This study aims to analyze and explain the effect of Individual Characteristics, Job Characteristics and Organizational Characteristics on the Permanent Lecturers Performance at Warmadewa University. The hypothesis used consists of: (1) Individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance, (2) Job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance, (3) Organizational Characteristics have a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance. The design of this study is quantitative with a sample size of 196 people calculated using the Slovin formula and determination of the sample size using the probability sampling method. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data both quantitative and qualitative data. Analysis tool used in WarpPLS Version 6.0. The results showed that Individual Characteristics had a significant negative effect on lecturer performance, job characteristics had a positive effect not significant on lecturer performance and organizational characteristics had a negative and significant effect on lecturer performance.

The purpose of this study was to see the effect of the Islamic culture of "Definitely Okay" on the performance of Bank BRISyariah employees at the Banyuwangi branch office, with a quantitative descriptive approach. With the determination of census samples totaling 28 employees. Data collection techniques with observation techniques, interview techniques, questionnaire techniques or questionnaires and documentation techniques. While the research instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. Test instruments used are validity and reliability, data transformation using excel programs, while the data analysis tool used is multiple regression, the results of the study show that the Islamic culture of "Definitely Okay" has a positive effect on Employee Performance.

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the perception of MSME entrepreneurs regarding the importance of SAK EMKM-based financial statements. These factors include the level of education, utilization of information technology, length of business, turnover and provision of information and socialization of SAK EMKM. The data used in this study was obtained from a questionnaire. The population in this study was furniture SMEs in Jepara Regency. Determination of the sample used quota sampling so that 75 furniture SMEs were selected in Jepara Regency. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the level of education, utilization of information technology and length of business did not affect the perception of MSME entrepreneurs regarding the importance of SAK EMKM-based financial statements. However, the turnover and the provision of information and socialization of SAK EMKM had a positive effect on the perception of MSME entrepreneurs regarding the importance of EMKM-based SAK financial statements in furniture SMEs in Jepara District.

This study aims to examine the effect of previously sales, price of the goods, and price of subtitute goods to sales of sedan car. Independent variables used in this study previously sales, price of the goods, and price of subtitute goods, and prediction of sales tax on luxury goods. Shile the dependent variable in thisstudy was measured using sales of sedan cars the measured of the car unit is succesfully sold every year during in the period 2013-2017. The population in this study amounted to 24 sedan’s companies list on Combined Motor Vehicle Industry (GAIKINDO) during 2013 until 2017. Determination of the sample using purpossive sampling method and obtained a sample of 5 sedan’s companies based on certain criteria. The analysis tool used in the panel and the selected model is fixed effect model. The result show that previous sales has  positively effect on the sales of sedan car, price of the goods has positive effect on the sales of sedan car. Meanwhile price of subtitute goods has negative effect on the sales of sedan car.

This study aims to determine and analyze how much influence the bank's internal factors such as Equity, Operational Costs per Operating Income (BOPO), Financing Deposit to Ratio (FDR), Non Performing Financing (NPF) as a mediator and external or macroeconomic factors namely inflation and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) on profitability represented by Return on Assets (ROA) at Bank Muamalat Indonesia for the period 2008-2018. The data used in this research are secondary data obtained from the publication of quarterly financial statements from 2008 to quarter 2 of 2018. The method that used in this research is path analysis with SPSS 20.0 as the analytical tool. The results of the study partially test the hypothesis (t-test), in substructure I shows that the capital variable has a significant negative effect on NPF, BOPO and inflation has a significant positive effect on NPF, FDR and GDP do not significantly influence NPF at Bank Muamalat Indonesia. In substructure II partially, Capital, BOPO, significant negative effect on ROA, FDR and NPF has a significant positive effect on ROA, Inflation and GDP does not significantly influence ROA while simultaneously significantly influencing ROA. Based on the sobel test, capital has a significant effect on ROA through NPF, BOPO has a significant effect on ROA through NPF, FDR has a significant effect on ROA through NPF, Inflation has a significant effect on ROA through NPF, while GDP has no significant effect on ROA through NPF.

The aims of this study was to explain the effect of employee engagement and work stress on job satisfaction and turnover intention at Aman Villas Nusa Dua-Bali. The type of data used in this study is qualitative and quantitative data, with data sources namely primary and secondary data. Data collection method is interview, distributing questionnaires to respondents and library research, while the data analysis technique used Smart PLS 3.2.8. The results of this study showed that employee engagement had a positive effect and significant on job satisfaction, work stress had a negative effect but not significant on job satisfaction, employee engagement had a negative effect and significant on turnover intention, work stress had a positive effect and significant on turnover intention, job satisfaction had a negative effect but not significant on turnover intention, employee engagement had a positive effect but not significant on turnover intention trough job satisfaction, work stress had a positive effect but not significant on turnover intention trough job satisfaction at Aman Villas Nusa Dua-Bali.

