This study is abaut the Mu’adalah Boarding School Policy and the Implementation of curriculum at the Islamic Senior High School (Madrasah Aliyah) Salafi Tremas Pacitan.The educational institution of the Islamic boarding school is an inseparable part of the nationally educational system. This changes the minset and point of view of the previous Islamic boarding school that was considered as a non-formal institution that did-not get good appreciation of its graduates. The research findings show that the mua’adah Islamic boarding shcool has been established as an institution that is equivalent to other formaleducational institutions by the ministry of religious. The status of Salafiyah Islamicsenior high school is stronger. Furthemore, it must be improved directly its educationalquality, teacher competences, and the curriculum implementation of theIslamic SeniorHigh School of Salafiyah Tremas Pacitan.

Введение. Статья посвящена разработке теоретических положений и практических рекомендаций. В статье рассматриваются аспекты деятельности и развития региональных университетов с позиции уникальности учебных заведений. Представлен обзор научной литературы, содержащей исследование национальных программ цифровизации экономики в целом и ее отдельных направлений. Изучены работы, посвященные рассмотрению тенденций развития, цифровизации и безопасности экономики и ее субъектов, в том числе региональных. Дано видение региональных университетов в системе образования в целом, в инновационной среде, в условиях цифровизации системы, в структуре технологического предпринимательства. Отмечена актуальность исследования уникальности деятельности региональных университетов в условиях активизации дистанционного формата обучения при необходимости предотвращения распространения коронавируса. Данные и методы. Проведен анализ эмпирических данных, опросов и исследований, касающихся развития регионального университета в цифровой экономике. В основу структурного анализа особенностей развития положен принцип уникальности деятельности университетов с учетом их традиций и опыта, специфики региона. Представлены результаты изучения тенденций мирового развития системы высшего образования в региональном разрезе. Предложена классификация особенностей развития региональных университетов, основывающаяся на ряде признаков, определяющих уникальность подхода к подготовке высококвалифицированных специалистов в условиях цифровизации экономики. Полученные результаты. В соответствии с особенностями развития выделены и структурированы аспекты, определяющие сохранение уникальности или переход к стандартизации деятельности регионального университета. В числе особенностей - ориентация деятельности университета на внутреннюю или внешнюю сторону региональной образовательной системы; статус учебного заведения в системе образования с точки зрения масштабности реализации проектов различных уровней; традиционные и креативные подходы к организации образовательного процесса; репутация университета в академическом и бизнес-сообществе; степень включенности в систему цифровизации; широта специализации вуза; ориентация показателей успешности деятельности университета на процесс или результат. Заключение. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы в качестве теоретической базы для изучения ряда вопросов цифровизации экономики, науки и образования. С практической точки зрения, полученные результаты будут способствовать совершенствованию организации образовательного процесса в региональных университетах. Introduction. The article is devoted to the development of theoretical provisions and practical recommendations Introduction. The article deals with the aspects of the activity and development of regional universities from the point of view of the uniqueness of educational institutions. The review of the scientific literature containing the research of national programs of digitalization of the economy as a whole and its separate directions is presented. The works devoted to the consideration of trends in the development, digitalization and security of the economy and its subjects, including regional ones, are studied. The vision of regional universities in the education system as a whole, in the innovative environment, in the conditions of digitalization of the system, in the structure of technological entrepreneurship is given. The relevance of the study of the uniqueness of the activities of regional universities in the context of the activation of distance learning in the need to prevent the spread of coronavirus is noted. Data and methods. The analysis of empirical data, surveys and studies related to the development of a regional university in the digital economy is carried out. The structural analysis of the development features is based on the principle of the uniqueness of the universities ' activities, taking into account their traditions and experience, and the specifics of the region. The results of the study of trends in the global development of the higher education system in the regional context are presented. A classification of the features of the development of regional universities is proposed, based on a number of features that determine the uniqueness of the approach to training highly qualified specialists in the conditions of digitalization of the economy. The results obtained. In accordance with the peculiarities of development, the aspects that determine the preservation of uniqueness or the transition to standardization of the activities of a regional university are identified and structured. Among the features are the orientation of the university's activities to the internal or external side of the regional educational system; the status of the educational institution in the educational system in terms of the scale of implementation of projects at various levels; traditional and creative approaches to the organization of the educational process; the reputation of the university in the academic and business community; the degree of involvement in the digitalization system; the breadth of the university's specialization; the orientation of the university's success indicators to the process or result. Conclusion. The results of the research can be used as a theoretical basis for studying a number of issues of digitalization of the economy, science and education. From a practical point of view, the results obtained will contribute to improving the organization of the educational process in regional universities.

