Abstract In view of the structural defects of the current belt conveyor roller frame, such as heavy weight and high labor intensity of disassembly and assembly, a new lattice roller frame was designed by changing the structure and profile. On the premise of meeting the work conditions, the weight of the roller frame was reduced by more than 45%, which not only reduced the labor intensity of disassembly and assembly, but also reduced the tonnage and cost of consumables of the belt conveyor, and it has a broad market prospect.

Based on air cushion belt conveyor, a new type of belt conveyor named water cushion belt conveyor is proposed. It has a wide scope of applications for its features such as stability and reliability, capability of full load start-up, and environment-friendliness. This paper studies the working mechanism and lubricating mechanism of the water cushion belt conveyor. The basic lubrication equation of the water cushion is deduced from the universal form of the Reynolds equation used to study the pressure film properties of the water cushion. The design of the key part of the water cushion device is described in details. The research can be taken as a reference in practical applications.

Belt conveyor is widely used in mine, coal, chemical industry, ports, and power plants. It’s one of the significant devices of continuous conveyor. Roller is a crucial component with regard to belt conveyor system, which supports belts and cargos. In the design of the belt conveyor, a third of major consumption went into rollers. The critical consideration for minimum cost, which including operating, manufacturing, maintenance expenditure, is the selection of idler spacing. For optimization purposes, the optimum pitch between the rollers is regard as more decisive variable, especially for minimizing consumption and reducing rollers’ number than other various factors. This paper discusses the idler spacing to proceed from original technical first, secondly analyzes the effective factors in detail and then deduces rational arrangement mathematical expressions of idler spacing. Simultaneously, combining with the corresponding parameter, we draw up the hierarchical layout figure of idler spacing distribution through the calculation expression. It’s the optimal option of idler spacing that providing an outstanding reference in the actual production.

Abstract. In this paper are considers the effect of the microrelief, dislocation structure and other defects of the epitaxial layers of the source and drain regions of the nitride HEMT transistors on the parameters of the formed ohmic contacts. The studies were carried out directly on high−power microwave transistors made of GaN/AlGaN/GaN/SiC heterostructures. Ohmic burning contacts were formed using the compositions Ti—Al—Mo—Au and Ti—Al—Ni—Au. To estimation the structural features of the contact areas, the surface microrelief at the interface of the burned contact/AlGaN and the defects formed on its surface was studied. It is shown that the resistance of the source and drain regions is largely determined by the surface microstructure at the boundary. Experimentally shown is the formation of a conducting layer in AlGaN under the ohmic contacts. The possibility of the formation of a new type of structural defects with a high aspect ratio in the contact and active areas of the devices during the formation of ohmic burned contacts is demonstrated. It is shown that the appearance of high densities of such defects leads to an increase of the device leakage currents.

Insulation pull rods are commonly used tools and instruments in the replacement of insulators for live work. Traditional hard insulated pull rods are difficult to transport and assemble due to their large deflection, especially due to the long and heavy weight of insulated pull rods used in UHV live operations, the difficulties in the above links are more obvious. In view of the existing problems in the use of the existing insulated pull rods, by studying the overall processing type, the soft pull rod weaving process, the technology of tightly combining the core rod and the protective cover, the technology of connecting the core rod and the metal, etc., a new type suitable for live transmission lines has been developed. Large-tonnage soft insulated pull rod for operation. Effectively solve a series of problems caused by the large deflection of the hard insulated pull rod.

In mine high-power belt conveyor, the driven system commonly used multi-motor-driven program. After starting the conveyor, the lower power is needed in normal operating of the conveyor, this appears serious “big horse pulling small car” phenomenon. Therefore, using a new overrunning clutch, when normal operating of belt conveyor is ensured by some motors, you can cut off a group or two groups of gearbox and motor running. This will not only reduce the load of the belt conveyor roller, and reduce energy consumption of gearbox and motor, and also improve the electric system power factor. It means significant energy saving there.

Water cushion belt conveyor is a new type of continuous conveyor which develops from belt conveyor and air cushion belt conveyor .By experimental research on water cushion belt conveyor ,we can observe the condition of water cushion and accomplish the date acquisition of water cushion pressure .Analyzing the pressure ,we can get influencing factors of water cushion pressure and verify the feasibility of industrial application of water cushion belt conveyor .Combining theory study with experimental study ,provide theoretical basis and guide for the further progress of water cushion belt conveyor .

An automatic measurement system used on deviation measurement of the cable crane tower has been designed, and the development ideas and the key codes have also been given. Then by experiment, it has been improved that the system has overcame the shortcomings of low efficiency and high labor intensity existed in the previous manual targeting, and measurement errors have also been reduced by the automatic measurement system. Based on the above advantages, the system has a high application value and promotion prospects.

Traditional coating shell marking process is complex, has long production period, high labor intensity, and endangers health. In order to solve these problems, this paper studied and designed a kind of automatic production line of precision molding in coating shell making process. The production line was controlled by a single-chip microcomputer to automatically achieve the process of dipping, sanding, hardening and drying. It not only improved work efficiency and saved labor, but also reduced the body harm of workers.

At present the hole digging pile is excavated in artificial by digging the hole .This method usually works in low efficiency, high labor intensity of workers and poor security situations. So through the analysis of the artificial excavating pile 's requirement, there is necessary to create a new structural of a machine with the help of pneumatic conveying system to dump soil. In this paper the authors introduce a hand-held excavator which has the above structure in excavating. This machine adopted a motor as a power device, used secondary gear reducer to achieve speed-down, and drill bit was driven by the transmission shaft to complete the excavation. The machine has the digging ability of 240mm excavation pit diameter, simple structure design. It can meet one man operation requirements, and can be carried easily.

Differential tensioning devices for belt conveyors in general and intermediate drives of extended conveyors in the form of closed traction loops are a new type of automatic tensioning devices that differ from other known designs by the presence of a stepwise discrete belt tension control system with separation of compensation functions for belt stretching under load and control of its tension during the operation of the conveyor in order to create optimal modes of belt loading. The article analyzes the well-known and practical concepts of belt conveyor control systems in general. The possibility of controlling the traction force realized by the intermediate belt drive by controlling the tension of the traction and load-carrying belts is shown. On the basis of the analysis, conceptual solutions for control systems for differential tensioning devices of belt conveyors are proposed with the possibility of both autonomous use and application in the structure of an integrated conveyor control system. Possible structures of linear parts of differential tensioning devices are presented, as well as options for the implementation of executive parts that directly move tensioning elements.
