The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of mitigating the economic vulnerability of the community through the allocation of social assistance during the Covid-19 pandemic in Payakumbuh City. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Collecting data in the form of observation, documentation and interviews with a sample size of 100 respondents. The analytical method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the analysis show 1) the input aspect with an effectiveness ratio of 60% and 65% can be said to be quite effective, meaning that KPM is right on target and utilizes social assistance appropriately for the economic benefit of the community in the midst of the Covid-19 outbreak. 2)which consists of socialization and monitoring, each with an effectiveness ratio of 100%. 3) the output aspect of social welfare with an indicator of the level of fulfillment of needs where the percentage obtained is 74% in the category of economic welfare which is quite effective.

Penelitian  bertujuan untuk mengukur nilai tukar nelayan dan tingkat ekonomi kesejahteraan nelayan di Kabupaten Tanah Laut Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan.  Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif.  Data yang didapat dengan metode survei,  sedangkan data sekunder  dari instansi pemerintah terkait.  Nilai tukar nelayan yang diukur selama bulan nopember 2012 – pebruari 2013.  Penelitian menggunakan formula Indeks Laspeyres yang dikembangkan dan pengujian dengan teori ekonomi kesejahteraan.Perhitungan nilai tukar nelayan dalam  penelitian didapatkan enam  formula, yaitu (1) NTN-pemilik  (2) NTN-perseorangan  (3) NTN-juragan (4) NTN-ABK terampil (5) NTN- ABK biasa  dan (6) NTN-tradisional.  Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan NTN Kabupaten Tanah Laut berada diatas seratus dan INTN berada diatas satu.  Sedangkan tingkat ekonomi kesejahteraan nelayan mengalami kenaikan.Purpose of the research was to measure trade turn and economic welfare of  fisherman living  in the Sea Land Regency  South Borneo Province.  The research use descriptive method in valving that primary data were obtained by survey and secondary data oven collected from relevant government agencies.  Exchange rate index of thratmen was measured during 4 months (November 2012 – February 2013).  Index formulation was developed Laspeyres the economic welfare of the fisherman.Analysis of fisherman trade term found 6 formulation, in cloding (1) NTN-owner (2) NTN-individual (3)-NTN squire (4) NTN-skilled crew (5) NTN-ordinary crew and (6) NTN-traditional. Research results showed that NTN for Tanah Laut district was above 100  and INTN was above 1.  Eventhough economic welfare of fisherman was increase.

Marriage must meet the requirements and harmony, one pillar that must be met is the marriage guardian. The existence of a guardian in a marriage contract is a must and is not a legal marriage agreement that is not carried out by the guardian. The guardian is placed as a pillar in marriage according to the agreement of scholars in principle. The problem in this research is how is the formal law in the stipulation of Metro Religious Court Number 0055 / Pdt P / 2019 / PA.Mt regarding the application of guardian application? and what is the basis for the judge's judgment (material law) in deciding on the Establishment of the Metro Religious Court Number 0055 / Pdt P / 2019 / PA.Mt regarding the application of a guardian?. The research method uses a normative and empirical juridical approach. The type of data used is secondary data and primary data. Collecting data through library research and field research. Analysis of the data used is qualitative juridical.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of VAT Incentive on the performance of EPZ firms in Kenya.Methodology: This research used correlation research design. Sample size of all the 86 registered EPZs firms was used in this study. Primary data was obtained using questionnaires. Secondary data from the registered firms was collected on; ROA, number and value of jobs and the length of stay of the firms. The study used both descriptive and inferential statistics to conduct data analysis.Results: The results of study revealed that at 5% significance level, VAT incentives had a positive and significant relationship with performance of EPZ firms measured using ROA. The results further revealed that at 5% significance level, VAT incentives were found to have positive and significant relationship with performance of EPZ firms measured using the number of total jobs created in Kenya. The results also revealed that at 5% significance level, VAT incentives were found to have positive and significant relationship with performance of EPZ firms measured using the number of years in operationUnique contribution to theory, practice and policy Based on the study findings, it was recommended that the government should reconsider its VAT policy by encouraging more VAT rebates to firms in order to boost their productivity and increase the volume of exports. The study also recommends that the government should introduce a strong monitoring unit to oversee the administration of tax incentives. Government should equally pay attention to the issue of security and infrastructure which are basic in order to maximize the benefits of tax incentives.

