The article presents the result of a study on overcoming risks in the formation of ecological culture among undergraduate students of a pedagogical university. Their readiness and ability to lead an ecological lifestyle and understanding of the essence of sustainable development and environmental policy of Russia, as well as their organization of their professional activities in the formation of the ecological worldview of schoolchildren. It is high-quality education and ecological consciousness that are the basis for sustainable personal and social development, which affects the formation of the ecological culture of all members of society. Therefore, ecological culture is the basis of activities to overcome complex environmental problems (both global and regional) and prevent their occurrence in the future. The study of ways and methods of overcoming risks in the formation of ecological culture is extremely important for Russia. Russia is striving to overcome the negative environmental consequences and to raise people with their professional activities who implement the ideas of sustainable development in life. One of the ways identified by the authors of the study is the organization of work of undergraduate students with online platforms: Stepik, Skillbox, GeekBrains, Coursera, Udemy. Open education is represented by electronic resources functioning at the pedagogical university that form an ecological culture. The article presents the results of a survey to identify the state of environmental culture among students of a pedagogical university and students of schools, leading to the conclusion that it is necessary to involve the ideas of “green” universities in the practice of teaching the younger generation. This will allow us to overcome risks in the formation of ecological culture in a new way in modern conditions of pedagogical universities. It will also contribute to improving the quality of life of the population in the conditions of sustainable development of society. The authors of the article associate the overcoming of most risks in the formation of environmental culture with the creation of conditions for improving the environmental training of a university student. To increase students ‘ motivation to study by means of solving research environmental-oriented tasks of a professionally applied orientation, the introduction of mathematical methods in solving environmental problems. Students develop mini-projects on environmental topics, prepare course and final qualifying works with environmental content, develop the content of educational practices. This allows you to simulate the professional activity of a teacher on the formation of ecological culture among students of schools, the participation of students in the All-Russian ecological quest «Share with us».

The article substantiates the urgent need to modernize the training of future professionals, in particular economists, in the context of global sustainable development; the substantiation is made on the basis of the analysis of problems of global sustainable development. The scientific analysis of the problem shows that the authors often focus on environmental and resource-economic issues, sometimes on demographic factors, while covering the problem. Among the factors influencing global sustainable development, the author includes: the activities of the Institute of Education, the implementation of its leading preventive function — training professionals to comply with the principles of sustainable development in their professional activities. Education is a significant potential for sustainable development of society. Its role is to predict, form and develop throughout life the professional competence of future professionals, to develop an energy-efficient style of professional activity. To a large extent, this applies to the training of professionals for the economic sector, as most of the global environmental problems that hamper sustainable development have economic roots. Under such conditions, there is a need to modernize the training of specialists, in particular economists, in the context of the tasks of global sustainable development. It is concluded that solving the problems of global sustainable development in education should include: development of ecological culture of pupils and students, greening of educational courses in secondary and higher education institutions, involving students in the system of postgraduate education; investigation of the latest technologies and methods of prevention and prevention of ecological catastrophes; introduction of new directions of professional training of specialists; introduction of specialists’ training in circular economy (green economy, closed cycle economy) in Ukraine

It has been shown the content of the integral-role position of a pedagogue-andragogue which has 3 elements: subject and content, project and technological, organization and diagnostic. The professional activity of a pedagogue-andragogue has been analyzed as the specialist who professionally organizes and conducts adult training and learning, helps create individual programs of training. At the same time, in his/her activity he/she combines different social functions as well. The most typical are to provide the help in renovating the motivation towards learning and professional activity, to combine the content both andragogical and professional activity of his/her learners, to share the methods of supervising adult self-learning.

Today, there are personal protective equipment, which due to their weight and size characteristics and design features can aggravate professional activity. This is characterized by an increase in the load on several major systems of the employee's body, including the cardiorespiratory system, which can cause the development of occupational pathology. The study of the functions of the cardiorespiratory system of humans in the process of his work is an important task in biomedical tests such as PPE, aggravating their professional activities and future means of individual protection from heavy labor and industrial exoskeletons. The aim of the study is to determine the possibility of using ergospirometry for the physiological assessment of personal protective equipment and industrial exoskeletons. Main part. In medical practice and high-performance sports, ergospirometry is considered the "gold standard" for functional assessment of the cardiorespiratory system. There are very few studies showing the use of ergospirometry for the purpose of physiological assessment of personal protective equipment. Results of research works in which ergospirometry was used in medicine, sports, as well as on the physiological and hygienic assessment of combat equipment, various types of personal protective equipment, including new promising personal protective equipment of the musculoskeletal system-industrial exoskeletons. The use of ergospirometry made it possible to register the main indicators of the human cardiorespiratory system both in field and laboratory conditions and allowed forming an objective conclusion about the dynamics of the degree of stress of the human cardiorespiratory system when using personal protective equipment and industrial exoskeletons with various weight and size characteristics. Thus, the use of ergospirometry both in isolation and in combination with other methods allows us to solve problems related to biomedical testing of personal protective equipment and industrial exoskeletons.

Growing environmental problems and increasing requirements of green jobs force universities around the world not only to transform their curricula but also to enrich existing ones with contents related to the promotion of sustainable development. This paper aims to show the importance of measuring and monitoring the share of green contents in all university activities, as only in that way it is possible to monitor trends and give realistic assessments of their effect and importance. The paper presents a comparative analysis of different types of methodologies for assessing sustainable activities at universities as well as research conducted at the University of Novi Sad in Serbia and its comparison with the University of Gothenburg (Sweden). This research aims to point out the importance of increasing competitiveness in higher education through assessment of green content in a curriculum and its promotion. In this way, through eco-labeling methodology, it would be easier to identify those contents that, in a certain share, contribute to the promotion of sustainable development. Furthermore, this methodology can easily be extended across the country and the region, which would bring positive effects to all stakeholders in higher education.

Competency-based medical education has evolved over the past decades to include the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education Accreditation System of resident evaluation based on the Milestones project. Entrustable professional activities represent another means to determine learner proficiency and evaluate educational outcomes in the workplace and training environment. The objective of this project was to develop entrustable professional activities for pathology graduate medical education encompassing primary anatomic and clinical pathology residency training. The Graduate Medical Education Committee of the College of American Pathologists met over the course of 2 years to identify and define entrustable professional activities for pathology graduate medical education. Nineteen entrustable professional activities were developed, including 7 for anatomic pathology, 4 for clinical pathology, and 8 that apply to both disciplines with 5 of these concerning laboratory management. The content defined for each entrustable professional activity includes the entrustable professional activity title, a description of the knowledge and skills required for competent performance, mapping to relevant Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education Milestone subcompetencies, and general assessment methods. Many critical activities that define the practice of pathology fit well within the entrustable professional activity model. The entrustable professional activities outlined by the Graduate Medical Education Committee are meant to provide an initial framework for the development of entrustable professional activity–related assessment and curricular tools for pathology residency training.
