AbstractThe important thing for teachers is to solve conflicts with students correctly and effectively without damaging the relationship, losing the cooperation with students or disrupting educational process. Although there is a great concern about the way a teacher manages students’ behaviour, there is very little relevant data concerning teacher-student conflict. The article aims at revealing the characteristics of conflict resolution between students and teachers from the students’ point of view. To investigate the process of conflict between a teacher and a student, a case study method was used. Respondents were asked to recall a conflict occurring between them and a teacher during the school years, describe how the incident was handled, and the consequences of it. The number of respondents constituted 30 students. Students and teachers actually engage in a range of behaviours. In accordance with the theoretical framework, the four behavioural categories were grouped. Students reported that during the teacher-students conflict a full palette of strategies (dominating, integrating, accommodating and avoiding strategies) was used. Findings revealed that forcing was expressed by arguments, involving a third party and aggression. Avoiding was expressed by crying, avoiding the contact. Accommodating was expressed by pretending and giving in. Apologising, making a compromise, compensation, talking about the problem were examples of an integrating strategy. The results indicated that participants reported 28 behavioural reactions to a classroom conflict. Among them, 12 were those of teacher engagement, and 16 of student engagement. In line with the conglomerated conflict behaviour framework, students reported that both conflict parties (students and teachers) in the case of active student position engaged in more than one type of behaviour in response to a single incident. Understanding students’ experience would allow teachers to better respond and manage students’ reactions, as well as help teachers prevent behaviours such as aggression and promote other behaviours such as motivation.

The significant thing for teachers is to settle conflicts with students correctly and effectively without disrupting educational process and damaging the relationship. Dispite teacher-student conflicts are unevitable, and important consequences arise there from, teacher-student conflicts remain poorly studied. The present study aims to examine the strategies teachers use to resolve teacher-student conflicts. To investigate the process of conflict between a teacher and a student, a case study method was used. Respondents – teachers - were asked to recall a conflict occurring between them and a student during the school years, describe how the incident was handled, and the consequences of it. The number of respondents constituted 31 teachers. Their average age was 43, 6 years. By gender there were 2 males and 29 females; work experience was from 2 till 35 years.An analysis of the cases enabled to distinguish two groups of teachers’ reactions to the conflicts. One of them is focus on communication with student on the issue and discovering of the reasons of his / her behaviour. Resolving conflict in a cooperative way involves teacher’s endeavours to perceive accurately student’s positions and motivation, recognise the legitimacy of each other’s interests, and search for a solution accommodating the needs of both sides. The second group of teachers’ reactions to the conflicts manifests itself by the lack of the reflection of the motives and causes of the student’s inappropriate behaviour. Thus, recorded conflicts are considered as non cooperative (destructive) ones.This study give insight into the role of teacher in relation to conflict resolution with student. Findings of the study emphasize the need for teachers to critically determine meaningful conflict resolution strategies.

The construction of transfer in relations is given a central place in the theoretical foundations of the psychodynamic approach. The uniqueness of transference, noted by Freud in 1912, is actively investigated in modern psychoanalysis and is considered not only within the framework of psychotherapeutic practice, but also woven into the problems of professional and personal relationships. The most complex and less studied, for the assessment of portable relationships, is the mental reality of the learning process, which includes the dynamics of individual moments of interaction of its participants and is based on the experience of previous relationships. This determined the idea of the study, which includes the study of the connection of the recreated past social experience of students in current relations with participants in the educational process. The purpose of the study was to study the features of the manifestation of transfer in students in the relationship “teacher-student” and “student-student”. The empirical study was conducted in 2020-2021, and, which preceded it, the analysis of scientific articles on the information platform made it possible to determine the directions of modern studies of transfer and highlight the most relevant indicators of its manifestation in the educational space of the university. Indicators of student relations are collected using the methodology “Questionnaire of interpersonal relations” by V. Schutz and evaluated in the relationship “student-teacher”, “student-student”. To study the manifestation of transfer in students within the framework of their relations in the space of the educational process, an author's questionnaire was developed, based on the provisions of the questionnaire of L. Luborski's helping relations. The results of empirical research in the form of correlation analysis of manifestations of transfer and indicators of relations within the framework of the student-teacher and student-student relations are presented. The results showed that in relations with classmates, the manifestation of transfer has a more rigid structure and this is expressed in a more active manifestation of transference, and in relations with the teacher, students are more prone to show autonomy, maintain control and are less focused on his social status.

