This research is motivated by the increasing use of the veil among female students. Although basically wearing the hijab is a dress code that is required by Islam for Muslim women, but it is proven that only some of them wear the hijab. This reality shows, besides the syar'i provisions that are obeyed, there seems to be something else that makes some Muslim women feel confident to wear the hijab. This research-based paper aims to find out the motives and meanings of wearing headscarves by the students of Communication Studies at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Tadulako University, Palu. The study uses qualitative research methods, with in-depth interview techniques, and observation, with the aim of exploring the motives and veiled meanings of the female students. Research uses a phenomenological approach. The results of the study concluded two things. First, the motives of female students wearing headscarves are divided into two, namely the motives of the past and the motives of the future. Motives of the past are encouraged because of encouragement and advice from parents and family, as well as shar'i motifs based on obligations established by Islam. The future motives underlying the female students using veil are divided into the motive of wanting to avoid bad things, wanting to control their behavior, and wanting to be appreciated. Second, related to self-meaning, the students who wear the hijab interpret it as proof of love for God, and as a service to both parents.

The Perth Basin may have been regarded in the past as prospectively poor, but things are about to change! Seismic quality was generally poor, reservoirs often tight and source- rock maturity data limited. Abundant source rocks which tend to have a predominance of Type III kerogens have been identified and the basin has often been referred to as gas prone, the two largest discoveries having combined recoverable reserves greater than 444 billion cubic feet (12.5 Gm3).Advances in seismic acquisition and processing, available from the early 1980s, is drawing back the veil that has enveloped major areas of the basin for many years. An estimated 29 wells out of 40 exploration wells studied in the northern area of the Perth Basin were drilled off- structure. Established plays are now being correctly delineated and oil- prone source rocks with good generative potential have been identified.Perhaps the most significant occurrence in the Perth Basin was the discovery of a new play in 1987 which stimulated a new round of activity. This will undoubtedly provide economic discoveries for the participants. This renewed prospectivity will spill over into the offshore areas in the near future. The northern area of the Perth Basin has an historic exploration risk of 12.5 per cent. With future exploration risk predicted at 20- 30 per cent, this area will become one of the most prospective onshore basins in Australia.

The phenomenon of the development of the veil in Indonesia, especially among higher education has become a concern lately. This is due to the view of the public about the relationship between the use of the veil with the influence of certain ideologies. This research aims to determine the reasons and motivations for the use of the veil among female students, perceptions received in the surrounding environment, and obstacles encountered. This research uses a phenomenological approach as part of qualitative research. Participants in this research were 12 female students from private universities in Yogyakarta. The method of in-depth interviews using interview guide instruments becomes a technique in collecting data. Data analysis using semantic reduction is done by identifying important statements from the results of the interview, determining the theme of the discussion, and describing the significance of the whole experience of veiled students. The results showed that there were five main themes in the use of the veil in higher education, namely the average age of female students who used veil, motivation and reasons for using a veil, perceptions from within themselves and their environment, constraints encountered, and consistency in wearing a veil. Some of the findings obtained are certainly new references that need to be further developed. Therefore, knowledge about Islamophobia especially the perception of the phenomenon of the veil is important for educational institutions in determining policy and for the community to be a reference in dealing with the phenomenon.

This article examines the practice and meanings of the new veiling and of Islamization more generally for young Muslim Javanese women in the new middle class. Drawing on eight months of ethnographic research in the Central Java city of Yogyakarta in 1999 and three subsequent one-month visits during 2001, 2002, and 2003, I explore the social and religious attitudes of female students at two of Yogyakarta's leading centers of higher education: Gadjah Mada University, a nondenominational state university, and the nearby Sunan Kalijaga National Islamic University. The ethnographic and life-historical materials discussed here underscore that the new veiling is neither a traditionalist survival nor an antimodernist reaction but rather a complex and sometimes ambiguous effort by young Muslim women to reconcile the opportunities for autonomy and choice offered by modern education with a heightened commitment to the profession of Islam.

