The article is devoted to the results of a linguistic-personal research conducted on the basis of political Internet commentaries published on Russian sites. The article considers such aspects of the topic as: Internet communication, text-derivatology, linguistic-personology. In this study, special attention is paid to the virtual linguistic persona, reconstructed on the basis of their political Internet comments which manifest the linguistic abilities in the mental and psychological aspect. Methods of comparative-contrastive, descriptive methods and the method of quantitative estimation were applied in order to study this subject, and the research is based on the text-derivative analysis of derived texts, which are considered in the formal, content and functional plans. The purpose of the study is to determine the factors of personal text generation of Russian political Internet comments in the linguistic-personalological aspect. In the proposed article, a linguistic personality is reconstructed on the basis of political internet comments which reflect her linguistic abilities. In the course of linguistic analysis, the following methods were used: linguistic description, derivatological analysis technique, sampling method. As a result of analysis of political Internet comments, the parameters of the personal factor of text generation were revealed.

This Research target to analysis the cultural influence organization, environmental work to satisfaction work and employees performance Republic Of Indonesia Radio ( RRI ) Denpasar. Sum up the sample in this research as much 60 responder, with the method of data collecting primary by using appliance closed. Technique analysis that is descriptive analysis technique, path analysis by Partial is Least Square PLS. Result of research that is organizational culture have an effect on positive to performance of employees of RRI Denpasar. Environmental work to have an effect on positive to performance of employees of RRI Denpasar. Organizational Cultural have an effect on positive to satisfaction work the employees of RRI Denpasar. Environmental work to have an effect on positive to satisfaction work the employees of RRI Denpasar. Satisfaction work to have an effect on positive performance of employees of RRI Denpasar

This study aims to determine the recovery business strategy of SMEs actors in the city of Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic by referring to the questions posed by Victor Vroom in Sagung, et al (2017) namely Expectancy, Instrumentality, and Valence. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, data collection method using structured and gradual interviews. The data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative. The results of the study explain that the recovery business strategy in the city of Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic for SMEs actors can provide improvement and development of good business sustainability by implementing strengthening management in the fields of marketing, human resources, finance, and operations as a strategic step to create an efficient business existence. and effective. This study concludes that SMEs actors are required to have good knowledge management and absorptive capacity to improve their business performance. Furthermore, future research is expected to examine more sources and references, namely by adding variables and more in-depth analysis to obtain more complete research results using mixed methods, namely quantitative and qualitative methods.

Prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, UMKM contributed to Indonesia's GDP up to 60%. This fact shows that it has been proven to be able to reduce poverty and be able to absorb more workers than other business entities, thereby reducing unemployment. The main problem of this research is how is the transformation of UMKM business strategy in the recovery of the national economy during the Covid-19 pandemic? The purpose of this study is to describe that by transforming business strategies, UMKM have the potential for national economic recovery during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data collection technique used is literature study. Sources of data in this study using textbooks, articles, journals and statistical data. Data analysis technique is descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic, one of the important steps that the government can take for the recovery of the national economy is to pay attention to the growth and development of UMKM in Indonesia. Along with the current digitalization era, to realize innovative, productive and adaptive UMKM in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, UMKM need to transform digital-based business strategies. The contributions of this research include theoretical contributions and methodological contributions. The implication of this research is that the transformation of business strategy is a simple concept that can be carried out in the recovery of the national economy during the Covid-19 pandemic.

This study aims to analyze the effect of providing social assistance, tax incentives, and expansion of working capital on the development of MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research was conducted at UMKM West Semarang and Central Semarang. The population in this study were MSME actors who had taken advantage of tax incentives and received social assistance in West and Central Semarang 2. Purposive sampling was used to obtain a sample of 269 MSMEs. The research data were obtained as many as 56 observations carried out on a weekly basis from April to October 2020 using the documentary method. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression to test the research hypothesis. The results showed that the provision of social assistance, tax incentives, and expansion of working capital affected the development of MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is based on testing through industrial attractiveness theory approach. The results of this study can provide additional information for the government in preparing a large scheme for economic protection and recovery programs for MSMEs affected by Covid-19 as well as evaluating the MSME business strategy towards a modern UMKM business model while maintaining health protocols.

The purpose of this study is to examine the implementation of the value of Catur Purusa Arthaand capital structure, as the main foundation of business strategy to create maximum financial performance of LPD in Buleleng Regency. The study population was all active LPDs in Buleleng Regency. Sampling in this study using random sampling techniques to obtain as many as 60 observational data. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Component based SEM method, Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that the value of Catur Purusa Artha has a positive effect on Capital Structure and Financial Performance. Capital structure also has a positive effect on financial performance.

This study aims to fill a research gap, namely exploring the extent to which small companies in Indonesia, especially batik SMEs in the Bantul district. The aim of the research is to understand the adoption of e-business applications. Evaluation of the extent to which the motivation of companies to adopt an e-business strategy is carried out using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). A total of 122 SMEs were obtained and sampled using the criteria of SMEs as family businesses and have implemented electronic-based business applications such as marketing blogs or Instagram or Facebook. The analysis technique used is not only based on the IPA framework but also using a sample data sorting technique with a Cartesian diagram to obtain what items of expectation have motivated SMEs to adopt e-business and how the performance achievements of these expectations have been achieved. This study identifies the priority items for SMEs in maximizing the use of e-commerce to support online sales, selection of potential supplier sources, and efforts to save promotional budgets.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to identify a SWOT analysis and formulate a business strategy using the IFE and EFE matrix, as well as the Grand Strategy matrix at the Café and Angkringan Nu Laharjo Mojokerto. The benefits of the research are identified SWOT analysis and strategy formulation can be used as a measure in future business planning. The research used is qualitative research, while the data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis, namely  describing the data collected using SWOT analysis, IFE and EFE matrix, and the Grand Strategy matrix. The results show that the SWOT analysis is identified, the IFE and EFE matrices have a positive total score, and the Grand Strategy matrix shows that Nu Laharjo Café and Angkringan are in a strategic and good position.   Keywords : Strategy Formulation, SWOT Analysis, IFE and EFE Matrix, Grand Strategy Matrix

Developing a superior business strategy in manufacturing Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) or Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs)is an important and fundamental instrument in answering the existing high competitiveness challenge. One of which is by implementing a business strategy that is adjusted tothe resources provision and the aspect of industrial environment to realise the superior business strategy. This research is a quantitative research with the analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of the analysis showed that the implementation of the business strategy is highly influenced by the industrial environmental factor and the resources provision owned by the manufacturing SMEs.

The proposed article is devoted to the study of political Internet comments published on Kazakhstani sites. The text of a political article has a potential of derivational functioning, which is realized in the text of an online commentary and is objectified in it under influence of variable strategies and tactics. The purpose of the study is to determine the textual parameters of the text generation of Kazakhstani political Internet comments in the linguistic-personalological aspect. In the course of linguistic analysis, the following methods were used: linguistic description, derivatological analysis technique, sampling method. The study is based on a model of the text-derivatological analysis of derivative texts, which are considered in the formal, substantial and functional plans. As a text-derivative analysis’ result of political Internet comments, the text parameters of the text generation were identified. The result of text-derivatological and linguoculturological research showed that Kazakhstani Internet comments are dominated by a text strategy
