The study of socio-economic dimensions of the preconditions for the development of Donetsk and Luhansk regions allowed to distinguish between positive and negative directions of development. Thus, the positive prerequisites for the development of regions include: agricultural lands of Donetsk and Luhansk regions are characterized by high natural fertility; the mineral resource base of the regions is one of the most developed in terms of types and volumes of use of mineral resources in Ukraine, among which almost 50 % contains fuel and energy raw materials; an important place in the economy of Donetsk and Luhansk regions is occupied by industry; retail trade turnover of Donetsk and Luhansk regions from 2018-2020 begins to recover. It should also be noted that the Donetsk region is active in foreign economic activity, which has a significant impact on the development of the region, and the balance of foreign trade balance of the Donetsk region in 2014-2020 is positive. The positive trend of Luhansk region is that it has a significant share of small and medium business in the volume of sold products (goods, services). Negative prerequisites for the development of Donetsk and Luhansk regions are: the presence of armed conflict in the regions; loss of a significant part of industrial potential and reduction of indicators of socio-economic development of Donetsk and Luhansk regions; in 2020 lockdown and business interruptions due to the COVID-19 pandemic; there are logistical problems in the transportation of goods; in 2020, the level of exports is declining, most industrial enterprises engaged in foreign economic activity have significantly reduced production for export; destruction of key transport and logistics links, complication of railway logistics, closure of airspace, as a result of increased load on roads from heavy, large, freight transport, in the Donetsk region there is a destruction of road surface. Also, the negative trends of Donetsk region include the lowest share of small and medium business in the volume of sold products (goods, services). The positive preconditions for the development of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts need support in the direction of strengthening these tendencies. Negative preconditions for the development of oblasts require significant changes and financial investments for radical changes in the direction of improving the situation. Thus, the intensification of small business in the Donetsk region and support for the further development of small business in the Luhansk region is a prerequisite for economic growth in these areas in the future.

The article examines the essence of foreign economic activity of enterprises, the features and prospects of its implementation in the field of agrarian and industrial complex. Based on the conducted analysis, it is proved that agrarian export of Ukraine plays a significant role in the formation of the budget and GDP of the country, since its share in 2018 was 14.2% of GDP and 33.4% of the total national exports of goods. The dynamics of export-import operations of the agrarian sector is explored and it is found that it demonstrates a positive trend in contrast to the general foreign trade balance of Ukraine. The analysis of the agrarian exports structure in 2010-2019 confirms the growth of the share of the majority of agrarian products types sold abroad. However, Ukrainian exports are mainly oriented towards raw materials, which, among other reasons, is associated with technological backwardness and the limited ability of domestic agricultural producers to purchase modern equipment and technologies due to theirs low solvency. The commodity orientation of Ukrainian exports makes the competitive position of Ukraine in foreign markets vulnerable, since the demand for commodities is unstable and is characterized by significant price volatility. The geographical structure of foreign trade in agrarian products and the possibilities of its further diversification are investigated. The majority of Ukrainian products in Europe are purchased in Poland, Italy and Germany. Significant connoisseurs of Ukrainian products are also Turkey, China, India, Egypt. Ukrainian exports should be expanded to Asian and Eastern countries. The key problems that put the brakes on the development of the foreign economic activity of the enterprises of agrarian and industrial complex and hinder the competitiveness increase of domestic agrarian products in the international market are identified. A number of measures are proposed to promote the further development of the foreign economic activity of the enterprises of agrarian and industrial complex, including the development of appropriate strategies taking into account global market trends, harmonization and compliance with the quality and safety standards of agrarian products, improving the innovative component, strengthening state support (including financial) of the export-oriented agrarian enterprises, improving the investment climate, and more.

The article analyzes the consequences of the spread of coronavirus infection on the world economy. The high degree of infection and the rapid spread of COVID-19 caused the quarantine of certain cities and regions of the world, and since March 2020, the borders between the countries have been completely closed. This situation, naturally, could not but affect the global economic activity. The crisis caused by the pandemic has led to the fact that the leaders of the countries were forced to first of all pay attention to health problems and seriously reduce funding in other sectors of the economy. The forced self-isolation regime of the population affected all spheres of life, without exception, large and medium, and, especially, small business suffered. The sectors of the economy most affected by the coronavirus pandemic include: air and road transportation, the leisure and entertainment industry, fitness and sports, tourism, hospitality, catering, the education system, the organization of conferences and exhibitions, the provision of personal services to the population, dentistry, retail trade in non-food products, the media and the production of printed materials, etc. Statistical data on the number of cases of new coronavirus infection by country (as well as those who recovered and died from it) are today not so much of a medical nature as evidence of a deepening global economic crisis. The decline in production volumes on a global scale entails a reduction in the global consumption of most types of industrial raw materials and energy carriers. According to analysts’ forecasts, the possibility of a quick return to the previous economic activity is not foreseen, negative processes may continue for the next several years. The COVID-19 pandemic is a serious test of the readiness of the world economy to effectively resolve global problems, overcome the negative consequences of the spread of the virus and focus on those positive opportunities, the development of which can lead to economic growth in the long term. One of these promising areas of economic development is the further digitalization of society, the development of new digital technologies.

