The methodology of the presented research is based on such general scientific methods as: synthesis, analysis of comparison, as well as applied ones: observation, modeling, forecasting. This methodological approach allows us to transfer the applied nature of the problem to the research area. The basic methodological basis of scientific research is applied materials and observations on actual cases (2014-2018).The course of the events of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, which continues in the open format of the hybrid war since 2014, shows that traditional tools of modern Internet marketing can be used effectively enough to solve problems inherent in information confrontation. In particular, it concerns the implementation of the basic information process with such typical tasks as creation, distribution, storage and retrieval of information materials (so-called content). Directly in the article are considered such network tools as targeting (with key types), contextual advertising, methods for evaluating the effectiveness of CTR and mobile marketing (cellular communications, messengers). Specific facts are presented (in the format of applied cases) and the possibilities of their practical use are disclosed. The scientific novelty of the research is that for the first time, in the domestic scientific practice, the management of information processes in social online networks, within the framework of information warfare, is analyzed in the context of the use of typical Internet marketing tools. The results of the scientific research presented in the article make it possible to prepare the necessary methodological materials for training on the profile (in the relevant universities and specialized courses), to develop practical recommendations for specialized specialists, and to carry out further scientific (applied and theoretical) research in this direction.

This article discusses the concepts of digital and internet marketing and analyzes the classification of digital marketing communications. The purpose of the study is to develop criteria, a methodological approach to selecting the most appropriate digital marketing tools for a particular enterprise and market, and a system of indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of the marketing communications complex. The methodological approach is applied to small businesses in the retail market of cut flowers. For a specific company digital advertising, launching an internet site, maintaining social networks and search marketing were selected. Calculations of marketing communications performance indicators have shown that the use of digital marketing tools leads to a positive financial result. The survey has established that digital marketing is broader than internet marketing and includes the following media channels: social media marketing, digital television, content marketing, e-mail marketing, web site, SEO, Banner Ads, mobile marketing, streaming platforms, digital billboards. For specific purposes and markets it is sufficient to use not all, but part of the digital communication tools. The criteria for their selection are proposed: the marketing budget, the goals of the marketing strategy, the age of the audience, the competence of the company’s staff and the frequency of use of digital marketing tools. To assess the effectiveness of digital marketing communications a system of indicators is proposed that includes such indicators as: ROMI (Return on Marketing Investment), site traffic; profitability of sales on the Internet, increase in net profit, NPV (Net Present Value), popularity of certain pages of the site; information about the sources of transition to the site; duration of stay on the site; triggers for performing targeted actions; conversion and Web Analytics indexes. Keywords: digital marketing, digital marketing communications, digital media channels

Descartes once argued that, with sufficient effort and skill, a single scientist could uncover fundamental truths about our world. Contemporary science proves the limits of this claim. From synthesizing the human genome to predicting the effects of climate change, some current scientific research requires the collaboration of hundreds (if not thousands) of scientists with various specializations. Additionally, the majority of published scientific research is now coauthored, including more than 80% of articles in the natural sciences. Small collaborative teams have become the norm in science. This is the first volume to address critical philosophical questions about how collective scientific research could be organized differently and how it should be organized. For example, should scientists be required to share knowledge with competing research teams? How can universities and grant-giving institutions promote successful collaborations? When hundreds of researchers contribute to a discovery, how should credit be assigned—and can minorities expect a fair share? When collaborative work contains significant errors or fraudulent data, who deserves blame? In this collection of essays, leading philosophers of science address these critical questions, among others. Their work extends current philosophical research on the social structure of science and contributes to the growing, interdisciplinary field of social epistemology. The volume’s strength lies in the diversity of its authors’ methodologies. Employing detailed case studies of scientific practice, mathematical models of scientific communities, and rigorous conceptual analysis, contributors to this volume study scientific groups of all kinds, including small labs, peer-review boards, and large international collaborations like those in climate science and particle physics.

Resource sharing has become an absolute necessity for modern scientific research because of the increasing expense and complexity of instruments, and the ever changing funding paradigm which often requires sharing of major instrumentation resource across multiple disciplines. Many universities and even large companies have set up centralized facilities to serve researchers from different departments, divisions and units to minimize expenses and maximizing usage.Just in the materials research area alone, it is estimated that there are more than 500 mid-size facilities existing nationwide, as reported in 2005 by the Committee on Smaller Facilities of National Research Council. Resource sharing is also common in large research groups, between Principal Investigators, as well as in corporate/industrial laboratories.

