This research aim to answer question. The question is regarding the implementation of zakat distribution to one-family-one-bachelor scholarship program at National Amil Zakat of East Java. The researcher used qualitative approach, spesifically case study type. This research used interview, observation, and documentation as data collection techniques. The finding of this research indicates that the distribution process at National Amil Zakat Institution of East Java is through transferring the zakat to Mustahik of one-family-one-bachelor scholarship program. BAZNAS that based in regency in East Java is a distribution channel to reach Mustahik outside Surabaya and Sidoarjo. Baznas that based in regency also distributes zakat to the mustahik through transfer as well. At this point, the distribution process in Baznas of East Java is directly distributed to mustahik.

This article aims to verify how pedagogical practices are developed in two multiseries rooms of the Manoel de Sousa Lima Municipal School, located in the Folha Grossa community, a rural area in the municipality of Tocantinópolis-TO. The research is of the Case Study type, with a qualitative approach and exploratory in nature. As a data collection technique, interviews were conducted with two teachers and with the director of the school, observation of classes, in addition to bibliographic review. Among the results found on pedagogical practices in the researched context, it appears that they are mostly elaborated in a traditional way, in which teachers work with the support of urbanized textbooks, which have little relation to the reality of the community and the multiseries education. The teachers feel difficulties to carry out their classes, due to several factors, among them, the absence of an active relationship between family and school and the lack of training for multi-grade teaching. Another result found, refers to the relationship established between teacher and student, making it possible to perceive that there is a good relationship, however, what hinders are the strategies used so that the classes are more effective in their execution and achieve the desired objective.

OBJECTIVE: to investigate aspects of the interaction which occurs between feeling and learning from the perspective of the neurosciences. METHOD: research with a qualitative approach, of the case study type, undertaken in Brazilian public nursing colleges. The research subjects were lecturers and students. The techniques of use of a questionnaire, individual interviews and a focus group were used in data collection. RESULTS: knowledge of cerebral functioning and the functioning of different structures involved in the learning of cognitive, technical, emotional and relational competences can help the lecturer in her task of teaching. CONCLUSIONS: we can outline the difficulties of learning and need, as lecturers, to develop teaching strategies based in the new knowledge from the neurosciences so as to maximize the students' learning. This new knowledge brings elements which contribute to the teacher's training, facilitate the process for the person learning, and make teaching more pleasurable.

Writing activities are essentially not only to give birth to a thought and a feeling, but also a disclosure of knowledge ideas and the life experience of a person in writing language. The study used a qualitative approach with case study techniques. With the research subject grade V students MI ma'arif NU 1 Kaliwangi. Data collection techniques with interviews, observations, and documentation. Analytics Data uses the Miles and Huberman model. Results showed (a) mature planning before the process of dissection (b) the implementation of creative learning with the image media assisted by the LCD, and Worksheet (c) Self-reliance assessment techniques with direct observation, and system point, (d) The lack of introductory media such as dictionaries changed basic barriers.

Amil zaka in zaka institutions has the right as one of eight ashnaf. Their rights are usually used by zaka institutions as operational cost. However, not all of the intitutions which manage zaka take amil’s right, one of them is Yayasan Nurul Hayat. This institution does not take amil’s right and it is independent in its operational cost. To support this operational cost, Yayasan Nurul Hayat establish business unit with utilize its profit.This study aimed to discover the capability of business unit in supporting operational cost of Yayasan Nurul Hayat. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive case study method. The selections of informant are using purposive sampling method. Data collection was conducted by semi-structured interviews and documentation. This data is analyzed using descriptive method.The result of this study shows that Yayasan Nurul Hayat Employments’ Salary is taken from business unit’s profit. It is also used to give bonus for employments and grow the business unit of Yayasan Nurul Hayat up. From the result of this study, it can be concluded that the business unit which is developed has great capability to support operational cost of Yayasan Nurul Hayat.

This research explains the internalization of multicultural values ​​in the learning process of PAI at Senior high school Darut Taqwa Sengonagung Purwosari Pasuruan. This Research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. The data collection was through by unstructured and opened interview techniques, unattended and opened observation, and documentation techniques. For analysis and interpretation of data using steps: a). Reduction data, b). Displaying data, and c). Conclusion drawing / verification. The results of the research shows that the internalization of multicultural values ​​in the learning process of PAI through two ways, namely through the material and using methods that reflect multicultural values.

