Studies have established the effect of ekobentokorm (TU 9283-199-10514645-13-2013) on the metabolism of cows and the natural resistance of young black-and-white breed. The physiological state of cows was assessed by morphological and biochemical studies of blood, in which changes in the body’s metabolic processes were tracked in dynamics according to the following indicators: the number of red blood cells and hemoglobin level, total protein and protein fractions, glucose, urea, aminotransferases (AST, ALT), total calcium and inorganic phosphorus, trace elements (Mg, Zn, Fe, Cu) and carotene. The indicators characterizing the natural resistance of young animals were studied: red blood cells, white blood cells, hemoglobin, color index, total protein and protein fractions, phagocytic activity of neutrophil granulocytes, bactericidal and lysozyme activity of blood serum, the content and concentration of T-and B-lymphocytes, the level of circulating immune complexes (CIC). As a result of the conducted research, it was found that ekobentokorm has high biological activity, improves morphological and biochemical parameters of cows blood, and also increases milk productivity. It has a pronounced stimulating effect on the immunocompetent systems of the body of young animals, as a result of which the level of non-specific protection of the animal increases.

The aim of the study is to increase the productive qualities of broiler chickens by including ultrafine silicon oxide into main diet. During the experiment, the biological effect of ultrafine silicon oxide on broiler chickens was estab-lished. Use of ultrafine SiO2 particles for poultry feeding contributed to an increase in the number of red blood cells and content of total protein and albumins. By the end of the experiment, the number of red blood cells in birds in-creased by 17.43% (P≤0.001) – in the blood of birds of the first experimental group, 16.51% (P≤0.01) – the second one, 20.80% (P≤0.001) – the third experimental and 21.71% (P≤0.001) – the fourth experimental group, compared with the indicator of the control group. The amount of total protein in blood serum of chickens of the first and the second experimental groups increased by 1.36-1.39 %, in the third and fourth ones there was a significant (P≤0.05) increase by 5.45 and 3.05%, respectively. The blood glucose content of chickens in the experimental groups is higher by 8.04-23.65% compared to this indicator with ones in the control group. During the experiment feed con-sumption per 1 kg gain of live weight decreased: in the first experimental group by 3.00 % in the second by – 0.50 %, the third – 6.00 % the fourth– by 4.50 %, compared to this with the control group. The chicken’s vibrancy of the first the experimental group was higher by 4.77 %, the second – by 6.20 %, the third – by 19.25 % and the fourth– by 11.59% than in the control one. Consequently, when converting the feed energy into the body energy of a broiler chicken, the energy conversion coefficient of the experimental group of poultry is higher than that of the control one by 7.16-21.76 %. Thus, the most optimal dose for further research was determined.

Horses of Gutsul horse breed are native breed for Gutsul region of Eastern Carpathians. Skilled human using performance-keeping livestock of farm animals influence primarily on to the adaptive and protective properties of the body of farm animals. The study aimed to research the age and sex characteristics of natural resistance of Gutsul breed horses will promote the formation of measures to improve animal productivity, and will promote for all-round understanding of the unique breed postembryonic during ontogeny. The studies aim was to investigate age dynamics of non-specific resistance of the organism Gutsul breed horses of different sexes. The study was conducted during the 2013-2017 years. The blood samples (n = 96) of healthy horses (n = 28) Gutsul breed were analyzed. Material for the study was given from horses that were in proper diet and kept under the same conditions of Pre-Carpathians. The horses age and sex categories were formed as follows: foals 6 months (just weaned), 1 year, 1.5 years; mares and stallions aged 2 and 3 years; mares (blank), horses (before coupling period), geldings aged 6, 9, 12. To study the resistance of animals in whole blood such parameters were determined: protein fractions, amount of total protein of serum of blood, bactericidal activity of serum of blood (BASB), lysocym activity of serum of blood (LASB) index of completed phagocytosis (ICP). Analysis of non-specific resistance of the organism in the classic cluster for these studies (total protein, protein fractions, BASB, LASB, ICP) found that Gutsul breed horses are well adapted to living conditions in the territory Pre-Carpathians in all chosen by our time. The value of the studied parameters depended on the age and sex of the individual from whom the samples. To the onset of puberty horses the content of total protein increased its value. In all age categories the content of total protein was higher in stallions. Later, with age, although the total protein was increasing, but it was not significant when comparing the results for each gender in particular. Protein fractions of Gutsul breed horses recorded that the foals had the highest relative content of albumin, the lowest - γ-globulins. With age, albumin content changed in waves, but the albumin / globulin ratio remained high in the 12-year-old individuals with almost identical values for particles and geldings and mares, but indexes of ratio were significantly higher for stallions. The relative content of γ-globulin fraction of horses of different sexes increased with age, and in mares, starting year and a year and half of age, content γ-globulin was significantly higher than the rates the content of the fractions in the blood stallions appropriate age. Differences of γ-globulin fractions between mares and geldings were statistically unreliable. The dynamics of age changes BASB and LASB set like jump improving of these indicators from 6 months to a year and a year and half old and continue their stabilization occurred at 85-91-89% for BASB and 25-31-27% for LASB to mares, stallions, geldings, respectively. The indexes of ICP were already high at 6 months of age (0,84-0,9 st.un.). The level of adult the indexes of ICP out in the first year of life (for 0,87-0,93-0,89 st.un. for mare-stallions and geldings, according to). Thus, both humoral and cellular resistance performance is not constant. These indexes changed according to physiological status. In stallions, compared with mares, almost all ages favor and ICP indicators were higher. The content of γ-globulins were lower, while in females, respectively, recorded an opposite picture. Most indicators of natural resistance of the organism geldings were lower than stallions, showing the same trend, similar to the body of female horses.