The purposes of this research are to identify the influence of travel cost, income, distance, access, facilities, natural beautiness, and age on the number of individual visits to Curug Silawe and to estimate the economic value of Curug Silawe through individual travel cost method. The population in this study are tourists that visited Curug Silawe with sample of 98 respondents taken by the quota accidental sampling technique. The data collection method used are literature study and questionnaire. The analysis tool used are OLS linear regression and economic value estimation. The results showed the variables that influence the number of individual visits to Curug Silawe are income, distance and age. Income and age has a positive effect. While distance has a negative effect. The economic value of Curug Silawe reached IDR 1,109,930,140.48 per year. This value is obtained from consumer surplus obtained per individual per year of IDR 308,656.88. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh biaya perjalanan, pendapatan, jarak, akses, fasilitas, keindahan alam, dan usia pada jumlah kunjungan individu ke Curug Silawe dan untuk memperkirakan nilai ekonomi Curug Silawe melalui metode biaya perjalanan individu . Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Curug Silawe dengan sampel 98 responden yang diambil dengan teknik quota accidental sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dan kuesioner. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear OLS dan estimasi nilai ekonomi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel yang mempengaruhi jumlah kunjungan individu ke Curug Silawe adalah pendapatan, jarak dan usia. Penghasilan dan usia memiliki efek positif. Sedangkan jarak memiliki efek negatif. Nilai ekonomi Curug Silawe mencapai Rp1.109.930.140,48 per tahun. Nilai ini diperoleh dari surplus konsumen yang diperoleh per individu per tahun sebesar Rp308.656,88.

This study aims to determine the effect of energy consumption and regime on economic growth in Indonesia. The data used is secondary data in the form of time series data from 1988-2017, with documentation and library study data collection techniques obtained from relevant institutions and agencies. the variables used are economic growth (GDP), non-renewable energy consumption, renewable energy consumption and regime, the research methods used are: (1) Multiple Regression Analysis (OLS), (2) Classical Assumption Test results of research stating that: ( 1) non-renewable energy consumption has a positive effect on economic growth in Indonesia. (2) consumption of renewable energy has a positive effect on economic growth in Indonesia. (3) the energy regime has a negative effect on economic growth in Indonesia. (4) non-renewable energy consumption, renewable energy consumption and energy regime have a significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia. so only the energy regime has a negative effect on economic growth in Indonesia.

This study aims to determine how the influence of financial development on economic growth in Indonesia. Financial development indicators are M2 money supply, bank assets, private credit and trade openness. Where inflation and trade openness as a control variable and economic growth as the dependent variable. The data used in this study are secondary data from 2005 quarter 1 to 2018 quarter 4 which were collected through documentation and related agencies. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis and error correction models. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the money supply M2 has a negative effect on economic growth in Indonesia; (2) Bank assets have a negative effect on economic growth in Indonesia; (3) Private credit has a positive effect on economic growth in Indonesia; (4)) trade openness has a positive effect on economic growth in Indonesia.

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to be able to determine the effect of world oil prices on economic growth in Indonesia by applying the exchange rate moderating variable and the BI rate as a connecting variable. Descriptive and associative research is a type of research that is used with data collection techniques through a trusted official agency website that is classified in the quarterly time series secondary data. The data year in this study was from 2006 to 2018. Data analysis was carried out through descriptive and inductive analysis with a Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) data analysis tool accompanied by a classic assumption test and a t test. Estimation results show that there are two research results; firstly, that the exchange rate has an effect on moderating the relationship between world oil prices and economic growth in Indonesia, secondly, that the BI rate has no influence connecting world oil prices and economic growth in Indonesia. Keywords: World oil prices, economic growth, exchange rates, BI rate, Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA).

Abstract: This study aims to determine (1) the effect of the level of education on the opportunitiesfor job seekers to access the internet in West Sumatra. (2) the influence of gender on job seekers'opportunities to access the internet in West Sumatra. (3) the influence of age on the opportunitiesfor job seekers to access the internet in West Sumatra. (4) the influence of the area of residence onthe opportunities for job seekers to access the internet in West Sumatra. (5) the effect of income onjob search opportunities in accessing the internet in West Sumatra. This type of research isdescriptive - associative. The types and sources of data from the Socio-Economic Survey aresecondary. In this study using data that already exists in a data collection (National Socio-Economic Survey (SUSENAS) in 2018. The analysis tool used is logistic regression analysis, andthe total number of job seekers is 1,641 people. From the results of this study, it is explained that(1) education has a significant positive effect on the opportunities for job seekers to access theinternet in West Sumatra, (2) gender has no significant negative effect on the opportunities for jobseekers to access the internet in West Sumatra. (3) age has no significant positive effect on theopportunities for job seekers to access the internet in West Sumatra (4) the area of residence has apositive and significant effect on the opportunities for job seekers to access the internet in WestSumatra. (5) income has a significant positive effect on the opportunities for job seekers to accessthe internet in West Sumatra. As for the results of the research, so that the government of WestSumatra Province can provide socialization on the use of the internet in looking for work andbecome a consideration for the government in formulating a policy related to job availability forjob seekers in accessing the internet.Keywords: Job seekers, Internet, Logistic Regression.
