The monograph is devoted to analysis of professional and pedagogical activity of educator of preschool educational organizations in the aspect of cognition of preschool children. Describes the conceptual presentation of these activities, including structural-functional model of the activities to knowledge and activities for analysis of its process and results in order to assess its effectiveness. In accordance with the business model for knowledge of child the proposed system of professional training of future educators for its development in the learning process at the University, partly experimentally tested. The article analyzes the tasks of implementing the national project "Education" in the region using the example of the Komi Republic. The article examines the conditions for the implementation of a national education project based on the example of the public servant “preschool education”. Based on monitoring indicators of the provision of pre-school education for children aged 1 to 6 years old in educational institutions in the Komi Republic, an assessment is made of the process of providing services by local authorities. The positive dynamics of the provision of public services in terms of the availability of preschool education in the territory of the Komi Republic is revealed. This indicator is ensured by the construction, re-equipment of premises in existing preschool educational institutions, the redemption of premises for placement of nursery groups, as well as by the development of varied forms of preschool education: groups for short-term stay of children, counseling centers of various kinds, groups for the supervision and care of preschool children ages organized by individual entrepreneurs. The article provides a grouping of municipalities by the effectiveness of the provision of public services of preschool education. The article also analyzes the results of the implementation of the national project "Demography", one of the directions of which is the creation of additional places in preschool educational institutions for children under the age of 3 years. Positive factors in the development of the market for preschool services are the presence of a private business and the creation of private preschool educational organizations in the region, the creation of groups for the supervision and care of preschool children organized by individual entrepreneurs. Important for the Far North region is the creation of groups of short-term stay of children in municipal organizations. The analysis shows the activity of government bodies in creating consultation centers for methodological, psychological, pedagogical, diagnostic and advisory assistance to parents in the education and upbringing of preschool children, centers for play support, leisure activities, weekend groups, parent-child club, groups for children disabled people. Digitalization of public administration is implemented through the creation of a regional electronic register of children in need of places in preschool educational institutions of the Komi Republic, which provides the possibility of a "transparent" procedure for the provision of services for receiving applications, registering and enrolling children in preschool educational organizations in electronic form.

Globalization, informatization, digitalization, led to large-scale changes that have problematized the modern process of upbringing. The modern practice of upbringing in Kazakhstan is aimed at solving the problem of forming an intellectual nation. The key figure in the upbringing process is the teacher. The modernization of public consciousness taking place in Kazakhstan, the renewal of both the content of education and the system of upbringing require understanding not only the content, but also the methodology of the professional training of teachers for the upbringing of children, for the organization of the upbringing system in educational organizations. We believe that the analysis of traditional and clarification of modern methodological foundations of professional training of future teachers of Kazakhstan for upbringing work will give us the opportunity to develop a strategy for training future teachers in the conditions of spiritual renewal of Kazakhstan's society. The article reveals the experience of Abai KazNPU. As a result of the conducted research, we came to the conclusion that the process of training a teacher in Kazakhstan, who has a high degree of ethnic, cultural, and religious diversity, requires strengthening the upbringing and socializing components of the educational process of the university. The strategy of professional training of a modern teacher should be a polyparadigmatic concept with the leading role of ideas of personality-oriented, competence paradigm.

