ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesejahteraan guru atau ustadz di Pondok Pesantren Assalafiy Al-Ikhlas dalam Perspektif Maqashid Syari'ah. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ustadz yang bekerja sebagai guru di Pondok Pesantren Assalafiy Al-Ikhlas sudah sejahtera, karena indikator-indikator dalam maqasid syariah seperti agama, jiwa, budi, keturunan, dan kekayaan sudah terpenuhi. Syukur adalah kunci bagi para ustadz yang bekerja di pondok pesantren Assalafiy Al-Ikhlas. Kesejahteraan yang diberikan pondok kepada ustadz sudah sangat mencukupi yaitu dengan memberikan bantuan kepada ustadz meskipun pondok Assalafiy Al-Ikhlas juga memiliki keterbatasan dalam berbagai hal, namun selalu berusaha semaksimal mungkin untuk mencapai kesejahteraan para ustadz.Kata Kunci: Kesejahteraan Islam, Pondok Pesantren, Maqashid Syariah. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the welfare of teachers or ustadz at the Assalafiy Al-Ikhlas Islamic boarding school in the perspective of maqashid syari'ah. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach using the case study method. The results of this study indicate that the ustadz who works as a teacher at the Assalafiy Al-Ikhlas Islamic boarding school has been prosperous, because the indicators in the maqasid of sharia such as religion, soul, mind, descent and wealth have been fulfilled. Gratitude is the key for the ustadz who work at the Assalafiy Al-Ikhlas Islamic boarding school. The welfare provided by the lodge to the ustadz has been very sufficient, namely by providing assistance to the ustadz even though the Assalafiy Al-Ikhlas cottage also has limitations in various ways, but always tries its best to achieve the welfare of the ustadz.Keywords: Islamic Welfare, Pondok Pesantren, Maqashid Syariah.

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan sistem dakwah Pondok Pesantren At-Tawazun ditinjau melalui sistem terbuka mulai dari tahap input, conversion, output, feedback, hingga environment dalam upaya mengatasi problematika santri yang dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan zaman. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan spesifikasi penelitian field research (penelitian lapangan). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan pondok pesantren At-Tawazun dirasakan cukup besar manfaatnya oleh orang tua maupun masyarakat. Lembaga dakwah dan pendidikan ini telah ikut berkontribusi dalam menanggulangi masalah sosial dan kenakalan remaja yang semakin rumit, sehingga mampu memberikan lulusan santri yang brakhlak, berbudi luhur dan mampu mengamalkan ilmunya di masyarakat. Lebih dari itu, kehadiran pondok pesantren At-Tawazun diharapkan dapat mengatasi akulturasi budaya yang menyimpang di era sekarang ini. Sehingga semangat generasi muda kita dapat disalurkan terhadak hal-hal positif, untuk kemajuan Agama dan Negara. This paper aims to describe the da’wah system of At-Tawazun Islamic Boarding School through an open system starting from the input, conversion, output, feedback, and environment stages in an effort to overcome the problems of santri that are influenced by the times. This research uses case study method with qualitative approach and field research specification (field research). The results of this study indicate that the existence of the At-Tawazun Islamic Boarding Scool was felt to be of considerable benefit by parent and community. This da’wah and education institution has contributed to tackling social problems and juvenile delinquency that are increasingly complicated, so as to be able to provide graduates who are morally, virtous and able to practice their knowledge in the community, moreover, the presence of the At-Tawazun Islamic Boarding School is expected to overcome the deviant cultural acculturation in the present era. So that the spirit of our young generation can be channeled suddenly to positive things, for the advancement of Religion and the state.

This study aims to determine the application of Islamic consumption by Al Aqobah Boarding School teacher in Diwek Subdistrict, Jombang District.This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive case study method. The population characteristics of this study are the teachers of Al Aqobah Boarding School in Diwek Subdistrict, Jombang District. The teachers of Al Aqobah Boarding School who know and understand the consumption according to Islam are people who implement Islamic consumption in his life, the teacher/ustadz and ustadzah who has been teaching at Al Aqobah boarding school at least 2 years. The number of samples in this study was six informants. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling.Based on the results of this study showed that Al Aqobah boarding school teacher in Diwek Subdistrict, Jombang District, has implemented the Islamic consumption legally (halal); they are not extravagant not only in spending wealth but also in living luxury and showing assets. They can also make the balance system between worldly and hereafter consumption.Moreover, the suggestion for all of people in Al Aqobah boarding school and also the teachers are expected to continue teaching the consumption which is true to Islam, apply in everyday life, and provide appropriate examples to the students. For further research, it is expected to examine the same topic with more in depth details about the implementation of Islamic consumption on other aspects that are more specific.

This study attempts to examine and analyze in detail the role of the community in disseminating the Darut Tafsir Islamic Boarding School at the city of  Bogor, West Java. For more details, this study examines in detail on "how to promote community participation in Darut Tafsir Islamic Boarding School?", Which focused on: 1) community participation in boarding school socialization planning, 2) community participation in boarding school socialization leading, 3) community participation in boarding school socialization controlling. This study will use a qualitative approach and methods used in this study is the case study method. It will be discussed in this study are: Firstly, community participation in socialization boarding school planning, consisting of: a) community participation in socialization planning, b) the way to involve the community participation in socialization planning, c) community participation in the process of socialization planning. Secondly, community participation in boarding school socialization leading, consisting of: a) community participation in socialization leading, b) the way to involve the community participation in socialization leading, c) community participation in the process of socialization leading. And thirdly, community participation in boarding school socialization controlling, consisting of: a) community participation in socialization controlling, b) the way to involve the community participation in socialization controlling, c) community participation in the process of socialization controlling.

