SYSTEM OF FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL SELF-GOVERNMENT AMONG CADETS OF MILITARY INSTITUTES

When carrying out professional activities, officers of the VNG of the Russian Federation are often in difficult, stressful, emotionally stressful situations associated with the use of weapons as a particularly dangerous means of destruction. The right to use a weapon by an officer makes him responsible for its use. And therefore requires the officer to make a balanced optimal decision, which is associated with the risk and transience of events, and in which no mistake can be made, since the price of it can be someone's life. It is at such a moment that it is important that the officer has stable skills in making a decision on the use of weapons, and this requires skills not only in managing subordinates or the situation,but in managing himself. The complication of the military-professional activity, manifested in the need to develop the ability to quickly and accurately make command decisions, exacerbating the problem of social responsibility of an officer who has the management of unit that leads to an understanding of his singular personal and professional responsibility, as the ability to govern themselves makes it possible to achieve a positive result of the Department for the DBA. This characterizes the need for a commander to have the ability to manage himself, as a "system" that manages others. Forming skills of self-control, patience, compassion, having mastered algorithms of making managerial decisions, the cycle of implementing managerial functions, etc., a person comes to the belief: "before effectively managing others, it is necessary to learn how to manage yourself." The required level of personal and professional maturity can be formed in a person as a result of purposeful self-management, which determines the special role of professional and personal self-management in the training of future officers.

This article discusses the problems of legal education and strengthening the discipline of the military of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan as citizens of the rule of law. The role of law and its influence on the legal consciousness of military personnel is revealed. Features and specificity of the service of the military personnel of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The authors in the article will try to uncover the relationship of legal education and strengthening the discipline of military personnel. The authors prove the relevance of the study of the effectiveness of professional activities of employees in relation to personal characteristics and functional states in extreme conditions, especially in conditions of the shift work in the Far North. The purpose of the study was to analyze the interrelationship between the efficiency of professional activities of shift workers in a mining and processing factory with their social and psychological qualities and functional states during the shift-work period. Study group: 41 shift workers of the mining and processing factory of one of the diamondiferous deposits of the Arkhangelsk region. Methods of research included the psychological testing, set of psychophysiological techniques. The research show the social-psychological characteristics of the personality such as an evaluation of others as an etalon of oneself, moderate severity of altruistic type of attitude towards people, desire to achieve results in their activities at an average level, ability to control one’s feelings and emotions to be important for the effectiveness of the professional activity of shift specialists. The states of high effective workers are estimated at the level of the norm according to the indices of well-being and mood, the activity is estimated below the norm. The states of high-performance workers are also characterized by heteronomy and a strong degree of predominance of the right hemisphere. Average effective workers have a setting for the result at a level above the average, developed the ability to control one’s feelings, responsibility towards people. The states arising in the course of the labor activity, average-effective workers are estimated to be on average higher than the group of highly efficient workers. They are more autonomous and have a small degree of predominance of the right hemisphere. Employees, judged by experts as average-effective, resort to the use of the adaptation strategy for the emergency job, highly effective workers use economical strategy.

The aim of this study is to predict career search self-efficacy. In this context, predictive variables are self-transcendence, self-consciousness and self-control and self-management. The research data obtained from 1278 university students. 786 (61.5%) were girls. Regression analysis and correlation analysis were used. According to the findings, it was determined that self- transcendence, self-control and self-management, social anxiety, appearance consciousness and internal self-awareness were significant predictors of career search self-efficacy. The strongest predictor is the variable self-transcendence. In this context, experimental interventions or psycho-educational programs based on these skills, which are related to the self, can be tested in order to increase career search self-efficacy.

The professional profile of an officer-psychologist of the Armed Forces of Ukraine clearly defines the activities of specialist, the dominate type of activities in his work, and qualities that ensure the successful performing of duties. The professional profile of an officer-psychologist of the Armed Forces of Ukraine generally answers the following questions: what activity is analyzed and what is the subject and purpose of this activity, what are the criteria for assessing the effectiveness of professional activities; what are the factors that affect the psyche of military specialist; what are the special requirements for soldiers. According to the results of the questionnaire survey of experts the professionally important qualities of readiness of the officer-psychologist for professional activity in the Armed Forces were determined on the basis of the obtained and mathematically processed results of the questionnaire. The indicators of professionally important (necessary) qualities were determined, namely moral-volitional and emotional traits of an officer-psychologist of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The competencies, that are acquired during the formation of the readiness of future psychologists for professional activity in the Armed Forces and should be formed as a result of professional training, have been developed on the basis of scientific and practical analysis. They are the following: the navigate in difficult combat situations, the ability to take optimal decisions and set tasks to subordinate units in a combat situation based on the analysis of received information, the assessment of the situation and ability to provide tactical calculations, the ability to develop and maintain combat documents and records. The professional profile of the officer-psychologist of the Armed Forces of Ukraine clearly defines the activities of specialist, the dominate type of activities in his work, and qualities that ensure the successful performing of duties. The training of a modern officer-psychologist of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is aimed at ensuring the harmonious development of the personality of an officer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, that implies the development of all potential opportunities inherent in a specialist. The military psychologist should be prepared for the practical activities as a result of mastering of professional knowledge, skills and abilities (planned result of education), theoretical competence, the formation of professional competencies of a soldier.

