The data analysis was camed out using classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test and determinan (R2) test with SPSS 21. The research finding showed that the model has an effect on the financial performance as proxied by ROA. So the results of the hypothesis test show that: (1) Infrastructure development has a negative and significant effect on ROA. (2) The inflation rate has a positive and significant effect on ROA. (3) Economic growth has no significant effect on ROA. Meanwhile, the model has no effect on financial performance which is proxied in Tobin's Q and PBV.

Thirteen samples were examined. (13) companies selected through purposive sampling method that determines certain criteria in determining samples to be used in the observation period for four years. The data collection method used in this study is a nonparticipant observation method, namely by observing the company's financial statements. Data analysis was done by multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that profitability and leverage had a significant positive effect on firm value, while dividend policy had a negative and insignificant effect. This indicates that dividend policy is not one of the main factors affecting the value of the company. Keywords: company value, dividend, profitability, leverage

The sample of this study uses income from restaurants in The Capital Hotel and Resort and promotional costs for the period 2019. The data analysis technique used is  multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient determination, F test and t test. The results showed that the results of the coefficient determination were 0.990, it could be said that the five independent variables contributed 99% to the income value, the F test results showed F count> F table (113.135> 3.97), which means that the five independent variables simultaneously had a positive effect and significant to the dependent variable. The t test results show t count (17,779)> t table (2,447) and its effect on the dependent variable (0,000 <0.005), stating that advertising (X1) is the variable that has the most dominant influence on income.

This study is entitled Analysis of the Effect of Financial Financial Ratios on Stock Returns on Consumer Goods Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2014. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the variable Current ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earning per Share (EPS), and Total Asset Turn Over (TATO) affect the stock return. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and R2. T test results prove that the CR variable has no effect on stock returns with a probability value of 0.9755, the DER variable has no effect on stock returns with a probability value of 0.9442, the EPS variable has an effect on stock returns with a probability value of 0.0049, and TATO has no effect on stock returns with a probability value of 0.9809. The test results with the F test prove that the variables CR, DER, EPS, and TATO simultaneously have no effect on stock returns with a probability value of 0.050589. The R2 test result, 0.278689, shows that the dependent variable of stock returns can be explained by the independent variables CR, DER, EPS, and TATO by 27.8% while the remaining 72.2% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Signal theory emphasizes that company information can be responded differently by investors. One method used to analyze company value is using the Price to Book Value (PBV) approach. This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, dividend policy, profitability, and firm size on firm value. This research was conducted on companies listed in the LQ 45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016. The number of samples taken as many as 10 companies used the nonprobability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique, so that the number of samples during the 4 years of observation became 40 companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that liquidity and profitability have a positive effect on firm value, while dividend policy and company size have no effect on firm value. Keywords: Liquidity, dividend policy, profitability, company size, and company value
