Pengembangan sektor perikanan dapat diintegrasikan dengan sektor pariwisata (mina wisata), dengan ragam kegiatan wisata di dalamnya. Mina Wisata merupakan aktifitas wisata yang berbasis pada kegiatan perikanan, seperti penangkapan, budidaya, pengolahan dan pemasaran. Tidar Dudan merupakan salah satu wilayah di Kota Magelang dengan keberadaan potensi perikanan yang dapat diintegrasikan dengan pariwisata dan menjadi tujuan (destinasi) Mina Wisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil kegiatan mina wisata yang dapat dimunculkan di Tidar Dudan beserta pengembangan produknya. Selain itu, dapat dirumuskan strategi pengembangan mina wisata di Tidar Dudan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan strategi pengembangan dianalisis menggunakan matriks SWOT. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan diskusi terarah dengan responden penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Mina Wisata di Tidar Dudan menjadi paket wisata minat khusus dengan daya tarik utama berupa outbond bertema perikanan, didukung keberadaan kompleks kolam budidaya dan alam perairan sungai yang ada. Produk mina wisata dapat dikembangkan dalam paket wisata Agro Education dan Susur Kampung Wisata. Strategi pengembangan mina wisata di Tidar Dudan antara lain dengan pengembangan paket mina wisata berbasis tematik dan lintas wilayah, pembenahan kelengkapan fasilitas dan aksesibilitas, pemasaran dan promosi produk mina wisata yang atraktif dan efektif, peningkatan investasi serta penguatan kapasitas pengelola wisata dan kelembagaan yang ada. The development of the fisheries sector can be integrated with the fisheries tourism sector (mina wisata), with a variety of tourism activities in it. Mina Wisata is a tourism activity based on fishery activities, like catching, aquaculturing, processing and marketing. Tidar Dudan is one of the areas in Magelang with the existence of fishery potential which can be integrated with tourism and to become the destination of fisheries tourism. This study aimed to determine the profile of tourism activities that can be raised in Tidar Dudan and its product development. In addition, this can be formulated a tourism development strategy in Tidar Dudan. The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method with the development strategy analyzed using the SWOT matrix. The data were obtained through observation, interviews and focused discussions group with respondents. The results show that Mina Wisata in Tidar Dudan became a special interest tour package, with the main atraction in the form of outbound tourism with the theme of fisheries, supported by the existence of fish farming complex and existing rivers. Mina Wisata product can be developed in Agro Education and village exploration tour. The strategy for developing mina wisata in Tidar Dudan includes a development of thematic and cross-regional based tourism packages, improving facilities and accessibility, marketing and promoting attractive and effective tourism products, increasing investment and strengthening the capacity of tourism managers and existing institutions.

To support the improvement of dental health in the community it is necessary to overcome them. The efforts of PT Fondaco on the fact encourage the founder to become one of the suppliers who support a variety of dental experts in the treatment by providing various medical purposes.The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of external environment, and internal to competitiveness and analyze the competitive strategy of PT Fondaco Jayatama to improve competitiveness. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive method by doing SWOT analysis (EFE and IFE matrix), IE matrix in matching stage, and QSPM analysis in desicion stage. The results of the EFE and IFE matrix analysis showed that Fondaco Jayatama can used all the opportunities and can overcomed threats from the rivalry. PT Fondaco Jayatama also has a good internal and can not be down by the external environment. PT Fondaco Jayatama was a strong competitors. The conclusion of this research is product development strategy is the best strategy to be apply in the organization.

Tourism sectors can be develop as a source of local income, it is expected to support economic development. The tourism development can be acquired from every tourist attraction revenue. This study aims to describe the condition of Kartini Beach Recreation Park in Rembang Regency; Identify the internal and external factors to develop Kartini Beach Recreation Park in Rembang Regency; and Explain the development strategy in developing Kartini Beach Recreation Park in Rembang Regency. This research uses qualitative descriptive method and SWOT analysis. The result of SWOT analysis in Matrix Grand Strategy indicates that Kartini Beach Recreation Park in Rembang Regency supporting diversification strategy. Diversification in Kartini Beach Recreation Park can be carried out with renewal of the rides that do not exist yet, augment some events, souvenir shops and food stalls typically from Rembang accompanied by an increasing in promotions advertised in television and through social media.

