Abstract: Today, developments in science and technology have a significant impact on all aspects of the constellation of life, not to mention the complexity of the universe as a space for human life. Nature as a space of human life, has been considered as an object, so that the human being dominated and exploited radically. This condition is exacerbated by the lack of understanding human nature as multidimensional beings, one of which is to have a relationship in the nature of space and time, so it impact on human consciousness which have a continuing obligation to keep the harmony, the harmony of nature neglected. In connection with these conditions, the need for a strategic effort to build a new paradigm in order to raise awareness about the importance of nature through educational process based ekopedagogik in growing ecological awareness and character.

One universal constituent element of human consciousness is belief in the existence of a divine reality that is experienced by persons as the most intimate and essential part of human life. Belief in transcendent reality, which is an immanent part of human nature, constitutes an awe-inspiring mystery (mysterium fascinans et tremens) — that is, a theantropy. Strictly speaking, ‘theantropy’ is a theological term which is used to express the "union of the divine and human natures in Christ" (as defined by Webster’s New Collegiate Dictionary). The novum of my understanding of theantropy consists in the application of the concept to the phenomenological experience of the religious consciousness of humanity. Henceforth, I designate theantropy to mean an ontic union and an inherent disposition of the ‘human’ and ‘divine’ constituents in/of every human being. I will examine and reflect on theantropy as the philosophical principle of religious ecumenism as well as compare various solutions of theantropy not only with regard to a particular system of beliefs, but as it is experienced in each and every human being by following Augustine’s principle: "In interiorem hominem redi: ibi habitat Deus" (or in "intimor intimo meo").

Abstract: The rise of transhumanism reopens the perennial question about the essence of being human, this time exposed to the intentional transformation of human nature through the advancement of modern technology. This transformation includes options from how to overcome certain biological limitations to the creation and expansion of a new global mind and deepening of human consciousness. The authors believe that living a life in Christ's way is the true answer to a truncated view of transhumanism on human life. First, they briefly present two basic ways of understanding transhumanism and its tenuous view of man and his life. Then they show how transhumanistic ideas can be a challenge to Christianity. In the final chapter, they offer a holistic understanding of Jesus Christ as the true human being and the true God. They also posit that Jesus Christ and the life of Christians in His way can be found as the answer to an abbreviated view of transhumanism on human life.

This paper attempts to analyze the development of integrative science at two Islamic universities, namely UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta and UIN Malang. The changes are not just ordinary administrative changes, but based on the epistemological basis of integrated scientific development between science and Islam. The changing of IAIN Sunan Kalijaga and STAIN Malang also showed a new relationship between science (general sciences) and Islam, which requiresmutual relations, mutual dialogue, mutual reinforcement to solve the problems of postmodern human life. The purpose of this relation is to create the graduates who are capable of competing in the postmodern world that increasingly sophisticated and advanced science and technology, in addition, the value of religionbased morality is not abandoned, so they become the holistic human being.

In this article memory was viewed as a crucial key to the discovery of reality. It is the basis of historical research at all levels, hence it is not confined to a function of human consciousness (brain operations): its physical vestiges are discernible in the universe, in fossils, in the DNA of species. Memory inscribes information in various ways. On a human level it is not recalled computer-wise: imagination, emotion and tacit motives play a role in how we remember. The article investigated the way in which memory underlies the operation of every cell in any living organism. Against this background the role of memory in humans and its decisive influence on every level of human life are examined. Gerald Edelman’s work in this regard was considered. Marcel Proust’s focus on memory is an underlying thread running through his novels, unrivalled in literary history. Some prominent examples were analysed in this article. In light of the foregoing the role of memory in religious experience was then discussed. The virtuality of memory is encapsulated in the statement that we remember the present whilst reliving the past. Memory characterised by virtuality is basic to our autobiographic narratives. The nature of memory determines our life stories, hence our perception of the human self as dynamically variable and open to the future.

The universe, the space that make up their basis planets in it, their creation, the main essence of their creation, form, composition, meaning, movements, interactions, their influence on human life and activities, the role of man in the universe and in life on Earth, life, the criteria of activity and processes occurring in time and space have long been of interest to humanity. One of the main problems in the history of philosophy is the question of space and time. This problem was defined in different ways in the great schools of thought by thinkers of different periods. One of these great thinkers is Alisher Navoi. Navoi's works, along with other socio-philosophical themes, uniquely express and analyze the problems of the firmament and time. Its main feature is that it is based on the divine (pantheistic) religion, Islam, its holy book, the Koran and other theological sources, as well as on the secrets of nature and the Universe, the main miracle of Allah - human intelligence, the power of enlightenment, they are the key revealing all these secrets.