The purpose of research is scientifically and practically prove the possibility of increasing the level of meat productivity purebred for young calves at the crossing of Black-motley cows with bulls of the breed Obrac. Research objects are the bulls of Black-motley breed and their hybrids I generation with Obrac breed. For the experience 4 groups of animals were formed: I and III – Black and white breed, II and IV – gobies Оbrac crossbreeds ½ x ½ black-and-white. Bulls of groups III and IV in the 2 months of age were castrated by open way. All experimental animals identical conditions of detention and feed have been established. To monitor the physiological state of an organism of young animals in the winter and in the blood of the summer, blood was taken from the jugular vein before feeding and watering, measured hemoglobin, alkaline reserve, the number of white blood cells, red blood cells, serum – total protein, protein fractions, calcium, phosphorus, , the activity of AST and ALT. Deviations from the physiological norm morphological parameters of blood in the experimental groups of calves during the experiment was not set. Total protein content in serum was higher in summer compared to winter. Increasing the total protein content have purebred calves was 4.1 g/l (5.3%), crossbred steers 3.3 g/l (4.2%), respectively castrates at 4.2 g/l (5.6%) and 4.9 g/l (6.5%). There is a trend increase of enzyme activity in the summer, due to a more active course of metabolism in the body during this season of the year. Purebred and crossbred young are characterized by high adaptive plasticity, as evidenced by morphological and biochemical indices of blood. All quantitative and qualitative changes in the blood were largely seasonal in nature and due to the influence of environmental conditions. Thus all interior change indicators do not go beyond the limits of the physiological norm.

Aim. To study the feasibility of using feed additives containing powdered feed preparations with different lactulose content in the amount of 5 g/kg of extruded compound feed together with the main diet in terms of the effect on the quality indicators of raw materials and the natural resistance of the body of experimental rabbits. Materials and Methods. The effectiveness was evaluated after the control slaughter at the age of 150 days in the number of 5 heads from each group. The change in live weight was determined when the rabbits reached the age of 75, 105, 135 and 150 days by weighing on an electronic scale. The physiological state and resistance of rabbits were evaluated by hematological parameters. The obtained materials were processed by the methods of variation statistics. Results. The analysis of dynamics of changes of alive weight of animals showed that feed supplementation with lactulose had a positive impact on the growth of animals the live weight of rabbits in groups I and II were greater at 3.8 and 6.2% absolute increase in live weight during the period of experience increased by 5.3 and 7.9%, respectively, compared to control. At the same time, the effect of supplements on blood parameters should also be noted. In our studies, the rabbits of the experimental groups had an advantage over the rabbits of the control group in terms of the level of red blood cells by 0.94·1012 g/l (18.7%) and 1.12·1012 g/l; white blood cells - by 0.50·109 (7.2%) g/l and 0.59·109 g/l (8.5%), respectively. The level of hemoglobin in the blood of rabbits increased by the end of the experiment in the control group by 3.7%, in I – by 12.5%, in II – by 15.9%. Conclusion. Based on the presented results, it can be concluded that the data on quantitative changes in blood were due to the influence of feed additives, which contributed to an increase in the natural resistance of rabbits, and the best indicators were achieved by rabbits of the II experimental group.