Carrying out business activities, enterprises ensure the development of the modern economy of the country, form the budget of different levels. Entrepreneurship itself forms an effective management system, is a requirement for achieving economic growth. The result of entrepreneurial activity is to make a profit. It is worth noting that experts provide contradictory assessments of the development of entrepreneurship in Ukraine. In the international ranking of ease of doing business Doing business-2020, Ukraine has taken 64th place, rising by 7 positions and improving 5 of the 10 key indicators. According to general statistics, there is a positive trend of growth of economic entities in recent years, but it does not provide growth in sales, this growth is accounted for by enterprises. It is self-employed entrepreneurs, who are the driving force of any country's economy, a means of overcoming the problems of low solvency and unemployment in the country. In the structure of economic entities in Ukraine by type of economic activity, the number of wholesale and retail trade enterprises and enterprises engaged in information and telecommunication activities is growing year after year, but the number of construction enterprises, transport enterprises, industrial enterprises, and agricultural enterprises is decreasing. The analysis of the cost structure by economic elements of Ukrainian enterprises showed that in general the largest share in the cost structure of business entities in Ukraine for the period from 2012 to 2019 is occupied by material costs. That is, the production of products (goods, services) is material-intensive and the country does not introduce innovative technologies. Due to the industrialization of the real sector of the economy, especially in manufacturing, the country has lost the complex types of production that provided the value chain. The result of such losses was the loss of entire sectors of complex exports and the stagnation of the real sector of the economy. As a result of provided research, it can be noted that there are certain problems in the country for the development of entrepreneurship, which is a special type of activity. The state should support small and medium-sized businesses in the country because entrepreneurship itself is a powerful "locomotive" that will make it possible to ensure proper growth of production and welfare. The prospect of further research should be the study of business engineering as a modern management technology that can significantly accelerate the reform of the domestic economy on a market basis.

Nowadays a number of legal, economic and organizational problems related to the implementation of the role of the state in the effective regulation of business development in Ukraine have become relevant. The development of entrepreneurial activity is one of the main prerequisites for the formation and realization of the export potential of the state, its material enrichment and growth of living standards. In modern conditions there is a need for a detailed study of business activity in Ukraine. Using statistical data of the site ukrstat.gov.ua, the economic indicators of small industrial enterprises within the period of 2010-2019 have been analyzed in the article. They are the volume of goods manufactured by enterprises; the volume of goods sold by enterprises; financial results prior to taxation of enterprises; net profit of enterprises. During 2012-2019, the volume of goods sold increased, which has a positive trend and may indicate the development of small industrial enterprises. During 2010-2019 the volume of sold products also has a positive upward trend, due to the excess of the volume of sold products over those produced in 2019. This indicates an excess of demand over supply. Net profit for the entire period of 2010-2019, except for 2018, 2019 has a negative trend, as shown by its negative values, namely the losses of small businesses. The state of entrepreneurial activity in Ukraine is currently unsatisfactory. It is evidenced by the slow growth rate of the number of small enterprises, imperfect market infrastructure and competition, lack of working capital, lack of investment resources, etc. Further development of small business, increasing its competitiveness in both domestic and foreign markets, largely depends on a balanced and sound state policy. Today it is vital to include the development of small business in Ukraine in the overall strategy of economic growth and structural reconstruction of the national economy. To improve and stabilize business activities in Ukraine, the following measures are offered: to apply a flexible system of preferential taxation for medium and small businesses, depending not on the number of those working in them, but on the annual volume (sales) of products, services, works; to constantly reduce the tax burden on small and medium enterprises; to facilitate access of small and medium enterprises to financial resources; to change the microcredit system in the field of small business in Ukraine. The financial and loan system in Ukraine currently offers different conditions and rates for small business loans, which has a particularly negative impact on the work of entrepreneurs in the period of the economic crisis.

