HUBUNGAN TINGKAT DEPRESI DENGAN KEJADIAN INKONTINENSIA URINE PADA LANSIA DI PANTI SOSIAL TRESNA WERDHA BUDI SEJAHTERA BANJARBARU

Seiring bertambahnya usia, penuaan tidak dapat dihindari dan setiap individu akan mengalami perubahan baik pada fisik maupun mentalnya. Dari data World Health Orgalenization (WHO) pravalensi global gangguan depresi pada lansia didapatkan sebanyak 61,6%. Depresi merupakan masalah mental yang paling banyak ditemui pada lansia akibat proses penuaan. Dari sebagian kejadian depresi pada lansia salah satunya disebabkan oleh inkontinensia urine. Inkontinensia adalah pengeluaran urine tanpa disadari dalam jumlah dan frekuensi yang cukup, sehingga berakibat timbulnya masalah gangguan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat depresi dengan kejadian inkontinensia urine pada lansia di Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Budi Sejahtera Banjarbaru. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan desain analitik korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 46 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah spearman rho. Hasil penelitian didapatkan lansia yang tinggal di Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Budi Sejahtera Banjarbaru sebagian besar mengalami tingkat depresi ringan sebanyak 17 orang (37,0%) dan yang mengalami inkontinensia urine sebanyak 25 orang (54,3%). Hasil uji statistik spearman rho menunjukkan p hitung (0,004) < α(0,05) dan nilai correlations coefficient 0.417. Dapat disimpulkan ada hubungan tingkat depresi dengan kejadian inkontinensia urine pada lansia di Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Budi Sejahtera Banjarbaru.As people age, aging cannot be avoided and every individual will undergo changes both physically and mentally. From the World Health Organization (WHO) data, the global prevalence of depressive disorders in the elderly is 61.6%. Depression is the most common mental problem in the elderly due to the aging process. One of the causes of depression in the elderly is urinary incontinence. Incontinence is the involuntary discharge of urine in sufficient quantity and frequency, resulting in health problems. This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of depression and the incidence of urinary incontinence in the elderly at the Tresna Werdha Budi Sejahtera Social Institution Banjarbaru. The method in this study uses a correlation analytic design with aapproach cross sectional. The sampling technique used proposive sampling with a total sample of 46 people. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. The statistical test used is Spearman Rho. The results showed that the elderly who lived in Tresna Werdha Budi Sejahtera Social Institution Banjarbaru mostly experienced mild depression as many as 17 people (37.0%) and who experienced urinary incontinence as many as 25 people (54.3%). The results of thestatistic test spearman rho show p count (0.004) < (0.05) and the correlation coefficient is 0.417. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between the level of depression and the incidence of urinary incontinence in the elderly at the Tresna Werdha Budi Sejahtera Social Institution Banjarbaru.

FAKTOR PENGHAMBAT MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN MATEMATIKA DI SDN KERATON 5 MARTAPURA

Motivasi belajar berarti keseluruhan daya penggerak didalam diri para siswa/warga belajar/Peserta didik yang dapat menimbulkan, menjamin, dan memberikan arah pada kegiatan belajar, guna mencapai tujuan belajar yang di harapkan. Dengan motivasi belajar, maka siswa/ warga belajar/ peserta didik dapat mempunyai intensitas dan kesinambungan dalam proses pembelajaran/ pendidikan yang di ikuti. Memotivasi pelajar merupakan salah satu langkah awal yang harus dilakukan oleh seorang guru dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran. Jika guru telah berjaya membangun motivasi pelajar semasa pengajaran dan pembelajaran bermakna guru itu telah berjaya mengajar. Namun pekerjaan ini tidaklah mudah. Memotivasi pelajar tidak hanya menggerakkan pelajar agar aktif dalam pelajaran, tetapi juga mengarahkan dan menjadikan pelajar terdorong untuk belajar secara terus menerus, walaupun dia berada di luar kelas ataupun setelah meninggalkan sekolah.Learning motivation means the overall driving force within the students/students/students that can lead to, guarantee, and provide direction to learning activities, in order to achieve the expected learning goals. With learning motivation, students/students/students can have intensity and continuity in the learning/education process that is followed. Motivating students is one of the first steps that must be taken by a teacher in teaching and learning. If the teacher has succeeded in building student motivation during teaching and learning, it means that the teacher has succeeded in teaching. But this job is not easy. Motivating students not only moves students to be active in learning, but also directs and makes students motivated to learn continuously, even though they are outside the classroom or after leaving school.

