Seals and stamps, as well as their impressions, have been the objects of forensic identification for many decades, and although there are legal grounds for refusing to use seals by economic entities at present, documents are still certified with seal impressions. Recently, a great number of documents have been received for examination to address the issues as to the time period for document production. The forensic task on establishing the time period for document production is relevant. Only in the 80-s of the last century research regarding the possibilities of determining the time period for document production by impressions made by seals (stamps) clichés, produced with the help of vulcanizing rubber using movable types or typewriter composition was initiated. Over the past forty years, cliché manufacturing processes and the materials used in this process have significantly changed. At present, clichés produced with the use of new technologies are widespread, namely: laser engraving of rubber made by using photopolymer technology or flash technology. Changes in the technology of making clichés, production of new materials have led to the emergence of features that are formed in the cliché while its using. These features are displayed in the impressions of seals and stamps clichés. The article outlines the characteristic features of seals (stamps )clichés, considers the conditions for the occurrence of features in the process of their use, shows the evolution of their change, outlines the time periods for the existence of features, defines the criteria for attributing features to identically significant temporal features of the cliché. The mentioned temporal features appearing in the cliché of seals and stamps in general (taking into account handles) and in impressions over a certain period of time, allows to determine the time period of applying the impression on a document. In this case, free samples of impressions that have been made over the time period of examination and meet certain requirements should be provided for comparative analysis. For the categorical conclusion that the impression of a seal (stamp) was made in a specific period of time, it is needed to establish a set of persistent individual features that appeared in the studied impression and its copy over a certain period of time.

Chimney is the building which is high but the horizontal cross section is small, so the high altitude work surface is small and difficult to construct, in which the stability of the scaffold and the safety of vertical transport equipment are especially important. For the serious problems arising in the prophase construction of the 50m chimney, double rows steel pipe scaffold was designed outside the chimney, and the vertical transportation uses the external grillage hoisting frame. Reformed the internal existing scaffold into pedestrian passage to separate people and material, and a detailed calculation analysis of the structural members such as scaffold, grillage hoisting frame and other structures was carried out. Large deformation, destabilization and other safety problems of the scaffold, grillage hoisting frame and other structures were not arising during the anaphase construction process, which indicates that the construction technical measures and calculation and analysis results are with important guiding significance to guarantee the smooth of the construction, and also can be referenced by other similar projects.

Cracks on the Joint Part between Pier and Girder, namely Block NO.0 in the construction process, has become one of the major diseases of continuous rigid-frame bridges. Based on the real construction technology, process and environment of Yuquanxi Bridge, the uneven distribution of stress caused by various factors is precisely analyzed by ANSYS. The shrinkage difference of concrete, the excessive hydration heat, and the sunshine temperature difference is accurately simulated respectively. By comparing the numerical results with actual cracks condition, the results prove that the theoretical analyse is accord with the actual situation, and the real reason of cracks on Block No.0 of Yuquanxi Bridge is uncovered. This study is of great practical value in preventing cracks and improving bridge construction technology.

Abstract In the current economic environment, delivering wells on time and on budget is paramount. Well construction is a significant cost of any field development and it is more important than ever to minimize these costs and to avoid unnecessary lost time and non-productive time. Invisible lost time and non-productive time can represent as much as 40% of the cost of well construction and can lead to more severe issues such as delaying first oil, losing the well or environmental impact. There has been much work developing systems to optimize well construction, but the industry still fails to routinely detect and avoid problematic events such as stuck pipe, kicks, losses and washouts. Standardizing drilling practice can help also to improve the efficiency, this practice has shown a 30% cost reduction through repetitive and systematic practices, automation becomes the key process to realize it and Machine Learning introduced by new technologies is the key to achieve it. Drilling data analysis is key to understanding reasons for bad performances and detecting at an early stage potential downhole events. It can be done efficiently to provide to the user tools to look at the well construction process in its whole instead of looking at the last few hours as it is done at the rig site. In order to analyze the drilling data, it is necessary to have access to reliable data in Real-Time to compare with a data model considering the context (BHA, fluids, well geometry). Well planning, including multi-well offset analysis of risks, drilling processes and geology enables a user to look at the full well construction process and define levels of automation. This paper applies machine learning to a post multi-well analysis of a deepwater field development known for its drilling challenges. Minimizing the human input through automation allowed us to compare offset wells and to define the root cause for non-productive time. In our case study an increase of the pressure while drilling should have led to immediate mitigation measures to avoid a wiper trip. This paper presents techniques used to systematize surface data analysis and a workflow to identify at an early stage a near pack off which was spotted in an automatic way. The application of this process during operations could have achieved a 10%-time reduction of the section 12 ¼’’.
