This research was conducted by the author with the aim know employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Sorong Regency seen in aspects on aspects inputs(input), process (process), outputs (output), outcomes (results), benefits (benefits), and impacts (impact). The research method is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation, and documentation using the interactive model. The results of this study indicate the performance of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Sorong Regency is considered to be carried out well, this is indicated by the success of the objectives that have been planned by the Sorong Regency regional government by ensuring all inputs, starting from reliable and competent human resources for all their duties and functions, the existence of adequate facilities and infrastructure and adequacy of the budget. From the main tasks and functions, and work programs can be realized maximally and provide benefits and positive impacts for the needs of community services and also increase regional development. The performance of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Sorong Regency which is considered good is also inseparable from the work process of employees being able to utilize all resources optimally,

The ideology of Pancasila as a way of life, the basis of the state, and national identity has a various challenge from time to time so that the existence of Pancasila as an Ideology must be maintained, especially in industrial revolution 4.0. The research method used is a qualitative approach by doing study of literature. In data collection the writer used documentation while in techniques data analysis used content analysis, inductive and descriptive. Results of the research about challenges and strengthening of the Pancasila Ideology in facing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 are: (1)  grounding Pancasila, (2) increasing professional human resources based on Pancasila’s values, (3) maintaining the existence of Pancasila as the State Ideology.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze the Discipline of Civil Servants policy in improving performance at the Utan Sub-District Office, Sumbawa Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. The research method used is a qualitative method, with a qualitative approach. Data obtained through data collection techniques: interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the disciplinary policy of Civil Servants in the Utan Sub-District Office, Sumbawa Regency basically has not run effectively. This is due to a lack of awareness to be able to work with discipline. Keywords: implementation, civil discipline policy, employee performance

The purpose of this research is to know the success of benchmarking of madrasah head in transforming madrasah, to know benchmarking of head of madrasah, to know transformation that happened at madrasah, and to know benchmarking of madrasah head to transform madrasah. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data using the model of Miles and Huberman and data validity technique uses triangulation data. The results show that the success of madrasah head benchmarking in transforming with active commitment in managing madrasah, understanding the advantages and weaknesses of madrasah, innovating in madrasah, and applying benchmarking results in madrasah. Benchmarking process is self-evaluation of madrasah program, comparison with referral madrasah, reflection of madrasah performance and backbiting towards benchmarking of madrasah. The madrasah transformation covers the aspects of input, process transformation in madrasah, transformation of madrasah output and transformation of madrasah culture. The conclusion of this research can be seen that through benchmarking the head of madrasah can make the head of madrasah do madrasah transformation. The implication of this research is that benchmarking done by head of madrasah is not necessarily self-done. This requires the responsibility and commitment of all madrasahs in it, managerial skills, adequate human resources, and empowerment of all personnel in the madrasah.

This study aims to determine the sentence structure of Arabic and Indonesian terms in Surah Al-Baqarah, their similarities and differences, and their implications for translation. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were documentation and triangulation studies. From the results of this study, researchers found 190 the number of shar'iyah in surah Al-Baqarah with various sentence structures. Then, some similarities and differences in the structure between the sentence terms in Arabic and Indonesian, as well as the implications of this study, the researcher found a tendency to translate adawat syarṭ on the translation of the Ministry of Religion and Al-Mishbah.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kebijakan KTP Elektronik (KTP-el) di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Sukabumi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori evaluasi kebijakan dari William N. Dunn yang terdiri dari enam variabel, yaitu efektivitas, efisiensi, kecukupan, perataan, responsivitas, dan perataan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa evaluasi kebijakan KTP Elektronik (KTP-el) di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Sukabumi sudah berjalan dengan baik jika dilihat dari sisi efektivitas, perataan, responsivitas, dan ketepatan. Namun dari sisi efisiensi dan kecukupan belum berjalan dengan baik, hal ini menjadi penghambat keberhasilan dari pelaksanaan program KTP-el di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Sukabumi.   Abstract This study aims to evaluate the policy of Electronic KTP (KTP-el) in the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sukabumi City. The research method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach to data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation studies. This study uses the policy evaluation theory of William N. Dunn which consists of six variables, namely effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, leveling, responsiveness, and leveling. Based on the results of the study note that the evaluation of the Electronic KTP (KTP-el) policy at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sukabumi City has been going well when viewed in terms of effectiveness, leveling, responsiveness, and accuracy. However, in terms of efficiency and adequacy, it has not gone well, this has become an obstacle to the success of the implementation of the KTP-el program at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sukabumi City.