<p align="center">Abstract</p><p>               Headscarves are something that is familiar to Muslim women who function as someone's Muslim identity. The change in the standard veil mode to the shari'ah that occurs in Madrasah Aliyah students is a new thing out of the ordinary in the Madrasah. The change in the veil style is feared to trigger a negative response from the public who often perceive as a dangerous Islamic group. This study discusses the process of change using the hijab syar'i on students, the motive behind it and the changing attributes after using the hijab syar'i. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection is done through interview and observation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the process of change towards the headscarf is done slowly by learning the source of books and the internet without studying the scholars 'who understand the problem of syara' about hijab. Furthermore, there are two motives behind the student's decision to switch to the hijab syar'I, which is first: the motive for (motive because) in the form of: religious motives, psychological motives and defense motives. Second, the goal motive (in-order-to-motive) is: the motive for receiving charity and the motive for improving worship. While aspects that change after students wear the hijab syar'I, namely: first, changes in physical attributes, changes in aspects of psychology and changes in idealism in worship.</p><p> </p>

The article performs an analysis of the maxim of Ancient China, according to which further life, changes can be controlled if you first lift the veil of the past and present, look into the future and it is better to construct its desired image and move towards it. To this end, the author considers the traditional model of managing current changes and possible future, formed within the framework of the spiritual culture of China, which has found its modern embodiment in the technology of Chinese foresight. The paper determines the socio-cultural foundations of the model, the nature of prognostic knowledge, the features of its implementation in the form of effective inaction. The author pays special attention in the article to the understanding of the Chinese phenomenon of the future and its cosmological basis, the role of the “Supreme Ultimate” (Taiji) in the prognostic process, the latent side of the cognitive prognostic technology.

E-working undergoes a facelift. Its present extent and format are extending to (re)define the future of workplaces. The consequences of the sudden arrival COVID-19 pandemic are not fully understood yet, because a radical evolution of work is still running. Over the past few months, nearly every organization seems to have implemented its e-working practices. Some of them contradict each other, which may lead to confusion and disharmony. It opens the question of creating and developing optimal e-worker-friendly environments. On 11 May 2020, the authors of the paper launched an online survey to gather important data to determine how workers of different subsidiaries of an international organization were coping with this sudden change. In 154 responses, they shared their feelings on the recent workplace challenges as well as future perspectives. In the survey, the respondents and their workplaces confirmed their quick adaption to e-working. More than half of them feel more productive at home than in the office. They indicate their preference for a smart casual dress code. More than one-third of respondents would like to extend working from home to a longer period (1-2 years). They see their subsidiaries not having developed a return-to-work strategy as a problem. Another big issue is the blurred line between personal and work life. Data provide strong evidence of the benefits of e-working and constitute a set of recommendations for this type of work in the future. The conclusions have been generalized to a model that can guide organizations in managing their e-working balanced and positively expanding.

Nowdays the hijrah culture is becoming a trend. Not a few Muslim women who emigrated by wearing the veil as a face covering, but then it became a challenge for them when they get discrimination, which is linked to terrorism. The phenomenon of veiled Muslim women in Indonesia continues to increase until it has become a trendy outfit as evidenced by the number of veiled Muslim women who are increasingly open on Instagram in expressing themselves. This study uses a constructivist paradigm with qualitative methods and a phenomenological approach. The subject of the study is five Muslimah Instagram users. This study found that there was expressive self-disclosure with enlarged open areas (open self) and Islamic self-disclosure with enlarged hidden self areas. There are functions of expression, self validation, social control and relationship development experienced by veiled Muslim women, and there is no function of self clarification.  This study concluded that Muslims on Instagram can influence the community in removing the negative stigma of muslims and giving direction to other muslims to stay open and not shut away from society.

Al Qur'an is the holy book of Islam, in which there are many rules of Allah, one of which is the rule about the ethics of Muslim women wearing Jilbab. God's command of the veil contained in the Qur'an always begins with the words of a believing woman. this phrase shows how the hijab's position is based on the faithful women. According to Abdul A'la Al-Maududi as quoted by Quraish Shihab, the basis of all forms of obedience and obedience in Islam is Faith. It is clear that it is faith alone that simply binds a person to remain obedient, obedient to the law of God in all their affairs of life. Therefore, Islam first teaches mankind to believe and strengthen the faith to be imprinted in the hearts of men. It is implanted earlier before taught related to worship, muamalah and morals including in it are morally dressed or veiled contained in al-Qur'an and Al-Hadith. From historical analysis, munasabah analysis, and language analysis of the veil it can be concluded that the veil in general is a wide, loose, and covering the entire body. Meanwhile, the commentators differ on the meaning of "Let them stretch out their veils to their whole bodies." Among their interpretations of the verse are: covering his face and head, and only showing his left eye; cover the entire body and half the face by showing both eyes; and extend the cloth to cover the head to the chest. Thus, we can know that commentators from the past until now have agreed that the hijab is a religious duty for women. They agree on the obligation to wear the hijab and differ on the meaning of extending the veil: whether it extends throughout the body except one eye, extends to the whole body except for two eyes, or extends to the whole body except the face.
