Цель исследования – сравнительное изучение содержания IL-6 в ткани печени, протоковой желчи, сыворотке крови и мочеу больных с ОЖ доброкачественного генеза, в зависимости от степени печеночной дисфункции.Материалы и методы. В статье в сравнительной оценке анализируются содержание IL-6 в ткани печени, сывороткекрови и протоковой желчи в динамике при хирургическом лечении 67 больных с обтурационной желтухой доброкачествен-ного генеза. У всех больных причиной обтурационной желтухи был холедохолитиаз. Степень печеночной дисфункции опре-деляли с учетом маркеров холестаза и цитолиза гепатоцитов в крови. Печеночная дисфункция I степени наблюдалась – у21 больного, печеночная дисфункция II степени – у 14, печеночная дисфункция III степени – у 10, печеночная дисфункция IV– у 9 больных. У 13 больного на фоне обтурационной желтухи был гнойный холангит. Концентрацию IL-6 в ткани печени(ТП), при заборе во время операции у 42 больных, в протоковой желчи сразу – в первой порции у 42 больных, на 3-и и 7-есутки после наружной декомпрессии желчных путей у 37 больных, в сыворотке крови и моче до операции, на 3-и и 7-е суткипосле операции определяли с помощью иммуноферментного анализа с использованием реактивов Dender Medsistems (USA).Результаты и их обсуждения. Сопоставление показателей IL-6 в ТП, протоковой желчи, сыворотке крови и моче у боль-ных различной степенью ПД показало, что сыворотка крови характеризовала более низким их уровнем содержания данно-го показателя, чем в ТП, желчи и моче, а больше всего данного цитокина определилось в желчи. При наличии ГХ наблюда-ется наибольшее накопление IL-6 в ТП, желчи и в моче по сравнению с сыворотке крови.Вывод Локальный и системный уровни IL-6 могут служить в качестве маркеров для оценки тяжести патологическогопроцесса, планирования консервативной терапии, мониторинга эффективности проводимого лечения и клинического те-чения.Ключевые слова: механическая желтуха, холедохолитиаз, интерлейкин – 6, печеночная дисфункция

Humic acids are characterized by chelating properties due to which they are able to influence the mineral metabolism in animals. Rabbits have species-specific characteristics of mineral metabolism, which distinguishes them from most species of mammals. For the experiment, 16 rabbits of 45-day-old of Hyplus breed were divided into the experimental and control group of 8 rabbits in each. The animals were 15 days in the preparatory period. The rabbits of the experimental group received humic acid additive individually with water in the amount of 5 mg/kg, the rabbits of the control group received pure water in the same amount. The ability of humic acid additive to increase the content of calcium, ionized calcium, iron, to correct the content of copper and zinc, and also to increase the activity of alkaline phosphatase in the blood serum of rabbits of the experimental group has been proved. We observed the early effect of the humic acid additive on increasing the content of iron and calcium ionized and a later effect on the activity of alkaline phosphatase and an increase in the content of copper in the blood serum. The influence of humic acid additive on the distribution of calcium, phosphorus, manganese, copper and zinc in bone tissue is determined. According to a histological study, there was a significant increase in the number of layers of osteons and osteoblasts in the bone tissue of the femur, an increase in the number of osteons and osteoblasts in the bone tissue of the sternum and an increase in the number of columns of chondrocytes and an increase in the number of chondrocytes in the column in the cartilaginous tissue of the sternum. The results of a histological study of bone tissue, together with an increase in structural macroelements in it and redistribution of osteotropic trace elements in the blood and bone tissue suggest the possibility of using a humic acid additive to intensify the growth and mineralization of bone tissue, which can improve the state of bone tissue of rabbits in the postnatal period ontogenesis.

Рівень майже всіх показників клінічного метаболі-зму, а особливо білкових фракцій, у сироватці крові поросят у «домолозивному» періоді значно відріз-няється від показників поросят першої доби життя, які отримували молозиво. Зміна показни-ків білкового обміну пов’язана з надходженням в організм білків молозива. Підвищення активності АлАт, ЛДГ рівня вмісту глюкози, концентрації загального білірубіну за зниження лужної фосфа-тази та сечовини в крові свідчить про стресовий стан організму, що можна пояснити стресовим фактором, отриманим організмом під час та відразу після народження. The level of many indicators of clinical metabolism, especially protein fractions in the blood serum of piglets in the «pre-colostrum» period significantly differ from that of the piglets of the first day of life fed by colostrum. Changing the parameters of protein metabolism is associated with intake of colostrum proteins. Increase of ALT, LDH levels of glucose, serum total bilirubin with a decrease of alkaline phosphatase and urea in the blood indicates a stressful condition of the body, which can be explained by a stress factor, obtained by the body during and immediately after birth.

