PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. (PT.Telkom) always serve to provide the best service to customers. Analysis of company performance based on customer satisfaction with the results of research can be done service improvements that are not in accordance with customer expectations and foster customer loyalty and improve the competitiveness of the company PT. Telkom Divre IV Central Java & Yogyakarta. The number of fast subscribers for the 201X period is 252,946 calls. Total quantity of product in Semarang if compared to quantity, if in the long term can cause customer dissatisfaction which resulted the change of customer to company, hence needed analysis which aim for service quality, service quality service analysis perceived by customer, and analysis the level of customer satisfaction PT. Telkom Divre IV Central Java & Yogyakarta. The method used in measuring consumer satisfaction is the method of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), comparing the expectation of customers with the performance of the company. The use of IPA methods can identify attributes with poor and existing performance from users, and determine the steps of important attributes that still have poor performance, thus the results of the study provide recommendations to PT. Telkom Divre IV Central Java & Yogyakarta.

This study aims to determine the attributes that are considered important by consumers in order to achieve customer satisfaction, know the level of satisfaction or level of consumer suitability of products and services in Geo Coffee, and determine the attributes that need to get priority from the company to be improved in order to achieve customer satisfaction . This research was conducted at Geo Coffee. The sample used was 91 respondents using epurposive sampling method. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires and correspondents directly. This research uses Importance Performance Analysis method. The result of this research shows that attribute with highest level of consumer satisfaction for product quality is characteristic of coffee taste characteristic based on brand cafe with level of matching equal to 101.95%. the attribute with the lowest level of conformity is a constant (stable) coffee taste for each presentation corresponding to a suitability level of 82.52%. Attributes with the highest level of customer satisfaction for service quality is the speed in responding to complaints and customer problems with a level of suitability of 120.34%. The attribute with the lowest level of customer satisfaction for service quality is the waiter providing services and appropriate handling to customer needs with the level of suitability of 80.05%. The attributes that must be prioritized for the product are the constant (stable) coffee taste of each serving and the sweet taste of coffee. The attributes that must get priority for service is the process of making order menu in Geo Coffee done quickly. Keywords: customer satisfaction, Importance Performance Analysis, Geo Coffee

The phenomenon of the emergence of many souvenir shops in the Purbalingga area of Central Java has resulted in increasingly strong business competition. In order to survive in the face of competition, business actors need to pay attention to important aspects in running their business. The author takes several aspects, namely the dimensions of service quality (physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy) and the dimensions of the marketing mix (products, prices, places, promotions) that can influence customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as mediation. The author makes the Original Nopia Shop as a research object because the shop is one of the souvenir shops that are quite old and famous in the Purbalingga area. The design of this study was a survey using a questionnaire distributed to 200 respondents of Original Nopia Store customers with a purposive random sampling method. Research variables were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and obtained the following results: (1) Service quality significantly influences customer satisfaction, (2) Marketing Mix does not significantly influence customer satisfaction, (3) Consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on consumer loyalty, (4) consumer satisfaction does not mediate between the influence of service quality on consumer loyalty, (5) consumer satisfaction is able to mediate between the influence of marketing mix on consumer loyalty, (6) consumer satisfaction does not mediate between the influence of service quality and marketing mix simultaneously towards consumer loyalty.

In the business world, quality is certainly something very important. Quality or product quality is a determinant of consumer satisfaction, after buying or using a product. In addition to product quality, one thing that should not be missed is service quality. Service quality is a measure of how good the level of service that a company can provide to its customers. Even Islamic teachings have taught about providing services from businesses that must be carried out properly, both in the products and services provided. Both have an important role in customer satisfaction and loyalty. This type of research is field research with a research approach that is quantitative research. Where the variables used in this study are product quality, service quality, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The population in this study were Muslim consumers of Le'gita Coffee & Bristo Pemalang. Sampling using the Lemeshow formula with a total sample of 100 respondents. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data collection method used is a questionnaire, and the analysis method is path analysis where the variable of consumer satisfaction is the intervening variable. Based on the results of the study, two path test equations were obtained. The result of testing the two equations is that there is an influence between the two independent variables, namely product quality and consumer quality on consumer loyalty either directly or indirectly through customer satisfaction.Dalam dunia bisnis menyoal kualitas tentunya sesuatu yang sangat penting. Mutu ataukualitas produk adalah penentu kepuasan konsumen, setelah memberli ataupun memakai sebuah produk.Selain kualitas produk, salah satu hal yang tidak boleh dilewatkan adalah kualitas pelayanan. Kualitas pelayanan merupakan sebuah ukuran mengenai seberapa bagus tingkat pelayanan yang mampu diberikan oleh sebuah perusahaan pada konsumennya. Dalam ajaran Islampun sudah mengajarkan tentang memberikan layanan dari usaha harus dijalankan dengan baik, baik dalam produk ataupun jasa yang diberikan. Keduanya mempunyai peran penting dalam kepuasan dan loyalitas konsumen. Jenis penelitian ini adalah field research dengan pendekatan penelitian yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Dimana variabel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan konsumen dan loyalitas konsumen. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen muslim Le’gita Coffee & Bristo Pemalang. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan rumus lemeshow dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, dan metode analisis yaitu uji jalur (path analysis) dimana variabel kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel intervening. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh dua persamaan uji jalur. Hasil dari pengujian kedua persamaan yaitu terdapat adanya pengaruh pada antara kedua variable bebas yaitu kualitas produk dan kualitas konsumen terhadap loyalitas konsumen baik secara langsung ataupun secara tidak langsung melalui kepuasan konsumen.

