In the era of big data, it is particularly necessary to use Internet plus technology to promote tax law teaching reform and innovation. This paper analyzes the current situation, points out the existing problems, and puts forward specific measures for Internet plus promoting tax reform and innovation in the era of big data, so as to facilitate the reform and development of tax law teaching in Chinese universities. In the era of big data, with the rapid development of computer technology and the continuous improvement of Internet plus, people's lives have entered the information society. People are increasingly demanding information, big data has become a hot term, and infiltrate into various industries. Nowadays, science and technology are developed, big data information is unblocked, people communicate more closely, life is more convenient, big data is the product of high-tech era.“ Internet plus” is the new form of Internet development under the innovation, which promotes social and economic entities and becomes a platform for reform, innovation and development. Internet plus relying on Internet technology to integrate Internet and traditional industries, optimize production factors and restructure business models to achieve economic transformation and upgrading, give full play to the advantages of the Internet, upgrade industrial productivity and increase social wealth by upgrading industries. Through the characteristics of openness, equality and interaction, the Internet uses big data analysis to transform the traditional industrial model and enhance the power of economic development, so as to promote the healthy and rapid development of national economy [1]. Based on the background of Internet plus in the era of big data, this article discusses the development and innovation of tax law teaching reform in our country. It expects that the traditional tax law teaching mode can help students integrate new teaching and big data technology with the help of big data technology and Internet plus platform, and better train new talents suitable for the big data era. It is a contribution to the construction and economic development of "double first-class" in universities in China.

Nowadays, economic diversification remains a key challenge for most developing countries. The world trading system is developing from universal liberalization to increased protectionism which imposes additional difficulties in countries’ exports development and puts export diversification at the heart of a strategy for economic diversification. China's foreign trade is also in a critical period of rapid development and transformation at present. China is building a new pattern of integration into the world economic system, but its economic transformation is not smooth and faces problems. Taking into account China’s high reliance on exports, one of the most important threat to China’s economic development – the susceptibility to fluctuations in global economy – is largely due to a low level of Chinese exports diversification. In order to achieve a more sustainable long-term economic growth and hedge against the impact of external shocks China needs to diversify its exports markets, range of exported products and trade methods. Purpose. The purpose of the article is the research of practical aspects of exports diversification in China, identification of features and problems of China’s exports product and market diversification, diversification of trade methods and high-tech products exports diversification. Methodology. The methodological basis of the study is presented by the theories of foreign trade and industrial policy, as well as by the researches realized in the field of exports diversification. The information basis of the study are the databases of UNCTAD, WTO and National Bureau of Statistics of China. General scientific methods, systematic approach, economic-statistical methods are used in the research. Findings. An analysis of China’s exports diversification was realized in the article, including revealing of features and problems of China’s exports product and market diversification, diversification of trade methods and high-tech products exports diversification, as well as identification of some driving effects of China’s exports diversification on its economic development and substantiation of the significance to improve its export diversification strategy in order to reduce economic risks and promote the sustainable development of foreign trade.

Export trade can measure the economic level of a country, but it can only reflect the amount of exports, but not the quality of exported products and the technical content of exported products. Therefore, domestic and foreign scholars have begun to study the complexity of export technology. The development of big data technology makes it possible to analyze the export complexity using big data analysis technology. With the rapid development of high-tech industries represented by high-end manufacturing, there is more and more research on the export of high-tech industries. Based on the existing research results, this article first introduces the current export profile of high-tech products and explains the concept of export complexity. Then, the flow of big data analysis was sorted out. Finally, this paper theoretically analyzes the influence of industrial agglomeration on industrial export complexity, and uses big data analysis and regression verification. The results show that industrial agglomeration has a significant role in promoting the export complexity of China’s high-tech products.

<p>With the rapid development of smart phones and communication technology, the frequency of communication between the public and society through telecommunication equipment is increasing. At the same time, some lawless elements often cheat the public through telecommunication equipment, which brings irreparable economic losses to the society and the masses to a certain extent. In view of the above problems, this article takes the source of telecommunication fraud as the breakthrough point, analyzes the existing telecommunication fraud processing technology and points out its shortcomings, and then proposes a method of telephone fraud analysis based on big data technology. This technology fills the defects of the existing telecommunication interception technology and provides a new idea for effectively avoiding telecommunication fraud in the future.</p>
