Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh kepala seksi Penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umrah Kementerian Agama Kota Sukabumi terhadap pegawai dalam pelaksanaan program kerja dan bagaimana tindakan yang dilakukan oleh kepala seksi dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawainya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Adapun analisis data dilakukan melalui penafsiran logika yang dihubungkan dengan konteks Manajemen Dakwah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, standar pengawasan yang ditetapkan di Seksi Penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umrah; Kedua, tindakan evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Seksi Penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umrah dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai; Ketiga, tindakan perbaikan (corrective) yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Seksi Penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umrah dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Secara umum penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pola pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Seksi Penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umrah ini sudah tepat, dengan adanya proses evaluasi dan tindakan perbaikan sehingga program kerja yang telah ditetapkan dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan lancar.    This research aims to find out how the supervision process conducted by the head section of Hajj and Umrah Implementation of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Sukabumi to employees in the implementation of work programs and how the actions performed by the head section in improving employee performance. This research method using descriptive method Data collection techniques in this study is through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data analysis is done through the interpretation of logic that is connected with the context of Da'wah Management. The results showed that: First, the supervisory standards set out in the Hajj and Umrah Section Implementation Section; Second, evaluation actions undertaken by Section Head of Hajj and Umrah Implementation in improving the performance of employees; Third, corrective action conducted by the Head of Section of Hajj and Umrah Implementation in improving the performance of employees. In general, this research can be concluded that the supervision pattern conducted by the Head of Section of Hajj and Umrah Implementation is correct, with the evaluation process and corrective action so that the work program that has been set can run effectively and smoothly.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses optimalisasi siskohat yang dilakukan oleh kepala seksi Penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umrah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Jawa Barat terhadap pelayanan pendaftaran calon jamaah haji. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Adapun analisis data dilakukan melalui penafsiran logika yang dihubungkan dengan konteks Manajemen Dakwah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, standar kompenen hardware yang ditetapkan Seksi Penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umrah; Kedua, pembaruan sistem software siskohat dan memperbaiki beberapa bug yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Seksi Penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umrah dalam meningkatkan proses pelayanan; Ketiga, standar brainware yang ditetapkan oleh Kepala Seksi Penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umrah dalam meningkatkan pelayanan pendaftaran. Secara umum penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa optimalisasi siskohat dalam pelayanan pendaftaran jamaah yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Seksi Penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umrah ini sudah tepat, dengan adanya proses penetapa standar dan tindakan pembaruan program yang telah ditetapkan dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan lancar. This study aims to find out how the process of optimization siskohat conducted by the head section of Hajj and Umrah Implementation of the Ministry of Religion of West Java Province to the registration service candidates for pilgrims. This research method using descriptive method Data collection techniques in this study is through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data analysis is done through the interpretation of logic that is connected with the context of Da'wah Management. The result of the research shows that: First, the standard of hardware component determined by the Section of Hajj and Umrah Implementation; Second, update siskohat software system and fix some bugs made by Head of Section of Hajj and Umrah Implementation in improving service process; Third, the standard brainware set by Head of Section of Hajj and Umrah Implementation in improving registration service. In general, this research can be concluded that the optimization siskohat in service registration of pilgrims conducted by the Head of Section of Hajj and Umrah Implementation is already appropriate, with the process penyapa standard and program update actions that have been set can run effectively and smoothly

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pengorganisasian yang dilakukan oleh kepala seksi Penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umrah Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Garut, terhadap pegawai dalam penyelenggaraan Haji dan bagaimana kebijakan yang dilakukan oleh kepala seksi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Adapun analisis data dilakukan melalui penafsiran logika yang dihubungkan dengan konteks Manajemen Dakwah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, standar pelayanan yang ditetapkan di Seksi Penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umrah; Kedua, proses pembagian kerja yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Seksi Penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umrah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan; Ketiga, pendelegasian wewenang yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Seksi Penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umrah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Secara umum penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pola pengorganisasian yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Seksi Penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umrah ini sudah tepat, dengan adanya proses evaluasi dan tindakan perbaikan sehingga program kerja yang telah ditetapkan dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan lancar. This research aims to find out how the organizing process is carried out by the section head of the Hajj and Umrah organizers of the Ministry of Religion of Garut.  Regency towards employees in the implementation of Hajj, and how policies are carried out in improving service quality. The method presented in this study is the technique descriptive method in collecting this data by observing, interviewing and documenting studies. As for the data analysis done with the interpretation of logic which is related to the context of da'wah management, the results of the study show that: First, service standards set in the Hajj and Umrah Implementation Section; Second, the process of division of labor carried out by the Section Head of Hajj and Umrah Implementation in improving the quality of services; Third, delegation of authority is carried out by the Section Head for Hajj and Umrah Implementation in improving service quality. In general, this study can be concluded that the organizational pattern carried out by the Head of Hajj and Umrah Implementation Section is appropriate, with the evaluation process and corrective actions so that the work program that has been established can run effectively and smoothly.