Sebagai salah satu problem yang sering muncul dalam proses pembelajaran tentang bagaimana pola hubungan antara guru dan peserta didik. Kaidah Kitab Ta’lim al-Muta’allim perlu diimplementasikan dalam lembaga pendidikan. Eksistensi pelaksanaan manajemen pendidikan yang terkandung dalam kitab Ta’lim al-Muta’allim sebagaimana yang diterapkan dalam lembaga-lembaga pendidikan. seperti apa yang sudah diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa Manajemen Pendidikan dalam kitab Ta’lim al-muta’allim sangatlah bagus diterapkan dalam lembaga pendidikan saat ini. Pengajaran tentang cara menjadi seorang siswa dan guru yang baik. Pemikiran dan keyakinan Syekh Az Zarnuji tentan kaifiyah etika menuntut ilmu yang itu semua dapat meraih kemanfaatan dan keberkahan ilmu. Manajemen pendidikan yang mengamalkan kaidah kitab Ta’lim al-Muta’allim di SMP Plus Ar Rahmat tentang Pembiasaan karakter yang di terapkan dalam kaidah Ta’lim al-Muta’allim adalah kejujuran, kedisiplinan, kerja keras, fokus kepada tujuan, pantang menyerah, kesederhanaan, menghargai proses, pentingnya keseimbangan ihtiar lahir dan batin, need of achievment, dan beberapa filosofi hidup dan motto yang berisi motivasi. Eksistensi manajemen pendidikan kitab Ta’lim al-Muta’allim di Ar-Rahmat yang masih begitu eksis pelaksanaannya.As one of the problems often arising in the learning process on the pattern of relationships between teachers and students, the rules of the so-called Ta'lim al-Muta'allim need to be implemented in educational institutions. The implementation of education management contained in the Ta'lim a-Muta'allim as applied in educational institutions as what implemented by the principal. The results of the study show that the education management in the Ta'limul Muta'allim is extremely important applied in educational institutions today. It teaches on how to be a good student and teacher. The thoughts of Syekh Az Zarnuji on the ethics of studying in addition to achieving the benefits and blessings of knowledge. Educational management that practices the rules as contained in the Ta'lim al-Muta'allim in Ar Rahmat about the character habituation is honesty, discipline, hard work, focus on goals, never give up, simplicity, respect for the process, the importance of balance of physical and spiritual exercise, need of achievement, and several life philosophies and mottos that contain motivation.

Este artigo trata de descrever os processos de formação profissional de educa-dores sociais no âmbito da educação universitária na Comunidade Autônomada Catalunha, na Espanha. Nos últimos anos, devido ao surgimento de novasformas de exclusão social, ao aumento das desigualdades e à crescente globali-zação, verifica-se um aprofundamento do debate sobre a profissão do educadorsocial, suas competências e funções e, ao mesmo tempo, sobre a necessidade derepensar sua formação. Este trabalho faz parte de um projeto mais amplo sobreo assunto e apresenta uma revisão bibliográfica baseada no contexto acadêmicoespanhol, com uma descrição das propostas formativas dos cursos de graduaçãode Educação Social de duas universidades catalãs de importante reconhecimentointernacional: Universidade de Barcelona e Universidade Autônoma de Barce-lona. This work is part of a larger project on the subject and pre-sents a bibliographical review based on the Spanish academic context, along witha description of the training proposals of the Social Education careers withintwo Catalan universities: University of Barcelona and Autonomous University ofBarcelona. The article reflects the aspects of digital education as a complex unstable system in the conditions of the transformation of educational processes. The image risks of a business model for the implementation of educational services based on online monitoring and analysis of the opinions of recipients of educational services in relation to the willingness to acquire educational services, the formation of adaptive and technological skills are disclosed. Identified systemic problems and risks in the activities of educational institutions associated with the lack of a clear procedure for the introduction of digital technologies, with a decrease in the academic and financial stability of the university, a narrowing of the target audience due to the loss of previous traditional and feedback. Priorities and improving factors for the technological positioning of the university during the transition to digital education are outlined. An attempt is made to reveal the elements of a business model, which includes: monitoring and expanding image perception, synchronization of IT and Edu-technologies, ensuring “transparency” of various schemes for the provision of educational services for the personalization of educational paths, targeting and adaptability to meet educational needs.There is no conflict of interests.

This chapter deals with the use of Applets, which are examples of software applications, combined with a specific methodology of teaching, based on Paulo Freire’s education concepts. According to his methods, co-creation between its participants is fundamental for the effectiveness of learning process. In that way, to promote a cooperative learning, the Applet should have interactive features. The Chemistry course of Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo, in which students take in the first semester of the first year of the engineering course, was the case study. First, a research with the teachers of the Chemical Engineering Department was carried out, to identify the main problems and difficulties teachers and students face. Then, a topic was selected to be explored with the Applet, which was developed and applied to a small group of students. To identify the success of this experiment a questionnaire was created and the results are presented in this chapter. Some conclusions were drawn and the interactive features of the Applet received a positive feedback.

