The development of technology in the telecommunications sector is now easier to be enjoyed by the community. Almost all regions have been able to enjoy the ease of access to information through telecommunications networks. Telecommunications service providers certainly have competed in such a way as to be able to hold users to remain loyal to the provider used. From several surveys conducted, there are still many users who cannot be loyal to use the services of these providers. The increasing number of communication network providers makes users more choices. Various ways are carried out by communication network providers to maintain their users such as giving bonuses, providing cheap rates, increasing services to the regions. In this study will focus on the level of customer satisfaction with cellular operators with a variety of criteria that have been prepared which will be a consideration for users in using these cellular operators. This research will use the AHP method (Analytic Hierarchy Process) to find out which cellular operators are the most superior based on the judgment of the user with various criteria each. So that in the end it will be known which cellular operators will be selected and purchased by consumers according to their respective needs. Measurement of public service satisfaction with government services serves as a valuable reflecting point for public officials to improve the public service quality. Pilgrimage to Mecca and Medina in Saudi Arabia is considered as a national duty and government responsibility in countries with a significant number of Muslim citizens. This article analyzes primary data from the 2019 national public service satisfaction survey on hajj-related services within Indonesian territory collected by the Ministry of Religious Affairs to examine variation across demographic backgrounds. 1,491 respondents participated in the survey representing individual appraisals toward various services during departure and returning phases. The main focus of investigation are the six selected service dimensions, namely, 1) Individual capability, 2) Ease of access to information, 3) Service procedures, 4) Speed of service, 5) Facilities and infrastructure, and 6) Cost-related perception. The results of regression analysis support diverse roles of demographic variables in explaining variance in public service satisfaction feedback. The empirical findings suggest that people with a higher-level education are more likely to experience less satisfaction. Meanwhile, females are likely to perceive higher satisfaction with the provided services than the males.

ABSTRACTObjective: To analyze Internet as a relevant instrument of popular activism, capable of strengthening the democratic political regime, enabling a nascent popular activism that opens new frontiers, among them the perspective of greater popular mobilization, as well as a more effective interference in the formation of public opinion.Methodology: The work was guided by a dogmatic legal research, using the deductive method, developed through bibliographic research, mainly through specialized books and journal articles. Results: It can be stated, as a conclusion of this research, that semi-direct democracy represents an opening for popular activism, which has been strengthened through the use of Internet, such as the use of the Crowdsourcing Constitution tool in foreign democratic experience. The strengthening of popular activism through Internet, therefore, can become a relevant instrument of semi-direct democracy and dialogue between society and the State, enhancing the democratic political regime.Contributions: The main contribution of this research is to bring to light, through a discussion about the growing - and democratic - popular participation in Internet; the repeated need to ensure effective education through information rather than mere mass manipulation through misinformation. With the growth of participation in the Internet, people have direct impacts on politics, which intensifies in view of the ease of access to information and dialogue, made possible by new forums and virtual stages of debate, which can now apply directly not only on the decisions of the constituted powers, as well as on the very choice of the representatives of the people.KEYWORDS: Internet; instrument; popular activism; democracy.

There are currently various non-governmental organizations, related to both religious missions and social missions, that motivate the growth of the spirit of generosity. At the same time, these organizations facilitate the collection of donations from donors and subsequently distribute these alms to people who are deemed entitled to them. The charitable institutions have developed significantly, both in terms of fundraising and distribution, partly due to the effective use of online approaches. In its development, the role of online technology has proven to have two opposite effects. In addition to the ease of access to information and effectiveness in facilitating generosity, online approaches are proven to have eliminated the emotional connections between the subjects and the objects of the charitable deeds, in this case between the donors and the recipients. Philanthropic attitudes related to religion, for example, are intended to foster humanistic relationships between the givers and the receptors. This study examines the management of online fundraising, the weaknesses and factors that hamper its implementation, and the quests for the solutions to this problem. This research is a descriptive qualitative study using direct observations over online media as the method for data collection techniques and technoculture for the analysis, supported by literature studies. The main result of this research is the holistic concept of perfecting the fundraising system and online services hence more humane.

The 20th century information explosion provided widespread technological innovation and ease of access to information, and due to the 21st century emphasis on digital collections and electronic resources, libraries around the world are facing an uncertain future. This naturally causes librarians to re-evaluate their professional role, but perhaps academic librarians are best prepared for the future due to their co-existing role as professors. Essentially they have always been teaching, but now they must conquer the disparaging image and status treatment to which they have been subjected and evolve their profession by joining their teaching faculty colleagues in classrooms on college and university campuses worldwide.