ABSTRACT This research has a background which is about education in Indonesia. Where in Indonesia has a variety of educational institutions ranging from elementary school (elementary), junior high school (SMP), high school (high school), and tertiary education (PT). However, in reality, Indonesia has a unique educational institution and only exists in Indonesia, namely pesantren. The pesantren has various models and variations ranging from traditional pesantren (salafi) and modern pesantren (khalafi). The formulation of the problem of this research are (1) What is the concept of Modern Islamic Boarding School education of Ummul Quro Al-Islami Leuwiliang, Bogor? (2) how is the implementation of the modern Islamic boarding school concept of Ummul Quro Al-Islami Leuwiliang, Bogor? While the purpose of this study is (1) To know the educational concept of Modern Islamic Boarding School Ummul Quro Al-Islami Leuwiliang, Bogor. (2) Knowing how to implement the modern Islamic boarding school concept of Ummul Quro Al-Islami Leuwiliang, Bogor. In this study the authors use the type of library research or library research is research conducted using literature (literature) in the form of books, notes, or reports on the results of previous studies. In addition, this study also uses a qualitative approach. Where data is collected using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman analysis model which includes four interrelated components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the Modern Islamic Boarding School Concept of Ummul Quro Al-Islami Leuwiliang, Bogor has three basic concepts, namely the government education curriculum, in this case the Ministry of Religion, salafi pesantren education, and Gontor pesantren education. Of the three curricula, the best is then combined, so that the new curriculum is integrated, which is the concept of the modern Islamic boarding school Umm al-Quro Al-Islami. Islamic boarding schools as a means of regeneration in the development of da'wah. Islamic boarding school is an educational institution that transforms the value of education and example every second and minute and every time from a kyai to his students. Researchers are interested in choosing this topic because no one has conducted research with the same title. It is hoped that the benefits of the research will be of assistance to the pesantren pindok caregivers as well as for prospective da'i who wish to further deepen various dakwah sciences. The reason other researchers are not interested in this title is that they consider Islamic boarding schools as a means of regeneration in the development of da'wah to be ineffective and not optimal. Apart from this research, the writer tries to find a formula for what is done by the Islamic boarding schools to regenerate candidates and those who have become da'i, forged to become qualified da'i. This research was conducted using field research (field research) and qualitative analysis. Therefore, the data collected in this study is in the form of information in the form of descriptions. Qualitative analysis is considered more appropriate in this study, because this analysis is expected to make it more possible to develop this research in order to gain a deeper understanding. Research findings of Islamic boarding schools have a function as a da'wah institution, have elements and systems that are ideal in producing da'i cadres who have broad knowledge and character. Conclusion of the study, Islamic boarding school as a means of regeneration that prepares the next generation of Islam, through the provision of knowledge (leadership, management and insight) in stages and careful planning. The implication of this research is that the cadre model in the development of da'wah in Islamic boarding schools which is deliberately designed in such a way, it is certain that the da'i cadres can develop the knowledge they have and are ready to preach Islamic values ​​wherever they are.