The results of clinical examination of patients of animals, collected history and conducted laboratory blood tests with determination of the number of red blood cells, leukocytes, platelets, hemoglobin, glucose, total protein, total bilirubin, activity of ALT, AST, alkaline phosphatase and α-amylase enzymes are presented in the article. The features of the course and some diagnostic aspects of pancreatitis in cats are described. According to the results of the studies and their detailed analysis, it has been established that the clinical manifestation of pancreatitis in cats has certain differences from the manifestation of this disease in other carnivores, namely dogs, and is characterized by nonspecific clinical features - inhibition, anorexia, cachexia, occasionally – vomiting. Dehydration, pallor of visible mucous membranes of the conjunctiva and skin, or, in severe cases, their jaundice, abdominal pain, fever, or hypothermia are typical for sick animals. Thus, according to the results of own research and the collected information on the clinical condition of cats, the manifestation of the disease in the form of oppression and cachexia was observed in 100% of patients, vomiting – in 10%, anorexia – in 80% of patients. In 33% of diseased animals, a fever of constant type was diagnosed to 41.6 °C, in the rest of the animals the temperature of the body was normal or at its lower limit. Laboratory tests of anemia showed anemia with a decrease in the number of red blood cells and hemoglobin to 4.6 ± 0.57 T/L and 91.7 ± 5.62 g/l, respectively. Anemia was not regenerative, confirmation of why there was no blood in sick animals of reticulocytes. As a manifestation of the compensatory possibilities of the body of sick cats for the development of pancreatitis can be considered not significantly expressed thrombocytopenia. Thus, the number of blood platelets in experimental animals was in the range of 136.8 ± 32.2 G/L, at a rate of 250–600 G/L. This can be explained by the fact that platelets are also involved in protecting the body from microorganisms and toxins, and this pathological process is accompanied by their reduction. Hyperproteinemia, hypoalbuminemia, hyperbilirubinemia, hyperglycemia, hyperbilirubinemia, and hyperfermentemia of transaminases and α-amylase were determined by biochemical blood tests in cats for pancreatitis. Therefore, in 67% of patients in cats hyperglycemia with elevated values of glucose content up to 8.9 ± 0.85 g/l was detected, indicating a violation of the endocrine function of the pancreas. In 100% of the sick animals, an increase in the total protein content was observed on average up to 86.2 ± 3.7 g/l, which can be considered as a consequence of the dehydration of the patient's body and an increase in the proportion of blood globulin. Most number of oll cats has a violation of the function of the liver. Thus, the damage to the integrity of membranes and hepatocyte cytolysis was indicative of an increase in the activity of blood serum enzymes – ALT (up to 186.3 ± 23.1 OD/L) and AST (up to 159.2 ± 31.6 OD/l). In violation of the delay in the removal of bile, the permeability of membranes of the epithelium of the biliary tract indicated an increase in the activity of alkaline phosphatase to 230.2 ± 10.5 ODP/l in 67% of cases. For other cases, it was characterized by a decrease in its activity to 9.3 ± 0.3 Od/liter, which can be explained by the development of an imbalance in the nutritional intestinal microflora, that is, the presence in the sick of cats of dysbiosis, also caused by a violation of the metabolism of vitamin C in their body. Swelling resulting from inflammation of the pancreas and tissues surrounding it has probably led to mechanical obstruction of the total bile duct, which was confirmed by an increase in the total bilirubin level to 14.2 ± 2.4 μmol/l.

