The operability of the bearing assembly, which ensures the operation of the turbocharger at different speeds of its rotor, determines the reliability of the turbocharger as a whole. In this regard, the condition of the turbocharger bearing assembly determines the performance of the entire turbocharger. The purpose of the research is to justify the parameter that determines the performance of the turbocharger and a comparative assessment of changes in the state of turbochargers with a standard lubrication system and when using individual bearing assembly lubrication systems. The main factors affecting the state of the turbocharger bearing assembly, and hence the length of the rotor rotation by inertia after the engine stops, are considered to be: the increase in the clearance in the bearing assembly, the speed of rotation of the turbocharger rotor before the engine stops, and the time of pressure drop in the bearing assembly to zero after the engine stops. To obtain dependences describing the effect of the gap in the turbocharger bearing, the time of pressure drop in its lubrication system after the engine stops, and the change in the duration of rotation of the turbocharger rotor by inertia in dynamics, we conducted experimental studies. The experiment involved vehicles with a standard lubrication system and with an individual lubrication system for the turbocharger bearing assembly. The data was sample along the main diagonal of the matrix of experimental indicators. The dependences of the effect of the gap and the time of pressure drop in the bearing assembly on the duration of rotation of the rotor of the turbocharger by inertia after stopping the engine, at the speed of rotation of the rotor before stopping the engine 10000, 25000 and 40000 min-1 are obtained. A comparative analysis of this indicator is given for turbochargers with a standard and individual lubrication system of the bearing assembly, which shows that the duration of rotation of the rotor by inertia increases from 45 s (standard lubrication mode) to 90 s (with an individual lubrication system). This gives us reason to believe that the wear rate of the bearing will decrease by half during operation

The problem of increasing the unit power of the engine without making changes to its design is solve by using a turbo supercharger. However, due to the intensity of the turbochargers operating mode, which are characterized by engine speed variability due to changing load indicators during operation (the number of rotor revolutions varies from 30000 min-1 to 120000 min-1, engine exhaust gases have a temperature of about 7500C), there is a need to improve the efficiency of the turbocharger bearing lubrication system. The purpose of the research is to ensure the operability and increase the reliability of turbochargers of diesel engines. To achieve this goal, a constructive solution for the lubrication system of the bearing assembly was propose, i.e., a membrane-type hydraulic accumulator was structurally provided in the lubrication system of the bearing assembly. Experimental studies were conduct to identify the operability and effectiveness of this constructive solution. The experiment was carried out on the KAMAZ-740 engine, the turbocharger shaft drive was carried out in normal mode, that is, from exhaust gases. L-02-40 fuel was use, SAE 10W–40 API was use as a lubricant. The turbocharger shaft speed varied from minimum to maximum by changing the engine speed and then stopping it. During the experiments, the following parameters of the turbocharger operation were measure: the duration of inertial rotation of the turbocharger rotor; the duration of pressure reduction in the turbocharger lubrication system. The dependences of the influence of the duration of the pressure drop in the turbocharger lubrication system and the duration of rotation of the turbocharger shaft by inertia with parallel inclusion of the accumulator in its lubrication system and in the normal mode of lubrication of the bearing are reveal. It is established that the installation of a device for feeding the turbocharger bearing during a sharp reduction in engine speed will increase the run-out of the turbocharger rotor from 30 to 65 s while maintaining the normal operating mode of the turbocharger lubrication system

In this work, experimental studies were conducted on the effect of vibrational influences from highways on the state of the foundation structures of a five-story residential building in Astrakhan. The studies were combined with an examination of the geo-base, foundations, and foundation of a multi-story brick residential building. Studies have shown that over four years, damaged building structures underwent significant changes due to increased vibration from the highway, and the rate of deformation in the supporting structures prove their emergency state. It is confirmed that the main factors affecting the magnitude of vibration acceleration of the building foundation structure are: structural type of the building; distance from the building to the source of seismic waves; longitudinal wave propagation velocity in the soil layer.

A fractal model for pressure drop through a cigarette filter is suggested, the fractal dimensions of both a single fiber and the filter?s cross-sections are calculated, which are two main factors affecting the pressure drop. The two-scale transform is made to convert the fractal derivative model on a smaller scale to an approximate continuous model on a larger scale, so that the model can be easily solved. An optimal filter structure is suggested for minimal pressure drop.

Objective. The objective of the study is to determine the requirements for various devices of hydraulic reclamation machines, which are widely used in the construction of canals and drains, to maintain a given slope, as well as the calculation of the executive mechanism that serves to eliminate the oscillating movement of the working body relative to the line of the specified slope.Methods. A mathematical description of the vibrations of the working body for caterpillar hydraulic reclamation machines with mounted working bodies is given.Results. The article presents the results of research to identify the main factors affecting the oscillations of the working body of caterpillar reclamation machines. As a result of theoretical and experimental studies, it was found that when a caterpillar machine with a rigid undercarriage crosses single and multiple irregularities, the movement of the cutting edge of the rigidly mounted working body is graphically depicted by sinusoidal curves. The obtained dependencies allow conducting calculations of the automatic system of maintaining the specified slope and establish the area of stable modes of system operation. A geometric method for optimizing the hinge linkage of the working body of trenchless pipelayer is presented.Conclusion. The proposed methods of improving the performance of caterpillar hydraulic reclamation machines with mounted working bodies when moving on uneven ground surfaces can be used to create a wide class of mounted earthmoving machines, both with passive and active working bodies.