Introduction. The article deals with the main traditional outbuildings of the Mordvinians, reported on their functional purpose in economic activity. The forms and types of outbuildings, as well as the main building materials used by Mordvinians are described in details. Their significance in the religious and ceremonial life of the ethnic group is shown. Materials and Methods. The research is based on traditional methods of ethnographic science, such as field observation, survey and interviews, and a comprehensive approach. Among the methods of historical science comparative-historical, historical-genetic, problem-chronological, structural-system were used. Among the general scientific methods of research logical, descriptive, narrative, generalization, classification and systematization were involved. To achieve the results of the study, the materials collected by the authors in the course of field surveys conducted in the Mordovian villages were mainly used. Results and Discussion. Traditional outbuildings were of great importance in the economic activity of the Mordovian ethnic group. According to their functional purpose, they can be divided into the following groups: for livestock and poultry (stable, chicken coop, stable, kalda), sanitary and hygienic (bath), warehouse buildings for storage of food, utensils, firewood, animal feed (barn, cellar, woodshed, hayloft), for processing of grain (sheep, riga, mill). Depending on the welfare and financial capacity of the family, the number of outbuildings was different. As a rule, the wealthier families had more outbuildings than the less wealthier ones. The main building material for the construction of these buildings was wood. Conclusion. Thus, the traditional outbuildings of the Mordvinians occupied an important place in its economic activities. At the same time, each of them had its own purpose and performed certain functions. Some buildings, such as a bath and a barn, had not only economic purpose, but also were the venue for a number of prayers and ceremonies. It is now ordinarily they have banya (bath-house), outdoor courtyard with standing in different places sheds, barn and cellar.

The light industry is an important inter-sectoral segment and a chain of individual production areas. The purpose of the article is to carry out a comparative assessment of the cross-sectoral linkages of light industry of Ukraine with some EU countries and to prepare relevant analytical conclusions. The research revealed that the largest consumers of light industry products in 2013-2017 in Ukraine were the industries that belonged to this type of industrial activity (textile, clothing, leather and other materials), as well as the trade, furniture industry, public administration, and defense. The key problem for the functioning of the Ukrainian light industry is its high import dependence. In particular, the share of imports in intermediate consumption of light industry of Ukraine in 2017 was almost 60%. The share of imports in the expenditures of the Ukrainian light industry was almost 49%. The production activities of light industry in Ukraine use products of many ECs, but the main suppliers of raw materials and components are: textile production, production of clothing, leather, and other materials; production of chemicals and chemical products; wholesale and retail trade; supply of electricity, gas, steam, and air conditioning. In 2017, these four sectors totaled 70.74%. The following types of industrial activity in Ukraine have a significant potential for increasing output: production of rubber and plastic products; production of motor vehicles, trailers and semi-trailers; production of other vehicles; public administration and defense; compulsory social security; health care and social assistance. The further development and improvement of the technological level of Ukrainian light industry products requires greater integration of the latter with the trade sector. However, the trade sector in Ukraine requires a thorough “unshadowing”, i.e. legalization of all operations.

The analysis of literature sources shows that the type and material from which the packaging is made has an important place in the system of factors which influence on the storage of feed products and also prevents reducing the quality of raw materials and finished products. Therefore, the purpose of our research is the technological justification of changing the quality indexes of premix samples with salts of trace elements of different chemical nature in the process of storage. For the solution of the tasks, common zootechnical and statistical methods of the research were used. The use of premixes in feeding pigs is based on the fact that they should be used taking into account the biogeochemical properties of the region for which they are calculated. Foods depending on regional properties have a special biochemical composition and excess or lack of individual substances should be offset by the composition of premix. Ignoring this provision necessarily leads to the inappropriate use of BAR, the misbalance of the diet in relation to the physiological needs and inefficiency of the industry. In turn, it requires the purchase and conservation of products for the period of use. Various chemical structures and structures of BAR during the storage process react differently and change qualitative indexes, which leads to a decrease in the productive activity of active substances. It was determined that the humidity of premixes varied within the limits of 12.0-13.0 %, which exceeded the normative, but was not critical, the highest acidity had premix with sulfuric acid salts (6.9 units), the least - premix with lysates (5.7 unit). According to the results of the study, positive qualitative responses were found for the presence of vitamins A, D and B2, macro- and micronutrients: potassium, magnesium, copper, zinc, cobalt, iodine. The above facts of changes in the properties of premixes in the process of storage must be taken into account when providing technological bases for feeding pigs in order to obtain high gains and the quality of manufactured products. Key words: premix, micro-and macro elements, combined fodders, fodder mixes, chelating compounds, feeding, using, pigs' livestock.

An important component of successful economic activity of industrial enterprises is the optimal sales model combined with e-commerce opportunities. The article analyzed two construction materials manufacturing enterprises categories: those using exclusively a sales network for the promotion of their products, and those developing a direct sales system to the final consumer via electronic commerce. These are basically two different logistical approaches to the process of selling their own products. The efficiency of using e-commerce logistics means is determined by the correlation of sales expenses index with an indicator of enterprises' net income. It was proved sales expenses' indicator affects the dynamics of the net income indicator positively only for the enterprises using e-commerce logistics as a means of setting up a direct sales channel for their products. The article provides recommendations for creating an optimal logistics e-commerce system for construction materials manufacturing enterprises.