The development of the pharmaceutical industry is one of the priority tasks of our state, aimed at providing the population of the Russian Federation with modern safe and effective medicines. The solution to this problem is impossible without the formation of a highly qualified personnel potential that meets the demand and expectations of the pharmaceutical market and society as a whole. In this regard, in the system of training of pharmacists in recent years, quite dynamic and flexible transformations have been taking place, dictated by the urgent needs of domestic health care. It should be noted that in the process of implementing this educational standard, the competency-based approach to organizing the process of training modern pharmacists comes to the fore. One of the effective tools for the formation of professional competencies in various educational fields is the case study method. Case study is a training method based on the analysis of real situations from various areas of professional activity and contributing to the development of specialist competency. The competency-based orientation of the case study method is in line with modern ideas about the organization of the educational process for the training of pharmacists. The case study method is actively used in the process of teaching disciplines of the curriculum of the Federal State Budget Educational Establishment of Higher Education KubGMU of the Ministry of Health of Russia, specialty 33.05.01 Pharmacy. Examples of case study tasks as educational technology are presented in the work programs of the curriculum disciplines of the specialty 33.05.01 Pharmacy developed at the Department of Pharmacy. Depending on the content of the taught discipline, these tasks simulate a particular situation from the professional activities of pharmacists, offered to students for a comprehensive analysis and evaluation. The use of this educational technology contributes to the integration of knowledge, skills acquired in the learning process and their competency-based profiling in accordance with the current level of development of domestic health care.

This article aims to discuss the relationship between personal cultural experience and knowledge construction in psychology, from the perspective of the Semiotic-Cultural Constructivism. The thoughts here presented are, at the same time, from within psychology and about psychology. The researcher is culturally situated and science is a field of production of cultural works that aims to create perspectives of knowledge about the world. Researchers can and must create some detachment from their field of study to be able to understand the course of their own knowledge constructions. This detachment is achieved through a historical–philosophical view on the theoretical–methodological propositions of their field of research. As a case study, we selected for analysis the field’s pioneer productions, from the years 1982 to 2004. The material showed that the rationality that characterizes scientific research is directed, in this field, to creating semiotic resources for further developing reflexivity in psychology, as a recursive and open-ended process. The theoretical–methodological work of the researcher concerns its own personal cultural experience and the tradition of the already constructed knowledge, selected to a dialogue about the ethical implications of human action. Therefore, advances in psychological knowledge construction cannot be addressed from an external, allegedly neutral point of view, focused on the efficacy of the instruments resulting from the said “scientific progress.”

The article discusses the issue of the formation of professionally important qualities (PIQ) in future military aviation navigators in the educational environment of a military university. The goal is to substantiate the activity approach as a practice-oriented basis for the formation of professional qualities in cadets-navigators. A review and analysis of scientific research, publications is carried out, allowing to discover the significance of the activity approach as a methodological direction of research. The methodological basis of the research is the provisions of the activity approach, which are used as the basis for the development and formation of the PIQ among cadets-navigators in the process of a practice-oriented educational process. The description of the results is associated with the characteristics of the content and organization of the professional activity of cadets-navigators in the process of implementation of industrial practice in the form of flight training. Using the activity approach, the main components of the activities of flight instructors, teachers and cadets-navigators are considered, from a unified methodological point of view, and thus the nature of their interaction is revealed. Emphasis have been determined that need to be paid attention to in the course of pedagogical activity on the formation of professional qualities among cadets-navigators. A definition is given and pedagogical technologies are proposed for the formation of professional experience and professional qualities in a future specialist in the context of a practice-oriented pedagogical process. The relationship between the experience gained by the trainee in the practice-oriented pedagogical process and the formation of professionally important personality traits of a specialist is considered. The main goals and objectives for the formation of the necessary professional qualities of cadetsnavigators during flight training have been determined. At the entrance of each stage of flight training, technologies are determined aimed at rational and purposeful impact on the student in order to develop competencies and personal qualities. Recommendations are offered to teachers and instructors to improve the efficiency of development and formation among cadets-navigators of the PIQ.