ABSTRAK Sektor perikanan budidaya dan tangkap merupakan salah satu sektor padat karya yang dapat menyerap banyak tenaga kerja di kawasan pesisir. Pengembangan kawasan minapolitan di Desa Pengambengan, Kecamatan Negara, Kabupaten Jembrana dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu contoh konkrit pengembangan wilayah kepulauan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) mengidentifikasi potensi Desa Pengambengan sebagai desa minapolitan, (2) mengidentifikasi permasalahan-permasalahan yang dihadapi Desa Pengambengan sebagai desa minapolitan, dan (3) menganalisis strategi pengembangan kawasan minapolitan Pengambengan. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam tugas ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang dipergunakan berupa data sekunder seperti Profil Desa Pengambengan, RTRW Kabupaten Jembrana, dan berbagai dokumen lain yang mendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Sektor basis potensi wilayah di Desa Pengambengan adalah pada sektor perikanan. Potensi jenis ikan yang ada di Desa Pengambengan didominasi oleh ikan lemuru dan ikan layur. (2) Permasalahan-permasalahan yang terdapat di Desa Pengambengan terbagi menjadi beberapa hal, yaitu: paceklik ikan, pencemaran lingkungan, konflik antar industri pengolah ikan dan masyarakat di Desa Pengambengan, sistem lelang, dan kualitas hasil tangkap ikan. (3) Strategi pengembangan kawasan minapolitan Pengambengan yang paling utama adalah dengan meningkatkan unit usaha, investasi, dan memperluas pasar. Kata Kunci: kawasan minapolitan, potensi, strategi pengembangan ABSTRACT The aquaculture and capture fisheries sector is one of the labor-intensive sectors that can absorb many workers in the coastal area. The development of the Minapolitan area in Pengambengan Village, Negara District, Jembrana Regency can be used as a concrete example of the development of the archipelago.  The objectives of this study were: (1) to identify the potential of Pengambengan Village as a Minapolitan village, (2) to identify the problems faced by Pengambengan Village as Minapolitan villages, and (3) to analyze the Minapolitan area development strategy Pengambengan. The method used in this task is a qualitative descriptive method. The data used are secondary data such as the profile of Pengambengan Village, Jembrana Regency RTRW, and various other supporting documents. The results of the study show: (1) The potential base sector of the area in Pengambengan Village is in the fisheries sector. The potential of fish species in Pengambengan Village is dominated by lemuru and layur fish.  (2) The problems found in Pengambengan Village are divided into several things, namely: fish famine, environmental pollution, conflicts between fish processing industries and communities in Pengambengan Village, the auction system, and the quality of fishing results. This research was conducted with the aim to see the potential of Sunda Kelapa Port through the resources possessed by the theory of Resource Based View (RBV) and then look for strategies that can be used to develop historical tourism in the Sunda Kelapa Port. The informant and respondent of this research is PIC acceleration of the old city area of the Ministry of Tourism, PT Pelindo II, Tour Guide, and tourists. Data collected by observation, interview, literature study and questioner. This research used qualitative descriptive method in order to analyze the data that have been collected by using IFE and EFE matrix, IE Matrix, SWOT Matrix and QSPM matrix. Based on the analysis and discussion that has been described, the product development strategy is the main strategy that must be developed by Sunda Kelapa Port to be able to compete with other tourist destinations.

