State property serves as an essential provision for ensuring the improvement of society‘s quality of life, the growth of economic welfare, social security, political stability and cohesive development in all facets of life. The purpose of the article is to analyze the current variety of property classifications, to perform an analysis of state property values and their management system. When transforming the state property management system towards a higher level of effectiveness, it is necessary to perform a comprehensive state property valuation which would fully reflect the structure of state property in both a quantitative and a value sense.

Abstract The Support at Home pilot program provided financial support for the purchase of home care services by middle-income adults with disabilities in San Francisco to support aging in place. Enrollees had income below the area median and made copayments based on household income. The mixed-methods evaluation of the program incorporated administrative records, surveys of clients and comparison group members, surveys of unpaid caregivers, surveys of paid care providers, and focus groups with clients and unpaid caregivers. Outcome measures included the Older People’s Quality of Life Questionnaire, Patient Health Questionnaire-2, an adapted Burden Scale for Family Caregivers, and self-reported falls, emergency department visits, and hospitalizations. Analyses included pre-post chi-squared and t-test comparisons between client and comparison groups and multivariate regressions. An economic analysis was conducted to learn whether changes in costs associated with reduced health care utilization were greater than the costs of the program. Results indicated statistically significant positive changes in client ratings of personal and financial stress, but not in the composite quality of life score. There were statistically significant reductions in attendance at medical appointments, falls, emergency department visits, and hospitalizations. Similar changes were not found in the comparison group. The focus group data supported the findings regarding personal and financial stress and indicated that clients and their caregivers perceived quality of life benefits. The economic analysis indicated substantial cost savings from the program due to reduced use of medical services. Due to its positive impacts, San Francisco has made Support at Home a permanent program.

We have been waging a battle to improve the quality of life in the developing world for twenty-five years. Today this battle is being lost. As the world's military powers seek to reduce the risks of nuclear holocaust, new dangers to political and economic stability have arisen. The threat of widespread famine is on the increase. Fertilizer shortages grow, and the affluent continue to consume a disproportionate amount of the world's food resources. Worldwide inflation continues to take a heavy toll on the developing and the developed countries alike. This erodes political stability and depletes what little hard currency the poor nations have amassed.

Cities use tax increment financing (TIF) to trigger growth in blighted communities. Critics argue that Chicago’s broad conceptualization of “blight” facilitates the designation of TIF districts that do not resemble conventional notions of blight, bolstering their natural ability to generate capital, thereby exacerbating the gap between wealthy and poor minority spaces. This study examines Chicago’s TIF districts to determine whether blight levels and percentage of non-White residents interact to reduce the effectiveness of TIFs measured as the change in the equalized assessed valuation (EAV) of properties. Using composite indices to measure physical and economic blight, the results of a quantile regression analysis indicate that economically blighted TIFs with predominantly non-White populations outperform other districts. These findings run counter to expectations given that TIFs report high rates of growth in property values, yet they remain substantially blighted. This suggests a need to reconsider change in equalized assessed valuation as the measure of TIF effectiveness given that the “growth” in TIFs does not seem to reflect a higher quality of life for residents.

Abstract Background and Aims With the continuous advancement of information technology, mobile Internet has entered every family and shown its unique advantages. The development of hospital's information construction on the management of chronic disease, the continuous improvement of hospital APP and Wechat public number functions have provided intelligent services for patients throughout the process. Along with this process, the way of hospital patient follow-up has gradually expanded and improved, and the automation and intellectualization of follow-up work has become a reality. However, The establishment of peritoneal dialysis health management professional team and the implementation of closed-loop health management model, which is based on the Internet closed-loop management model has no clear impact on the self-management ability, quality of life and treatment effect of peritoneal dialysis patients. To explore the effectiveness of Internet based in-hospital and out of hospital closed loop management on the quality of life of patients with peritoneal dialysis, it is necessary to establish a set of closed loop management system for chronic diseases patients with promotion and practical significance. Method From July 2017 to July 2018, 214 patients with continuous peritoneal dialysis were followed up regularly in the Department of Nephrology of our hospital, and voluntarily participated in this study. The mean follow-up time was 12.6 ± 1.5 months. The differences of blood electrolytes, quality control indexes, self-management ability, quality of life of renal disease and hospital satisfaction were observed before and after closed-loop management. Results Ability of self-management behavior (p < 0.001), quality of life (p < 0.001), satisfaction (p < 0.001), the incidence of infection (p < 0.05), serum albumin (p < 0.05), hemoglobin (p < 0.05)were improved after participating in the closed-loop management. Conclusion The closed-loop management system based on Internet closed-loop management model is effective for the quality of life and treatment effect of peritoneal dialysis patients, which integrates the core functions of follow-up records, intelligent early warning, doctor-patient communication and health education. Through this closed-loop management, medical staff can digitally collect, store, transmit and process the information of in-hospital and out-of-hospital conditions through follow-up analysis, health guidance and remote assistance to achieve the purpose of patient health management. This study shows that this closed-loop management system can effectively manage the health of peritoneal dialysis patients, and provides a replicable model for the management of chronic diseases. Therefore, a comprehensive closed-loop management system based on mobile Internet and information technology, with clinical care as the leading factor and peritoneal dialysis patients as the terminal is a feasible and acceptable follow-up management method for peritoneal dialysis patients and hospitals.

Patients with COPD experience a fundamental inability to breathe in the form of shortness of breath, chronic cough, chronic sputum production, and limited activity. Aerobic exercise for COPD sufferers aims to reduce symptoms, improve quality of life and increase daily activities. This study aims to determine the effect of aerobic exercise on the quality of life of COPD patients. This research is a quantitative study using a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest research design, using the sampling technique is purposive sampling with 44 respondents. Retrieval of data using a quality of life questionnaire for COPD patients. The results of the paired t test showed a value of p <0.000, which means that p <0.05, this shows in general that aerobic exercise has an effect on the quality of life of COPD patients. COPD sufferers who routinely do aerobic exercise regularly will increase their perfusion so that tissue needs can be fulfilled and COPD symptoms, especially shortness of breath, will decrease.

Hydrocarbons were accumulated in reservoir, the reservoir has a lot of types depending on the geological conditions and the constituent mineral. In ONWJ basins, sub-basins Arjuna, Talang Akar Formation is sand splintersreservoir type. The presence of clay in a reservoir will reduce the resistivity and increase thesaturation, so it takes a multimineral analysis and the reservoir qualityclassification. In this study, physical properties (porosity, permeability, Rw, and saturation) and the quality of the reservoir can be identified through petrophysical analysis by utilizing log data and core analysis, and the rocktypeprediction(using R35 Winland or HFU method). In this study 5 wells (IX-A1, IX-13, IX-4, IX-7 and IX-8)used and found eight hydrocarbon zones, 6 are validated by the DST (drill steam test)data, androck type method that suitable is the method of HFU (hydraulic flow units) due to the coefficient of correlation between porosity and permeability shows a value of 0.75, based on the calculations, the eight types of rock is conclude, where the dominance of the rock typeis the type 12 with a pore size between 5-10 microns, type reservoir rocks in this study belong to the lithofacies distributary channel and mouthbar sand. By knowing the petrophysical property values, it can determine reservoir productivity and determine the zone eligible to be produced or not, by using curve SMLP (Stratigraphic Modified Lorenz Plot).