The article presents the results of studies of the fatigue strength of A500 class reinforcement by GOST 34028-2016 with various types of periodic profile. The data on the results of previously conducted experimental studies of the fatigue strength of various types of reinforcement are generalized and systematized, and the main factors affecting fatigue are established. Experimental data on strength and deformation characteristics under static and high-cycle loads of A500C class reinforcement with various types of periodic profile have been obtained. Based on the research results, proposals were made to improve the characteristics of the reinforcement and the periodic profile to increase its resistance to repeated cyclic loads and to amend the current regulatory documents. Water-jet technologies, based on the use of high-speed jets as cutting tools, are one of the promising directions of the destruction technologies for various materials. Jets’ capability to cut even very strong, anisotropic and composite materials, as well as their high cutting speed, that can be reached without workpiece reaction occurring on the tool, make them attractive from the point of view of their implementation as cutting tools. This paper outlines the methods of materials destruction by means of high-speed cryojet and discusses future areas of its application. The research reveals the main factors and criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of cryojet cutting. Experimental studies of the main factors affecting the cryojet cutting parameters were carried out using a bench unit. As a result of the experimental data analysis, we found the correspondences that can be used for calculating the cryojet cutting of various materials.

The purpose is to determine the state of the ruble exchange rate, to identify the main factors affecting changes in the Russian ruble exchange rate in modern conditions. The opinions of domestic authors on the factors affecting the ruble exchange rate (balance of payments, inflation, oil price, coronavirus pandemic, unemployment) are considered. Among the most significant factors affecting the ruble exchange rate is the price of oil. The article studies the dynamics of the impact on the national currency rate of oil prices. Conclusions are made.

Представлены результаты экспериментальных исследований критических параметров технологии на свойства контактно-конденсационных бесклинкерных систем твердения на основе портландитовой матрицы и алюмосиликатного наполнителя. В исследованиях в качестве алюмосиликатного наполнителя использовался трепел. Выявлены основные факторы, влияющие на свойства изделий, полученных по технологии контактно-конденсационного твердения. К ним относятся прежде всего характеристики наполнителя (минералогический состав, тонкость помола) и параметры технологии (соотношение матрицы и наполнителя, величина прессового давления). С помощью рентгенофазового анализа установлено, что минералогический состав выбранного алюмосиликатного компонента (трепела) позволяет получать композиты по контактно-конденсационной технологии. Получены количественные данные о влиянии соотношения матрицы и наполнителя и величины прессового давления на прочность композита разных сроков твердения. Структура этого композита состоит из кристаллических сростков в основном матричной субстанции с присутствием низкоосновных гидросиликатов и гидроалюминатов кальция. Установлено, что оптимальный расход наполнителя составляет 15–30% от массы матрицы, давление прессования – 80 МПа. The results of experimental studies of critical parameters of the technology on the properties of contact-condensation linker-free hardening systems based on portlandite matrix and aluminosilicate filler are presented. The flutter was used as an alumosilicate filler in studies. The main factors affecting on properties of the products obtained with the contact-condensation hardening technology have been revealed. These include, first of all, the characteristics of the filler (mineralogical composition, fineness of grinding) and the technology parameters (matrix to filler ratio, press pressure). Using X-ray phase analysis, it was found that the mineralogical composition of the selected aluminosilicate component (trepel) allows to obtain the composites using contact-condensation technology. The quantitative data on effect of matrix-filler ratio and press pressure value on strength of obtained composite in different hardening periods are obtained. The structure of this composite consists of crystalline splices in the main matrix substance the portlandite with the presence of lowbase hydrosilicates and calcium hydroaluminates. It has been established that the optimal flow rate of the filler is 15–30% of the mass of the matrix, the pressing pressure is 80 MPa. The article is devoted to the study of the national identity of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The article analyzes the main factors affecting the emerging national identity of the modern Republic of Kazakhstan. Thus, we study a complex process involving many stages, it is obvious only when the ratio of two different identities: civil and national, the most important part of the process of integration of which is the exchange of its elements. The article also provides an assessment of the effectiveness of the state strategy in this area, describes the presence of two main strategies of national-state construction and, accordingly, the dominant models of national identity. The first strategy is aimed at the formation of a single Kazakh nation from a multi-ethnic society on the basis of common citizenship, the second strategy is related to the national identity of the Kazakhs themselves. The prerequisites for the formation of an integral model of national identity as the Foundation for further modernization of society on the basis of civil consolidation and political stability of society, allowing to ensure the priorities of state-building and socio-economic development, preservation of civil peace and spiritual harmony, strengthening of the international authority of the state.
