Psychological Assistance in the Formation of Loyalty of Employees of Commercial Organizations

The article presents the results of experimental work on testing a program of psychological assistance in the formation of loyalty of employees of commercial organizations. The paper presents a theoretical idea of the loyalty of employees of commercial companies, selects diagnostic tools to determine the level of loyalty, describes the results of testing the loyalty formation program. The presence of a correlation between the level of loyalty of employees of a commercial organization and the characteristics of labor motivation of employees, the degree of satisfaction with work and the attractiveness of the employer was confirmed. The effectiveness of the developed psychological assistance program for increasing the level of loyalty of company employees has been proved.

Аннотация: В статье рассматриваются результаты опытно-экспериментальной работы по формированию коммуникативной компетентности преподавателей педагогических направлений в процессе повышения квалификации. Представлены основные этапы, направления, база и методы исследования опытной работы. Описывается диагностический инструментарий по определению уровня сформированности коммуникативной компетентности преподавателей. Проводится анализ данных констатирующего и формирующего экспериментов по формированию коммуникативной компетентности преподавателей в процессе повышения квалификации. Abstract: The article discusses the results of experimental work on the formation of communicative competence of teachers of pedagogical areas in the process of advanced training. The main stages, directions, base and research methods of experimental work are presented. The diagnostic tools for determining the level of formation of communicative competence of teachers are described. The data of ascertaining and formative experiments on the formation of communicative competence of teachers in the process of advanced training are analyzed. The paper, based on the analysis of data from sociological surveys, deals with problems of interaction between local self-government bodies and non-commercial organization (NCO). The article states that the process of forming partnerships between local governments and NCOs is in the process of being institutionalized. The collaboration initiative is more in the hands of the non-profit sector. Despite the generally favorable NCO-climate in the Republic of Bashkortostan, the attitude of local governments towards the non-profit sector as an equal partner in solving social problems and working with the population is developing at a rather slow pace. An important direction is to increase public confidence in the NCO through the development of civil sector information system to provide the best information to society.

В статье, продолжающей изложение методики анализа финансовой устойчивости коммерческой организации в рамках новой парадигмы анализа, рассмотрены возможности дедуктивно-аксиоматического обоснования алгоритмов построения критериальных функций финансового равновесия, являющихся необходимым элементом указанной методики. Предлагаемая концепция финансового равновесия основывается на общенаучных представлениях о равновесном состоянии системы. В качестве важных примеров представлены критериальные функции финансового равновесия, вытекающие из норм права, регулирующих условия несостоятельности (банкротства) и ликвидации коммерческих организаций. Предложен общий алгоритм классификации финансовых ситуаций, основанный на распределении рисков неплатежеспособности и ликвидации коммерческой организаций по возможным ситуациям и отражающий данное распределение с помощью значений критериальных функций. In the article, which continues the presentation of the methodology for analyzing the financial stability of a commercial organization within the framework of a new paradigm of analysis, the possibilities of deductive and axiomatic justification of algorithms for constructing criterion functions of financial equilibrium, which are a necessary element of this methodology, are considered. The proposed concept of financial equilibrium is based on general scientific ideas about the equilibrium state of the system. As important examples, the criteria of the financial equilibrium functions arising from the rules of law governing the conditions of insolvency (bankruptcy) and liquidation of commercial organizations are presented. A general algorithm for classifying financial situations is proposed, which is based on the distribution of risks of insolvency and liquidation of commercial organizations by possible situations and reflects this distribution using the values of criteria functions.