Public participation plays an important role in the democratization of countries globally. The accomplishment of public participation process is determined by how well it is organized.  This study sought to examine the effects of public participation on local legislation in Banadir region of Somalia. The study was guided by the following objectives, to investigate factors that led to public participation, examine the design of public participation mechanism; investigate the process of public participation and analyze the consequences of public participation. The research will employ a descriptive research design. The study population comprised all the stakeholders including the youth, elders, staff employed by the regional government, the clergy, politicians and the non-governmental organizations involved in public participation in Banadir region. Purposive sampling was done to come up with the sample size of the study. Regarding the variance among the target population, where a number of target population involved, the sample size of this study was 130 respondents. Eighty (80) of the respondents were community members including local politicians, clergies, traders, university lecturers, university students, farmers, chiefs and opinion leaders. Twenty (20) of the participants were management staff and heads of national civil labor departments. Thirty (30) respondents were also from the Local community elders who are engaged in public participation programs in Banadir Region.  Both secondary and primary data was accessed for the study. Primary data was collected from the identified stakeholders using the questionnaires, while secondary data was obtained from books and journals from Kenyatta University Post Modern Library. The study used two theories: New public management theory and Cornwall’s Theory of Participation that describe the relevance of public participation public development. Data processing and cleaning was done; the descriptive statistics was utilized quantitative data. Statistical tables and graphs was present the result. Content analysis was used to analyze qualitative data. The study found out that the citizen’s attitude has an impact on public participation. When citizens have a positive attitude towards the local legislation services, there are high chances they will participate. The study also found out that public participation design and process have an influence on local legislation. Therefore, the study recommends that the government and other stakeholders should come up with various ways of ensuring that all citizens are informed about public participation. The study also recommended that public participation design and process should be improved with the aim of improving public participation.

The study deals with the possibility of reducing higher ratio of dependence on importation of food through the replacement of foreign products with locally produced and processed food products. In order to accomplish the objectives of the study, both primary and secondary data had been used. Accordingly, a multi-stage sampling technique was utilized to select the sample size. Descriptive and inferential statistics were eventually applied to the primary data collected. The results indicated undoubtedly that the locally produced and processed salad competed favourably and suitably with foreign salad products in terms of colour, odour, taste, and other sensory parameters evaluated accordingly. The orthodox budget analysis indicated that garden egg salad was more profitable than imported cabbage salad. The correlation outcome value of +1 indicated that local salad stands as a perfect substitute for foreign salad. Therefore, the phasing out of foreign salad so as to replace it with locally sourced salad is quite feasible. It had therefore been obviously and clearly established in this study that imported cabbage could be replaced with locally produced garden egg salad, thereby indicating that reducing the degree of dependence on food importation is absolutely viable.

ABSTRACT This research aims to know the bigness of integrated organic farming income and an appropriate strategy in the development of integrated organic farming on CV Gesty Sino Organic (Organic GS.). Source and technic of data collecting in this research are interviews to get primary data using questionnaires, while secondary data collected using relating literature with this research.Data which collected, arranged according to the objective to be achieved, namely to know the bigness of integrated organic farming income namely difference between the revenue (TR) – total cost of farming (TC) and to formulate appropriate strategies in the development of integrated organic farming using SWOT analysis. From the results of research it is known that: 1. Total income earned on CV GS Organic on April 2019 is Rp19.423.837. 2.Some strategies that can be done in the development of integrated organic farming are: a)increasing the integrated organic farming in a larger scale to meet the needs of consumers and feet up revenue with other farm lobbies as well as applying modern farming techniques that are studied in Australia at CV GS Organic .b) necessary to increase cattle maintenance on the other land which not be cultivated yet on seling purpose. c) necessary cadres forming of labor which understand well about integrated organic farming to manage the garden when the owners of CV GS Organic went out of the region. d) manages the farming that is run by continuing to follow every technology development, increasing the farming of CV GS Organic on agrotourism scale because of the various crops, livestock and fish on conducted farming.

