This research is focused on the content of religious moderation in Walisongo Material in The Textbook of History and Culture of Islam Class VI Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ministry of Religious Affairs 2016. This research is motivated by the appeal of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia that madrasa educational institutions should cover the concept of religious moderation in the textbooks, in this case the History and Culture of Islam. The research method used is qualitative research. The type of this research is library research, more precisely the analysis of textbooks. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Each sub-lesson material of walisongo in the textbook contains indicators of religious moderation (national commitment, tolerance, non-violence, accommodative to local culture), except for Sunan Bonang sub-lessons which do not contain indicators of national commitment and Sunan Giri sub-lessons which do not contain indicators of tolerance. Indicators of religious moderation in Walisongo material can be known with two events. First, directly from the sentence that shows the indicator word itself. Second, the sentence structure of the material is in accordance with the indicator definition. (2) The excess content of religious moderation in walisongo material in the book is that there are indicators of religious moderation contained in the sentence directly and according to the definition of each indicator, and there are illustrations both in the form of pictures and writings, from the real form of religious moderation even though not all of them exist.

This study tries to analyze cases that have been experienced by prospective police chief Budi Gunawan (BG) on the application of pre-trial which was considered odd in the event of violations in the verdict given by Sarpin Rizal as chairman of the court. This resulted in the KPK not being able to submit another legal effort to sue again, because the pretrial decision was final and binding on a lawsuit case. The analysis method used in this study is a qualitative research method in which data analysis is carried out in a descriptive manner that refers to a particular problem and is associated with existing legislation, namely: 1) The 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia; 2) Law No. 8 of 1981 concerning Criminal Procedure Law (KUHAP); 3) Law Number 48 of 2009 concerning judicial authority. The collection of legal materials is done by library research. Judge Sarpin Rizaldi's decision reaped many irregularities. The irregularity lies in the decision that does not pay attention to the existence of pretrial as stipulated in the Criminal Procedure Code and legislation relating to corruption.

The standard Roman histories, especially when written by authors who have an undisguised contempt for archaeology, give very little idea of the civilization and development of Italy before the later days of the Republic. They are histories of Rome but not of Italy. And so the reader is subconsciously led to suppose that the Romans were the most important and the most advanced people on the peninsula, who gradually extended the benefits of their superior civilization over a series of more or less barbarous neighbours. This is a complete inversion of the real facts. The Romans of the Republic were a rather backward people, and it was hardly before the second century B.C. that they could begin to rank as the equals of the Italian provincials in general refinement and culture. Incessantly occupied with the wars which were essential to their very existence, the Romans had no leisure, even if they possessed the inclination, to cultivate the arts and humanities. But, while the future head of the world was struggling for bare life, a rich Italian civilization had been born and developed in the independent territories which had not yet fallen under her sway. Before ever they came under the organizing and levelling domination of the central capital, Etruria, Venetia, Lombardy and Picenum had each evolved its own distinct and very valuable local culture; while the whole south from Naples to Brindisi had been civilized by Corinthian and Ionic influence. Rome when she conquered and annexed these territories in due sequence fell heir to a fully finished product. Italy had been created, but not by Rome; the task that fell to the Romans was much more suited to their peculiar abilities—they had to organize and administer the country.

The process of marriage in Islam starting from the engagement stage to the reception is very much considered in every process. One part that is quite interesting in Islam is the dowry. Dowry is a form of gift that must be held in marriage issued by a man to a woman. Another definition of dowry is a full right that must be given to women as a form of respect for women in Islam as well as a form of responsibility and seriousness of a man to marry. From this description, this study chose library research as the research method and character analysis as the approach. Furthermore, as a result of this scientific study, in the perspective of fiqh, the views of the jurists differed in opinion, for example, the jurists, especially the jurists from the four schools of thought, had different opinions about the amount of the dowry and the payment and giving of the dowry. However, from the differences of each cleric, of course, his thoughts direct the benefits of applying dowry in Islamic law.