The problem of political corruption is of particular relevance for criminological science. The processes of formation and functioning of power, due to their high social significance, have long been subject to negative corruption influences, and therefore they need a special protection mechanism. The subject of the research is the legal regulation of the ban on illegal financing of political activity, as well as its reflection in local regulations of commercial organizations. The article examines one of the forms of political corruption as illegal financing of political activity by officials of commercial organizations. The author used the dialectical method of cognition, as well as the system-structural, formal-logical and other methods of scientific cognition. To study the practice of regulating the ban on illegal financing of political activity at the level of local regulations of commercial organizations, the author monitored the official websites of 250 largest Russian companies. The monitoring of the content of local regulations showed that commercial organizations have not yet developed a unified approach to regulating the ban on illegal financing of political activity. In addition, in more than 50% of the surveyed commercial organizations, this prohibition is absent in local regulations. One of the reasons for the low level of anti-corruption activity of organizations is the lack of motivation of companies to conduct business with integrity. The results of the study allow us to conclude that it is necessary to take a set of measures aimed at stimulating commercial organizations to consolidate in their local regulations a ban on the financing of political activities, as well as measures aimed at limiting the possibility of committing corresponding corruption offenses. Abstract Introduction. The article is devoted to the phenomenology of burnout symptoms among teachers and determining their individual characteristics. Aim. The aim was to study the phenomenology of the burnout process among teachers and to define its individual determinants. Material and methods. The theoretical basis for the study was a burnout model described by V.V. Boyko considering the burnout as a mechanism of psychological protection of personality in response to the traumatic circumstances of the environment. The following diagnostic tools were used: the Boyko’s Emotional Burnout Inventory, the Inventory on behavior and experience in the working environment by W. Schaarschmidt and A. Fischer and the individual-typological questionnaire by L.Sobchik. In order to calculate and evaluate the results, methods of mathematical statistics were applied. Results. The results of polling 132 teachers show that more than one third of working teachers show prominent features of high level burnout. This is combined with a number of personality traits and features of behavior, and with an emotional response of the teacher to the circumstances of the working environment, what suggests the need for the development and systematic implementation of prevention programs and correction of burnout among working teachers. Conclusions. A significant part of the surveyed teachers show signs of burnout expressed at a significant level. Thus, the problem of psychological assistance and psychological support for working teachers remains relevant and requires the search for effective technologies and techniques for providing psychological assistance.

Basing on the analysis and generalization of the scientific research results on children’s mental developmental delay (MDD) carried out in the post-Soviet countries, we have determined the general principles of psychological support for MDD children, in particular, the principles of MDD diagnosing, the content of corresponding psychological assistance and age of children needed for it. Attention has been drawn to weakened interest to this issue in Ukraine because of its controversial nature and insufficient study of some MDD aspects; in particular, determination of assistance recipients and the age of children needed such psychological assistance should be studied more deeply. The article author proposes differentiate MMD as clinical and psychological diagnoses. Thus, a psychological diagnosis determines a set of a child’s psychological problems, as well as positive signs of his/her development, which can become a basic for corrective assistance; this psychological diagnosis is considered as an integral part of a functional diagnosis along with its medical component and is revealed during a comprehensive assessment of a child’s development to determinate necessary psychological support applied during education and social adaptation. The benefits and disadvantages of two approaches to the examination of children’s mental development were identified: the testing approach determining a child’s actual development and a learning ability criterion as the most important principle used in the national diagnostics to assess a child’s potential. Our attention was focused on the fact that developmental delay as a relatively mild ontogenetic violation was determined due to the used learning ability criterion. The expediency of combination of a child’s testing and qualitative assessment of their intellectual activity was considered, such approach would allow significant expanding of knowledge about examined children, which would help to develop individual programs for inclusive education and development. MDD is polymorphic in terms of its stability and the structure of cognitive impairments, so children’s needs in psychological support should be differentiated. The studies examining social adaptation and deviant behavior prevention for children with developmental delay were analyzed and summarized, in particular, in adolescence and senior school age, which allowed the article author to conclude about necessary uninterrupted psychological support for such children during their education at basic school and social/labor self-determination. The cardinal issues included into psychological support for such children were highlighted, namely, the formation of their self-image, their life or professional prospects, social and auto-psychological competence. The examined issues of the modern studies on MMD are a starting point for development of a psychological assistance program for MMD children. Its implementation helps further development of individual techniques relevant for children of different ages with the aim to their integration into society.

Introduction. Intense activity of commercial organizations in the conditions of constant social changes, competition, and social tension, which were caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, necessitates the development of leadership qualities and skills in the staff of commercial organizations.Aim. To determine a set of instruments to assess commercial organization staffʼs leadership qualities.Results. The set of diagnostic instruments proposed by the author to study commercial organization staff's leadership qualities aims to assess staff's basic leadership qualities, which relate to staffʼs abillity to manage and administer the commercial organization, and the staff's special leadership qualities, whichinclude staffʼs abilities to directly lead in commercial organizations and are made up of staffʼs innovative-creative, partnership, emotion-regulating, and gender-relevant abilities.Conclusions. The set of diagnostic instruments presented in the article and designed to study commercial organization staffʼs leadership qualities can be helpful for organizational psychologists to counsel commercial organizations on the problem of staff's leadership development.