In this research, four factors influence the behaviour of consumers, namely: Cultural, Social, Personal and Psychological; researchers include another variable that is the education variable which is one of the functions of communication (television). This study aimed to analyze how much influence partial and simultaneously of consumer behaviour toward watching decision. The research was conducted, and watched the Kick Andy program that came to Grand Studio Metro TV. This study collected primary data by sending questionnaires directly to the audience—a cumulative sample size of 135 respondents was used in this study. The analytical method used was the SEM (Structural Equation Model) and processed by AMOS software program 22. The results of the analysis show that the behaviour of consumers has an influence on the decision for watching with r-squares of 0.857 or 85.7%, which means that the variable decision for watching can be explained by the variables of Culture, Social, Personal, Psychological, and Education 85.7%, while the remaining 14.3% influenced by another variable outside this research.

In the last three years, it has been seen that the level of tourist visits in the City of Bukittinggi has increased significantly. Business actors and the government are also racing to improve tourism infrastructure, including lodging facilities. Based on observations, data was obtained that in 2018 the number of accommodations in the City of Bukittinggi was 107 inns. The number of guests staying in 2016-2017 increased by 1.51%, then in 2017-2018, it increased by 5.66%. This study aims to examine the effect of products and accommodation prices on the purchase interest of tourists in the city of Buktinggi using quantitative descriptive methods. The population used is tourists who have stayed at the accommodation in the city of Bukittinggi, with a sample size of 100 respondents. Primary data was obtained through distributing questionnaires, and secondary data was obtained from the Department of Tourism, Youth, and Sports, by testing the hypothesis of multiple linear regression techniques. The results showed that the products offered affected the purchase interest of tourists, while the price of accommodation did not affect the interest of tourists to stay in the city of Bukittinggi.

The purpose of this research is to find out the financial report that CV. Mitra Dinamis did, and to find out if the financial report of CV. Mitra Dinamis has been appropriate according to SAK EMKM.The research method that been used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Kind of data in this research is using primary data and secondary data. Data collecting methods are interviews, observe, and literature review. The result from this research showed, that CV. Mitra Dinamis only created invoice financial report, resulting in this case not yet appropriate to SAK EMKM that presuppose a complete financial report, including financial position report, profit and loss report, and note of the financial report. And financial report that CV. Mitra Dinamis did not yet appropriate enough according to SAK EMKM.Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui penyusunan laporan keuangan yang dilakukan oleh CV. Mitra Dinamis, dan untuk mengetahui apakah penyusunan laporan keuangan pada CV. Mitra Dinamis telah sesuai dengan SAK EMKM. Jenis penelitian yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah deskriptif kualitatif. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini mempergunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan berupa wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, bahwa CV. Mitra Dinamis hanya membuat laporan keuangan berbentuk invoice. Sehingga, hal tersebut belum sesuai dengan SAK EMKM yang mensyaratkan laporan keuangan lengkap terdiri atas Laporan Posisi Keuangan, Laporan Laba Rugi, dan Catatan atas Laporan Keuangan (CaLK). Dan penyusunan laporan keuangan yang dilakukan oleh CV. Mitra Dinamis belum sesuai dengan SAK EMKM.

The research is located in Villa Sanyas area of Seminyak-Kuta Bali. The research was conducted to find out how the management villa sanyas, and also to know the factors that make the tourist stay at villa sanyas feel uncomfortable. the choice of Seminyak as the location of this research according to th place where the tourism grows fastly. On the development stage, that tourism area still need various research from some point of view. Thus, this research focuses to identify factors which affects the uncomfortness during stay in Villa Sanyas Seminyak. This research is very important and could be reference as solutions for comfortness of tourists in Villa Sanyas. The method of data collecting in this research are observation, interview, and documentation to analyze the data collected  with descriptive qualitative analysis while primary data and secondary data. The determining of informants use is purposive sampling. Results of the study found that most tourist who stay at villa sanyas feel disturbed by the noise can be heard up to the villa, besides that also some employees who work in villa sanyas not fluent in english. Based on the report, can be suggested to the villa management to improve the quality of service toward the tourists who stay, then the tourist will feel comfort.