HARUN NASUTION: SEBUAH PEMIKIRAN PENDIDIKAN DAN RELEVANSINYA DENGAN DUNIA PENDIDIKAN KONTEMPORER

Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kepustakaan, yaitu menjadikan bahan pustaka sebagai sumber (data) utama, sehingga lebih sebagai penelitian dokumen (documentary research). Penelitian ini juga termasuk dalam katergori historis-faktual, karena yang diteliti adalah pemikiran seseorang. Dengan demikian, dalam penilitian kepustakaan ini penulis ingin menganalisis tentang pemikiran pendidikan Islam dan relevansinya dengan dunia pendidikan menurut Harun Nasution di Indonesia dan pengaruhnya. Sebagai sarana untuk memudahkan analisis data, dalam kajian kepustakaan ini digunakan beberapa pendekatan segingga dapat memperjelas kajian dalam penelitian. Dalam tulisan ini pula akan membahas tentang Pemikiran Pendidikan Islam Harun Nasution yang kesemuanya tidak jauh dari permasalahan mengenai pembaharuan Islam di era modern. Dengan mengetahui latar belakang, pemikiran dan solusi yang ditawarkan oleh Harun, akan menambah kekayaan keilmuan keislaman yang semoga dapat dimanfaatkan.This research belongs to the type of library research, which makes library materials the main source (data), so that it is more of a document research (documentary research). This research is also included in the historical-factual category, because what is being researched is a person's thoughts. Thus, in this literature research the author wants to analyze the thought of Islamic education and its relevance to the world of education according to Harun Nasution in Indonesia and its influence. As a means to facilitate data analysis, in this literature review several approaches were used so as to clarify the study in research. This paper will also discuss about Harun Nasution's Islamic Education Thought, all of which are not far from the problem of Islamic renewal in the modern era. By knowing the background, thoughts and solutions offered by Harun, it will add to the wealth of Islamic scholarship which hopefully can be utilized.

PENERAPAN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER UNTUK MEMBANGUN KEBERADABAN BANGSA

Penelitian ini akan mengarahkan pada sasaran pendidikan karakter di sekolah. Sasaran pendidikan karakter adalah seluruh sekolah di Indonesia terutama pada tingkat SMP negeri maupun swasta, karena di masa SMP peserta didik belum terlalu melawan kepada guru, seperti anak SMA, dan anak SMP tidak terlalu kecil untuk mendapatkan materi pendidikan karakter, seperti anak SD. Semua warga sekolah, meliputi para peserta didik, guru, karyawan administrasi, dan pimpinan sekolah menjadi sasaran program ini. Sekolah-sekolah yang selama ini telah berhasil melaksanakan pendidikan karakter dengan baik dijadikan sebagai best practices, yang menjadi contoh untuk disebarluaskan ke sekolah-sekolah lainnya.This research will lead to the target of character education in schools. The target of character education is all schools in Indonesia, especially at the public and private junior high school level, because in junior high school students are not too resistant to teachers, such as high school students, and junior high school children are not too young to get character education materials, such as elementary school children. All school residents, including students, teachers, administrative staff, and school leaders are the targets of this program. Schools that have been successful in carrying out character education well are used as best practices, which serve as examples to be disseminated to other schools.

KOMUNIKASI TERAPEUTIK PERAWAT PADA TINGKAT KEPUASAN PASIEN: STUDI KASUS DI RUMAH SAKIT ULIN BANJARMASIN

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Hubungan Komunikasi Terapeutik Dengan Tingkat Kepuasan Pasien di Rumah Sakit Ulin Banjarmasin. Kepuasan pasien menjadi tanggungjawab pihak pelayanan kesehatan. Fasilitas dan pelayanan kesehatan yang sesuai dengan harapan pasien, tidak menutup kemungkinan pasien tersebut akan selalu datang dan berobat pada layanan kesehatan tersebut. Ketidakpuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan kesehatan salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh faktor komunikasi terapeutik perawat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan.Desain penelitian adalah penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasinya semua pasien di Rumah Sakit Ulin Banjarmasin.sejumlah 60 pasien. Tehnik sampling menggunakan simple ramdom sampling dengan sampel sebagian respondenberjumlah 52 responden. Variabel independen komunikasi terapeutik dan variabel dependennya kepuasanpasien. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan pengolahan data editing, coding, entry data dan tabulating dan analisa data menggunakan uji rank spearman.The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between Therapeutic Communication and Patient Satisfaction Levels at Ulin Hospital, Banjarmasin. Patient satisfaction is the responsibility of the health service. Health facilities and services that are in accordance with patient expectations, do not rule out the possibility that these patients will always come and seek treatment at these health services. One of the patient's dissatisfaction with health services is influenced by the therapeutic communication factor of nurses in providing nursing care.The research design is a correlational study with a cross sectional approach. The population is all patients at Ulin Hospital, Banjarmasin. A total of 60 patients. Sampling technique using simple random sampling with a sample of some respondents totaling 52 respondents. The independent variable is therapeutic communication and the dependent variable is patient satisfaction. The research instrument used a questionnaire with data processing editing, coding, data entry and tabulating and data analysis using the Spearman rank test.

