Public services in the tourism sector are one of the most important parts to support the increase in the Human Development Index (HDI) in the economic sector. This requires quality services based on the government's development strategy through public policies that are linked to regional potential, especially the tourism potential of the South Garut area. Based on the results of research with a qualitative approach that the tourism potential of South Garut, both coastal and mountainous areas, is very potential and really needs the attention of all parties, especially the government to make public policies in the tourism sector.

The development of the Chinese city site area as a tourism potential in the city of Medan is very important considering the city of Medan does not yet have natural tourism objects that are well managed. The type of study used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach where research is carried out to create a tourism development using the Collaborative Management (Co-Management) method. To obtain data and to deepen the implementation of collaborative management, in-depth interviews were conducted with key informants and questionnaires so that the data needed in this study was complete. Data obtained in the field, both secondary data and primary data will be compiled, presented and analyzed with a qualitative approach in the form of exposure which will then be analyzed in accordance with the research problem undertaken. The results of research conducted show that the community has been involved in the development of tourism in the Chinese city site area. But the community is still walking alone in the development of tourism. With the concept of collaborative management, it will certainly be in developing tourism that is more focused and more targeted as desired. From this research it can be concluded that the area of the Chinese city site has a huge opportunity to be developed into the tourism sector that can provide benefits for both the government, the community and the parties involved in developing tourism.

This research has a specific purpose: (i) determine the potential of coastal area can be developed as a tourism product, (ii) Knowing constraints are faced in developing the tourism potential, and (iii) determine strategies that can be used in developing the tourism potential of the coast as a creative tourism products Yeh Gangga Beach, Sudimara village, Tabanan Bali. The general objective to be achieved is to improve the performance of the tourism sector in the welfare of society Tabanan through sustainable tourism development by developing creative potential.. The research found that (i) Yeh Gangga Beach has some potential creativity attraction, such as : art market, handycraft,video and photography, music and art performance, scenery, and accomodation; (ii) The main problems encountered are (i)Most strategic land has been switched ownership to investors. The strategy should be applied is (i) Maintain Yeh Gangga Beach as tourist attraction developed Tabanan through local regulations, (ii) increasing public awareness of tourism. The implications are (i) theoretically enriching literature of sustainability in tourism coastal area, (ii)practically could enhance the government to develop coastal tourism in Tabanan Bali.

Tourism is a public sector that should be managed seriously to improve the livelihoods of many people. The potential of Aceh's tourism must be encouraged by quality public policies so that all of its potential will be maximized. In fact, there are still many weaknesses in public policies in the tourism sector that have rendered Aceh's tourism potential in vain. This study aims to describe Aceh's public policy in the tourism sector in terms of opportunities and challenges. The research approach used is a qualitative analysis through a literature review that relies on secondary data, namely by collecting and mapping data from government documents in the form of tourism plans, tourism regulations, work reports on tourism and similar studies on tourism policies. The results of the study show that the Aceh Government has seen great opportunities in the tourism sector, especially from halal tourism, but what remains a challenge until now is that the Government of Aceh has not resolved problems related to tourism governance, tourism destination development and tourism branding.

The sector developed in Indonesia at this time is the tourism sector. The purpose of this study is to find out how the development of attractions, supporting and inhibiting factors, and formulate strategies in the development of tourism objects in Rejang Lebong Regency. This research uses descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Data in this study were collected through interviews, documentation, observation and data triangulation. The analysis technique used in writing uses the SWOT analysis and Litmust Test to be reduced, presented and concluded. The results of research strategies for developing tourism objects in Rejang Lebong Regency are still not maximal, because there are many weaknesses in each component in the tourism area which become a benchmark for the development of Bengkulu Province tourist destinations, Rejang Lebong. The influencing factors are internal factors, namely strengths and weaknesses and external factors, namely opportunities and threats. Based on these factors, researchers can reformulate the strategy in the development of attractions in Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu Province

This study aims to examine the competitiveness of tourism sector Sambas Regency to the surrounding area. The study conducted in the form of analysis of factors that determine the competitiveness of tourism sector of Sambas Regency and the preparation of policy strategies that must be done by regional governments to improve the competitiveness of tourism sector of Sambas Regency. The method of analysis used in this research is the shift share method and composite index. The data used are the number of tourist objects, the number of labor, the number of foreign tourists, the number of domestic tourists, the condition of road circulation, the government budget, the number of hotels, restaurants (restaurants), and travel agencies, and other data related research. Based on the research results, tourism sector in general Sambas Regency has great tourism potential, this is supported by the existence of natural resources, culture and history. Nevertheless, this study shows that Sambas Regency is still experiencing slow growth and less competitive than other areas around Sambas Regency. The most determining factor of tourism competitiveness of Sambas Regency is the supporting and related industry factors, especially the number of restaurants and travel agencies and the number of manpower engaged in tourism is still limited in number. The development of supporting infrastructure and tourism promotion is a condition that must be done by the government in order to improve the competitiveness of tourism sector of Sambas Regency.

