Since the State Council issued the “Plan for the Adjustment and Revitalization of the Logistics Industry” in 2009, the logistics industry, as the basic and strategic industry in the development of the national economy, has played an increasingly important role in promoting industrial transformation and upgrading and promoting economic development. In order to promote the development of logistics industry, a large number of logistics parks have been built all over the country under the guidance of policies and the promotion of the market. However, after the construction of these logistics parks has been put into operation, There are a series of problems in its development and profit. This paper analyzes the present situation and profit of logistics park in China, and briefly analyzes the main business characteristics of freight hub, production service, port service, trade service and comprehensive service. On this basis, the main problems existing in the existing profit model of logistics park in China are summarized.

The aim of the article is to illuminate the modern paradigm of the globalization economic environment, which shows the gradual end of the decade of “crisis-free” growth of the world economy and, accordingly, the nearing to the next global economic crisis; to cover the importance of attracting investment and implementing a specific national industrial policy as one of the key factors of development; to outline the problems of prevention, forecasting and analysis of risks arising in the investment sphere in the context of providing conditions for sustainable development of the Ukrainian economy. The subject of the study is: the monitoring of investment sector indicators that determine the potential of economic development and provide an analytical assessment of the risks posed in the investment sphere in the context of ensuring the conditions of sustainable development of the Ukrainian economy. Methodology. The article uses the complex approach with the application of methods of simulation and econometric modeling for analytical estimation of gross fixed capital formation as a key investment indicator in the current economic conditions of Ukraine. Results. The conducted study clearly demonstrates not only the presence but also the obvious deepening of the imbalance between the current state of attracting foreign investments and actual needs in technological and physical renewal of the production sphere. The consequence is a real threat of loss of potential for economic development. Some measures have been identified to improve the investment climate, and the key ones are the provision of state support for reforming the Ukrainian economy in terms of improving the investment climate and stimulating the innovative potential of entrepreneurial activity. The practical implications of this study are to identify the lack of innovation strategy, which deepens Ukraine’s technological backwardness compared to developed countries in general, and the EU countries, in particular, and keeps the inefficient and destructive natural-production base of Ukrainian economy. Value/originality. The operation and management mode of “Internet+ Logistics Park” ecosphere has long-term and stable core competitiveness. This paper studies how to obtain the corresponding economic benefits from the perspective of the operators of the logistics park. The logistics park chooses the appropriate logistics service and the public service function to obtain the corresponding economic benefit. The development of the logistics park will finally be implemented to the profit of the park. The paper puts forward the profit model of “Internet+ Logistics Park” ecosphere; This paper mainly analyzes five modes: logistics integration mode, platform operation mode, resource integration mode, service delivery mode and chain replication mode; This paper makes a comparative analysis of different profit models from the aspects of model characteristics and profit thinking.

The modern logistics industry has opened new strategic perspectives in establishing its interrelation with economic growth. In recent years, understanding such an overlap has become a policy issue considering ever-increasing factors and their influence on this relation. Most existing studies have explored this interaction from a general perspective, or for developed countries. This paper explores time-series analysis of the dynamic variables and their inter-related influence in both the short and long run on the relationship between modern logistic industry and economic growth—a more specific perspective, particularly for developing countries. Accordingly, we exemplify our analysis by employing the vector autoregression (VAR) model to the most updated time series data of investment in the logistics industry and the economic growth of Pakistan from 1990 to 2018. The empirical findings endorse the previous studies’ outcomes and recognize the importance of sustainable economic development concerning continuously improving the logistics industry. However, a unidirectional relation is observed that economic growth leads to developing the logistics industry—economic growth exerts a significant demand-pull effect on Pakistan’s logistics. It implies that logistic industrial development is comparatively quicker in the geographical areas where economic growth is higher than those areas where economic growth is low. To conclude this study’s findings, logistics industry reforms should prioritize the selected geographical areas in improving the economy that would lead to the modern logistics industry’s development. As the model adopts Pakistan’s context, the overall statistical analysis can be generalized to other developing economies. These results would be of particular interest to strategy makers working in developing countries and help them design and develop modern transportation and logistics, coupled with interlinked technological factors, which would attract investment in the logistics industry for sustainable economic development.

With economic globalization, the modern logistics industry has been considered as a key of the national economic development. Based on Inverse Matrix Coefficient Table, using spreading effect analysis method, an empirical study was conducted about the development of logistics industry in Zhejiang Province. The position of the logistics industry was identified in national economic development of Zhejiang Province. The conclusion is that government should give priority to the development of basic industries and bottlenecks industry including of logistics industry.

Food cold chain is systematic project of a county's economic development which plays a vital role. This paper analyzed the composition conditions and characteristics of food cold chain logistics system, discussed the present situation for development and management of China's food cold chain logistics system. At the National Conference on Learning from Taching in Industry, held in Peking in May 1977, vice-premier of the State Council, Yu Ch'iu-li, first publicly mentioned the recreation of regional “economic systems.” Although there has been no reference to any administration for governing these regions, the use of the term “systems” (t'i-hsi), which must be “established,” suggests organized co-ordination on a regional basis. Several Hong Kong-based journals that report on current Chinese economic or political developments took note of Yu's remarks, speculating, respectively, that they were to serve economic development or defence goals, or that they might represent a concession to provincial leaders demanding autonomy. Thereafter, no further word of these regions surfaced for over four months. Then, in mid-September, in an article on socialist construction, the State Planning Commission drew attention again to these regions.

According to the data on total output value and load amount of coal per day of Shanxi province,this paper uses grey correlation analysis model to calculate the correlation degree of the development of coal logistics and economic growth of Shanxi province.The results show that the development of coal logistics and economic growth of Shanxi province have a positive correlation relationship and the coal logistics industry will promote the economic development of Shanxi province.Based on the results,the paper makes three suggestions.First,government should provide some preferential policies for coal logistics industry.Second,the modern coal logistics system should be established.Third,the economic development model of Shanxi province should be upgraded.
