ABSTRAK Perairan Timbulsloko merupakan kawasan pesisir yang padat aktivitas manusia, seperti penangkapan ikan dan kegiatan pertambakan, sehingga menyebabkan sumberdaya biota dan larva ikan dapat terganggu. Larva ikan merupakan fase ikan setelah telur menetas, dimana pembentukan organ tubuh belum terbentuk secara sempurna serta masih sangat lemah dan sangat tergantung dengan pergerakan arus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komposisi dan jenis serta kelimpahan larva ikan berdasarkan pasang surut yang terdapat di perairan Desa Timbulsloko, Kecamatan Sayung, Kabupaten Demak. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan November sampai Desember 2018. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan penentuan titik sampling secara purposive sampling yang dilakukan di 5 stasiun baik pada saat pasang dan surut. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa jumlah larva ikan yang tertangkap sebanyak 1.106 individu terdiri dari 8 famili yakni: Ambassidae (510 individu), Chanidae (60 individu), Engraulidae (49 individu), Gobiidae (59 individu), Leiognathidae (54 individu), Lutjanidae (36 individu), Mugilidae (279 individu), Scatophagidae (59 individu). Larva famili Ambassidae merupakan larva yang paling banyak tertangkap, sedangkan larva yang tertangkap dengan jumlah paling sedikit ialah famili Lutjanidae. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda didapatkan nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,841 dan koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,708. Hasil uji Independent-Sample T test tidak terdapat perbedaan yang nyata antara kelimpahan larva ikan saat pasang dan surut pada setiap stasiun maupun setiap pengulangan. Jumlah larva ikan pada saat pasang 600 individudan pada saat surut 506 individu. ABSTRACT Timbulsloko waters is coastal areas that are densely human activity, such as fishing and aquaculture. This activities can give impact to the biota resources and fish larvae. The fish larva is the phase of fish’s life cycle after the eggs hatch. In this phase, the formation of fish's organs is not yet fully formed, weak, and very dependent on the water movement. The objective of this study was to determine the composition, the type and the abundance of fish larvae based on tides that found in the waters of Timbulsloko Village, Sayung District, Demak Regency. This study was conducted from November to December 2018. This study used a survey by determining the sampling points using purposive sampling conducted at 5 stations in the high tide and low tide. The results showed that the number of fish larvae caught were 1.106 individuals consist of 8 families, such as: Ambassidae (510 individuals), Chanidae (60 individuals), Engraulidae (49 individuals), Gobiidae (59 individuals), Leiognathidae (54 individuals), Lutjanidae (36 individuals), Mugilidae (279 individuals), Scatophagidae (59 individuals). Ambassidae family larvae was the most caught larvae, while Lutjanidae family larvae was the least amount caught. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the correlation coefficient (R) was 0,841 and the coefficient of determination (R2) was 0,708. The results of the Independent-Sample T-test showed that there was no significant difference between the abundance of fish larvae in the high tide and low tide from every station and repetition. The number of fish larvae is 600 individuals and 506 individuals in the high tide and low tide, respectively.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product variations, prices and sales promotions on consumer decisions in buying Mitsubishi cars in Surakarta both partially and partially. The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the implementation of services, perceptions of religiosity of institutions and customer satisfaction, as well as the influence of service quality and religiosity perceptions in BMT Idrisiyyah to customer satisfaction BMT Idrisiyyah Tasikmalaya.The research method used in this research is the field research method (field reaserch), while the data collection techniques are done through the spread of questionnaires and interviews. The sampling technique using slovin formula with the number of respondents 100 customers and the analysis tools used are classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, t-test and F test.Based on the results of research and F-test results (simultaneous) showed that service and perceptions of religiosity together affect the customer satisfaction. The result of t-test (partial) which have positive effect significantly to customer satisfaction from service quality is variable of reliability, responsiveness variable, assurance variable and empathy while for physical proof (tangible) has no effect to customer satisfaction. For the perception variable religiosity also does not affect customer satisfaction. For the mutual influence of service quality and religiosity perception have an effect on customer satisfaction in BMT Idrsiyyah with significance value 0,000 and F value equal to 6,750.

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh Regency. The number of samples in this study is 65 respondents using non-probability sampling technique that is saturated sampling. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The regression equation obtained is K = 2.138 + 0.442X1 + 0.218X2. The results of this study explain that emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient have a significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh District, where from the results of the t test, the value of t sig is obtained. emotional Quotient variable is 0.018 <0.05, and spiritual Quotient variable is 0.033 <0.05. Emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh Regency, where the F test results obtained t sig values. 0.011 <0.05. From the analysis of the coefficient of determination, it is known that emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient affect employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada Aceh Timur by 47.2%, while the remaining 52.8% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.