The purpose of research is improvement of clinical and physiological state of the organism breeding boars and prevention of iodine deficiency by introducing a basic diet of organic form bioiodine – feed additive «Prost». Production experience on breeding boars Landrace breed – research was conducted. By the principle of analogues, two boars group was formed. The animals were kept under identical conditions. All boars producers received the same feed SC-2 with the same content of metabolizable energy. Diet contain in its composition: 45% barley, 30% wheat; 5% corn; 20% of bvmd. Boars-producers of the control group fed a basic diet (RR) without additives, which conforms to the standards VIZH for this age group. The animal feed of the experimental group were injected with 200 mg per head per day of the feed additive «Prost». Blood for morfogematological studies were taken from the jugular vein at the same time, the chime before feeding. The scientific-production experiment studied the effect of the feed additive «simple» biochemical and morphological parameters of blood boars. As a result of studies, it was found that the inclusion in the diet of the treated group fodder additive, organic iodine content of globulins in the serum of experimental animals was by 5.1% higher than the control group, total protein 7.6%, respectively. The number of red blood cells in the animals in the group with the addition of a «simple» for the test period was higher by 22.1%, 22.1% of red blood cells, hematocrit 17.1%, compared to the control. The study of the white blood boars – when fed feed manufacturers «just» supplements in the experimental animals was observed decrease in the total number of leukocytes by 5.8%, which contributed to the increase of protective and adaptive reactions and reduced antigenic, toxicological stress for the body, the iodine content to an increase in whole blood by 43.8 and 246.3% for the bristles, thyroxine T4 6.5% compared with the control group.

One of the most important factors in the full feeding of animals is the optimal supply of nutrients and biologically active substances, namely, trace elements. Lacking or excessive MI in rations leads to a disturbance of metabolism in the body, inhibits development and growth, reduces productive qualities, and, by reducing immunity, causes various diseases. The final factor is the close interconnection of trace elements with proteins, carbohydrates, fats, which ultimately reflects on the physiological state of a living organism. Soil and climatic conditions of the central region are characterized by a lack of feed and water of the following trace elements: cobalt, copper, iron, manganese, zinc. The bioavailability of these microelements for the animal organism is lower than the physiological norm. Increase of biological availability of trace elements by tissues of an organism can be achieved due to their connection with an organic ligand, and in our case with an essential amino acid methionine, thus creating chelating compounds – metionates. The purpose of the article is to analyze the influence of chelate compounds on the protein metabolism of fattening bulls. The results of hemoglobin studies showed us that its content was also dependent on the applied trace elements. Similarly, an increase in the number of erythrocytes also increased the concentration of hemoglobin. Three months after the application of corrective supplements, the hemoglobin content in the blood of experimental bovine animals in the 2, 3, 4th experimental groups was increased compared to the control group. In addition, a similar picture was observed in the dynamics during the whole experimental period of fattening. The best effect on the hemoglobin content in the blood was shown by the addition of chelates (metionates) in the 4th experimental group, which is also confirmed statistically. The results of the obtained data indicate that the correctional additives of the microelements and their chelates (metionates) used by us increase the level of total protein in the blood serum of fattening bulls. During the trial period, their concentration in the bulls of the control group also increased, but this is due to the age and growth of animals. However, in the Bugites of experimental groups, the content of total protein significantly increased under the influence of corrective supplementation of trace elements, and especially under the influence of their chelate compounds (metionates). Already three months after the micronutrient supplement was fed, the level of total protein in the serum of bulls in all experimental groups significantly increased compared to the animals in the control group.

Humans has long been interested in the question of how mental activity affects the body It is known that with prolonged mental work, the strength of the processes of excitation and inhibition is transformed, the ratio between them changes. With the onset of fatigue in the brain, the relationship between the cerebral cortex and subcortical formations is disrupted. At the same time, there is a decrease in the regulatory influence of the large hemispheres on all body functions and a decrease in the activating effects of the subcortical parts of the brain. In addition, prolonged sitting, a state of low motor activity leads to a significant decrease in centripetal impulses from the receptors of muscles, tendons, and joints. The study involved 17 relatively healthy, stable physiological condition of female students aged 21 to 25 years. For the study, 16 biologically active points were taken from standard meridians associated with a specific organ. To assess the physiological state of the organs before and after the load of mental labor, the indicators of EC BAP on the skin. A decrease in the indicators of each organ after mental labor was revealed in comparison with the indicators before mental labor with statistical reliability in all the studied organs (p˂0.05). Especially low values of the EC BAP values after a load of mental labor were found in the bioactive points of the liver meridian F. 3 Tai-Chun, the colon meridian GI.5 Yang-Si and GI. 4 He-Gu, the heart meridian C. 7 Shen-Men, the small intestine meridian IG.1 Shao-tse and IG.2 Qian-Gu, the meridian of the kidneys R. 1 Yun-Chuan and R. 2 Zhan-Gu.