Simmental breed of cattle combines dairy and beef productivity. The crossbreeding cows of Simmental breed with Red-and-White Holstein breed of cattle was supposed to obtain animals with high milk productivity, good adaptability to the industrial technology of milk productivity. Red-and-White breed of cows has been bred in Russia as a result of this crossbreeding. It is a relatively young breed of dairy productivity in our country. In order to evaluate the effect of crossbreeding and study the adaptive capabilities obtained by animals, the synthesis of alkaline phosphatase by its activity in blood serum has been studied. The level of activity of the enzyme reflected the intensity and direction of biochemical processes in animals, affecting the state of homeostasis in purebred (Simmental) and crossbred (F1 Simmental×Red-and-White Holstein) heifers and first-calf heifers. It has been found that activity of serum alkaline phosphatase has decreased with age in both purebred and crossbred animals. Crossbreds F1 surpassed purebred heifers in enzyme activity at 1 and 10 months of age, this difference was significant. The activity of the enzyme in first-calf heifers was different from that in the blood of growing heifers, they had it lower. A close and significant correlation has been found between the live weight of growing crossbred heifers and the activity of alkaline phosphatase in the blood serum at 2-, 6- and 12-month age. Crossbred first-calf heifers were significantly higher in milk yield for 90 days of lactation than their Simmental herdmates. The set of data on the activity of alkaline phosphatase in the blood of heifers and lactating cows is of both theoretical and practical value for zootechnical and biological sciences, revealing the regularities of the heterosis effect, deepening knowledge about the age-related biochemistry of crossbred animals and the formation of productive traits.

Biochemical parameters of blood serum in resistant and susceptible to rubella pathogens groups of carp at the end of the feeding period are studied. The material was taken from 6 individuals of the Angelina scaly rubella-resistant breed kept at the experimental pond base "Sunoga" of the Papanin Institute for Biology of Inland Waters RAS, Yaroslavl oblast. For comparison, we used same-age carps from the fish farm "Kirya", Chuvash Republic, susceptible to rubella pathogens: 8 specimens of scaly and 8 mirror carps. Blood samples were taken from the caudal vein of the fish under study. The tube with blood was left at room temperature. After coagulation, the serum was taken with a fine needle syringe and transferred to an Eppendorf tube. Serum samples were frozen prior to testing. The analyzed individuals of the Angelina rubella-resistant breed differ from the scaly and mirror carp in high levels of total protein, albumins, glucose, urea, alkaline phosphatase, triglycerides, cholesterol and low levels of lipids and alanine aminotransferase. A comparative analysis with previously obtained data after wintering shows differences between the autumn and spring data. In the Angelina breed, the levels of most indicators significantly increase during the fattening period. The content of total protein increases several times, mainly due to globulins, glucose, urea, alkaline phosphatase, triglycerides. Thus, the metabolic processes aimed at the accumulation of proteins, stored lipids and carbohydrates increase in the organism of rubella-resistant carps. This is probably due to some specific characteristics of the Angelina breed, which allows the fish organism to successfully resist an infection with rubella pathogens in spring. The results of this study can be used in breeding for immunity resistance and for assessing the health status of fish in aquaculture.

Purpose: to assess the correlation of serum alkaline phosphatase with the live weight and growth rate of male lambs during the milk and post-milk growing periods.Materials and methods. The study of indicators of serum alkaline phosphatase activity in 74 male lambs aged one and five months was carried out in connection with the intensity of growth and the peculiarities of metabolism. All the male lambs were born at the same time and were raised for up to six months under similar feeding and maintenance conditions. To study the dynamics of changes in the live weight of young animals, individual weighing was carried out monthly with an accuracy of 0.1 kg. Based on the results of weighing, the absolute, relative, and average daily live weight gains were calculated and the animals were divided into three groups. The analysis of the serum for the content of the studied parameters was performed by photometry with the help of the corresponding sets of reagents of the company «VitalDiagnostics SPb».Results. During the observation period, the average increase in live weight of male lambs was 21,14 kg, or 136,75 g per day. At one month of age, the activity of alkaline phosphatase was 188,61±9.50 U/l, and at five months — 100,01±3,58, or 47% (P<0,001) lower. It was found that the activity of the enzyme during the suckling period was positively associated with live weight and growth intensity (r=0,35 and 0,49), and after weaning from mothers — negatively (r = -0,46 and -0,46, respectively). The activity of alkaline phosphatase was consistently increased in monthly male lamb when they moved from a group with lower productivity to a larger one — 160,5 — 191,4 — 214,9, and in five-month-olds, on the contrary, decreased — 121,0 — 98,1 — 80,2 E/l. At the age of one month, the increase in growth intensity was accompanied by an increase in the blood serum of male lamb values of gamma-glutamyltranspeptidase, glucose, calcium and phosphorus, and a decrease in urea and cholesterol levels. At the age of five months, both the list of links and their vector changed. In the serum of fast-growing animals, the de Ritis coefficient and gamma-glutamyltranspeptidase were higher, but the activity of lactate dehydrogenase and creatine phosphokinase was lower.Conclusion. The presence of a correlation between alkaline phosphatase and growth makes it possible to use alkaline phosphatase in zootechnical practice and breeding work as an additional criterion for the growth potential of male lambs up to six months in the early stages of ontogenesis. However, the change in the nature of the relationship from plus to minus implies a differentiated approach in the use of this indicator, taking into account the age of the male lambs.

Northern pike heavily contaminated with methylmercury were captured from Clay Lake, Ontario, and released in Heming Lake, Manitoba, an area relatively free of mercury. Mercury levels in muscle biopsy samples at the time of transfer and at subsequent recaptures indicated that only 30% was eliminated in one year. Distribution among various body tissues was essentially unchanged, those organs most heavily contaminated being lens, kidney, and liver in decreasing order. Biochemical profiles of blood serum constituents showed several differences between samples from the two lakes, especially in levels of inorganic phosphate, total protein, alkaline phosphatase, and cortisol. Serum values for transplanted fish tended toward those in the clean lake and we have concluded that biochemical profiles were sensitive to the environmental change.
