This paper aims firstly to describe the existing Melbourne Family Care Organisation (M.F.C.O.) Service Information System (S.I.S.) and how it was developed. Although the system was developed to meet our own needs, it has also from the outset been considered to be an innovative demonstration to the field with the hope that other welfare agencies will organise their own systematic data collections to allow for pooling of information and thereby facilitating advocacy, lobbying and social comment. A copy of the computer program, therefore, is available free of charge to any agencies who consider it may be appropriate for them. Secondly, M.F.C.O. would like to share some of their experiences in the hope that other agencies interested in undertaking development of their own systems, may be able to avoid some of the pitfalls we encountered.

Registration of Umrah in Jember Alkhairat Group is a regular activity performed almost every month, In implementation Alkhairat ' Umrah during the registration of the Group do not restrict Jember pilgrims to Mecca to perform the applicants, so that the required applications that handle the entire registration process bias ' in order to make it easy for prospective pilgrims to Mecca and it sysop Alkhairat Group registration in the service is doing. This study has formulated the problem how to build information systems services is doing in the web-based Alkhairat Group. Umrah service information system is being developed in the scope of the registration cost of doing ' Umrah and installments only, such as the registration procedures ' in the Alkhairat Group. Research conducted at the information system using the method prototype by using iterative System Development Life in models (SDLC) Cule. Research conducted can be concluded that the information system Services AlKhairat web-based Group can be a tool to assist and facilitate the service of process is doing. Facilities provided in this information system are charging from ' registration ' fee installment, option packages, and reports data umrah applicants with various details.

The purpose of this research is to design a medical service information system for Java-based human citeureup clinical patients to accelerate and manage patient data, search for medical service information systems and to produce medical service information systems in Java-based human clinical clinics. The research method used by researchers is a qualitative research method that is research on research conducted descriptive and using analysis. The results obtained were about medical service information systems to assist in processing patient data. The construction of this information system is expected to facilitate and provide maximum service to patients as well as facilitate the processing of transaction data for reporting, data and information management processes become more effective, produce faster output and no longer use incorrect data input or require duplication of data.

The reliability of computer-based information systems is largely determined by the reliability of the developed application software. The failure rate of its computer program is considered as an indicator of the reliability of the application software. To determine the expected reliability of the application software planned for the development (until writing the code of a program), the model is proposed that uses some parameters of the future computer program, data on the influence of various factors on its reliability, and further testing of the program. The model takes into account the field of software application and computer processor performance. The process of model parameters obtaining is analyzed., It is possible by use of proposed model to determine the predicted failure rate of the planned application computer program, and then the reliability of the computer-based information system as a whole. If necessary, the measures can be developed to ensure the required level of reliability of the computer-based information system.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi Sistem informasi pada saat ini menjadi suatu pendukung dalam suatu kegiatan atau pekerjaan. Keberadaan sistem informasi sudah menjadi kebutuhan dasar bagi suatu instansi dalam segala aspek aktifitas. Sistem informasi juga berperan sebagai alat bantu dalam menyelesaikan suatu permasalahan yang ada dalam lingkungan pekerjaan. Tujuan dari pembuatan sistem informasi penerimaan berkas badan usaha jasa konstruksi LPJK Provinsi Maluku, tersebut untuk mempermudah user dan membantu staf dalam pengelolaan data berkas di kantor LPJK. Proses pembuatannya mengunakan Bahasa Pemogramaan visual basic.net dan Microsoft access sebagai databasenya dalam pembuatan sertifikasi berkas badan usaha, berkas registrasi tahun ke-2 dan berkas registrasi tahun ke-3, berkas perpanjangan serta berkas perubahan. Dan dikembangkan sistem informasi penerimaan berkas badan usaha jasa konstruksi yang memungkinkan user tidak kesulitan dalam mengelola berkas, dari mulai penginputan data berkas. Sehingga dengan adanya sistem informasi ini, proses penerimaan berkas badan usaha jasa konstruksi sudah tidak lagi dilakukan secara konvensional seperti yang pernah diterapkan sebelumnya.Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Penerimaan Berkas, Visual Basic.NetAbstract: The development of technology Information systems at this time become a supporter in an activity or job. Financial information system is an information system that provides information to individuals or groups of people, both inside and outside the company that contains financial problems and information about the flow of money for users in the company. Financial information systems are used to solve financial problems in a company, by meeting three financial principles: fast, safe, and inexpensive.Quick principle, the intention is that financial information systems must be able to provide the required data on time and can meet the needs. The Safe Principle means that the financial information system must be prepared with consideration of internal controls so that company assets are maintained. The Principle of Inexpensive, the intention is that the cost of implementing a financial information system must be reduced so that it is relatively inexpensive.Therefore we need technology media that can solve financial problems, and produce financial information to related parties quickly, safely and cheaply. One example of developing information technology today is computer technology and internet. Starting from financial problems and technological advances, the authors make a website-based financial management application to facilitate the parties that perform financial management and supervision.Method of development application program is used Waterfall method, with the following stages: Software Requirement Analysis, Software Design, Program Code Making, Testing, Support, Maintenance.

Printing service order information systems sometimes experience problems in completing running business processes including, frequent loss and inaccuracy in registering orders from customers, often also losing order data from customers, recording orders often experience errors, resulting inaccurate reporting of order data. A computerized ordering service information system will greatly help improve performance and accuracy in making reports on business processes running at a company. The existence of enterprise modeling of information systems ordering printing services with the TOGAF framework will be a method that greatly helps management make a decision that will synergize with the business process activities at the company. So that the objectives of the system can be achieved properly. The TOGAF framework can be a solution and will help to produce a system architecture design, a business process architecture, a technology architecture, a number of proposed business opportunity strategy proposals and an ongoing system change proposal.

The distinctive quality of the new social structure is that information becomes the only factor of production. In today's organizations, public administrators are directly responsible for applying information to administrative processes. In addition to his managerial responsibilities, a knowledge based organization requires every employee to take responsibility for achieving efficiency. This has increased the importance of information systems in the decision-making process. Information systems consist of computer and communication technology, data base management and model management and include activity processing system, management information system, decision support systems, senior management information system, expert systems and office automation systems. Information systems in the health sector aim at the management and provision of preventive and curative health services. The use of information systems in healthcare has the benefits of increasing service quality, shortening treatment processes, maximizing efficiency of the time, labour and medical devices. The use of information systems for clinical decision making and reducing medical errors in the healthcare industry dates back to the 1960s. Clinical information systems involve processing, storing and re-accessing information that supports patient care in a hospital. Clinical information systems are systems that are directly or indirectly related to patient care. These systems include electronic health/patient records, clinical decision support systems, nurse information systems, patient tracking systems, tele-medicine, case mix and smart card applications. Diagnosis-treatment systems are information-based systems used in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. It consists of laboratory information systems, picture archiving and communication system, pharmacy information system, radiology information system, nuclear medicine information system. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of health information system applications in Turkey. The first part of the study focuses on the concept of information systems and the types of information systems in organization structures. In the second part, clinical information systems and applications for diagnosis-treatment systems in Turkey are examined. Finally, the study evaluates applications in the health sector qualitatively from the new organizational structure, which is formed by information systems.

This article describes the main approaches to the development of an intellectual information system for managing the educational process. When developing, the experience of some foreign and national universities is taken into account, taking into account the general principles of the educational process. The analysis showed that in the development of IP there is a need for a specific approach to the development of the system.