Franchise is a business license from the franchisor to the franchisee. The franchise business industry continues to show an increasing trend every year. One of the food franchise businesses that has successfully developed and has outlets in various cities in Indonesia is ChiFry. ChiFry has been established since 2015 and now has 27 outlets throughout Indonesia. This study aims to determine the relationship strategy of the franchisor with the franchisee in the ChiFry food business, where ChiFry within 4 years succeeded in opening 25 franchise branches. The research is based on customer relations theory because the franchisee is a customer of the franchisor. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the case study method. The results of this study indicate that all elements of the relationship strategy at ChiFry such as commitment, communication, trust, respect, mutual understanding, confidentiality, and mutual exchange work well, thus encouraging customer satisfaction. This research also shows that when the franchisor meets aspects of customer satisfaction such as quality perception, perceived value, and handling complaints, it will create loyalty from the franchisee. Music has tremendous power, fascinate, relaxes, entertains. Imagine the power that can play in a child's development in the womb. It is a given that in no way should not be neglected. The cry of child, the vocals of his first knowledge of the most recognizable voices, those who feel that in the womb or heartbeat of the mother, all this makes it clear that every human being has an innate sense of rhythm and musicality. According to a survey conducted by Disney for the relationship between music and educational process of the children, it was found that music is essential for the development of imagination and creativity of children, being a universal language, and representing a tool indispensable for development the least towards a more multi-racial. The importance of music in a child's development is demonstrated in different studies, research etc. These studies show that what music is and how capable is it affect the welfare of a child, from an emotional point of view, social, linguistic and motor.

Purpose This paper aims to study the role of the emerging technology landscape and collaborative platforms in customer relationship management (CRM) unravelling novel opportunities for mutual co-creation in Indian banking context. Design/methodology/approach This study used the case-study method for collecting various sources for “triangulation”. Findings The advancement of technology has drastically increased avenues of dialogue and access and brought transparency in the relationship, offering opportunities for co-creation and increased dependence on technology in CRM. A longitudinal approach explained how bank leveraged technology in multiple aspects of CRM for enhancing relationship quality and outcome. Research limitations/implications The study is exploratory in nature in Indian banking context, and thus it should be viewed as a preliminary step in contributing to the understanding of CRM in a new collaborative technology landscape. Practical implications This study explains the changing shape of CRM and provides relevance of customer orientation and offers insight about co-creation which has taken centre stage because of the emergence of collaborative technologies. Originality/value This study is possibly one of the first to conduct a case study to understand the way collaborative technological advancements are being exploited by organisations to develop superior CRM capability and achieve co-creation. This study analysed and comprehended the design and implementation of CRM in an Indian bank in real-life settings to gain a better understanding of the adoption of new collaborative technological advancements by a bank for customer centricity and facilitating co-creation.

This research aims to demonstrate how portfolio management influences the decision-making process in the projects of a financial organization. And to achieve this goal was used the single case study method. In order to reach this goal, the study began by means of bibliometric research on the subject of portfolio management and subsequent bibliographic research on the theme, decision making. Next, the relationships between portfolio management and decision making were studied. The results of the data collected confirmed the relationship between "the use of the project identification process in portfolio management to influence decision making" in order to add value to the business. It is also possible to demonstrate moderately that "the use of criteria for project selection influences the consequences of decision making", helping in the strategic management of the organization. One of the academic contributions was to note a migration of the portfolio management process, such as a tool that only controls the projects that will compose the portfolio of an organization, for a process that aims at a direct alignment with the strategic management of the organization. Regarding the practical implications, it was verified the importance of portfolio analysis for decision making, to the detriment of the evaluation of only one project. Taking into account the profitability and the return on investment of the projects, as the most important aspects for a decision making.

The stigma about COVID-19 sufferers along with the effects of stigma messages is now increasingly attached to the lives of people, especially those living in the environment around COVID-19 sufferers and or survivors. Not only for sufferers, said stigma today is also attached to marked supporters because of its existence that has a close relationship with sufferers. Stigma arises as a result of the community's complete lack of understanding of COVID-19 itself. The effect is not missed in influencing the communication between individuals and each other. This also happens in Kauman Village Yogyakarta where stigma and its effects are felt by many marked supporters. This is unique because so far the stigma has hit the sufferer more often, but not in this case, the stigma is more about marked supporters. Seeing the phenomenon, the question arises how stigma affects the relationship of marked supporters to the community in Kauman Village Yogyakarta after the message of stigma. This study uses a case study method. The focus of this study is the stigma about COVID-19 sufferers who hit marked supporters and the effect of stigma messages that appear on marked supporters after being hit by stigma messages. The findings suggest that the effect of stigma messages on each individual results in different findings depending on how the acceptance of the stigma message is then able to influence the interpersonal relationship between the marked supporters and the public in general.
