal and unique stereotypical representations of the value and the availability of knowledge and intelligence were revealed; the relationship between the level of mental abilities and behavior, luck; dependence of intelligence on alcohol, age, wealth and happiness. In addition, a correlation was determined between related (English and German) and unrelated (Russian) languages, which, in turn, facilitates the process of cognitive learning of the languages studied. Consequently, the article contributes to solving the problems of intercultural communication.
