At the same time, due to the innovation climate within the organization, it seems possible for employees to demonstrate organizational identification behavior at a high level. The aim of this study is to show how the climate of innovation has an impact on organizational identification in organizations. Sixty-five pairs of indicator-dilution curves were obtained in five anesthetized dogs. After the injection of indocyanine dye into the left atrium, blood was simultaneously sampled through dichromatic cuvette densitometers from the femoral artery and the distal pulmonary artery. Dye-dilution curves were recorded from dogs with normal cardiovascular systems and after the surgical production of left-to-right shunts of different magnitudes. The percent of blood shunting was calculated according to the double sampling method and compared with a new method based on the deviation observed in the terminal portion of the indicator-dilution phase-plane loop. A high level of correlation was observed between both methods (r = 0.961). The phase plane shows its utility in the quantification of small left-to-right shunts. The use of only one sampling site at a peripheral systemic artery is an important advantage because there is complete mixture between shunted and unshunted blood.

Worse was its assessment of research activity within organisations and cooperation with external institutions (eg. universities and research institutes) and investment in innovation activities within their research and development. Results obtained from the research showed a mean value for the innovation climate-instrument of 3.83 indicating a high innovation climate for the Slovenian tourism companies included in the sample survey. Mostly, (publicly known as) more innovative active organisations responded to our survey. From such results, we find that tourism organisations included in the survey are aware of the importance of innovation, teaching organisations to communicate well and network with other organisations, are adaptable to change and engaged with their own ideas in support of the organisation's management. Originality of the research – The contribution of the research is that it has applied the generic instrument for measuring innovation climate on tourism and the first time climate is measured in Slovenia.

The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between the burnout levels of music teachers and their personalities. The research consisted of 278 music teachers who were selected from various places throughout Turkey via subjective, convenience sampling method. For data collection, the ‘Personal Information Form’, ‘Adjective Based Personality Test’ and ‘Maslach Burnout Scale’ were used. The research involved both quantitative and qualitative dimensions. The data were analyzed by quantitative t-test, multiple regression analysis and Pearson's correlation coefficient. Data for the qualitative dimension of the research were obtained from semi-structured interviews conducted with 5 music teachers. Negative, significant relationships were determined between extroversion, conscientiousness, agreeableness, openness and general burnout, while a positive, significant relationship was determined between neuroticism and general burnout. The burnout variable was found to have a statistically significant effect on the openness, neuroticism and conscientiousness dimensions of the personality types. The effects of conscientiousness and openness dimensions were not, however, found to be significant. The music teachers who had characteristics of extroversion and conscientiousness were found to have higher levels of burnout if they have the characteristics of neuroticism that reduce their exhaustion. The findings of the research show that the effect of personality types on burnout is important.

Another purpose of the study is to determine the factors associated with the innovative technology usage levels of dairy farms. The main material of the study is dairy farms supported and not supported by the IPARD program in Konya. Full count sampling method was used when determining the dairy farms supported by IPARD Program and Neyman allocation sampling method was used when determining the dairy farm non-supported by IPARD program. Research data were collected from 50 dairy farms supported by IPARD program and 100 dairy farms non-supported by IPARD program by administering a questionnaire filled during the face-to-face interviews conducted with each individual respondent. As a result of the study, it was determined that the average gross production values and gross profits of dairy farms supported by IPARD program were 4 times higher than those non-supported by IPARD program. While innovative technology usage level of dairy farms non-supported by IPARD program were entirely low level, 90% of dairy farms supported by IPARD program were high level. From the point of view of dairy farm scale, it was determined that innovative technology usage levels were high (69.84%) in dairy farms that had 51 and more milking cows. As a result of chi-square independence test, statistically significant relationship was found between innovative technology usage level of dairy farm and 12 of 13 factors.

Higher education in accounting faces a challenge to shift its emphasis from reproducing technical knowledge to developing personal capabilities such as critical thinking, creative thinking, problem-solving, communication and teamwork. The educational psychology literature suggests students will not make the cognitive effort to develop personal capabilities unless they frrst experience a deep approach to learning; and the experience of high-level relevance structure, high-level conception of learning and intrinsic motivation strongly support deep learning. This study examines how accounting students can be supported to experience high-level relevance structure, high-level conception of learning, intrinsic motivation and deep learning in the context of a university accounting course. Phenomenography is used to study the experience of learning of students in a third year undergraduate accounting course into which an integrated set of interventions involving Assessment, Teamwork, Teacher-Student Relationship and Instruction was introduced. An assignment in five stages and five session preparation assignments, supplemented with a focus group and surveys of students, identified and captured the ways students experience key aspects of how they learn. A key fmding of this study is that it is possible to transform the design and delivery of a single university course to support a large proportion of students to experience change in how they learn accounting (and, in particular, to experience deep learning) through the careful adaptation of education theory. An implication of this study is the need to support students to experience change in how they learn in frrst year courses to enable them to develop personal capabilities in their later university studies.

Often we find the fact that skills gaps begin with the basic idea that many jobs exist, but skilled workers do not. The relationship exists between labor readiness, business and industrial development, and educational institutions have been around for a long time. However, this relationship cannot refute the fact that prospective employees are not ready to enter the workplace in the future. The Law of the Republic of Indonesia concerning the national education system addresses the importance of training in creative thinking skills by stating that the education system must develop the potential of students to be religious, respectful, well-educated, and competent in thinking creatively, independently, democratically, and responsibly. While empirical studies show that Indonesian students have unsatisfactory creative thinking skills. This study aims to describe how to train Creative Thinking Skills through project-based learning in preparing the Workforce to face global competition. From the results of the discussion it was concluded: 1) The government needs to be more serious in entering tertiary education and setting targets for maximum workforce readiness. 2) Educational institutions in their learning activities need to improve their mastery of high-level thinking skills in determining their educational success by improving high-level cognitive functions (metacognition, metamemory and metacomprehension, or assessing the truth of one's own memories; solving problems, or taking appropriate steps when dealing with unknown things, and think critically, or evaluate the quality of ideas). 3) For most educators today who are well connected and driven by technology, the mastery of technology literacy in education is still lacking, therefore mastery of technology literacy needs to be improved at the level of the teachers in this country. 4) Potential to integrate Project Based Learning (PBL) in the classroom to improve students' soft skills which in turn will ensure greater results for them in the future. To achieve that, their soft skills need to be improved by using the PBL approach. This approach is relevant to the concept of 21st century learning, especially in education.