The article is devoted to identifying the role of gaming teaching technologies in the professional development of students - future lawyers. In the article, the author proves the thesis that gaming teaching technologies contribute to the implementation of such functions as: an activating function aimed at stimulating the cognitive interest of students both in theoretical knowledge and practical skills for the implementation of successful professional activities; developing, aimed at the formation of sustainable professional mobility on the basis of mastered professional and general professional competencies; psychological, which consists in the formation of the main mental cognitive processes, including: attention, imagination, thinking, speech, memory; communicative, aimed at developing the ability to business communication; educational, contributing to the regulation of interpersonal relations on the basis of social-perceptual interaction. Analysis and interpretation of the results of numerous studies made it possible to conclude in the article that in the course of the educational process, an integrated solution of the tasks of teaching, upbringing and the formation of the student's personality is carried out in the framework of training a highly qualified lawyer with the ability to fiercely compete in the modern labor market, expressing the most important guarantees of ensuring successful employment. The game technology of teaching in the article is presented as a reproduction of a genuine professional situation in which all students participate and have the opportunity to realize their individual status roles, in which simplified models of future professional activities are expressed. The main purpose of the article is to establish the role and place of gaming teaching technologies in the formation and development of a student's personality as a future qualified lawyer, ready for successful creative professional activity.

This paper analyzes the role of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the promotion of social justice under the conditions of a triple transformation from war to peace and from a communist regime based on the Titoist self-management ideology to a liberal-democratic political regime and economic market system in three parts. The first section describes the political, constitutional and economic context during and after the collapse of the former Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the war in Bosnia-Herzegovina. The second section describes and analyzes the constitutional and institutional arrangements established under the General Framework Agreement for Peace, concluded in Dayton/Ohio and Paris, 1995. The third section deals with the role of the Constitutional Court and analyzes with reference to its case law the interpretative doctrines developed in its adjudication of the right to property concerning different concepts of property and the right to work in the context of the constitutionally guaranteed right to return of refugees and restitution of property.

The realities of the time require the teacher to quickly respond to changes taking place in the education system, the dynamism of transformations increases, and it can contribute to increasing mental tension, in general, and increasing conflict tension, in particular. All this leads to an increasing interest in the psychology of pedagogical conflicts, both from the point of view of phenomenology and structure, and from the point of view of their influence on satisfaction with professional and pedagogical activity. The article presents the results of an empirical study to identify the specifics of correlations of strategies of behavior in conflicts and the level of satisfaction with the professional activities of university teachers, taking into account the stages of professionalization. The provisions on strengthening the influence of the role of behavioral strategies in conflicts in the assessment of professional satisfaction at the third and fourth stages of professionalization are formulated.

Purpose. Studying the level of development of certain professionally significant psychological qualities of future specialists in extreme professions, such as volitional self-regulation, propensity to take risks, motivation to achieve success or overcome failure. Methods. Carrying out an ascertaining experiment: psychological testing using the techniques: «Motivation of success and fear of failure» (questionnaire by A.A. Rean), «Research of the propensity to take risks» (questionnaire of A.G. Shmelev), «Level of volitional self-regulation» (questionnaire A.V. Zverkov and E.V. Eydman). Findings. The results of studying the level of development of volitional self-regulation, self-control and perseverance, motivational orientation and propensity to risk of the 1st and 3rd year students of the University of Civil Protection of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Belarus are presented. The conditions of professional activity of specialists in extreme professions are briefly considered. Strong-willed efforts for workers in extreme activities are necessary to overcome such external obstacles as difficulties in professional activities, various hindrances, confronting with other people or life circumstances. It can be concluded that the majority of respondents are characterized by a high level of volitional self-regulation, perseverance and self-control. The overwhelming majority of the first and third year students were diagnosed with pronounced motivation to achieve success. It has been found that almost all respondents participating in the study had an average level of propensity to take risks. Application field of research. The presented results can be used to work out a program for the development of professionally important psychological qualities, skills and abilities of extreme profile specialists aimed at forecasting the main conditions and regularities of their formation.