ABSTRACT This research was conducted to determine the factors behind the rubber farmers working on Sei Lakitan Pom Division of PT. PP. London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk and to calculate the income contribution of rubber farmers working on Sei Lakitan Pom Division of PT. PP London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk on the income of farmer's family. This research was conducted in Marga Baru Village Muara Lakitan District Musirawas Regency. In February Up to April 2017. The research method used is survey method, for Sampling Method used by Purposive Sampling method. Data Collection Methods used Interview method directly to the respondents who have been determined by using the quisionary aids that have been prepared before and secondary data. Data processing is done using descriptive method with qualitative approach and for second problem using formula systematically. From the research results showed that the factors of income and land factors that lie behind the rubber farmers work on the Division of Sei Lakitan Pom PT. PP London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk and income contribution of rubber farmers work at Sei Lakitan Pom Division PT.PP London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk by 73 percent to family income.

This study aims to find out and describe the process of implementing the UPZ implementation policy evaluation at Padjadjaran University: Factors that have constrained the evaluation of UPZ policies at Padjadjaran University: and the implications of the constraints on the existence of UPZ Padjadjaran University. This study uses a policy evaluation theory from William. N. Dunn who said that policy evaluation is influenced by six dimensions. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive method. Techniques for collecting data through interviews, observation, and literature. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the policy evaluation of the Central Baznas Regulation Number 2 of 2016 had not yet run optimally. This is because there are still among Muzaki who have potentially not participated in the UPZ Unpad and mustahik who have not all felt satisfied with the service and provision of infaq and charity zakat funds. As regional autonomy, a Regency has an obligation to organize government affairs. In addition, it also has the option of attribution authority in accordance with the constitution. The Regional Government organizes the field of government affairs that can foster healthy human resources. One of its authorities is the provision of sports facilities. This study aims to analyze the urgency of the Regulations on Organizing Sports. This research method is Legal Research through a qualitative approach by examining regulations/laws related to the authority of regional autonomy in organizing sports facilities. The results show that the formation of a Regional Regulation on the Implementation of Sports is prepared by taking into account the rules for the formation of legislation mandated by Law Number 12 of 2011 concerning Formation of Legislation. Thus the regulations decided can be implemented and in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

The performance of an organization can be determined by the existence of a good organizational culture that exists within an organization. This work culture will not just appear, but must be pursued in earnest through a controlled process involving a controlled process involving all Human Resources (HR) in a set of systems, tools and supporting techniques. The objectives of the research carried out by the Alfamidi Prosperity Minimarket Outlet Soppeng are: to find out the description of organizational culture and employee performance at the Alfamidi Prosperity Soppeng Minimarket Outlet, Soppeng Regency. To answer these questions, the stages of the research method were used, starting from the literature review and field study, proposal preparation, testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, data collection, analysis and discussion. The data analysis used is descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the work culture of the employees at the Alfamidi Prosperity Minimarket Outlet Soppeng was high, as well as the employee performance at the Alfamidi Prosperity Soppeng Minimarket Outlet showed that the employee's performance was very good in achieving organizational goals.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh kepala seksi Penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umrah Kementerian Agama Kota Sukabumi terhadap pegawai dalam pelaksanaan program kerja dan bagaimana tindakan yang dilakukan oleh kepala seksi dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawainya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Adapun analisis data dilakukan melalui penafsiran logika yang dihubungkan dengan konteks Manajemen Dakwah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, standar pengawasan yang ditetapkan di Seksi Penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umrah; Kedua, tindakan evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Seksi Penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umrah dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai; Ketiga, tindakan perbaikan (corrective) yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Seksi Penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umrah dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Secara umum penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pola pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Seksi Penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umrah ini sudah tepat, dengan adanya proses evaluasi dan tindakan perbaikan sehingga program kerja yang telah ditetapkan dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan lancar.    This research aims to find out how the supervision process conducted by the head section of Hajj and Umrah Implementation of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Sukabumi to employees in the implementation of work programs and how the actions performed by the head section in improving employee performance. This research method using descriptive method Data collection techniques in this study is through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data analysis is done through the interpretation of logic that is connected with the context of Da'wah Management. The results showed that: First, the supervisory standards set out in the Hajj and Umrah Section Implementation Section; Second, evaluation actions undertaken by Section Head of Hajj and Umrah Implementation in improving the performance of employees; Third, corrective action conducted by the Head of Section of Hajj and Umrah Implementation in improving the performance of employees. In general, this research can be concluded that the supervision pattern conducted by the Head of Section of Hajj and Umrah Implementation is correct, with the evaluation process and corrective action so that the work program that has been set can run effectively and smoothly.