After exhorting us to wake up from our ‘daydreaming’ and revolutionize our modality of thought to that of conceptualization, Descartes seems to forget about this crucial matter of a discontinuous leap. So, too, it seems has the profession generally and this has infected philosophical research and teaching. It is urged here that discontinuous processes are crucial in the universe, in human life, in human thinking. Such ontological events cannot be handled by dualism, materialism or postmodernism. Concentration on such discontinuous processes is urged, an alternative is briefly indicated, and a criterion for ordering levels of human levels of reality is offered. It follows in the line of Cantor and Marx. It is suggested that a human being is a transfinite entity and that such an entity has many levels of being, among which are cognitive processes, imaginative processes and physical processes. A person is ‘not other than’ these without being ‘nothing but’ any of these.

The purpose of the article is to outline the problem of widely understood conflicts in human life from the perspective of existential philosophy. Without questioning the importance of psychological research on complex mechanisms underlying conflicts, the author points to the issue of the problematic nature of human existence, the category of freedom, the problem of the authenticity of being and the sense of meaning. In the second part of the paper, the essence of educational process in the context of experiencing difficulties and conflicting situations by human beings has been introduced. The necessity of taking into account the problem of being oneself and constituting a human being in relation to himself, the world and others has been presented.

The problem statement of this research is that the Qur’ān has widely discussed the concept of human being in a number of verses, thus, there is an immense need for the Qur’ānic concept of human to be identified and highlighted. This research aims to clarify the concept of human being in the light of the Qur’ān. This study is significant because it identifies and uncovers the concept of human being according to the Holy Qur’ān, which is very essential to develop and qualify the human being to undertake the duties he is assigned with. To reach the objectives of the research, both the inductive and the analytical approaches are used. The findings of the research show that the human concepts of the human nature and his essential essence are incorrect and contradictory. However, the Qur’ānic concept of human being is distinct and unique for the fact that it is divine, given by his creator who definitely knows him very well. The human being in the light of the Qur’ān is known where he comes from, and is distinct in his own creation, he is also a creation that is being highly valued and received great appreciation in the Qurʾān, and given a special status in the universe distinguishes him from all other creations. Yet, this honor and special status make him responsible to fulfill the mission Allah S.W.T. entrusted him with. In addition, he is a free and willing being but responsible, he is also a weak being in himself unless he depends on his Creator. Finally, this research recommends that the human being concept should be determined in the light of the Qur’ān, since it is correct, sound and comprehensive, it also emphasizes to develop an integrated approach to build the human being that takes into account the reality, characteristics and needs of that creature as mentioned in the Qur’ān.

In this era of globalization, it is necessary for the modernization process to occur in human life, due to the fulfillment of various human demands and the development of advances in the fields of science and technology, especially in the world of information and new innovations that bring drastic changes. Facing such a situation, Islamic education must also try to put its position into a strategic position not only in the context of building a complete human being, but also instilling ideal values for the life and progress of a dynamically developing society so that it can provide solutions to various problems that arise arise as a result of advances in science and technology, modernization and globalization. In addition, Islamic education is also expected to be able to build an integrative scientific and technological style construction (between spiritualism and realism) in life. Education is also the best institution in guiding human life to realize its self-actualization for a full and prosperous life in accordance with the ideals of life. All of this, of course, cannot be separated from the concept of divinity, humanity and nature which was developed in an integrative way. Keywords: Reactualization of Islamic Education, New Paradigm

Herder brings the entire human being into focus by tracing its connections with the natural, cultural, and historical world. The first part of the volume examines the various dimensions of Herder’s philosophical understanding of human nature through which he sought methodologically to delineate a genuinely anthropological philosophy. This includes his critique of traditional metaphysics and its revision along anthropological lines; the metaphysical, epistemological, and physiological dimensions of his theory of the soul-body relationship; his conception of aesthetics as the study of the sensuous basis of knowledge; and the relationship between the human and natural sciences. The second part then examines further aspects of this understanding of human nature and what emerges from it: the human-animal distinction; how human life evolves over space and time on the basis of a natural order; the fundamentally hermeneutic dimension to human existence; and the interrelatedness of language, history, religion, and culture.