AbstrakPenelitian kontrastif tentang partikel preposisi bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Korea ini membahas persamaan dan perbedaan kedua bahasa dari beberapa aspek, yaitu (1) bentuk; (2) posisi, (3) fungsi, dan (4) penggunaan. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam proses pengumpulan data ini adalah metode deskriptif kontrastif. Metode ini merupakan metode gabungan yang bertujuan mendeskripsikan bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Korea yang dikontraskan. Pengontrasan dilakukan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang persamaan dan perbedaan karakteristik gramatikal di antara kedua bahasa tersebut. Hasil yang diperoleh dari analisis data menunjukkan bahwa (1) Bentuk partikel preposisi dari kedua bahasa berbeda. Bahasa Indonesia partikelnya berupa kata sedangkan bahasa korea partikelnya berupa satuan yang lekat atau morfem. (2) Posisi partikel preposisi dalam bahasa Indonesia umumnya terdapat di depan kata yang diterangkan sedangkan partikel preposisi dalam bahasa Korea pasti lekat dibelakang kata yang diterangkannya. (3) Fungsi partikel preposisi dalam bahasa Indonesia berjumlah 16 sedangkan fungsi partikel preposisi dalam bahasa Korea berjumlah 11. (4) Penggunaan partikel preposisidalam kedua bahasa sama-sama berperan aktif dalam pembentukan kalimat.Kata Kunci: analisis kontrastif, partikel preposisi, bahasa Indonesia, bahasa Korea�AbstractThe study of contrastive about preposition particles of Indonesian and Korean language discusses the similarities and differences of the two languages from several aspects, namely (1) form; (2) position, (3) function, and (4) usage. The research method used in this data collection process is a descriptive method contrastive. This method is a joint method that aims to describe the Indonesian language and the Korean language that is contrasted. Contrast is performed to obtain information on the similarities and differences in grammatical characteristics between the two languages. The results obtained from data analysis show that (1) Form of preposition particles of two different languages. Bahasa Indonesia partikelnya word while the korean particles in the form of aunit that is sticky or morpheme. (2) The position of the preposition particles in the Indonesian language is generally present in front of the said word whereas the preposition particles in Korean must be attached behind the word it describes. (3) The function of the preposition particles in Indonesian is 16, whereas the function of preposition particles in Korean is 11. (4) The use of preposition particles in both languages is equally active in the formation of sentences.Keywords: contrastive analysis, preposition particles, Indonesian language, Korean�language

The performance of an organization can be determined by the existence of a good organizational culture that exists within an organization. This work culture will not just appear, but must be pursued in earnest through a controlled process involving a controlled process involving all Human Resources (HR) in a set of systems, tools and supporting techniques. The objectives of the research carried out by the Alfamidi Prosperity Minimarket Outlet Soppeng are: to find out the description of organizational culture and employee performance at the Alfamidi Prosperity Soppeng Minimarket Outlet, Soppeng Regency. To answer these questions, the stages of the research method were used, starting from the literature review and field study, proposal preparation, testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, data collection, analysis and discussion. The data analysis used is descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the work culture of the employees at the Alfamidi Prosperity Minimarket Outlet Soppeng was high, as well as the employee performance at the Alfamidi Prosperity Soppeng Minimarket Outlet showed that the employee's performance was very good in achieving organizational goals.

This study aims to analyze the types of phoneme sound changes in Bugis, Toraja and Mandarin languages. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with data and data sources from 6 informants, each of whom masters Bugis, Toraja, and Mandar languages. Data collection techniques in this study used listening techniques, note-taking techniques, and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques in this study include data display, data reduction, verification, and data inference. The results showed that the types of sound changes in Bugis, Toraja, and Mandarin include lenisi, sound addition, metathesis, and assimilation. Apocope lenisi type is more commonly found in Bugis, Toraja and Mandar languages than syncope. In sound addition, the most common data found were prosthesis data in Bugis and Mandarin. The metathesis type is only found in the comparison of Toraja and Mandarin, and only regressive assimilation types are found in Toraja and Mandarin. From the results of the analysis of the type of sound change, it shows that the Toraja and Mandar languages are closer, compared to the Toraja and Bugis languages.

