This study aims to determine the online learning methods used by RA AL Qodir teachers during the COVID-19 pandemic and the media used to communicate with children during the distance learning process. This research is a descriptive analytic type of research with a qualitative.-phenomenological approach. The subjects of thid study were the Head of RA, teachers and students. The research instruments used were interviews, documentation and observation of the research subject. The results of this study are that teachers must be able to use learning methods that are appropriate to the situation and conditions. The learning methods used at RA AL Qodir during the COVID-19 pandemic were playing methods, chatting, demonstrations,telling stories and assigning assignments. Distance learning is no longer an obstacle to the stopping of the teaching and learning process because it has provided facilities and opportunities in various conditions, including the COVID-19 pandemic. The WhatsApp application is a learning medium to communicate and discuss with each other. Teachers who are creative and discuss with each other. Teachers who are creative and innovatice in presenting learning materials have an effect on children’s learning outcomes and children’s learning interests

Studying in thepondok institution is increasingly gaining ground in the society because this institution has produced many generations of students who have deep religious knowledge and high moral rectitude. Hence, this study was carried out to: (i) identify the methods practised by the teachers at the pondok learning institution in producing students who are polite in terms of nonverbal aspects and (ii) analyse the students’ acceptance of the methods employed in the pondok institution in shaping nonverbal politeness of the students. Phenomenological approach was used to explore the teaching and learning methods used in the pondok institution. Data were obtained through observations and interviews. The founder, teachers and students of one of the pondokinstitutions in AlorSetar, Kedah were selected as the study’s respondents. Findings of the study show that three methods of teaching are practised in the pondok learning institution, namely the talaqqi method, the tafaqquh method, and the itqan method. Through these three methods, the pondok teachers instilled good manners and shapedthestudents into polite students who are modest in their dressing, courteous, obedient and well-mannered while learning. This study also shows that the teaching methods practised in this pondok institution are well received by the students. It is evident that the teaching methods used in this pondokinstitution are able to develop the students’ nonverbal politeness. The effectiveness of these methods warrants the integration andimplementation of these methods in the mainstream education system so that the characteristics of these nonverbal politeness can be applied in the daily schools which are presentlylacking in terms of politeness values.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara sekolah dengan pendidikan inklusif di SDN 12 GEDONG pada masa pandemic COVID – 19 yang bertujuan untuk memenuhi mata kuliah Pendidikan Orientasi Baru dalam Pendidikan Khusus. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan beberapa cara yaitu melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Kegiatan belajar mengajar masih tetap berjalan melalui pembelajaran jarak jauh dengan media daring sesuai dengan ketentuan dan aturan sekolah serta pemerintah . Proses belajar mengajar pada masa Pandemi COVID - 19 di SDN 12 Gedong dilakukan secara Daring untuk mencegah atau meminimalisir kontak fisik antara guru dan murid sehingga dapat memotong dan menghentikan penyebaran virus COVID -19. This research aims to find out how schools with inclusive education at SDN 12 GEDONG during the COVID-19 pandemic are aimed at fulfilling the New Orientation Education course in Special Education. The data collection method was carried out in several ways, namely through observation, interviews, and document study. Teaching and learning activities are still ongoing through distance learning with online media in accordance with the rules and regulations of the school and government. The teaching and learning process during the COVID-19 Pandemic at SDN 12 Gedong was carried out online to prevent or minimize physical contact between teachers and students so as to cut and stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

The conventional question and answer method has limited time, space and level of understanding from each student so that it becomes an obstacle to the ineffective teaching and learning process. Global pandemic events that have a negative impact on the education sector. So that the teaching and learning process is temporarily stopped at school and diverted online. This study aims to produce a chatbot application as a media for distance learning that helps the teaching and learning process of teachers and students . In practice, This research uses telegram as a chatbot media. The method used for data collection is by interview, literature study, and observation. Testing will be carried out with a black box, calculation of accuracy, and a user acceptance test in the form of distributing questionnaires. The results of this study produce a Chatbot Application as an E-Learning Media for Students that can help teachers in providing distance learning to students efficiently and easily.