The purpose of the study was to find out the title role of Pesantren believer Cooperative Mandiri Sidoarjo towards economic empowerment and independence employee boarding schools. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach to the case study method. Data collection was carried out by interviews and direct observation to informants, namely those in charge of pesantren, cooperative and cooperative employees (santri). And secondary data collection comes from journals, text books and other literature. The result of this study is the Mukmin Mandiri Pesantren Cooperative plays a major role in enhancing the empowerment of cooperative employees (santri) and playing an optimal role in supporting the independence of the cottage. The economic empowerment of pesantren employees conducted by the Mukmin Mandiri Pesantren Cooperative is by making the Cooperative a work field, a place to apply knowledge and a place to increase income. As for the independence of the cottage, that is to become the main source of funding for Islamic boarding schools in carrying out operations and the sustainability of Islamic boarding schools. Going forward, the Cooperative will further optimize the empowerment of union employees (santri) to print better students in the field of entrepreneurship and religion.Keywords: Cooperative Boarding School, Economic Empowerment, Independence of Islamic Boarding Schools

The purpose of this study was to compile a model of empowerment and a form of economic independence conducted at Mamba'us Sholihin Gresik Islamic Boarding School. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection was carried out by interviewing boarding school leaders, koppontren leaders, and leaders of pesantren social institutions, santri, surrounding communities, observation, and documentation. Secondary data collection came from journals, text books, boarding schools and literature. The results of this study are Islamic Boarding School Mamba'us Sholihin using a Muslim model in empowering santri through practice, training and becoming employees in the business units owned by Islamic boarding. Whereas in the empowerment of the surrounding community it is carried out through Islamic boarding social institutions, namely in the form of basic food assistance, routine studies, Ramadhan guidance, free medical assistance, and assistance in the event of a natural disaster. The manifestation of Islamic boarding’s economic independence is being able to meet the operational needs of Islamic boarding from the profit of the business units owned by the Islamic boarding.Keywords: Islamic Boarding School, Empowerment, Economic Independence

The Right

Amil zaka in zaka institutions has the right as one of eight ashnaf. Their rights are usually used by zaka institutions as operational cost. However, not all of the intitutions which manage zaka take amil’s right, one of them is Yayasan Nurul Hayat. This institution does not take amil’s right and it is independent in its operational cost. To support this operational cost, Yayasan Nurul Hayat establish business unit with utilize its profit.This study aimed to discover the capability of business unit in supporting operational cost of Yayasan Nurul Hayat. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive case study method. The selections of informant are using purposive sampling method. Data collection was conducted by semi-structured interviews and documentation. This data is analyzed using descriptive method.The result of this study shows that Yayasan Nurul Hayat Employments’ Salary is taken from business unit’s profit. It is also used to give bonus for employments and grow the business unit of Yayasan Nurul Hayat up. From the result of this study, it can be concluded that the business unit which is developed has great capability to support operational cost of Yayasan Nurul Hayat.

Pesantren, the Islamic boarding school, is the oldest Islamic education in Indonesia and is constantly undergoing changes from time to time. This research uses the qualitative approach. This study aims to describe the application of the heutagogy method in the growth of pesantren education. The results of this study indicate that the Al-Luqmaniyyah salaf Boarding School has already applied the heutagogy learning method, it means that pesantren education precedes the Westerners in terms of its utilization. Through the study and discussion of Kitab Kuning (yellow-colored textbooks about Islamic knowledge), students determine their systems, study materials, and problems to find a solution. Sources of learning for students are not only limited by the Kitab Kuning, but students can also have access through the internet, online books and applications with trusted sources. PSDS is responsible for managing the talents and interests of the santri (a term used in Pesantren to call an apprentice), as well as training santri skills by making films, recording, creativity, writing, making advertisements, making interesting contents on social media. LP2M Al-Luqmaniyyah with its various divisions is required to channel and facilitate what the community needs from the students as they can also learn from the community it self. Branch of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) in Tanjung Perak is one of the institution body that appointed by the Government to carry out the collection and remittance of WAPU VAT according to PMK No. 85 / PMK.03 / 2012 (amended by PMK No. 136 / PMK.03 / 2012). WAPU VAT collection and deposit system are inefficient because it requires a lot of time and effort when it comes to input the data entry of tax invoice, printing Tax Deposit and sent it to Bank Perception. Three steps activities need to be done more than once. Therefore, Branch of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) in Tanjung Perak need the collection and remittance of the WAPU VAT system that sufficient to improve the efficiency of tax suboffices performance.This research aims to design the accounting information system for collecting and depositing process WAPU VAT. WAPU VAT Deposit using e-tax payment application are expected to overcome the problems that will arise in the WAPU VAT system deposit.Exploratory qualitative approach with case study method chosen in order to dig up the real problem occurs and find a solution. This research are expected to contribute significantly towards Branch of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) in Tanjung Perak as a research subject. Franchise is a business license from the franchisor to the franchisee. The franchise business industry continues to show an increasing trend every year. One of the food franchise businesses that has successfully developed and has outlets in various cities in Indonesia is ChiFry. ChiFry has been established since 2015 and now has 27 outlets throughout Indonesia. This study aims to determine the relationship strategy of the franchisor with the franchisee in the ChiFry food business, where ChiFry within 4 years succeeded in opening 25 franchise branches. The research is based on customer relations theory because the franchisee is a customer of the franchisor. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the case study method. The results of this study indicate that all elements of the relationship strategy at ChiFry such as commitment, communication, trust, respect, mutual understanding, confidentiality, and mutual exchange work well, thus encouraging customer satisfaction. This research also shows that when the franchisor meets aspects of customer satisfaction such as quality perception, perceived value, and handling complaints, it will create loyalty from the franchisee.