This research was conducted at PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera with the formulation of the problem in this study is whether work experience affects employee performance, whether career development affects employee performance, and whether work experience and career development affect employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method with a sample of 32 people who are employees of PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera and the data collection technique used is questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are multiple regression analysis. The result of the regression that works experience influenced employee performance and career development influenced employee performance. This research aims to describe; (1) internal factors, and (2) external factors that influence the participants in utilizing the special collection of Bung Hatta in the Upt Library Proclamation Bung Hatta Bukittinggi. This type of research is quantitative research, the research method used is a descriptive method. The location of this research was carried out at upt Library Proclamation Bung Hatta Bukittinggi Research object is a 19-year-old who has visited bung hatta special collection service of 36 respondents. Data collection conducted by disseminating questionnaires directly to the UPT library of Bung Hatta Bukittinggi Proclamation Library using incidental sampling techniques. The data analysis used is a quantitative deksriptive analysis presented in the form of a frequency and percentage distribution table.

This study aims to determine whether the Industrial Relationship  Between Worker, Entrepreneur and Government  at PT. Aru Raharja Indonesia has achieved its goal.           This research method used an evaluative descriptive method. The object of the research was focused on the Industrial relationship  between worker, entrepreneur and government  On the outsourcing program of PT. Aru Raharja Indonesia          Data is collected through observatied, documentation studied, and indepth interview. Data analysis used descriptive evaluative techniques, through four stages, namely: data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verification.          The results of the studied found that industrial relationship at the outsourcing program of PT. Aru Raharja Indonesia is classified as moderate. This indicates that the industrial relation to the outsourcing program of PT. Aru Raharja Indonesia still needs to be repaired in its implementation. It can be less effective in the process of communication between worker, entrepreneur and government in the form of coaching, supervision and coordination between the parties involved in the relationship industry

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menggambarkan proses pengawasan DKM Rahmatan Lil’alamin dalam perumusan standar pengawasan, hasil pengawasan, dan tindakan perbaikan DKM Rahmatan Lil’alamin terhadap penyimpangan yang ada dalam kegiatan santri untuk meningkatkan kegiatan santri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi langsung ke lapangan dan analisis dokumen sehingga diperoleh data yang valid. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa proses pengawasan terhadap kegiatan santri telah diterapkan dengan baik dilihat dari penetapan standar-standar pengawasan yang terbukti dengan adanya Standar Oprasional Prosedur (SOP) yang dijadikan standar dalam proses pengawasan. Kemudian hasil pengawasan terhadap kegiatan santri dibuat laporan yang tersusun rapih dalam bentuk Laporan Pencapaian Sasaran (LPS) yang akan dibahas untuk bahan evaluasi ketika diselenggarakan rapat. Kemudian ada tindakan perbaikan yang dilakukan oleh DKM Rahmatan Lil’alamin yaitu tindakan perbaikan langsung dan tidak langsung. Tindakan perbaikan ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kegiatan agar lebih baik dan produktif.   The purpose of this research is to know and describe the DKM supervision process of Rahmatan lil'alamin in formulating the standards of supervision, supervision, and corrective action of DKM Rahmatan lil'alamin against the irregularities present in the activities Students to increase the students ' activities. The research method used is a descriptive method, with the technique of collecting data through interviews, direct observation to the field and analysis of documents so that the data obtained valid. The results of this study showed that the supervision of the students ' activities has been properly applied in the determination of the supervisory standards proven by the standards of the oprational procedures (SOP) as standard in monitoring process. Then the results of supervision on the activity is made a report that arranged neatly in the form of Target Achievement Report (LPS) that will be discussed for evaluation material when held tightly. Then there is a corrective action performed by DKM Rahmatan Lil'alamin which is a direct and indirect corrective action. This corrective action is performed to improve activities to be better and productive.

This research was conducted by the author with the aim know employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Sorong Regency seen in aspects on aspects inputs(input), process (process), outputs (output), outcomes (results), benefits (benefits), and impacts (impact). The research method is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation, and documentation using the interactive model. The results of this study indicate the performance of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Sorong Regency is considered to be carried out well, this is indicated by the success of the objectives that have been planned by the Sorong Regency regional government by ensuring all inputs, starting from reliable and competent human resources for all their duties and functions, the existence of adequate facilities and infrastructure and adequacy of the budget. From the main tasks and functions, and work programs can be realized maximally and provide benefits and positive impacts for the needs of community services and also increase regional development. The performance of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Sorong Regency which is considered good is also inseparable from the work process of employees being able to utilize all resources optimally,