The aims of this study is to determine and explain the simultaneous and partial influence of perceptions of ease, risk and trust in the decision to use Gopay. The research method of this study was quantitative descriptive method. The population is all active student of Batik Islamic Surakarta University. The number of sample was determined by using Slovin formula which has result of 100 respondents. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling method meanwhile questionnaire was used to collect the data. The technique of the data analysis used in this study are the classical assumption test instrument and hypothesis test (multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and coefficient of determination) with the help of SPSS Statistics. The results of this study shows that the variable perception of ease, risk and trust affect the decision to use Gopay. The t-test results shows the perception of ease affect the decision to use Gopay. The risk does not affect the decision to use Gopay. Trust influences the decision to use Gopay. Suggestions from this research are Gopay should increase its convenience, reduce risk, and maintain credibility so that consumers will continue to trust Gopay

This research was conducted on Consumer Goods companies listed on the IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange) for the period 2011 - 2017, aiming to examine the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Non debt tax shield (NDTS), Asset Growth (GROWTH) Company Size (Size) , and Current Ratio (CR) simultaneously or partially to Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR). The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The sample used in this study amounted to 26 companies, a total of 182 data. The data analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation), hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination. The software used for data processing is SPSS 22.0. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show the equation Ln_DAR = 2.119 - 0.041Ln_ROA + 0.091 Ln_NDTS + 0.0003 Ln_GROWTH - 0.030 Ln_SIZE - 0.565 Ln_CR + e with an F test of 103.468. The t-test value for the Return on Assets (ROA) variable is -2.529; the t-test value for the Non debt tax shield (NDTS) variable was 2,629; t test value for asset growth variable (GROWTH) is -0.014. t test value for variable firm size (Size) is -0.172; Current Ratio (CR) variable t test value of -21,437. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) is 0.739 or 73.9%, while the remaining 26.1% is influenced by other factors outside of this research model.

The Research Method Used In This Study Is The Associative Method. The Technique Of Determining The Sample Uses The Unknown Population With The Formula: Number Of Samples = Number Of Indicators 10 = 10 X 10 = 100, With A Sample Size Of 100 Respondents. Data Collection Techniques Are Observation, Questionnaire / Questionnaire, Literature Study. Data Analysis Techniques Using Simple Linear Regression Analysis, Simple Correlation Coefficient, Coefficient Of Determination, T Test With Spss 20 For Windows. The Results Of The Study Stated That The Validity And Reliability Tests Stated Validity And Reliability For All Data. In The Test Significant Test (T Test) States With The Value Ttable > Tcount (1.984 > -1819) And Sig Value 0.072> 0.05, So It Falls On The Rejection Ha Region Which Means H0 Is Rejected, Then It Can Be Interpreted That There Is No Influence Positive And Significant Between Product Differentiation Against Consumer Buying Interest In Banana Pop City Of Bima.

Public transportation is the type of transportation that involves lives of The aims of this study is to determine and explain the simultaneous and partial influence of facilities, timeliness, trust through satisfaction as an intervening variable on the loyalty of Solo Balapan executive railroad passengers. The research method of this study was quantitative descriptive method. The population is all of train passengers in Gubeng executives. In this study data were collected by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires or questionnaires, literature study and documentation, and using the help of SPSS Statistics. This questionnaire was distributed to 100 respondents who were executive train users. The analysis used in this study includes data instrument tests (validity and reliability tests), multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test) and hypothesis testing (F test, t test, coefficient of determination). The results of this study indicate that the variable facilities, timeliness, trust and satisfaction affect the loyalty of train passengers in Gubeng executives. T test results show the facility affects satisfaction of train passengers in Gubeng executives. Timeliness affects satisfaction of train passengers in Gubeng executives. trust affects satisfaction of train passengers in Gubeng executives. satisfaction affects loyalty of train passengers in Gubeng executives. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the average passenger fare, number of passengers and working hours on income. This research was conducted using primary data. By providing a questionnaire statement to the respondent, using a Likert scale measurement. The population in this study were all Gojek drivers in the city of Bukittinggi. The number of samples is 94 people with purposive sampling technique. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis analysis method and uses quantitative analysis, namely the validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, t test and F test and the coefficient of determination test. Keywords: average passenger fare; income; number of passengers; working hours Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh tarif rata-rata penumpang, jumlah penumpang dan jam kerja terhadap pendapatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan data primer. Dengan memberikan peryataan kuesioner kepada responden, dengan menggunakan pengukuran Skala Likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah  seluruh Driver Gojek yang ada di Kota Bukittinggi. jumlah sampel 94 orang dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. This study aims to determine what factors can affect the realization of Sharia KPR financing at BTN Syariah Bekasi. The variables used in this study consist of financing period, fixed margin and financing frequency. This research is quantitative in nature using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The population in this study were all customers who carried out KPR Syariah financing at BTN Syariah Bekasi with a sample size of 100 customers. Sampling using probability sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination, the t test and the F test. While the data processing in this study used the SPSS 25 program. From the hypothesis test using the t test, it is found that the variable period of financing has a positive but insignificant effect, while the variable margin and frequency of financing have a positive and significant effect on the realization of Islamic mortgage financing Based on the F test (simultaneous), the results show that the variable period of financing, fixed margins and frequency of financing jointly affect the realization of Sharia KPR financing.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price, brand image on satisfaction of ojek online transportation customers in Lamongan. This study is a survey with quantitative research. The population in this study is Cak Ed Lamongan online motorcycle taxi customers. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 100 respondents using the formula Rao Purba. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews and questionnaires. Analysis of the data used were the validity test, the reliability test, the multiple linear regression analysis, the classic assumption test, the coefficient of determination R2 test, and hypothesis was tested through t test that was used to determine the effect of service quality, price and brand image partially on satisfaction of ojek online transportation customers in Lamongan. From the analysis, results obtained of t test results variable service quality was tcount = 3.934 > ttable = 1.660 which states that the quality of service affects customer satisfaction. Price variable was tarithmetic = 3,622 > ttable = 1,660 which indicates that price influences customer satisfaction, and brand image variable tcount = 2,216 > ttable = 1,660 which states that brand image influences customer satisfaction. While R square of 0.783 shows that 78.3% of the variable Customer satisfaction is influenced by service quality, price, and brand image. While the remaining 21.7% is influenced by other variables that were not examined.
