For the sustainable development of the territory, it is proposed to form a tourist route that combines the key points of attracting tourists using the features of the tourist infrastructure. General logical methods-the analogy of domestic and foreign experience in organizing routes in rural areas, induction and observation, the theoretical method-historical and socio-cultural analysis of the Novosheshma region-revealed significant aspects in the organization of tourist infrastructure and methods of their correct use in these conditions. The result of the study was the creation of a tourist route on the territory of the Novosheshminsky region, followed by a proposal for the classification of tourist infrastructure objects necessary for its full functioning.

Despite the fact that we live in a country where the farmers' associations are created among the first on the Old Continent, and where one of the first Institute for Nature Protection is created, statistics warn us that the demise of several hundred Serbian villages and thus the emptying of strategically important areas of the state of Serbia today, is a serious development problem. In this paper an analysis of the rural, age and educational structure of the population, in rural areas of the Republic of Serbia, has been performed. The authors believe that the situation is not hopeless and point out that the sustainable development of the village is possible only if favorable local preconditions for it are met. Therefore, it is necessary to revive and institutionally expand the competencies of rural local communities as a form of local rural self-government in the Serbian folk tradition. Accordingly, decentralization and polycentric development are the main conditions for the renewal of the population and devastated parts of Serbia. Moreover, native networks and integrated rural development are models applicable through LAP in accordance with the characteristics of the area. Nowadays, it is necessary to raise people's awareness of the importance of rural survival and sustainable management of resources in agriculture, i.e. to breathe new life into rural areas, which would also be a motive for staying in the countryside.

The paper presents the impact of land use on the ecological stability of rural areas in the Świętokrzyskie province. The work is based on the data published by the Local Data Bank regarding 24 types of land use. According to the methodology used for calculating the ecological stability indicator, these types were divided into two groups: agricultural (with positive and negative characteristics) and non-agricultural. Typological classification of communes was done with the use of Hierarchical Cluster Analysis. Research results show that rural areas of the Świętokrzyskie province have generally low ecological stability indicator, but they are characterised by high spatial diversity. The assessment of rural communes based on the ecological stability indicator may thus be one of the elements taken into consideration while drafting various planning documents, including those related to the management built on the sustainable development principles.

The relevance of the topic is predetermined by current problems of development of social environment of the life of rural residents. In Kazakhstan, there are trends of urbanization and, as a result, migration from rural areas to cities, which is especially noticeable in relation to rural youth. It is due to various factors: this is, first of all, introduction of innovative technological solutions in the field of agricultural management, socio-economic living conditions in villages. The article analyzes changes in the scale and structure of real and potential migration of rural youth and the impact of key regulators in Pavlodar region based on the use of statistical data, the results of quantitative and qualitative surveys of the population and experts, and the study of public policy directions. A model of migration flows of young personnel is shown, taking into account outbound and seasonal movement, and a quantitative assessment of its scale is presented. The increasing influence of family networks - a catalyst for movement of young people to cities and the role of rural business as a constraining factor - are revealed. The tendencies of public policy and its impact on socio-economic development of rural areas in the region, social status of young specialists, and, consequently, reduction of their migration are considered. The effective development of the territorial tourist and recreational complex deals with the conduct of tourist and recreational expertise, during which it is possible to assess the tourist and recreational potential of the territory, its current use, directions for further development of tourism and the risks associated with it. It the summer of 2020, the territorial tourism and recreational expertise was carried out in the Razdolnensky district of the Republic of Crimea, including sociological surveys and in-depth interviews with 25 representatives of the tourism business. As a result of the study, a portrait of a tourist was formed, the current state of the tourist infrastructure was analyzed, organizational and managerial risks and risks (natural and anthropogenic) affecting the effective use of the tourist and recreational potential of the territory were identified. Today pos. Steregushee and pos. Aurora are the centers of amateur family budget tourists with children who come in most cases on their cars who prefer unassuming holidays in the summer. According to experts, today there is no possibility for changing the model of tourist services in connection with the presence of problems of infrastructure and environmental nature. Infrastructure problems are reduced to small areas of equipped beaches. Environmental problems are associated with abrasion-accumulative processes (erosion of the coastline), tampering the territory by algae and the seaside grass of the semi-family (Zosteraceae). In the case of contamination of the beach of the seaside grass, the beach capacity is reduced by 2 times, and the load exceeds the maximum permissible. The elimination of the problems and change of the tourist and recreational model of development implies the development of a program for the development of the territory of the Razzonsky district, is required for an organized and controlled recreation and tourism, which will give income and taxes to the budget. According the results of the tourist and recreational expertise, relevant recommendations were given and the prospects for the development of rural and gastronomic tourism, sports views (kitesurfing), autotourism, as well as the development of general and specialized infrastructure, including glumpings are given.

Sustainable agricultural development is a concept of rural and agricultural development programming that combines production goals with environmental requirements. The sustainable development of sustainable agriculture is aimed at harmonizing social, economic and environmental goals. The principle of sustainable development is the axiological basis of the European Union’s activity and is nowadays the motive for legal and agricultural regulations. In Polish law, the principle of sustainable development is contained in Art. 5 of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland of April 2, 1997 and is considered a systemic principle. The definition of sustainable development is included in Art. 3 point 50 of the Environmental Protection Law. In the provisions of the Act of February 20, 2015 on supporting rural areas with the participation of the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development under the Rural Development Program for 2014-2020, we do not find a direct reference to the principle of sustainable development. The aim of the article is to highlight the legal basis of the principle of sustainable development and to answer the question whether the Rural Development Program implements the principle of sustainable development?

The article studies the reasons for the emergence of ecological tourism, while attention is drawn to the rather favorable ecological situation in rural areas. Considering the interest of urban residents in recreation in rural areas, the article considers the possibility of organizing ecotourism in terms of providing these territories with infrastructure facilities. The notions “tourist infrastructure” and “infrastructure potential” are disclosed, the peculiarities of the tourist infrastructure in rural areas are characterized and such an important element as the ecological infrastructure is singled out. The tourism and infrastructure potential is one of the components of the infrastructure potential. The authors propose the system of indicators for its evaluation. Among the main indicators of the tourism and infrastructure potential, the article considers collective accommodation facilities, public catering facilities, transport availability of the districts, the forest cover of the territory, the density of the river network, etc. The conclusion is that the tourist infrastructure is extremely unevenly distributed in the regions of Mordovia, which reduces the tourist and infrastructure potential of rural regions, their attractiveness for the organization of ecological tourism, even in the presence of favorable natural and other prerequisites. The results the cluster analysis is division of all the regions of the republic into 4 groups according to the level of the tourist-infrastructural potential: low (up to 10), medium (10.1 to 15.0), above average (15.1 to 20.0) and high (over 20). Based on the research results of the authors have designed a map, reflecting the level of the tourist-infrastructural potential of the districts. The tourist-infrastructure potential of the republic is not fully used. In many areas there is a wide range of potentially attractive tourist sites, but their use for tourism and recreational is impossible without the creating necessary infrastructure.