HUBUNGAN KUALITAS JASA TERHADAP KEPUASAN PELANGGAN PADA PT. POS INDONESIA (PERSERO) CABANG BANJARMASIN

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan Kualitas Jasa terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Banjarmasin. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Keandalan, Daya Tanggap, Jaminan, Empati dan Bukti Langsung. Sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah Kepuasan Pelanggan. Hasil penelitian untuk kelima variabel tersebut diketahui bahwa secara parsial dilakukan uji t dimana hasilnya ditemukan bahwa terdapat satu variabel yang tidak signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan yaitu variabel Empati. Variabel Daya Tanggap merupakan variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh. Sementara itu berdasarkan hasil uji F pada tingkat alpha sebesar 10% menunjukkan bahwa kelima variabel yang diteliti secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan. Determinasi (R2) adalah 0,617 atau 61,7%. Hal ini menunjukkan besarnya kontribusi yang diberikan seluruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikatnya. Dengan adanya pengaruh yang positif dan kuat dari Kualitas Jasa terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Banjarmasin, maka hendaknya kualitas jasa terus ditingkatkan sebagai salah satu strategi perusahaan dalam upaya meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggannya.The purpose of this research is to find out how big the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Banjarmasin Branch. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The independent variables in this study are Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy and Direct Evidence. While the dependent variable is Customer Satisfaction. The results of the research for the five variables are known to be partially t-tested where the results are found that there is one variable that has no significant effect on customer satisfaction, namely the Empathy variable. Responsiveness variable is the most dominant variable influencing. Meanwhile, based on the results of the F test at an alpha level of 10%, it shows that the five variables studied simultaneously have a significant effect. The determination (R2) was 0.617 or 61.7%. This shows the magnitude of the contribution given by all independent variables to the dependent variable. With the positive and strong influence of Service Quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Banjarmasin Branch, the quality of service should continue to be improved as one of the company's strategies in an effort to increase customer satisfaction.

PENDEKATAN PEMBELAJARAN TERPADU DALAM KEMAMPUAN MENULIS MATA PELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA PADA MIN 2 KOTA PALANGKA RAYA

Penggunaan pendekatan pembelajaran terpadu di dalam pembelajaran kemampuan menulis dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia ternyata dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis siswa. Hal ini terindikasi dari adanya peningkatan perolehan kemampuan menulis (KM) yang rendah meningkat ke KM yang lebih tinggi. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia berjalan efektif dalam menerapkan pendekatan terpadu dapat mensinergikan antara kemampuan fisik dan kemampuan psikis sehingga kemampuan menulisnya meningkat. Peningkatan kemampuan menulis siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Kelas Tinggi setelah diterapkan pendekatan terpadu dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia adalah pada kondisi awal perolehan nilai KM adalah 57,5%. Pada siklus perolehan KM tertinggi adalah 65%.The use of an integrated learning approach in learning writing skills in Indonesian language learning can actually improve students' writing skills. This is indicated by an increase in the acquisition of low writing skills (KM), which increases to a higher KM. The implementation of Indonesian language learning is effective in applying an integrated approach that can synergize physical abilities and psychological abilities so that their writing abilities increase. The improvement of writing ability of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah High Grade students after an integrated approach was applied in learning Indonesian was in the initial condition that the KM score was 57.5%. In the highest KM acquisition cycle is 65%.

KECEMASAN KOMUNIKASI DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM

This study systematically changes student behavior in the communication anxiety of Islamic Religious Education teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Assalam Martapura. Focusing on changing behavior and helping teachers to implement good behavior for their students.