Giving stimulus from educators in the form of giving appreciation and punishment will greatly affect the way of thinking and behavior of students in achieving the goals of character education that have been set. This study aims to describe the implementation of reward and punishment in shaping the character of students' discipline. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the data used source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of this study indicate: (1) The implementation of rewards in shaping the discipline character of students is done by giving rewards in the form of praise and giving appreciation in the form of gifts. (2) The implementation of punishment in shaping the disciplinary character of students is carried out by giving gradual warnings, giving spontaneous warnings and written warning letters. (3) Evaluation of the implementation of rewards and punishments in shaping the character of students' discipline is using process evaluation, which is an assessment carried out during the learning process by observing the attitudes of students everyday when they are in the madrasa environment.. Keywords: Reward; Punishment; Discipline; Learners Pemberian stimulus dari pendidik berupa pemberian apresiasi dan hukuman akan sangat mempengaruhi cara berpikir dan tingkah laku peserta didik dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan karakter yang sudah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi reward dan punishment dalam membentuk karakter disiplin peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi tehnik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Implementasi reward dalam membentuk karakter kedisiplinan peserta didik dilakukan dengan memberikan reward dalam bentuk pujian serta memberikan apresiasi dalam bentuk hadiah. (2) Implementasi punishment dalam membentuk karakter kedisiplinan peserta didik dilakukan dengan cara memberi peringatan secara bertahap, memberi teguran spontan dan surat peringatan tertulis. (3) Evaluasi implementasi reward dan punishment dalam membentuk karakter kedisiplinan peserta didik adalah menggunakan evaluasi proses, yaitu penilaian yang dilakukan di saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung dengan mengamati dari sikap peserta didik sehari-hari ketika berada di lingkungan madrasah. This study describe the implementation of Management developmenteducators at SMA Primaganda, Bulurejo Diwek, Jombang. The approach in thisstudy is a qualitative case study type. used data collection methods as well as therole of observation, interview and documentation. This study used a qualitativedescriptive approach. To check the validity of the data used extension study,perseverance observation, and triangulation. The analysis comes up with theconclusion that: (1). Development Planning educators: announcement held at thebeginning of the new academic year, the drafting team was formed educatorsdevelopment commission held hearings, the commission meeting is a forum forreviewing, memproduct and developed the concept of the development of educatorswho have been prepared. (2). The development of educators with activities ofinteraction with educators through formal and informal activities. Formalactivities in the development of educators, for example through mentoringactivities (tutorials), informally can be done through informal conversations in theroom as educators, yard madrassas and other places that are not resmi. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan tipepenelitian studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian inimenggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Untuk mengecek validitasdata, peneliti menggunakan studi ekstensi, observasi ketekunan, dantriangulasi. Berdasarkan analisis data, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa:(1). Perencanaan pengembangan pendidik: pengumuman diadakan padaawal tahun ajaran baru, tim perumus membentuk komisi pengembanganpendidik untuk melakukan rapat komisi, sidang komisi adalah forumuntuk mengkaji, menghasilkan dan mengembangkan konseppengembangan pendidik yang telah disiapkan. (2). Pengembanganpendidik dilakukan dengan kegiatan interaksi melalui kegiatan formal daninformal. kegiatan formal dalam pengembangan pendidik, misalnyamelalui kegiatan mentoring (tutorial), untuk kegiatan informal dilakukanmelalui percakapan informal di ruang guru, halaman madrasah dantempat-tempat lain yang tidak resmi. (3). Problematika dalam pelaksanaanmanajemen pengembanagan pendidik (guru) di SMA Primagandamencakup masalah waktu dan juga banyaknya guru yang belum mampumenggunakan media komputer dalam pembelajaran. Solusi dariproblematika tersebut adalah memberikan waktu kepada guru untukmempelajari media komputer yang dibantu oleh tutor.

For the last few decades there has been growing interest in making more integrated business decisions across larger segments of the logistic and distribution networks. Modern information technology is allowing this idea to be implemented, but there is need to develop a way of effective use of information technologies that support this business direction. In this paper a methodology to assist distribution networks reengineering with the aim of integrating logistic processes within the distribution supply chain has been promoted. The emphasis of methodology is on the business processes modelling and reengineering in the distribution network. Finally, this paper presents an oil company case study to illustrate how the methodology can be applied in practice. A study aimed to get to know the challenges of environmental education in a hospital, from the perspective of the individuals involved in its planning and execution. The research used a qualitative approach, case study type, using the workers of the Center for Environmental Education of a hospital group in the Rio Grande do Sul state, Brazil, as subjects. Data were collected, between August 2011 and January 2012, through documental research and interviews, and analyzed by content analysis. The challenges of environmental education include the lack of an institutional environmental policy that works as a financial, legal, human, and structural background for the development of actions focused on this topic. It was also observed that academic graduation does not consider environmental sustainability. It is clear that to work on these institutional challenges and overcome them during the development of environmental education is a prerogative for the construction of knowledge in environmental sustainability.

The objective of this study is to understand how employee EI is a critical factor for improved organizational performance. Adopting a qualitative approach with a case study research design, a sample of 40 employees was selected from the organization; data collection was done through a questionnaire after pilot testing. An analysis is done using SPSS, within an interpretative research paradigm using thematic analyses. Findings reflect that understanding and knowledge on EI and its influence on the performance may add value to the organization as employees become aware of the best practices and contribute better for organizational performance. Further, it was also noted that EI is a significant predictor of job and organizational performance only if it is advocated and spearheaded through individual performance classified into the task and contextual performance.
