To test the hypothesis on the influence of neuroacoustic program on the increase of stress tolerance in students training to become teachers, the authors conduct a study using the Perceived Stress Scale by S. Cohen and G. Williamson at the ascertaining and control stages and deploying the developed neuroacoustic program at the formative stage. The conducted study allows to determine and prove that the mastery of neuroacoustic methods increases stress resistance in students training to become teachers. The presented method teaches future specialists to cope with stress factors in professional pedagogical activity, allows them to resist emotional and professional burnout, and thereby creates optimal conditions for psychological readiness for the profession of a teacher. The technique can be used in organizations of secondary and higher education.

Introduction Emotions represent reactions of living organisms to changes of one's inner sphere, as well as to different factors from our surroundings. Emotions manifest in many ways. Failing to fulfill one's needs on chronic or acute basis leads to conflict situations. These needs may be either biological or social. Conflict situations occur prior to stress itself. Emotional stress Modern technology development provides no friendly environment for workers, with many consequences causing psycho-somatic disorders. Researches have been made to evaluate the amount of inflicted stress on patients. One of successful theories regarding this question is the theory of functional systems. The idea was to quantify processes of everyday living. Prophylaxis and rehabilitation of persons exposed to emotional stress The primary goal was to measure one's adaptation abilities. In order to follow up these parameters a machine was created. This appliance can determine the level of stress, by measuring certain physiological parameters. That is way scientists may apply preventive measures in order to increase stress resistance. Conclusion We differ hereditary and individual resistance to stress factors. That is why it is necessary to assess each patient individually. This type of individual approach offers an opportunity to create a specific program, in order to increase stress resistance.

Тhe article is devoted to the study of the concept of stress resistance and its structural elements, based on the specifics of this quality in the corresponding category - cadets of departmental universities. Such a study is necessary because the formation of stress resistance in future employees of the penal system is extremely important, and effective formation is possible only if the specific system of components of this stress resistance is understood. In this study, the author sets himself the task of analyzing the stressful factors of the professional activity of employees of the penitentiary system and comes to the conclusion that they can be grouped into two blocks: general and special. Understanding stress factors and their nature allows us to more accurately define the key concept of «stress tolerance», reflecting its specificity. The author takes as a basis the understanding of stress resistance as a complex concept and in the process of studying specific stressors comes to the conclusion that the complex of elements forming the concept of stress resistance of a cadet of a departmental university of the Federal Penitentiary Service should include such components as: communicative, regulatory, motivational, cognitive. Highlighting the components of stress resistance, the author gives the concept of stress resistance of an employee of penal systems, and also offers an algorithm for the formation of this property in the process of vocational training.

The paper examines the definitions of happiness in psychology, analyzes the components of happiness, describes various methods of achieving happiness: volunteering or working for a good cause, positive thinking, methods of expressive therapy such as music and art therapy. Particular attention is paid to the description of neuro acoustics (sound therapy) and special psychological methods like the Key method developed by H. Aliev, the eye movement desensitization and reprocessing method developed by F. Shapiro, and the wing wave method developed by C. Besser-Siegmund and H. Siegmund; psychological training and psychotherapeutic technologies such as the Be Set Free Fast technique. To prove our hypothesis that modern psychological methods affect the psychological correction of students’ personal anxiety and make a person happier, we conducted a study to look at the influence of modern psychological methods on the psychological correction of students’ anxiety. At the summative and control stages of the study, we used the adapted version of R. Phillips’ anxiety test (for students). At the formative stage of the study, we used the developed and tested program of psychological correction for personal anxiety. Group methods were used as key methods of psychological correction, including brain gymnastics by P. Dennison and G. Dennison, the Key method by H. Aliyev; individual lessons with certified psychologists using the eye movement desensitization, and reprocessing method by F. Shapiro, and wing wave method by C. Besser-Siegmund and H. Siegmund. The university psychologist taught students the Be Set Free Fast protocol, and students also listened to neuro acoustic programs at home. The results of the experimental study proved that the program, based on modern psychological methods, contributed not only to the psycho-correction of students’ personal anxiety but also to improving the mental health of students and their perception of a happier life. The program can be recommended for psychological correctional work with first-year university students during the period of adaptation to university studies and for work with all students who have an increased level of anxiety and stress.

Based on the results of assessments of the dependences of the level of psychoemotional load of a primary care physician (PHC) (district physician) on medical and social problems related to the conditions of his activity, measures have been developed for stress resistance and health saving of a district physician (VTU). The Orenburg region with a population of almost 2 million people was the pilot territory (base) for the study. The region has 12 cities and 35 rural districts, the share of the rural population is 40.1%. Research materials und methods: sociological, direct observation, statistical: 1014 questionnaires of survey of district physicians (93% of the total number of VTU) were subjected to statistical processing. The study included 4 stages. At the first stage, sociological surveys of district physicians working in medical organizations located in urban and rural settlements were carried out (568 and 446 VTU, respectively). At the second stage of the study, the level of psychoemotional burnout was assessed using the modified method of V. V. Boyko (2010) “Diagnostics of the level of emotional burnout”. At the third stage of the study, we calculated the statistically significant correlation of the symptom of professional burnout (SPEV) with factors related to medical and social problems of the professional activity of the local GP. At the fourth stage of the study, a set of measures has been developed and is being implemented to increase emotional stability in the professional activity of the local GP. Relevance. WHO classifies occupational stress as a disease of the twentieth century, which can manifest itself in any profession and can reach the size of a “global epidemic”. The accumulation of negative emotions in the profession of a doctor can lead to psycho-emotional exhaustion and the formation of the syndrome of “emotional burnout”. A necessary quality of a primary care physician is emotional stability. This is the ability to overcome a state of excessive emotional arousal. Of particular importance is the development of professional burnout and the assessment of professional stability for district physicians who make first contact with the patient. Results. Measures have been developed to increase the effectiveness of emotional (professional) stability in the activities of VTU. Conclusion: Emotional stability in the doctor’s work allows you to maintain and further increase the effectiveness of professional activities. The obtained research results were used for the development of the “program for the modernization of health care in the Orenburg region”. They were used in the development of the Software product of the Ministry of health of the Orenburg region.