The focus of this research is on the Problems of Learning Islamic Religious Education in SMP Negeri 5 Padangsidimpuan. In general, the research was conducted to find out: 1. How are the problems in the learning of Islamic religious education about the methods at SMP Negeri 5 Padangsidimpuan, 2. How are the problems with the learning of Islamic religious education about the media at SMP Negeri 5 Padangsidimpuan?This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection instruments used were observation, interviews with the data sources were Islamic Religious Education teachers, and students. The analysis was carried out using the constant comparison method. The research method used in this writing is a qualitative descriptive method, field data collection techniques through observation, and interviews. Data management and analysis techniques, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion and data verification. The technique guarantees data validity, observation persistence, triangulation, checking members.The purpose of this study was to determine the problems in the learning process of Islamic religious education at SMP Negeri 5 Padang Sidimpuan, to find problems in learning Islamic religious education at SMP Negeri 5 Padansidimpuan.The results of this study indicate that the problems of learning Islamic Religious Education at SMP Negeri 5 Padangsidimpuan, regarding the problems of learning Islamic Religious Education, the problems of learning methods of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at SMP Negeri 5 Padangsidimpuan are very much mapped to three problematic problems, namely: knowledge problems, teacher cognitive , the technical competency of teachers and the strategic competence of teachers in applying learning methods. That the methods and media are not suitable in determining the learning process is not in accordance with the lesson plan. Based on what the authors do, the problem with the method that the writer finds is problematic, as well as the media that the problems of learning media for Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at SMP Negeri 5 Padangsidimpuan are classified into two problematic matters, namely: the problem of media availability and the problem of using learning media.

The rules for studying from home have been implemented since the outbreak of the Corona Virus. This impacts the education sector in Indonesia, which makes the government make regulations to learn from home—in addition, making the teaching and learning process held in the context of distance learning. This study aims to analyze the learning process that applies MALL during the distance learning process and the challenges during education. The instruments used to obtain the data were self-rated questionnaires, observation checklists, and interview guidelines. This instrument was developed from the Prospective Teacher Ability Assessment Tool (APKCG) and the RASE learning design framework. The technique used to analyze the data is descriptive qualitative analysis. This study indicates that English teachers have implemented MALL during the distance learning process by using several online platforms as classrooms in their activities. Several challenges arise from teachers and students in this learning process, including the lack of teacher ability in utilizing technology, unsupported student devices, and unstable student connections.

Homeschooling could be an education alternatives, the substance of activities of the school. The child is learns everything under control and supervise of parent. Families must have a strong commitment within the practice. This study is a qualitative phenomenological approach focused discusses a phenomenon about homeschooling. The aim of this research is to know the methods of study used in the process of teaching and learning results gained from the learning process through homeschooling. Collecting data is using the method of observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis using qualitative descriptive method and the validity of data is done by triangulation. The results are: 1) in behavioristic kids are love learning because fun and can be anywhere. Cognitively, kids can customize his ability to learn. In humanistic kids are aware to the conditions and environments around them. 2) Learning Outcome demonstrate the kids progress in cognitive, affective and psychomotor.

Media in learning process is very intact because it will be supported from  the learning to be more easily exposed. Many experts say that with the media, it can help teachers and students in the learning process to be able and achieve the goals of the learning process. This research aimed it introducing and describing how the  preparation and utilization of the flash cards media are used by teachers in teaching English to young learners. This research was conducted at SDN Baros Mandiri 2 Cimahi. The method used in this research is the descriptive research in accordance with the case study that occurred. The source of the data was the English teacher and the subjects were the second grade students of SDN Baros Mandiri 2 Cimahi. Observation, interviews and documentation are the data collection techniques used in this research. The findings reveal that teachers use flash card media according to the material to be delivered to young learners. Based on the results of the research the flash card media can help facilitate teachers in the delivery of learning material, students are also more enthusiastic, excited and very happy to learn English and very influential in the teaching and learning process.  Keywords:  instructional media, utilization of instructional media, flash Card

As the importance of parents’ role in education, minimum perticipation of parents in taking a part in their children education results in less maximum of the children’s learning process. Parents less communicate with their children due to their other business particularly their works results in a lack of parents’ participation in education. This study aimed to describe the feasibility and appropriateness of the use of parents’ participation based portfolio assessment in teaching and learning process. The design of this study was research and development with Four-D model. The data was collected using observation sheet and questionnaire, then the data was analysed both quantitatively and qualitatively. This result of this study showed that parents’ participation based portfolio assessment is appropriate to be implemented in teaching and learning process.