The article reveals the category ‘professional burnout’ and describes the ways of emotional states self-regulation of educators in modern preschool educational institutions. Methods for improving kindergarten teachers’ professional competence and self-esteem are clarified. It is defined how to find balance and harmony in professional activity to avoid overload and prevent professional burnout.The changes that are taking place in preschool education today place new demands on kindergarten teachers’ professional training. To optimize educators’ activities, it is necessary to balance the mode of their work and rest. Only by paying due attention to this issue can we avoid the phenomenon of professional burnout, which is quite common today.Attitudes towards colleagues, children, and parents should be based on the basic principles of partnership pedagogy, in particular respect for the individual, positive attitude and friendliness, and distributed leadership. In these conditions, educators of preschool educational institutions will be able to achieve maximum success in their activities, create effective learning and play environments that will form a comprehensively developed personality, and help the kindergarten teacher to maintain enthusiasm for many years.The article emphasizes that professionals must be able to resist the influence of adverse external factors that occur during professional activities. The key vectors of the educator’s life position should be optimism, self-efficacy, and the use of productive strategies to have their emotional state, to remain calm in any situation. It is necessary to be able to maintain mental balance, internal and external resources, and creative potential.

The article considers the issue of professional training of future preschool teachers. The example of a new training course for the specialty 012 Preschool education "Art Education of Preschool Children" presents opportunities to improve the quality of education and the formation of information culture of applicants for the second (master's) level of training by the means of information and communication technologies. The current state of the problem is analyzed and the contradictions in the process of teaching professional methods between the existing theoretical basis of professional training of future teachers and the insufficient level of professional competence of graduates, which is partly explained by the low level of motivation of many students to work in preschool education. The scientific research devoted to the application of information and communication technologies in the educational process, the definition of levels of readiness of students to use information and communication technologies and skills of the teacher who has mastered information and communication competence are analyzed. The article presents the results of a study of the levels of formation of artistic competence of undergraduates by motivational, emotional, intellectual, activity criteria and relevant indicators; methods of pedagogical diagnostics are specified. The principles, methods, and forms of using information and communication technologies in the context of the discipline "Art Education of Preschool Children" are revealed. The correlation between forms and methods of interaction of the teacher with pupils based on the use of information and communication technologies is shown. Factors of efficiency of use of information and communication technologies are defined: increase of interest of students to academic discipline, motivation to self-improvement and self-development, modernization of content of educational disciplines by innovative forms of interaction, methods, and receptions of formation of corresponding professional competence at future masters.

It’s a well- known fact that beautiful and correct movements are formed in the young age. In the future on this basis it will be easy to master more complex movements and actions, including sports. Purpose of the research. On the ground of analyzed literature we are to determine the means of rhythmic gymnastics, which are aimed at the formation of movements culture and to develop the program of PT classes of 5-6 years old children in conditions of institutions of preschool education of Ukraine. Methods of the research: analysis of scientific and methodical literature, Internet resources and educational programs, and pedagogical supervision of the educational process in several preschool educational establishments and in the sport school of Olympic reserve in rhythmic gymnastics. The research results. We analyzed 6 kindergarten programs. One of the tasks is the development of the ability to correctly use the acquired motor experience in independent motor activity. In our opinion, it is the means of rhythmic gymnastics that will be effective for solving this problem. Among the variety of means of rhythmic gymnastics we offer to identify basic and auxiliary ones, as the most effective for the formation of movements culture of preschool children in conditions of preschool education. Music and motor games improve the emotional background of the lesson, aesthetic behavior of preschoolers and creative skills. Summary. So Rhythmic gymnastics exercises is a universal means for forming the culture of movements of preschoolers because this sport has aesthetic and technical components of performing exercises, namely beautiful posture, beautiful head turn, and the ability to perform movements together and gently. Prospects for further research. To develop a set of exercises for the formation of a "culture of movements" for senior preschool children with the use of means of artistic gymnastics in the conditions of preschool educational institutions.