In the methodological and theoretical dimension, Gregory Vashchenko built his own unique model of education taking into account the experience of working with children and youth (future teachers), based on deep national traditions, true Christian Orthodox spirituality and the best achievements of domestic and foreign pedagogical science. The aim of the article is to study the methodological and theoretical tools for studying the pedagogical personality on the example of the outstanding Ukrainian teacher of the twentieth century Gregory Vashchenko. The results of scientific research make it possible to state that the study of pedagogical views and ideas, systematization of the concept of spiritual and moral education of youth in the legacy of G. Vashchenko should be based on the use of scientifically grounded methodological tools. The methodological approaches chosen for historical and pedagogicalresearch, which determined the course and strategy of our research (personal-biographical, phenomenological, hermeneutic, synergetic, paradigmatic, axiological) combined with the corresponding principles (principle of objectivity, comprehensive study of pedagogical processes and phenomena, historicism, unity of historical and logical, multifactorial and systematic research) as the fundamental principles of interpretation of personality. Thanks to the selected principles of scientific research, the role and place of G. Vashchenko in the historical and pedagogical process was determined by applying research methods: retrospective, chronological, personal-biographical, search-bibliographic, comparative, constructive-genetic, which allowed to investigate: factors influencing formation of the teacher’s worldview (the role of family, environment, creative and student environment); formation of scientific and pedagogical views, the basis of which was the Ukrainian national idea; development of the Ukrainian educational ideal and creation of the concept of spiritual and moral education of the Ukrainian youth); to single out the main periods, defining stages and directions of scientific-pedagogical and educational-cultural activity of the teacher. Thus, a set of methodological and theoretical means (approaches, principles, methods) of historical and pedagogical research was used to study the pedagogical personality of G. Vashchenko, which allowed determining the general direction, strategy of our work and solving the relevant tasks.

The role and importance of cross-border regions is in the focus of scientific research for a long ago. The theory' of spatial interactions of different actors is an issue of different scientific fields. From the practical side, the regional policy of the European Union has a wide set of instruments for these special - often periferic, underdeveloped, or even in capability for being pioneer of development - areas. With long peace years and expansion of touristic flows, tourist regions models appeared in the tourism geography literature. However, only a few models of cross-border tourist regions are known, and surprisingly most of them are based on North American evidence. We summarize these results with special attention to F.uropean experiences and offer new interdisciplinary research area.

The modern stage of scientific research and public awareness activities of the Skryabin Museum of Helminthology of the VNIIP – FSC VIEV is associated with the creation and implementation in daily practice of a number of the original computer developments related to recording and cataloging biological items, and storage of information materials. The implemented computer projects radically reformed and intensified the Museum’s work, the implementation of which earlier required extensive labor resources, or it was technologically problematic. In 2018–2019, based on implemented computer projects, a methodology was developed for the first time in the practice of the Museum of Helminthology, on the basis of which a complete audit and an up-to-date physical inventory of helminthological specimens was organized and carried out in the Scientific Fund of the Museum Collection of the VNIIP – FSC VIEV. For the first time, a system of digital indexation of the modern structural organization of all specimen depositories of the Scientific Fund of the Museum of Helminthology was developed and implemented. When conducting an audit of the Collection items, a digital index was assigned to each inventory number, which indicates that a specimen and its information parameters is bound to a specific, current location in the Museum's depositories. Information content about the audited items of the Scientific Fund was entered into a draft "2017" of the computer directory for specimens of the Museum of Helminthology of the VNIIP – FSC VIEV. Currently, the Scientific Fund of the Collection includes 6686 inventory numbers of the category "microslide", which include 15878 slides representing total and histological specimens of helminths from various taxonomic groups. 13253 inventory numbers are included in the Collection of "wet specimens" with a mark in the computer database, and placed in the depository. The total number of registered items deposited in the Scientific Funds of the Museum of Helminthology is 29131. Computerization of Scientific Funds of the Museum of Helminthology of the VNIIP – FSC VIEV is objectively necessary modern technology tool set that allows you to comprehensively present and analyze the study items of the important research area of parasitology. The computerization of the Museum has significantly expanded the possibilities for the current methodological development and improvement of museum work, both with collector’s biological items and with accompanying information materials.