The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on all aspects of life including education, hence, the government issued a study from home policy. The Ministry of Education and Culture issued a Circular Letter Number 4 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of the Education Policy for the Emergency Period of the Spread of Covid-19 conveyed that the learning process takes place remotely or learn from home. This policy was issued as an effort to reduce the spread of the virus. This is a challenge and opportunity for the world of education nowadays. Distance learning is carried out online by utilizing technology, information, and communication. The implementation of distance history learning by utilizing technology is very helpful for school on teaching and learning process, but in its progress encountered various obstacles. Facilities and infrastructure that are not adequate, the lack of readiness of teachers and students, as well as the unstable condition of the internet network is a challenge that is often encountered. Therefore, this article seeks to provide an overview of the implementation of distance learning far done during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research was conducted using a descriptive approach qualitative. The object of research was carried out on the history learning process carried out at SMA Negeri 15 Pandeglang which is located at Jalan Raya Carita KM. 05 Labuan, Banjarmasin, Carita, Pandeglang, Banten. Data obtained through primary and secondary sources and researchers as the main instrument. Technique Data collection was done by interview, observation, and document analysis. Researchers use techniques triangulation of sources and methods and analyzed with an interactive model as a data analysis technique. It</em><em> </em><em>grow the</em><em> new habits </em><em>to</em><em> social distancing, including to working and studying from home. The teaching and learning process is carried out from home by </em><em>all the</em><em> teachers and students without exception. Learning from home is known as online. One of the schools in Medan that uses an online system is </em><em>Perguruan Islam Miftahul Husna</em><em>. At t</em><em>his</em><em> school, there were many complaints from teachers and students when doing online learning which was considered boring </em><em>because of</em><em> reduced interaction between teacher and student. Learning media is needed to make learning process interactive and </em><em>interesting</em><em>. The media </em><em>that was </em><em>chosen</em><em> </em><em>must be media that keep students interested in learning and</em><em> </em><em>can be easily done by teachers. Kahoot application</em><em> was chosen because </em><em>can be used in any subject</em><em>,</em><em> provides benefits to students where they can be helped in recalling the material, making them more excited, not feeling bored and being able to participate actively in doing the exercises. This game raises competition </em><em>and</em><em> challenged </em><em>them </em><em>to be the best in class. With this increased interest and motivation, teachers can make Kahoot an alternative for online learning</em><em></em></p><p> </p><p><strong>Abstrak.</strong> <em>Pandemi COVID-19 yang terjadi melanda seluruh dunia menjadi tantangan yang tidak biasa. Keadaan ini menumbuhkan kebiasaan baru untuk sosial distancing termasuk membiasakan diri untuk bekerja dan belajar dari rumah. Proses belajar mengajar dilakukan dari rumah baik oleh guru dan siswa tanpa terkecuali. Pembelajaran dari rumah ini dikenal dengan istilah daring. Salah satu sekolah dikota Medan yang menggunakan sistem daring adalah Perguruan Islam Miftahul Husna. Di sekolah tersebut banyak didapati keluhan dari guru maupun siswa saat melakukan pembelajaran daring yang dianggap membosankan karena berkurangnya interaksi antara guru dan murid. </em><em>Media </em><em>pembelajaran sangat dibutuhkan untuk membuat proses pembelajaran menjadi interaktif dan menyenangkan. Media</em><em> yang </em><em>dipilih dalam pembelajaran daring haruslah media yang membuat para siswa tertarik belajar dan juga yang dapat dengan mudah dilakukan oleh para guru tentunya. Media Kahoot dipilih karena dapat digunakan dalam mata pelajaran apapun dan memberikan manfaat kepada siswa dimana dapat membantu dalam mengingat kembali materi belajar, membuat mereka lebih bersemangat, merasa senang, tidak merasa bosan dan dapat berpartisipasi dengan aktif dalam mengerjakan latihan-latihan. Game ini memunculkan kompetisi diantara para siswa sehingga mereka tertantang untuk menjadi yang terbaik di kelas. Dengan peningkatan minat dan motivasi ini, maka guru-guru dapat menjadikan Kahoot menjadi salah satu alternatif pembelajaran saat daring.</em><em></em></p><br /><div id="gtx-trans" style="position: absolute; left: -32px; top: 454px;"> </div>