The article provides an overview of the main strategic documents for the development of the tourism industry both at the federal level and at the regional levels. Among the main measures for the implementation of the Strategy for the period up to 2035 in the tourism sector, they noted: the formation of the institutional system of the industry; development of tourist infrastructure; formation of a tourist product; qualitatively new management of the industry; advanced training of participants in the tourism industry; ensuring an increase in the number of foreign tourists visiting the Russian Federation. To analyze the development of these measures in the region, a SWOT-analysis of the development of the tourism industry in the Voronezh region was carried out. The strengths included the availability of significant resources for the development of various types of tourism. The created room stock of accommodation facilities, represented by key foreign and domestic hotel brands, is capable of receiving up to 1.5 million tourists a year. The developed transport infrastructure of the Voronezh region, the presence of the international airport "Voronezh" are significant competitive advantages of the Voronezh region. The weaknesses include the fact that Voronezh and the region do not have a sufficiently developed hospitality industry and a well-recognized brand. The contribution of tourism activity to the well-being of its key participants was considered. A forecast was made in accordance with the Tourism Development Strategy 2035 of the export of tourism services and the gross value added of the tourism industry in Russia.

Kepulauan Karimunjawa merupakan salah satu Kawasan Strategis Pariwisata Nasional (KSPN) di Indonesia yang sedang dikembangkan. Keunggulan dari pariwisata di Karimunjawa adalah daya tarik wisata alamnya yang berupa wisata bahari, ekowisata, dan wisata petualangan. Potensi kekayaan bahari di Karimunjawa yang tidak kalah menarik salah satunya berupa peninggalan budaya bawah air. Tempat tenggelamnya kapal dan peninggalan bawah air yang berada di Karimunjawa membuat situs-situs ini berpotensi menjadi alternatif tujuan wisata bawah air khususnya daya tarik wisata minat khusus. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan profil produk wisata situs-situs bawah air di Karimunjawa. Secara administratif penelitian ini akan difokuskan berdasarkan batas geografis dari situs-situs bawah air yang berada di Perairan Pulau Karimunjawa (Situs Kapal Genteng dan Kapal Indonoor) dan Perairan Pulau Genting (Situs Seruni dan Situs Genting). Penelitian ini akan mengunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pengamatan fisik akan dilakukan pada produk wisata (atraksi, aksesibilitas, akomodasi, fasilitas, service) serta lingkungan pada kawasan situs-situs peninggalan bawah air. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa situs-situs bawah air di Perairan Karimunjawa yang dapat dikembangkan sebagai daya tarik wisata minat khusus adalah Situs Kapal Indonoor dan Situs  Kapal Genteng. Sedangkan untuk Situs Seruni dan Situs Genting masih harus dilakukan studi lebih lanjut karena dengan kondisi produk wisata saat ini kedua situs tersebut belum memungkinkan untuk dijadikan obyek wisata minat khusus.Kata-Kata Kunci: produk wisata, wisata minat khusus, situs bawah air, ANALYSIS OF TOURISM PRODUCTS OF UNDERWATER SITES AS ONE OF SPECIAL INTEREST TOURISM IN KARIMUNJAWA NATIONAL PARKKarimunjawa Islands are one of the National Tourism Strategic Areas in Indonesia and development of these areas are already underway. Sinking ships and underwater heritage in Karimunjawa make the sites in these areas a potential alternative to underwater tourist destinations, especially for special interest tourism. The purpose of this research is to explain the profile of tourism products underwater sites in Karimunjawa. The research focus was divided based on the geographical boundaries of the underwater sites in the waters of Karimunjawa Island (Genteng and Indonoor Shipwreck Sites) and the waters of Genting Island (Seruni and Genting Sites). This research used a qualitative descriptive method grounded in relevant theories. The physical observation was made on tourism products (attractions, accessibility, accommodation, facilities, and service) and the environment around the sites of underwater relics. Findings of the research suggest that underwater sites which are potential for development as special interest tourism objects are Genteng and Indonoor Shipwreck Sites. The aimed of this study was to analyze the management of Boonpring Ecotourism by Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in order to increase income of the village (PADes). This study uses a case study design with a qualitative descriptive method. Qualitative data obtained by conducting in depth interviews, observations and documentation. The informants in this study were the Head of village, the Head of BUMDes, staff and community. Data reduction, data presentation, trianggulation and conclusion are data analysis  used in this study. The results of the study stated that the management of Boonpring Ecotourism had been carried out well by the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) of Sanan Kerto in accordance with the cooperative, participatory, transparent, accountable, and sustainable principles. Good management of Boonpring Ecotourism is expected to increase Income of village in a sustainable manner by exploring the potential of villages through the tourism sector even though there are obstacles in the application of participatory principles, namely the quality of Human Resources (HR) that need to be trained.Keywords: Management Principles; tourismp; BUMDes; Income of Village. AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengelolaan Ekowisata Boonpring oleh Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dalam rangka meningkatkan pendapatan desa (PADes). Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi kasus dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data kualitatif diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara secara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Desa, kepala BUMDes, karyawan, dan masyarakat. Reduksi data, penyajian data, trianggulasi dan penarikan kesimpulan merupakan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menyatakan pengelolaan Ekowisata Boonpring sudah dilakukan dengan baik oleh Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Sanan kerto sesuai dengan prinsip kooperatif, partisipatif, emansipatif, transparan, akuntable, dan sustainable. Pengelolaan Ekowisata Boonpring yang baik diharapkan dapat meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Desa secara berkelanjutan dengan menggali potensi desa melalui sektor pariwisata walaupun ada kendala dalam penerapan prinsip partisipatif yaitu kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang perlu dilatih.Kata Kunci: Prinsip Pengelolaan, wisata, BUMDes, PADes.