The purpose of this study was to describe public services during a pandemic, as initial research, public services are focused on e-KTP services at the Bandar Lampung City Population and Civil Registry Service because e-KTP services are a priority ahead of the simultaneous Regional Head Elections on 9 December 2020. Public service is an activity that is given to meet the needs of every person or society. Therefore, the government must have a strategy of responsibility and serving various problems and responses from the community. The e-KTP making service is measured from various dimensions of service quality such as reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. With a qualitative approach, data is obtained based on the results of observations and interviews, it is known that administrative services for making ID cards have not been carried out by following changes during the pandemic, problems that arose before the pandemic still occur so that it does not provide satisfaction to the community, this is seen from the lack of infrastructure. adjusting to pandemic conditions, lack of responsiveness and attention from staff and employees, guaranteeing certainty of settlement that is not in accordance with the stipulated rules is a challenge in implementing the dimensions of e-KTP services.

Melasti beach is a tourist attraction of the beach that is just starting to develop. Melasti Beach still in development in the governance by the village of Ungasan and yet the existence of a management system. Melasti beach is located in Ungasan, South Kuta, Badung Regency, has the potentialities are wonderful and interesting to develop. The assumption behind this is based on the chosen research topic "melasti Beach Development Strategy as a tourist attraction in the village of Ungasan, South Kuta, Badung Regency. Data types and data sources that are used i.e. qualitative data, primary and secondary data. Data collection done by way of observation, unstructured interviews, study kepustakan, documentation, research instrument is the guidance interview. The analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative data analysis with the use of tourism potential and analysis approach to SWOT analysis which clearly sets forth the findings based on the issues examined with accurate data sources. In the results of this research demonstrating that the Melasti Beach has the potential of nature is very beautiful, it also has the potential of culture as well as potential human or artificial to developed, capable of attracting tourists visit. Although still in the development phase is already visited by tourists and foreigners to the archipelago. The conclusions from the results of Shore Development Melasti is need for management systems, many still lack facilities to complement the tourist attraction due to the lack of funds and contributions from the Government is still waiting for him. The research aim is to determine development strategy of Banjar Samu as a tourism village. This research used qualitative and quantitative data with source from primary and secondary data. Observation, interview and documentation are data collection techniques. The sample method used purposive sampling while data analysis used descriptive qualitative and SWOT analysis.  Based on the results, the research indicate is that Banjar Samu have tourism potential which is consisted of natural potentials include panorama of rice fields and water springs. While the potential of culture include: community activities, hospitality and attitude of mutual cooperation, temples: building architecture and religious activity, sacred art of barong landung and another arts entertainment such as joged bumbung, arja, gambelan geguntangan, as well as local craft communities such as wood carving, silver handicrafts, yoga-meditation activity and sekaa such as sekaa gong,  joged, geguntangan, arja, angklung, subak and sekaa santi. Based on the analysis of SWOT Matrix, the results obtained by SO strategies are improving the quality of tourism potential and establish tourist activity. ST strategy is improving the security services. WO strategies are increasing cooperation with the government college, arranging some promotion. This study aims to determine the potential of historical attractions in Sinjai Regency, the development of historical tourism in Sinjai Regency 2008-2016, and the impact of historical tourism on the communities around the site, the government and tourists. The method used in the research and writing of this thesis is a historical research method, which includes: heuristics, source criticism, interpretation and historiography. The techniques used in data collection are observation, interview and literature study techniques. The results of this study indicate that Sinjai as a Level II Region in South Sulawesi has tourism potential that is not inferior to other regions. The Batupake Gojeng Archaeological Park, the Karampuang Indigenous Area, and the Balangnipa Fort are one of the historical tourist destinations offered by Sinjai Regency. Although the Tourism and Culture Office of Sinjai Regency was only established in 2017, activities in the tourism sector will continue to be carried out in previous years. The three historical attractions have their respective developments both in terms of facilities and infrastructure to the number of visitors. The contribution of each element in the development of the historical tourism sector in Sinjai Regency is something that needs to be improved. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the historical attractions in Sinjai Regency have an impact on the socio-cultural, educational and economic sectors for the local government and the people who live around the site.

This research related to the implementation of good governance, free from corruption, collusion and nepotism. The approach used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach. The Location of research conducted in the District of Pemalang. Based on the research results can presented that the District of Pemalang is committed and fully supports the government policy in eradicating corruption. District of Pemalang support to efforts to more information accelerate the eradication of corruption stated in the the Regional Action Plan to Accelerate the Eradication of Corruption (RAD-PK) in 2011 -2016 which refers to the Medium Term Development Plan (RPJM) District of Pemalang from 2011 to 2016 and the National Action Plan for Eradication of Corruption (RAN-PK) and the President of Republic of Indonesia Instruction No. 5 Year 2004 on Accelerating the eradication of corruption. RAD-PK 2011-2016 District of Pemalang is a document that contains an action program that aims to accelerate the eradication of corruption. RAD-PK as a program of action containing concrete measures that have been agreed by the stakeholders in the area, so it has been a commitment of local governments prevention efforts corruption through the development of programs and activities aimed at improving public services and the application of the principles of good governance. Keywords: governance, eradication, corruption