SMA Darussalam adalah lembaga pendidikan tingkat SLTA yang berada di bawah naungan Pondok Pesantren Darussalam. Dalam proses pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan di SMA tersebut terdapat hambatan yang dialami karena selain mayoritas siswa berasal dari kalangan Pondok Pesantren serta padatnya jadwal dari pondok sendiri tentunya menjadi faktor munculnya hambatan pembelajaran siswa maupun guru disekolah.Untuk mengetahui hambatan-hambatan yang dialami guru maupun siswa Tujuan penelitian adalah mendeskripsikan hambatan-hambatan yang dialami guru maupun siswa dalam pembelajaran biologi di SMA Darussalam. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara semi terstruktur dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan Conclution Drawing. Keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi tekhnik. Adapun hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan terdapat beberapa hambatan yang dialami guru biologi di SMA Darussalam diantaranya adalah salah memahami kekuatan kepribadian guru  dalam hal kedisiplinan memulai jam pelajaran masih kurang, pandangan pesimis yang dimiliki guru juga tampak, kurangnya media informasi dan terbatasnya sarana dan prasarana yang ada. Adapun hambatan yang dialami siswa diantaranya adalah aspek fisiologis, rendahnya tingkat intelegensi, hambatan dari segi sikap siswa juga terlihat karena siswa sering tidur di kelas dan faktor eksternal yang menghambat siswa juga tampak terlihat dalam aspek lingkungan non sosial khususnya pada lingkungan belajar yang kurang mendukung. Kata kunci: Hambatan  Guru, Hambatan Siswa, Pembelajaran Biologi. SMA Darussalam is a high school level educational institution under the auspices of the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School. In the learning process carried out in high school there are obstacles experienced because in addition to the majority of students coming from the Islamic boarding schools and the tight schedule from the boarding school itself, of course it is a factor in the emergence of learning barriers for students and teachers at school. To find out the obstacles experienced by teachers and students. is to describe the obstacles experienced by teachers and students in learning biology at SMA Darussalam. This research approach uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. The data collection technique used observation, semi-structured interviews and documentation. Data analysis was performed by data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data was done by triangulation of sources and triangulation of techniques. As for the results of the research that has been done, there are several obstacles experienced by biology teachers at SMA Darussalam, including the misunderstanding of the strength of the teacher's personality in terms of discipline in starting class hours is still lacking, the teacher's pessimistic view is also evident, the lack of information media and the limited facilities and infrastructure available. The obstacles experienced by students include physiological aspects, low levels of intelligence, barriers in terms of student attitudes are also seen because students often sleep in class and external factors that hinder students are also seen in non-social environmental aspects, especially in less supportive learning environments. This research has the goal to the rise of ideology kiaiat State Senior High School (SMAN)Darussholah in the progress of the implementation of quality education organized by the government. There is avery dominant influence from outside that affects the process of the ongoing education. This study concludesthrough the analysis that the inclusion of ideology kiaiinterfere with the development of education in SMANDarussholah to become a professional educational institution. It is necessary for the role of government inproviding facilities and infrastructure to achieve professional education institutions. Likewise with the kiai byentering ideology kiai should be able to provide infrastructure such as dormitories and human resources toimprove the quality of education in the boarding school.

Islamic revitalization movement in Indonesia could not be separated from the figure of Ahmad Dahlan as a founder of Muhammadiyah. This can be traced through the early history and development of Muhammadiyah which is indicated by the lights of Ahmad Dahlan through Islamic revitalization movement. This article observes the personage of KH. Ahmad Dahlan from anthropological and sociological view. This observation is intended to find out the role of the person in the map of community development. The main aim of this article investigates correlation between the figure of KH. Ahmad Dahlan and educational system of the Islamic boarding school (pesantren) in Indonesia. The correlation of Muhammadiyah and Islamic boarding school is examined thorugh three categories as significant indicators to show the function and role of the Muhammadiyah. The three categories are: educational institution and the development of Islamic teachings, institution of struggle and Dakwah Islamiyah, and institution for community empowerment and public service. Of the three categories, this study found that KH. Ahmad Dahlan is a figure who could respond to its latest challenges quickly and precisely through revitalization movement in the field of education, dakwah, and community empowerment in Indonesia.