This article analisys tourism development strategy of Talaud regency, North Sulawesi Province. This regency has a great tourism potential but faces vaious problems. Its tourism potentials is evidenced from the diversity of the natural, culture, and man made tourism attractions. The great tourism potential has not been able to make Talaud widely known by tourists. As the outermost regions, the problems of accessibility are the main obstacles faced by the region of Talaud Islands. Other obstacles such as limited electricity and telecommunication access, and the lack of supporting facilities of tourism activities, have an impact, on the slow development of tourism potential in Talaud. Stages in the research were: described the potentials of tourism, then explained the obstacles that hinder the potential, and finally formulated strategies for the development of tourism potentials. SWOT matrix analysis is used to find the strategies to develop the tourism potential in Talaud. S-O strategy includes the development strategy of attraction. S-T strategy is the institutional strategy. W-O strategy includes the development strategy of public facilities and the supporting facilities at each tourist attraction. W-T strategy includes the making of programs intended for the community participation.

This study examines "shifting social and economic structural community due to the rapid development of the tourism sector in Bentuyung Village, Bali." The purpose of this study is to find out and describe the shift in the social and economic structure of society due to the disruption of tourism in Bentuyung Village, Ubud, Bali. This is a qualitative descriptive method, using proportional sampling techniques consisting of Villas and Hotels Owners and communities directly involved in the tourism sector. Shifting social and economic structure is inseparable from the embryo of globalization that is felt in all sectors of people's lives. Globalization is the spread of values ??and certain cultures throughout the world. Things that need to be anticipated in order to be able to avoid the negative aspects of globalization are the development of the quality of Indonesian human beings through education. Providing life skills to be able to create creativity and independence. Cultivating a culture and attitude to global life. The results of the discussion show that the creation of a transparent and democratic government. Increasing global public awareness to promote the tourism sector as a leading sector and transform tourism unlike catalyst for changing more positive direction.

Break Even Point Analysis is an analysis that is used by the company to find out or planning on what the sales volume. The purpose of this study is to determine how determaining Break Even Point CV. Uul Anugerah Surabaya in 2011-2015 and to investigate the extent to which the role Break Even Point to the CV profit planning. Uul Anugerah Surabaya. The Conducted research approach is qualitative descriptive study, with data collection procedures used are interviews and documentation with data processing using descriptive analysis. Break Even Point has a significant role in the company, namely Break Even Point as a short-term planning tool, as a minimum sales information company, and as a tool for the development strategy to achieve the company's earnings. CV. Uul Anugerah management needs to maintain the achievement in 2011-2015 as well as the necessity of making a sales and costs per month as a material evaluation of progress made and the need for more promotions, more heavily in the consumer interest.