Research on customer satisfaction analysis on service quality at PT Ramajaya Copier is to analyze and determine the extent of customer satisfaction with the services provided by PT Ramajaya Copier. This research was conducted to 93 PT Ramajaya Copier customers in Batam City using the Simple Random Sampling technique. Using the method of analysis of important performance analysis (IPA) of this study resulted in 4 (four) indicators of service satisfaction statements included in quadrant I, namely improving performance to be improved to meet customer expectations. The four indicators of the statement are: employees are polite and friendly to customers (2.61), customer convenience when coming to PT Ramajaya (2.69), the company serves regardless of customer background (2.61), the company tolerates delays payment to customers (2.61).

Product quality and services have been the most concern of the trade and service. One of the efforts that can be used to improve and maintain the competitiveness of a company is to increase consumer satisfaction. The objectives of this study were 1) to determine the level of consumer interest in the products and services provided by McDonald’s, 2) to analyze the performance of McDonalds company in giving satisfaction to consumer, and 3) to analyze the level of customer satisfaction on products and services. Data collection in this study was done by distributing 255 questionnaires to consumers. Importance Performance Analysis method was used to analyse the effect of quality of the product & service on consumer satisfaction. The results show that consumers were satisfied on the product quality and service provided. The level of consumer satisfaction was 84,64% (satisfied) for the product quality and 83,06% (satisfied) for the service quality. The research is aimed at describing service quality and customer satisfaction with PT Bank BNI services during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study used 60 customers to be selected randomly as samples. The analysis method uses Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The results of the analysis found that the performance of services provided by PT Bank BNI Bogor Branch has been able to meet the interests of customers by 83.07%. Then it is known that several attributes are the main priority because their performance is still below the interests of customers, namely the queuing system during the Covid-19 pandemic, the speed of customer service during the Covid-19 pandemic, bank operational schedules during the Covid-19 pandemic, guarantees of getting quality service. the Covid-19 pandemic, the completeness of the facilities/equipment provided, the alertness to customer complaints during the Covid-19 pandemic, the speed in resolving the Covid-19 pandemic problems, the readiness to overcome queues during the Covid-19 pandemic and the readiness of officers when needed. From the results of the CSI analysis, it is known that the level of customer satisfaction is 77.61% which is included in the satisfied category. Thus the services provided by PT Bank BNI Bogor Branch during the Covid-19 pandemic can be said to be good but they still have to continue to make improvements so that their service performance is getting better.

Service quality in an economic aspect is very important and a challenge for every company. This study aims to determine the extent of the implementation of service quality and consumer perceptions and satisfaction regarding product quality at Wuling Tulungagung Dealer.The method in this study used a qualitative design with data collection methods through interviews and data analysis using content analysis. The findings in this study indicate that the implementation of service quality and consumer perceptions of product quality on customer satisfaction at Dialer Wuling Tulungagung has fulfilled the pillars of success. Its implementation is to provide quality service that has an impact on good consumer perceptions and consumer satisfaction accompanied by quality Dialer Wuling Tulungagung products.


Food and beverages are a major need for human beings. The development of culinary business makes the competition more and more intense, all efforts strive to attract consumers and retain customers in various ways. Consumers also now have begun carefully in choosing a place to eat, not only the product into consideration but the price, quality of service and location also a consideration of consumers in choosing a place to eat. Therefore, this study was made to determine the effect of price, product quality, service quality and location to customer satisfaction. The population in this study were the visitors at Indonesian Culinary Centers. The sample in this research is 100 respondents taken by simple random sampling technique. The research instrument used as a measuring tool in this study is in the form of questionnaire. Results of respondents on the questionnaire given then processed using Microsoft Excel 2007 software and software SPSS 19. The results of the analysis in this study yields regression equation is Y = - 4.717 + (0.039) X1 + 0.333X2 + 0.368X3 + 0.245X4. Product quality variables, service quality and location partially have a significant influence on customer satisfaction in Indonesian Culinary Centers. Price variables partially have an insignificant effect on customer satisfaction in Indonesian Culinary Centers. Conclusion that can be taken from the research result that is according to the consumer, the three independent variables (Product Quality, Service Quality and Location) are considered important as determinant of consumer satisfaction, while Price variable does not affect customer satisfaction in Indonesian Culinary Centers.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction. The population in this study were 50 consumers who were taken by purposive technique. Multiple regression is used to test hypotheses. The results of the study showed that there was an effect of product quality and service quality significantly on customer satisfaction. The implications and suggestions are explained in the article. The purpose of this study is to examine the mediation effect of restaurant image on the relationship between service qualities, food quality and customer satisfaction in restaurant industry. Questionnaire used to collect data, while Smart PLS 3.0 was used to test the hypotheses. The result of this research revealed positive and significant relationships between food quality, service quality, restaurant image and customer satisfaction. The other hand, there is no mediation effect of restaurant image in relationship among food quality, service quality and customer satisfaction. This research provides data on the level of consumer satisfaction with food quality, the quality of service in Timor-Leste. The Government may use this information in developing training centres to provide training to staff to improve their skills and knowledge about food services.