Covid-19 is a way for each educational institution to improve quality, processes, as well as facilities and infrastructure. The epidemic indirectly demands the education institution for adaptive and innovative new life accompanied by the development of information technology. The Ministry of Education and Culture has issued a curriculum policy for special conditions during the pandemic based on the circular regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 719 of 2020. In addition, the issue of freedom to study in primary and secondary education institutions has emerged since 2019. Through the locus of Senior High School al-Hikmah Boarding School Batu, the researchers explored the data regarding the design of an independent curriculum based on Islamic values implemented since 2019. The curriculum has relevance to the Covid-19 special conditions curriculum and can be used as a model for the Covid-19 curriculum based on Islamic values. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative. While, the type of research is a case study with in-depth interview data collection, participatory observation, and documentation. It used an interactive data analysis through data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the independent curriculum of al-Hikmah Boarding School Batu has relevance to the link and match-based special conditions curriculum. In addition, the independent curriculum contributes to shaping the learners’ attitudes based on spiritual strength, nationalism, and mental leadership.

Background: The problem of purposeful systematic formation of professional ideas is particularly actual for visually impaired children in the context of reduced social contacts, at the same time an emotional sphere as a factor contributing to the compensation of the defect plays a great role for such children. Objective: To analyze the relationship of professional ideas of visually impaired young schoolchildren with personal components such as anxiety, aggression, level of introversion and extroversion. Methods: The respondents of the study were visually impaired junior students in the age from 9 to 11 years of the State public educational institution of Rostov Region, Russia “Rostov Special Boarding School Nº 38” in the amount of 94 people. We diagnosed the level of personal anxiety using the Spielberger scale. A questionnaire aimed at studying the ideas about the object of activity (E.I. Rogov) was used. Diagnostics of the level of aggression of schoolchildren was applied using the test “Cactus” (M. A. Panfilova). And the technique for diagnostics of professional activity motivation (K. Zamfir) was also used. Results: It has been established that the emotional and will component of professional ideas depends on the level of aggression, introversion and extroversion, from this point of view the combination of extroversion and aggression is favorable. The combination of introversion and aggression is the worst in respect of the emotional component, and introversion and non-aggressiveness is the worst in respect of the will component. Conclusion: The scientific categories presented in the article: professional ideas, anxiety, aggression, the degree of extroversion and introversion in the personality structure of visually impaired younger schoolchildren have certain relationships. The obtained data can be used preparing programs for purposeful formation of professional ideas of visually impaired younger schoolchildren.

The problem with research in the lack of research on the subject of professional pressures in educational institutions management, and try to identify the nature of the work management pressures, which came from the sense of the researchers during their work in middle and junior high schools affiliated to the Directorate General of Education Baghdad Karkh first affiliated to the Ministry of Education the field of research born need to know the reasons for the professional pressures, diagnosis, treatment and ways of facing professional pressures because of their effect on the performance of the educational institution and the effectiveness and success of individuals. The first goal: to identify the nature of occupational stress among middle and junior high school principals from their point of view management. As the results came in favor of the sample any and having a professional pressures and degree is very high, and attributed the researchers to display middle and junior high school principals to considerable pressure from several multiple sources, whether from supervision, or parents, or from an organizational point of frequent burdens resulting from daily work 2. The second objective: Are there significant differences in the nature of professional pressures prevailing in middle and junior high schools, the Department of differences to the General Directorate for Educational Baghdad Kerch first variable depending on sex, years of service, and the results showed that the differences are not statistically significant. The similarity of the circumstances of the regulatory environment and internal and external laws and regulations, instructions and various years of service and agent of equality.
